Abstract

Bullying is a serious social problem in Indonesia, especially among children and adolescents. According to data from the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, in 2023, there were 20,000 cases of bullying reported to the authorities. These bullying cases can hinder children from learning in school, and have a negative impact on the physical and psychological development of the victims. This study aims to understand the definition, impact, types, and ways to prevent bullying. This study uses a literature study method by collecting data from various sources, such as books, journal articles, and previous research results. The results of the study show that audiovisual methods are very focused on the senses of hearing and vision, so they can effectively utilize the child's sensory abilities, namely brain stimulation that can change behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tren kinerja keuangan PT Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT Kalbe Farma Tbk selama periode 2016-2022. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis komparatif terhadap kinerja keuangan kedua perusahaan selama periode tersebut. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua perusahaan farmasi yang dianggap paling stabil dalam hal penjualan jika dibandingkan dengan rekan mereka di industri farmasi. Penyelidikan ini memanfaatkan penelitian kuantitatif komparatif untuk menilai tingkat variasi dalam variabel antara dua kelompok yang berbeda. Selain itu dilakukan penelitian data sekunder, khususnya memanfaatkan laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari website BEI di https://www.idx.co.id/. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Paired Sample T-test, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi atau perbandingan yang signifikan pada rasio-rasio keuangan, seperti Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, dan Total Asset Turnover. Selain itu, tidak ada variasi atau perbandingan yang signifikan secara statistik dalam ukuran keuangan Return On Equity.kata kunci: kinerja keuangan, laporan keuangan, rasio keuanganTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tren kinerja keuangan PT Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT Kalbe Farma Tbk selama periode 2016-2022. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and stress on performance for operational employees at STIE IBMT Surabaya. Where the proposed two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely the working environment and job stress acting as independent variables and employee performance served as dependent variables. This research was conducted using a survey of operational employees in the import and export service company was analyzed by regression. The first phase of testing the validity and reliability of questions of each variable. The second phase, making the regression variable work environment and work stress on employee performance. The results showed that the variable has a significant positive work environment on the performance of employees in decline. And work stress variables significant negative effect on employee performance in decline. However, work stress are at low to moderate level will create a good employee performance and will worsen if the employee within a very long time and excessive.

Abstract

This article discusses the HMI issue, the main issue discussing the independence of the Islamic Student Association organization towards national politics, fully using historical research methods (History Research) with historical methods starting from the Heuristic, Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography stages. This article aims to find out about the HMI organization in the Indonesian political arena regarding the perception of online media. The data analysis technique in this research places more emphasis on the process of searching for data from online media which is carried out using internet studies. Based on the research results, it shows that the HMI Organization in its development has always been independent in the nation's political arena, even if there are cadres who take part in politics, it is the personal right of each individual.

Abstract

The quality of education is directly related to the excellence of education in an educational unit. In achieving excellence in good schools, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of teachers, the quality of students, school norms and discipline, as well as education and training facilities and financing. The use of the terms education and training in an institution or organization is usually combined into training. The unit that handles employee training is usually called Pusdiklat (education and training center). Education and training can be seen as a form of investment. Therefore, every organization or agency that wants to develop, training for its employees must receive great attention. This study focuses on examining whether there is an influence of education and training financing management on the quality of an educational institution. The purpose of this writing is to describe and analyze the influence of education and training financing management on the quality of educational institutions. Education and training financing management plays an important role in determining the success of education and training programs. Sufficient and well-managed funding ensures that the training program can run in accordance with the stated objectives

Abstract

Social media is currently seen as a very effective medium to use in campaigns. Apart from its low cost, social media is also used by many people on this earth, including in Bengkulu. A healthy campaign is a very noble thing and has high moral value. To get sympathy from voters you don't have to carry out smear campaigns or character assassination. However, it can be done well, with full openness and transparency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. Researchers conducted searches on social media used by DPD RI Women candidates. Data on what media are used by female DPD RI candidates. The research results reveal that in general the social media used are Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. The amount of content and content content for each candidate is similar. The content is adjusted to the situation and conditions currently occurring at that time. Social media platforms are considered to be a very effective campaign tool that can increase the popularity and electability of candidates. Not a single piece of content was found used by the DPD RI Female Member Candidates for the Electoral District of Bengkulu Province which contained SARA content, black campaigning and defamation as well as cornering each other. candidate. This means that the DPD RI Women's Legislative Candidates have carried out a healthy campaign

Abstract

Healthcare worker is a job that requires anyone in this profession to have a great responsibility, especially towards their patients in the healthcare institution. This research was guided by our concern regarding the increasing low level of public satisfaction with health services in Indonesia several years ago. This issue is connected with the leadership possessed by healthcare workers along with the responses of the head of healthcare institution, so the primary aim of our research is to correlate the influence and impact of leadership with the level of public satisfaction with the service and protection of health workers. Abstract

This study aims to understand and know the role of lecturers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in building character education in Sumbawa University of Technology students. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research using data analysis, namely the Spradley model and taking the research location in the campus environment of Sumbawa University of Technology. The results of this study show that the role of lecturers in building student character education through Islamic Religious Education courses at Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS) is taken with several lecturer roles, namely: (1) Exemplary, the stage where lecturers touch the emotional aspects of students' souls and hearts to be consistent in carrying out orders and prohibitions in religion in everyday life; and (2) Inspirator, is the peak stage in building student character, namely raising the spirit of learning to pursue potential and spectacular for students; (3) Motivator, is the ability of teachers / lecturers to awaken spirit, work ethic, and extraordinary potential in students; (4) Dynamicator, is a locomotive that really pushes students towards the goal with high speed, intelligence, and wisdom; and (5) Evaluator, is a vehicle to review the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of a program. Based on observations and interviews, the Islamic Education course at UTS has succeeded in building students' character for the better.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of turnover intention on employee productivity PT. Bangun Bersama Computindo Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this study, the sample used the Slovin formula 55 employees on variable turnover PT. Bangun Bersama Computindo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is no influence between turnover intention to employee productivity, and variable turnover intention has a correlation currently and has an influential contribution of 19,7% on employee productivity variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of the work environment affects employee performance at the Minahas Regency Statistics Agency and Does intrinsic work motivation affect employee performance at the Minahasa Regency Statistics Agency? This type of research is expost facto with an associative quantitative approach with the aim of finding a causal relationship between variables based on the facts found by researchers. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at BPS Minahasa Regency and there was a significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at BPS Minahasa Regency. Variations in Employee Performance are influenced by variations in Work Environment and Work Motivation together.
