Abstract

This research aims to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market by integrating digital marketing and environmental awareness: a case study of the application of green environmental awareness and green product pricing and its impact on green product purchasing. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is all MSMEs assisted by the green-based DKI Jakarta Industry, Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative which amounts to 284 MSMEs. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. Determination of the sample size using the Generic formula so that the sample obtained amounted to 164 respondents. The main research instrument used was a questionnaire with Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis Second Order to determine the value of each instrument factor used with standardized factor loading and t-value criteria. The accepted value in the test was more than 0.5 for standardized factor loading and more than 1.96 for t-value. Structural model analysis is carried out using Struqtural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis process was carried out using Lisrel with fit model criteria, namely chi square, GFI, AGFI, NFI and CFI, PNFI, and AIC.  The results of the analysis show that there is a direct influence of green marketing on green product purchasing. There is a direct influence of green environmental awareness on green product purchasing. There is a direct influence of green product pricing on green product purchasing. There is a direct influence of green marketing on green environmental awareness. There is a direct influence of green environmental awareness on green product pricing

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how the implementation of the loading and unloading service policy at Bitung Port.The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation studies and observation. The results found that by increasing supervision of the implementation of loading and unloading performance of goods and containers, it is possible that there is no idle time. Supervising the performance of tools and checking and repairing loading and unloading tools, namely container cranes so that when used for loading and unloading activities do not experience damage which results in idle time and also has an impact on loading and unloading productivity.

Abstract

This research is based on reading habits that occur as a result of routine activities carried out daily at school. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the habituation method applied by class IV students at SDN 4 Gondang. This research was carried out at SDN 4 Gondang, Gangga District in class IV semester II of the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach and in terms of method it is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data sources for this research are school principals, teachers and students. And the data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that (1) Implementation of the reading habitual method in an effort to foster reading skills at SDN 4 Gondang is carried out by a) reading habitually, b) providing a reading corner c) and providing reading books in the library and each class. (2) There are obstacles and solutions to implementing the habituation method (1) internal factors (a) reading disorders, the solution is with special guidance to students, (b) lack of focus on reading, the solution is to stay away from places that can interfere with the reading process or by reporting to teachers, (2) External factors, (a) lack of reading facilities, the solution is to utilize unused facilities and use them to facilitate the lack of reading places, (b) lack of reading time, the solution is to provide reading time when there is time blank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digitalization on the performance of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 48 employees of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between digitalization on the performance of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta has a moderate positive effect and has an influence contribution of 16.3% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of independent learning in tertiary institutions using the "Bourdieu" approach. This approach refers to social theory from Pierre Bourdieu who argues that social practice, including learning practice, is influenced by social, cultural, and economic factors. The research method used is the library research method, which is research that utilizes library resources to obtain research data. And observation of independent learning practices. Data analysis was carried out using key concepts from Bourdieu's theory, such as cultural capital, social capital, and habitus. The results of the study show that independent learning practices in tertiary institutions are influenced by factors such as social background, cultural knowledge, and social networks. Students who have access to higher levels of cultural capital, such as prior education, family knowledge, and economic resources, tend to have better self-learning practices. The findings of this study also indicate that individual habitus plays an important role in self-learning practices. Students who are accustomed to active and independent learning practices early in their lives tend to continue these practices in Univesity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of accountability in managing village fund allocations in Klari Village. Allocation of village funds is an important source of funding aimed at encouraging the development and welfare of the community at the village level. However, to achieve this goal, it is important for the village to have good accountability in managing these funds. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting in- depth interviews with various related parties, such as the village head, village officials, community leaders, and villagers. The collected data were analyzed using a descriptive method to describe the current state of accountability. The results of the study show that accountability in managing village fund allocations in Klari Village still needs to be improved. Several factors affect the level of accountability, namely the lack of transparency in village financial reporting, the low level of community participation in making decisions regarding the allocation of funds, and the lack of outside supervision. In addition, there are administrative and technical obstacles that impede the efficient use of village funds. The use of information technology that has not been maximized is also one of the challenges in increasing accountability. Therefore, the recommendations from this study are the importance of increasing transparency, community participation, and external oversight in managing village fund allocations. In addition, a better understanding of related regulations and the use of information technology is needed to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing village funds.

Abstract

Education is something that cannot be separated from human life. The thinking process will be greatly influenced by how individuals interact with the surrounding environment. In Indonesia, there are many formal educational institutions ranging from elementary schools to universities in the academic and vocational realms. The learning process will develop the cognitive, affective and psychomotor side of students to a better level. As a higher education institution, Pertiwi University applies the PBL (Project Based Learning) learning method in several courses in the D3 Hospitality study program. This research aims to find out how to apply the project-based learning method in the Event Management course at Pertiwi University. This research was carried out using qualitative methods which produced descriptive data. Project Based Learning in event management courses stimulates several domains of creativity such as Fluency, Originality, Flexibility, Elaboration, and Evaluation. Where these indicators play an important role in increasing student creativity in thinking and acting. Several indicators are embedded in various stages of this project, starting from the pre-event which encourages students to think and act with originality, fluency, elaboration and flexibility. At the Event (execution) stage, students are invited to think and act flexibly. And for post-event students are trained to improve elaboration and evaluation skills. In this way, students will be more creative in dealing with various symptoms that arise in the field. Apart from that, students also gain empirical experience in organizing and designing real events that are not just theoretical.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has taken various steps to overcome congestion in the city of Jakarta, including efforts to improve existing public transportation and the construction of new transportation systems such as Mass Rapid Transportation (MRT) Jakarta. The development of public transportation, such as the Jakarta MRT, has an effect on the level of satisfaction and social quality of its users, creating perceptions that reflect satisfaction and loyalty. Nowadays, people express their opinions and perceptions about products or services not only directly but also through social media. Therefore, it is important to understand public perceptions regarding the quality of MRT Jakarta services, especially with the existence of e WOM which is spread on social media and can be a determining factor in decisions to use MRT Jakarta services. The data used for this analysis comes from public opinion on Twitter social media in March-April 2019, namely the first month of the release of MRT Jakarta. The data processing method used is Sentiment Analysis with Orange software. The results of this research show that from all the data, there were 1045 positive tweets, 110 negative tweets and 1430 neutral tweets. This shows that opinions regarding MRT Jakarta at the start of its release were dominated by positive and neutral e-WOM, thus depicting public satisfaction with MRT Jakarta as higher than their dissatisfaction.

Abstract

In Indonesia, matters related to how work is carried out always begin with an agreement between the employer and the recipient of the work through a written or verbal work agreement. An employment agreement is made to determine the boundaries between what are the rights and obligations of the employee and what are the rights and obligations of the employer (employer). Meanwhile, if in carrying out work that has been mutually agreed upon in a written agreement, one of the parties violates or behaves outside of what has been agreed upon and harms one of the parties or violates the provisions of the law, then the work agreement can be canceled and the rights and obligations of the parties must be resolved through a dispute resolution mechanism by referring to the applicable laws. Of course, the work agreement text that has been mutually agreed between the employer and the recipient of the work is also an important document for resolving disputes between the parties. Since the promulgation of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, especially the regulations contained in Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning "Specified Time Work Agreements, Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations," there have been many changes in implementation. specific time work agreement (PKWT). This will of course affect the performance of workers whose work status is as PKWT workers. The impact that arises for PKWT workers on their work performance can be positive or negative. This change in the implementation of the PKWT is certainly a very important thing, because if it is not controlled properly it will result in an automatic change in the status of workers from having the status of a fixed-term work agreement to an indefinite-term work agreement, as well as the rights and obligations obtained by workers. will change.

Abstract

This research was conducted at a business called RR Management which focuses on accessories, how promotional strategies through the use of Instagram social media can increase product sales at RR Management, Sumbawa to find out what promotional strategies are used to increase product sales through the use of Instagram social media at RR Management located on Jln Melati. No. 06, Kel. Bugis, Sumbawa Besar. The method in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to obtain the data desired by the researcher, namely that RR Management has utilized the features in Instagram as a promotional medium, the use of Instagram media in sales has increased the number of product sales and can attract many consumers. . Instagram has an important role for RR Management, through Instagram RR Management can exchange information through content such as photos and videos. The posts uploaded to RR Management's Instagram are the emergence of disseminating information to consumers. The @cv.rrmanagement account to attract a lot of attention from the public, RR Management should collaborate with influencers on Instagram. Make more use of the Live Instagram feature when new items come in so that information is spread to a wider audience. RR Management needs to be improved more consistently in uploading content on Instagram so that the @cvrrmanagement account can attract lots of customers on Instagram.
