Abstract

The ideal marriage is a marriage between a man and a woman who by nature have an attraction to the opposite sex. In the life of the community there are some men who have sexual orientation with fellow men, not to women as the opposite sex. The purpose of this study is to determine the judge's legal basis in annulling a marriage with a husband who is a same-sex lover (homosexual) in decision number 176/Pdt.G/2019/PA.YK. The type of research used is normative legal research, with research data in the form of secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. In addition, interviews were also conducted with judges who decided this case at the Yogyakarta Religious Court to complement secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal basis for the judge's consideration in annulling the marriage between a woman and her same-sex lover husband in case number: 176/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Yk, is the provisions of Article 72 paragraph (2) KHI along with the explanation of Article 72 paragraph (2) KHI concerning fraud as a reason for annulling marriage. The sexual disorder in the form of homosexuality submitted by the applicant as a reason for annulment can be accepted as fraud committed by the husband to the wife, because the husband deliberately concealed his sexual disorder.

Abstract

Education is a forum for gaining knowledge and achieving goals. The curriculum becomes a guideline in organizing learning activities. SMP Negeri 10 Mataram has used the Merdeka Curriculum for classes VII and VIII, and has an educational goal so that students are able to understand the material well. The problem faced is the lack of non-fiction writing skills in class VII G students of SMP Negeri 10 Mataram caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors can be seen from the lack of student interest in the learning process. External factors arise when teachers choose inappropriate strategies and approaches. This research aims to improve non-fiction writing skills through the Project Based Learning (PJBL) approach for class VII students at SMP Negeri 10 Mataram. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test with control group design. The research results showed that there was a significant difference between the non-fiction writing skills of students in the experimental class which used the PJBL approach and the control class which used traditional learning. The PJBL approach can improve the non-fiction writing skills of class VII students at SMP Negeri 10 Mataram.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons why leadership determines victory in the Khandaq War, the values of leadership in the Khandaq War, and the contribution of leadership values in the Khandaq War in 627 AD with Islamic History teaching materials. This research is historical research. Sources of data used are primary sources and secondary sources. The main source in this research is the Al-Qur'an. Secondary sources in this study are hadiths and books that are relevant to the subject of research. Data collection in this study was collected using library research techniques and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study used historical analysis, descriptive analysis and content analysis. The stages of the research procedure consist of heuristics, criticism (both internal and external), interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that the Battle of Khandaq was one of the wars won by the Muslims because the Prophet as a military leader was able to deal with changes in the war situation quickly and precisely. Then, there are leadership values in the Khandaq War consisting of the values of God, trust and responsibility, justice, firmness, and visionary. In addition, this historical event has relevance to Islamic history teaching materials, especially material about the existence of Islam during the time of the Prophet Muhammad in Medina.

Abstract

The importance of the function of elections, especially for changes in the country, is an important basis for many institutions to provide standards for democratic elections. This standard is important because it can be used as a benchmark for the success of the election itself. However, the most important thing of all is that elections must be able to provide guarantees of democratic legitimacy. To achieve this, transparency, accountability, credibility and integrity are needed in the implementation of the election itself so that people trust and believe in the election itself. Until now, effective election supervision is believed to be an instrument capable of providing guarantees for the implementation of democratic elections. This type of research is Sociological Juridical research and the approaches used by researchers in compiling this research are, among others: Statute Approach; case approach (case approach); and Comparative Approach. The results of this research show that in carrying out the supervision stages, Bawaslu has carried out outreach with all ASNs, signed MoU agreements and met with every OPD in every sub-district and neighborhood in Gorontalo City. However, every time the Bawaslu General Election is held, Bawaslu still receives reports of alleged violations from the public that ASN has violated the relevant regulations regarding ASN Neutrality which results in tarnishing democracy in terms of ASN neutrality, this arises because of the existence of inhibiting and supporting factors which can measure how far the success of their role is. owned by Bawaslu in upholding the principle of ASN Neutrality in the 2024 General Election.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee work performance among Working Students. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data was collected using a survey method, using a questionnaire. The sample taken consisted of 66 respondents. The results of these measurements showed that statistical calculations obtained a correlation coefficient of r = 0.514 and a coefficient of determination of R = r2 = 0.265. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (4,800) > t table (1,670) ata = 0.05, this shows that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance can be accepted. This means that the higher the Organizational Commitment, the higher the Employee Performance will be.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of proving crimes of psychological violence in domestic violence cases and the factors inhibiting the process of proving crimes of psychological violence in cases of domestic violence. Based on the analysis of data and events, the author concludes that the process of proving psychological violence in cases of domestic violence must use Visum Et Repertum which has the power of proof/valid legal evidence in criminal cases in accordance with the theory of psychological evidence. The type of Visum et Repertum used is Psychiatric Visum et Repertum. From several conclusions examined, it is clear that the judge always bases his conclusions on the Visum Et Repertum submitted in the peace agreement. The inhibiting factors for proving psychological violence in domestic violence cases are made using the legal system theory put forward by Lawrence Friedman and as a result there are still differences in the understanding of law enforcement officials regarding the application of domestic violence laws. (the content of the law) gives rise to differences in perception. Apart from that, it took quite a long time from the incident to the Visum Et Repertum examination, so the autopsy results did not support the trial process (legal structure).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the interest of students at SMPN 17 Malang towards volleyball. Thus, the approach used is quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this research was all class VIII students at SMPN 17 Malang, totaling 35 students. Data analysis techniques used to analyze interest in volleyball among students at SMPN 17 Malang. From the results of data analysis, only 6 students (17.14%) had a 'high' interest in volleyball. Meanwhile, 21 students (60%) had 'medium' interest in volleyball, and 8 students (22.85%) had 'low' interest in volleyball.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Report Quality, CEO Career Concern, and CEO Gender on Investment Efficiency with Good Governance as a Moderating variable. This research method uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with Eviews statistical tools. This study uses a sample of 680 observations of non-financial companies in Indonesia during 2022 using panel regression. The results showed that the quality of financial statements has no effect on investment efficiency. The quality of financial statements that has no effect is possible because the overinvestment scenario also has no effect. In this condition, the quality of financial statements has not been able to mitigate the occurrence of overinvestment due to the high agency level. Meanwhile, in underinvestment conditions, the quality of financial reporting has a significant positive effect, which means that the quality of financial reporting can reduce underinvestment because the quality of financial reporting can be used to attract external funds so that the company avoids underinvestment conditions. The career concern variable of the president director has no effect on investment efficiency, this is possible because in underinvestment conditions it also has no effect because most sample companies do not experience funding constraints so that the career concern of the president director does not mitigate underinvestment. Meanwhile, in overinvestment conditions, it has a positive effect. Thus, the concern of the CEO can reduce the occurrence of overinvestment. Good governance variables affect investment efficiency.

Abstract

Regulations on Land Acquisition for development in the public interest are regulated in Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest and its Implementing Regulations are regulated by Presidential Regulations and Regulations of the Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. Land acquisition for development in the public interest is carried out through several stages, namely planning, preparation, implementation and delivery of results. Implementation of land acquisition also often intersects with fundamental legal issues such as human rights, the principle of justice, the principle of balance between the interests of the state and the interests of society both in terms of individual or group. This article was written using the method normative legal research In this type of legal research, law is often conceptualized as what is written in statutory regulations (law in books) or law is conceptualized as rules or norm.

Abstract

Climate change is a condition characterized by changes in world climate patterns which result in erratic weather phenomena. Climate change occurs due to changes in climate variables, such as air temperature and rainfall, which occur continuously. In this research, film is the subject, film is a mass communication tool that is packaged with characters, plot and messages in it, provides information to the audience through the storyline that is conveyed and has a strong influence on issues that are developing in society, the unit of analysis of this research contains "Semiotic Analysis of Roland Barthes' Representation of Climate Change in the Documentary Film Ano Bulan Balong". The aim of this research is to determine the representation of climate change in the film Ano Bulan Balong based on Roland Barthes' stereotypes. This research uses Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, where the researcher looks for the meaning of Denotation, Connotation and Myth in several scenes in the film Ano Bulan Balong. . The results of research on the documentary film Ano Bulan Balong can be linked to environmental issues, namely climate change. Researchers group and categorize messages to convey meaning in the film Ano Bulan Balong, including; environmental message, Through semiotic analysis, Roland Barthes in this film shows that the problem currently being faced by Sumbawa is unrest triggered by environmental problems which are a factor in climate change, forest lands full of trees are starting to disappear, replaced by corn plants. Critical trees resulting from deforestation will cause extreme natural disasters.
