Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe, analyze and describe how the management of the Non-Subsidized Solar Industrial Fuel trading business permit in Bitung City. What are the factors that hinder the processing of Non-Subsidized Fuel Trading Business License for Industrial Solar in Bitung City The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation studies and observation. The results showed that the commercial business license policy for downstream oil and gas business activities in Bitung City has not been implemented properly because there are business actors who do not take care of the Commercial Business License even though they have been trading in Bitung City and its surroundings. There are obstacles in managing the Commercial Business License in Bitung City, namely the submission of files and management must be done directly to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources because there is no representative authority in Bitung City.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Regional Training program for NTB Province for PON 2024. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The evaluation model used in this research is the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). The research results show that the context aspect, namely in the form of policies and objectives, has been well defined by KONI NTB. In the input, process and product aspects, there are significant obstacles. Where the availability of facilities and infrastructure is still lacking, budget support is still inadequate. In terms of success in qualifying athletes, there has actually been an increase, with more than 254 athletes qualifying to take part in the upcoming PON 2024. However, this achievement is the result of the involvement of elements outside KONI NTB, namely Sports Management, as well as athletes and coaches who are active independently. KONI should have taken a key role, but in reality it was replaced by other parties who actually have roles and responsibilities that are no greater than KONI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine career development of the performance of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 31 employees of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between career development on the performance of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta has a strong positive influence and has an influence contribution of 55.2% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

There is no denying the power of the mass media, including radio, television, and newspapers. They have the ability to shape the news that is reported so that people who hear it will believe it to be true, even when that may not always be the case. Similar to what happened with the news that was reported on Donald Trump's policy regarding the ban on seven Muslim citizens entering the country, part of the news that was reported was also the product of media fabrication, meaning that while some of the information appeared to be true, it was actually created by the media. Based on an examination of Donald Trump's immigration policies, which were created to safeguard national interests against terrorism. The approaches of positivism and constructivism are discussed in this discussion of how the media presents news. According to positivism, news is presented without editing and as it is, while according to constructivism, news is first constructed to make its content seem more dramatic and true.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the work-life balance policies implemented in the Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance. The focus is on assessing the impact of these programs on employees' in-role performance. A survey was conducted among supervisory and executive staff, with a total of 5,877 employees, resulting in 1,112 respondents. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS. Correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between demographic variables, independent variables, and dependent variables, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis was employed to test hypotheses. The results of the data analysis indicate that work-life balance policies do not have a positive and significant effect on employee in-role performance, suggesting that the applied work-life balance policies are not effective. The expected positive implication of this research is to provide insights and perspectives for policymakers regarding the implementation of work-life balance programs to ensure their effectiveness in helping employees balance their work and personal lives.

Abstract

The child, as a legal subject, has rights protected from birth, even while in the womb. This is regulated in Article 2 of the Civil Code. Children are considered a group of individuals incapable of legal actions. To engage in legal actions, they must be represented by their parents or legal guardians. Not all children are under the authority of their parents. If both parents passing away, being unable to exercise parental authority, or having parental authority revoked by the court, the child falls under guardianship. This research aims to understand the protection of children through the guardianship institution according to the Civil Code and the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. The research follows a normative legal approach, and secondary data is collected through document analysis. The data obtained is analyzed using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. This research concludes that through the guardianship institution, a guardian takes on the role of the parent in fulfilling all the needs of the child. Several provisions regarding guardianship found in the Civil Code and Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974, which provide protection for children, both in terms of personal and property rights, include: (1) the guardian's obligations, (2) the existence of a supervisory guardian, (3) prohibitions for the guardian, (4) limitations on the guardian's authority, (5) revocation of the guardian's authority, and (6) the guardian's accountability.

Abstract

Beginning reading skills need to be stimulated from an early age so that children do not experience many difficulties in studying various fields of study at the next level of education. This research aims to improve the initial reading ability of smart box media in group B at Rinjani KB. The type of research used in this research is collaborative Classroom Action Research which uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects of this research were 13 group B children at Rinjani KB. Data collection methods are carried out through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively quantitatively. The research results show that children's initial reading abilities can be improved using smart box media. The increase in initial reading ability can be seen based on the percentage increase from pre-action of 0% to an increase of 7.96%. In cycle I it was 7.96%, in cycle II it increased from 76.93% to 84.62% with the criteria of developing very well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at PT. EKK in Bekasi city. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method using SPSS techniques. The sample taken in this research was a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled, namely 110 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire method. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. This research shows the strong influence of training (X) on employee performance (Y) with a regression of Y = 7.352 + 0.815X, the regression coefficient number is 0.815, which means that training has a positive effect of 0.815. The coefficient of determination value is 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (8.746 > 1.980), this is reinforced by the probability significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between training and employee performance at PT. EKK. Companies should always pay attention and provide opportunities for employees to take part in training, so that employee competency can be maintained or improved and will support employee performance.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Influence of the Use of Village Funds on Village Development and Empowerment of the Kedonganan Traditional Village Community". This research discusses the influence of village fund allocation on the level of Village Development and Empowerment of the Kedonganan Traditional Village Community. This research used qualitative research methods as well as book references that were relevant to the problem. The data collected is qualitative data, so it is processed into quantitative descriptive data. Determining the sample in this study used the Slovin technique, because the population was too large and difficult to reach one by one, the number of samples taken in this study was 98 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. Technical data analysis uses regression analysis. The validity of the data is obtained through validity tests and reliability tests. Based on the results of the research carried out, it was concluded that the hypothesis which states "The use of village funds is positive and significant on the level of Village Development and Empowerment of the Kedonganan Traditional Village Community", has been proven empirically and is acceptable. This is proven by the results of SPSS data processing which shows a calculated t value of 2.869 with Sig 0.005, for the Village Development variable and 3.492 with Sig 0.001, for the Community Empowerment variable. Which means that the calculated t value is greater than the t table (1.984) so that the influence of the Village Fund variable on the level of Village Development and Community Empowerment is significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses saturated sampling with samples of 40 employees on Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between work discipline on employee performance Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta is very influential and has an influential contribution of 78,5% on employee performance variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.
