Abstract

This research aims to determine the storytelling method to improve language skills in children. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. The research design uses a spiral model according to Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The main collaborator is the class teacher as teacher.Based on the results of several studies conducted, the researcher concluded that the storytelling method is good for developing language skills, especially in children. Learning was made in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, each planning was made in two meetings. The results of the research showed that at each meeting there was an increase in cycle I, developing according to expectations, 3 totaled by developing very well (BSB) 5 children up to 8 children, namely 50%. Cycle II experienced a very good increase which reached the average score of 16 students who showed developing according to expectations of 4 children and developing very well. (BSB) 8 children so the total is 12, namely 75%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of work motivation resulting in a problem phenomenon regarding a decrease in employee work productivity, where employees seem to get bored easily with the routine work they do and the work environment is less supportive, resulting in employees being less comfortable doing their work. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation on employee work productivity. This research using quantitative methods with associative techniques was carried out at PT. GS Battery Karawang with a population of 35 employees with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on the calculation results, the correlation coefficient is r = 0.897 and the determination coefficient is R = r2 = 0.486. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (5.582) > t table (2.021) at  = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between work motivation and work productivity can be accepted. This means that the better a person's work motivation will be followed by higher work productivity. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.486 shows that 48.6% of the variation in Work Productivity can be explained by variations in Work Motivation, the remaining 51.4% is determined by other factors outside Work Motivation.

Abstract

The development of beauty industry has contributed to national economic growth. Apart from this large economic contribution, there are many social and psychological factors that influence this industry and cannot be separated from its economic factors. The article is written so that the beauty industry can see the relationship between consumers and beauty products that are psychologically built, both from external and internal factors, as well as from things that can be controlled by the beauty industry itself or from the superstructure of society. To reveal the relationship between consumers and beauty products, a qualitative study was conducted using the phenomenological method by collecting data using in-depth interviews with users of beauty products. The analysis used is the thematic meaning clustering and thematic structuring of the phenomena that occur. As a result, it was found that consumer relations with beauty products are strongly influenced by external factors, namely society beauty standards and internal factors, namely consumer skin problems. While things that affect the purchase intention of consumers of beauty products are price, effectiveness, comparison between price and effectiveness, function, packaging, texture, level of comfort, promo materials to access to these products.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the content of the Bil Hikmah da'wah delivered via Ustaz Das'ad Latif's Instagram social media on his Instagram account, namely @dasadlatif1212. Researchers focus on the interpretation of Surah An-Nahl verse 125 which is linked to the findings of each uploaded content. The research method used is content analysis. Researchers used this method to identify the categorization and themes used by @dasadlatif1212. Data was collected through observation of uploads spanning the period January-December 2023. Researchers found that various themes and categorizations helped convey interesting preaching. The subject's reaction in answering questions that sometimes become debatable is different from conditions that often occur. This is due to accuracy in choosing categorization and themes determined from uploads uploaded on Instagram.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze managerial competency policies in supporting ASN career development in Kotamobagu City. This is to meet the competency needs of the apparatus in order to realize local government bureaucratic reform through a competency development policy strategy at the Kotamobagu City Education and Training Staffing Agency. This research method uses qualitative data and is described descriptively in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Data collection techniques through direct observation and interviews with research subjects. The results showed that the level of education with indicators of structural training and leadership experience is dependent (has a strong relationship). This shows that the implementation of structural training (Pim 4 to Pim 1) and leadership experience (Echelon 4 - Echelon 1) has been carried out based on the classification of educational levels at the Kotamobagu City Education and Training Personnel Agency.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dalam pasal 1 ayat 1 yang berbunyi bahwa Notaris adalah Pejabat umum yang berwenang untuk membuat akta autentik. Pentingnya peran Notaris dalam penerbitan akta otentik yang dibuat dihadapannya terkait dengan status hukum, hak dan kewajiban seseorang dalam hukum sebagai alat bukti yang sempurna. Notaris juga bertanggung jawab untuk tunduk terhadap kode etik Notaris. kewenangan untuk menetapkan kode etik sampai saat ini masih berlaku hasil Kongres INI yang dilaksanakan tahun 2015 di Banten. Sanksi yang diberikan kepada Notaris berbeda tingkatan berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan oleh Majelis Pengawas Notaris. Akan tetapi, dalam prakteknya ditemukan kasus Notaris yang melakukan penandatanganan akta dengan berdasarkan keterangan palsu dan pihak yang tidak sesuai dengan pemilik Hak Atas Tanahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akibat hukum terhadap akta notaris yang terdapat pemalsuan dalam penandatanganan aktanya serta peran dan tanggung jawab notaris terhadap pelanggaran jabatan notaris yang dalam pembuatan aktanya terdapat perbuatan melawan hukum.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an emotion recognition booklet for preschoolers based on Paul Ekman's (1972) basic emotion types. This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) method with ADDIE instructional design. Validation by experts showed that the booklet is 100% very valid and feasible to use to support emotional learning in early childhood in preschool, Before the use of the booklet, children only recognize some basic emotions such as angry and sad. After using the booklet, they can identify six basic emotions and connect the expression of emotions with triggers in daily life. The booklet is designed with simplified sentences and attractive visuals, using an interactive approach.

Abstract

The Matabesi Traditional House Phobia Museum is located in Umanen Village, West Atambua District, Belu Regency. The Fohoraik Museum was built with the aim of storing cultural documentation of the Matabesi Tribe in physical and non-physical forms. The museum became one of the centers for the study of culture and philosophy of the Matabesi Tribe. The philosophy of the Matabesi Tribe as a non-physical culture is neter taek (mutual respect), notar no kbadan, ukun badu, hadomi no hadosan, hadinan no haklaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe, analyze and describe how the procurement of goods and services of Bawaslu Manado and the provider and to find out the factors for the occurrence of wan prestasi between Bawaslu Manado and third parties (providers). The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation studies and observation. The results showed that the planning flow had been carried out properly based on the basic conditions of need and priority scale. The implementation system of leasing goods and services in the financial management of Bawaslu Manado City is in accordance with applicable procedures and rules, including the results of work that meet the criteria of applicable regulations and have adhered to the principles of good governance as a form of mutual commitment.
