Abstract

Patient waiting time is a tangible manifestation of the performance of human resources. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers on November 5, 2021 at the NTB Provincial  Hospital, the problems that exist in the filing are delays in returning medical record files from inpatient care, incorrect file storage, wide medical record filing space, so the waiting time for the provision of medical record files not up to standard. The purpose of the study was to identify the characteristics and performance of medical record officers in the filing section of the NTB Provincial Hospital. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional design. The population of all medical record officers is 45 people with a sample of 25 people. The sampling technique used incidental sampling, data collection using a questionnaire. Data processing uses editing, coding, data entry, cleaning and data analysis using quantitative analysis with descriptive statistics, frequency distribution of characteristic variables and performance of medical record officers. The results of the research on the characteristics of medical record officers at the NTB Provincial Hospital showed that the average age was >30 years 60%, female sex 52%, diploma education 60%, training 96%, knowledge 88%, years of service >1 year 96%, and the performance level of medical record officers at the NTB Provincial Hospital in the sufficient category is 64%. The suggestion is that medical record officers need to increase knowledge through education as a medical recorder, the higher the education, the better the performance in carrying out the main tasks and functions included in the administration of medical record services at the NTB Provincial Hospital.

Abstract

Abstrak yang dipersiapkan dengan baik memungkinkan pembaca untuk mengidentifikasi konten dasar dokumen dengan cepat dan akurat, untuk menentukan relevansinya dengan minat mereka, dan dengan demikian memutuskan apakah akan membaca dokumen secara keseluruhan. Abstrak harus informatif dan sepenuhnya menjelaskan diri sendiri, memberikan pernyataan yang jelas tentang masalah, pendekatan atau solusi yang diusulkan, dan menunjukkan temuan dan kesimpulan utama. Abstrak harus sepanjang 100 hingga 200 kata. Abstrak harus ditulis dalam bentuk lampau. Nomenklatur standar harus digunakan dan singkatan harus dihindari. Tidak ada literatur yang harus dikutip. Daftar kata kunci memberikan kesempatan untuk menambahkan kata kunci, yang digunakan oleh layanan pengindeksan dan abstraksi, selain yang sudah ada dalam judul. Penggunaan kata kunci yang bijaksana dapat meningkatkan kemudahan bagi pihak yang berkepentingan untuk menemukan artikel kita

Abstract

Adolescent is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood and has the most conflicts in one's life. One of the changes taking place among the adolescents, especially female, is the change in sexuality. The development of the sexual organs is marked by premenstrual syndrome accompanied by uneasy feelings, especially stress.Jogging is an easy and cheap activity which can be done by anybody; yet it is very beneficial for body health, especially reducing the level of stress. However, the effectiveness of jogging to reduce the stress has not been keenly observed so far. This study is a pre-experimental study to find out the decrease of level of stress the adolescents experiencing premenstrual syndrome who are given jogging treatment. The number of samples in this study was 40 respondents, taken through accidental sampling. Data is collected by means of questionnaire and interview. The data, Stres level, is analyzed using wilcoxon match pairs test with error level of 5%. The result shows that there is a significant decrease of the stress level after the treatment, indicated by the fact that the value of z calculation of 5.41 is greater than the value of z table of 1,65. Therefore, it is suggested that adolescents practice jogging as a means of reducing of stress level when experiencing premenstrual syndrome.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan (1) penerapan model PBL berbantuan media (PASIPUT) dalam pembelajaran matematika pada materi simetri putar (2) peningkatan hasil belajar matematika pada materi simetri putar. Rancangan dalam peneltian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan model PBL berbantuan media (PASIPUT) dapat terlaksana dengan baik dibuktikan dengan peningkatan aktivitas siswa  dari 65% pada siklus I menjadi 90% pada tahap siklus II. Model PBL juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang buktikan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I 69,2 meningkat menjadi 90,2  di siklus II

Abstract

Kebijakan menteri pendidikan dan kebudayaan tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh menuntut pendidik untuk lebih kretaif dalam menggnakan media pembelajaran. saat ini sudah banyak aplikasi yang dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran seperti whatssapp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efetivitas penggunaan WhatsApp dalam pembelajaran selama pandemi, hambatan yang dihadapi dan solusi solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian deskrptif dan metode pengmpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, anget dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitia mennjukan bahwa aplikasi WhatsApp cukup efektif untuk media pembelajaran meskipun dalam penggunaannya masih ditemukan beberapa kendala.

Abstract

Cleanliness is a very important thing to pay attention to, especially personal hygiene in early childhood. Because at an early age children experience a process of rapid growth and development, cleanliness is the main thing that must be considered because children are very susceptible to disease. This requires teachers to be able to apply personal hygiene to children. This study aims to describe the teacher's role in implementing personal hygiene in children. The Pembina Keliling Danau State Kindergarten became the research subject, namely one principal and seven  teachers. The use of qualitative analysis in this study with observation, interviews and documentation techniques as data collection. The result of the research is that the teacher motivates children in terms of maintaining cleanliness, providing guidance and praise to children. As well as the use of varied and interesting media also involve children in the activities carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to examine comprehensively about the perang timbung tradition which has a goal as a repellent to balaq and an expression of gratitude to Allah SWT. In addition, the tradition marries Islamic values in it. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed deductively and inductively. The theory used to analyze the data is the theory of symbolic interactionism, integration theory and social interaction theory. The results of the study illustrate that the acculturation of religious practices in the perang timbung tradition has long been preserved by the people of Pejanggik Village as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT. Acculturation that occurs between Islam and the tradition of mutual benefit and need, Islamic religious practice is a symbol of devotion and a form of worship to Allah, and tradition is something that is believed to have been left by the ancestors who have values embedded in society such as the value of friendship, the value of gratitude and the value of gotong royong.. Islamic religious practices carried out in the perang timbung tradition such as dhikr, recitation of berzanji and sermons and prayers.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in global and local tourism slumping, which is influenced by the implementation of social restrictions and even the closure of tourist attractions, causing the level of tourist visits has been decreased drastically. That problem is a challenge for the government to seek strategic steps in accelerating its recovery with the intention that the tourism sector continues to develop and be able to carry out activities by implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the tourist attractions in the Bekasi Regency that has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is the Wisata Kawung Tilu. This research was conducted since one of the locations vulnerable to the spread of the Covid-19 virus is a tourist spot. The purpose of this study was to describe how the Wisata Kawung Tilu management strategies in Bekasi Regency were during the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus of this study used the variable theory of strategy, according to J. Winardi (2003), which consists of goals, policies, and stages. This study used a descriptive study method with a qualitative approach. The study results indicated that the Wisata Kawung Tilu management strategies emphasize the management of providing facilities and infrastructure that meet health protocols as well as visitor management. Management has been considered to be quite good by promoting in online media, conducting collaboration between the Bekasi Regency Tourism Department and the National Task Force for Covid-19 Handling in the form of observing tourism-sites as well as Kawung Tilu Tourism entrepreneurs with the Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Tourism Awareness Group) of Kawung Tilu. Abstract

Personal Branding bagi seorang individu yang tengah menjalani karir sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat menjadi diferensiasi, daya tarik dan agar dapat lebih mudah untuk diingat oleh konsumen atau client-nya. Dewasa ini, konvergensi media telah memicu banyaknya inovasi yang dihasilkan dari eksistensi media sosial, sebagimana kini media sosial dlalam bentuk aplikasi dapat menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membentuk personal branding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis personal branding yang dilakukan oleh gamers wanita yang menggunakan aplikasi Lita untuk membuka jasa layanan teman main games berbayar. Penelitian ini akan mencoba menggambarkan secara lebih jelas tentang proses pembentukan personal branding berdasarkan komponen-komponen personal branding yang dikemukakan oleh (Parengkuan & Tumewu, 2014). Informan sebagai gamers wanita yang membuka jasa layanan teman main games berbayar lewat aplikasi Lita, tentunya harus memiliki personal branding agar membedakan diri dengan gamers lainnya yang membuka jasa serupa di aplikasi Lita. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa informan berhasil mengimplementasikan komponen-komponen personal branding, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari karakter, penampilan serta timbal balik yang dirasakan oleh konsumen yang ada pada ulasan komentar informan di akun masing-masing informan pada aplikasi Lita.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of the relationship between job satisfaction and non-physical work environment on discipline and its impact on commitment. The population of this study were employees and the sample used was 52 respondents. The sampling method used a saturated sample technique. The data used are primary data, while the data analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that job satisfaction has a contribution to organizational commitment, which means that the better job satisfaction is carried out, the better the results of organizational commitment obtained. The non-physical work environment has a contribution to organizational commitment, which means that the better the non-physical work environment, the better the results of organizational commitment obtained. And Work Discipline has a contribution to employee performance, which means that the better the work discipline in a company, the higher the employee performance results.
