Abstract

The dalugha tuber (cyrtosperma merkussi) and the sago tanah (tacca leontopetaloides l.kantz) are potential alternative sources of food in northern sulawesi who have not been fully informed of their characteristics, so it is necessary to characterize the composition chemical and physical of dalugha flour and sago soil given the potential of trade as a potential alternative food source in northern sulawes. non-rice food sources. The aim of this study was to obtain the physicochemical characteristics and properties of dalugha and sago bulbs bulb flour. Advantages which can be obtained from the results of this study, namely: information on the knowledge of the characteristics of the components of dalugha flour (cyrtosperma merkusii) and of ground sago (tacca leontopetaloides l.kantz) so that it can be used as alternative food ingredient for tubers. The results showed that the chemical analysis of dalugha flour is an average water content of 29.08 gr, an ash content of 0.60 gr, a fat content of 0.42 gr, a protein content 0.34 gr, carbohydrates 69.56 gr, amylose 29, 64 gr, amylopectin 32.88 gr and Soil sago i.e. water content 39.98 gr, ash content 0.07 gr, fat 0.22 gr, protein content 0.21 gr, carbohydrates 59.52 gr, amylose 29.08 gr, amylopectin 24.00 gr. Keywords: dalugha tubers, soil sago, flour, characteristics.

Abstract

.    Identifikasi dalam penelitian ini ialah pembelajaran mengenai beberapa jenis daun dan pembusukan daun yang bersumber dari lingkungan dialam sekitar belum banyak diperhatikan karena kurangnya referensi dalam proses belajar khususnya dalam pembelajaran eksploratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa jenis daun dan pembusukan daun di dua lahan Unima serta mengeksplorasi konsep dan proses sains yang selanjutnya akan dijadikan referensi dalam pembelajaran eksploratif. Data hasil penelitian yang telah di dapatkan  dari 2 lahan yang ada dibagian bawah Auditorium dan  didepan Workshop Unima menunjukkan  ada 4 jenis daun yaitu daun beringin (Ficus benjamina) daun kiacret (Spathodea campanulata) daun paku sarang burung (Asplenium nidus ) dan daun mangga (Mangifera indica). Pada keempat jenis daun tersebut, memiliki perbedaan pada tiap pembusukan daunya yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti: organisme yang membantu, serta adanya suhu, kelembaban dan pH yang yang mendukung. Selanjutnya dirumuskan kedalam konsep dan proses sains berdasarkan fakta dan fenomena mengenai 4 jenis daun tersebut dalam bentuk matriks yang selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai referensi pembelajaran eksploratif.                                                                          Kata Kunci:    Identifikasi, jenis daun dan pembusukan daun, dua lahan Unima, Pembelajaran Eksploratif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study was conducted to determine the effect of think pair share learning models on student learning outcomes on the material on flat side spaces. This study uses a posttest only control design. The subjects of this research are students of class VIII B as an experimental class consisting of 24 students and students of class VIII A as a control class consisting of 23 students in SMP Negeri 2 Tondano. The data obtained are the results of the Posttest in the experimental class and the control class. With an average of 81.58 experimental class learning outcomes and an average of 80.30 control class learning outcomes. Normality test data is fulfilled with normally distributed data. The results of data analysis with a real level of 0.05 obtained t_count = 2.912702> t_table = 1.67943. Based on these results it can be concluded that student learning outcomes using think pair share models on the material of flat side space are higher than the learning outcomes of students who use conventional learning  Keywords: conventional, flat plane shapes, Think Pair Share

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research was conducted to find out the types of errors and the causes of students mistakes in solving social arithmetic essay questions based on Newman's procedures. This research is categorized as a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The data in this research were sourced from the results of student work in solving social arithmetic story questions and interviews with students. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used the analysis of the side by Newman. Based on data analysis, it shows that students who make mistakes in turning problems into mathematical models (transformation error) with a presentation of 33%, students who make mistakes in writing the final answer (encoding error) with a percentage of 26%, students who make mistakes in process skills (process skill error) with a percentage of 23%, students who make mistakes at the stage of understanding the problem (comprehension error) with a percentage of 16% and students who make mistakes in reading questions (reading error) with a percentage of 2%. Key Words: Arithmetic Social, Students Mistakes

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research aims to determine whether the student learning outcomes on probability lesson  taught by using the Problem Based Learning model were more than those whom  taught using the direct learning model. This research is categorized as quasi-experimental research, with a Posttest Only Control Group Design. The subject in this research were students of class VIII B and VIII C of SMP Negeri 1 Modoinding with a total of 40 students. The posttest score results were prosesed from students of the experiment and control classes. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students taught using the PBL model were more than the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the direct learning model. Key Words: Learning Outcomes, PBL, Probability

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teaching aids PBL learning model on student learning outcomes Static Fluid material class XI Science. Researchers used two classes namely, the experimental class numbered 24 students and the control class numbered 24 students. Both classes were given tests so that researchers could know the initial abilities of students, then each treatment was given. The experimental class uses the PBL model assisted with teaching aids, the control class uses the conventional model. After being tested for the second class posttest, it was obtained tcount> t table = 9.077> 2.01174. So, through this study, researchers can conclude the learning outcomes of the Experimental class using the Problem Based Learning model assisted with props larger than the Control class using the Conventional learning model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Research in the background by the lack of interest in student learning. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of problem based learning models with experimental methods on student learning outcomes. This study uses an experimental method, the population taken from all class X, which consists of science and social classes at Advent Klabat Manado High School, while the sample taken is 1 class as a subject class that is class X science consisting of 24 students. The date analysis technique used is descriptive technique with the assessment of PBL, attitude, psychomotor and is taken and collected from the assessment of the learning process and the results of the pretest and posttest on the material of Sight Sight and Optical Devices. Analysis of the results of this study shows that the application of PBL learning models using experimental methods in the Sense of Sight material and Optical Devices can improve student learning outcomes.Keywords : Learning Outcomes, Sense of Sight, Optical Devices, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

ABSTRACT.  This research aims to examine the average of the student learning outcomes taught using the Mind Mapping model and those whom not using the Mind Mapping model which is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on geometry transformation lesson.  This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Tondano during odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The subject in this research were students of grade IX-F as the experimental class and grade IX-G as the control class. Data collection in this research is done by giving test to the experimental dan control classes. The results showed that the average score of the students learning outcomes taught using the Mind Mapping model was 91.45 and the average of the students learning outcomes whom were not taught using the Mind Mapping model was 81.67. It means that the average of the students learning outcomes taught using the Mind Mapping model were more than the average of the students learning outcomes whom not using the Mind Mapping model which is Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on geometry transformation lesson. Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Mind Mapping

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study was conducted to describe type of errors done by students and find out the factors causing those errors. This qualitative descriptive research, involving nineteen 7th graders students at SMP Katolik Santa Rosa de Lima Tondano as research subjects. The test and interview were used as data collection technique. Based on the result of data identification, it is concluded that: (1) There were no students doing errors in comprehending algebra operation questions (2) 24,69% of students made errors on the kind of algebra basic form (3) 19,75% of students made errors in solution procedure, and (4) 43,21 of students made errors on the kind of calculations. The interview resulted in that the most type of errors conducted by students was the operation of algebra forms, summation of negative numbers, variable concept and the like terms.           Key Words: Analysis of Student Errors, Mathematics Solving, Operation of Algebra.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Talk Write terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan di SMP Negeri 1 Amurang Timur. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen – Posttest Only Control Group Design dengan sampel kelas VII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII A sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing terdiri dari 22 siswa. Data hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata nilai posttest hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen 86,90 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 58,13. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik uji t dengan nilai thitung 12,31 dan nilai ttabel 1,681 pada taraf a = 5%. Berdasarkan pada kriteria penerimaan Ha diterima yaitu thitung > ttabe, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Talk Write terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan di SMP Negeri 1 Amurang Timur. Kata Kunci : TTW, Interaksi, Makhluk Hidup, Lingkungan. Abstract.
