Abstract

The development of technology today has a major impact on various aspects of human life. One of them is thesocial aspect. Social sensitivity is the ability to be able to read, realise, and understand what is experienced by peoplearound and their environment. This understanding becomes the basis for acting appropriately in situations that are beingexperienced by oneself and also others around. The accuracy of reading becomes an important basis for taking every nextstep. This is related to interaction patterns, communication skills, and awareness to respond to the needs of the closestpeople, often low social awareness will make a person have a less adaptive interaction pattern, tend to withdraw, havedifficulty communicating, and are less sensitive to others or the surrounding environment, we prepared a web that willexplain about ethical norms in the social environment in the implementation of the realisation of international servicewhich is located at the Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur which is in the area of the Embassy of the Republic of IndonesiaKuala Lumpur, as for the purpose of this activity is to simulate how to overcome when you cannot control yourself or onlyfocus on technology so that you ignore the surrounding community, then convey information on social activities we alsoprepare guidebooks related to self awwarnes to social awwarnes on how to maximise web-based information systems sothat in the future the alpha generation can control themselves so that they can socialise with all groups.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT BPJS Health Medan with the aim of analyzing the influence of jobpromotions, work Engagement and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research population was86 employees who worked in the company and the sample was taken with a saturated sample so that the totalsample was 86 respondents. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, data collection techniquesusing literature studies, surveys and observations. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classicalassumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that job promotion, Work Engagement andwork environment partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. There is asufficient correlation between job promotion, work environment and organizational culture on employee jobsatisfaction in the company, amounting to 31.2% and the remaining 68.8% is explained by other variables notstudied.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial performance indicators (current ratio, debt-to-equityratio, inventory ratio, net profit margin) and economic value added, as well as market value added, on firm value asrepresented by the price-to-earnings ratio. This research employs a quantitative methodology. The data is obtainedfrom secondary sources, specifically the financial records of PT Toba Pulp Lestari TBK from 2019 to 2023. Theemployed method is multiple linear regression analysis with EViews 12. Conclusions can be derived from the studytitled Analysis of Financial Performance of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added in Relation to CompanyValue at Toba Pulp Lestari TBK from 2019 to 2023. Current Ratio (CR) positively and significantly influencescompany value, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) negatively and significantly impacts company value. InventoryTurnover (ITO) also has a negative and significant effect on company value. Net Profit Margin (NPM) positivelyaffects company value but is insignificant. Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) bothpositively and significantly enhance company value.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze work culture, competencies and work achievements onemployee performance. The location of this research was carried out at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III. This typeof research is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linearregression analysis. The number of samples in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method with thehelp of SPSS software version 25. Partially, the results of this study show that work culture (X1) has no influenceon employee performance. Competence (X2) has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Workperformance (X3) has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously thevariables of work culture (X1), competence (X2) and work performance (X3) together have a significant positiveeffect on employee performance.

Abstract

Located in Kelurahan Belawan I, Kecamatan Medan Belawan, Kampung Nelayan Lingkungan XII is a coastal area where the community primarily engages in fishing, boat rental services, and producing shrimp paste (terasi) from small shrimp (udang rebon). Observations and discussions with Kelompok Usaha Lestari, a local group dedicated to shrimp paste production, revealed that traditional methods, such as using mortars and pestles, are still prevalent. This manual process significantly limits production capacity and results in inconsistent product quality that deteriorates quickly over time. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to address these issues by improving production efficiency and enhancing product quality through the integration of appropriate technology. The initiative includes the provision of a grinding machine tailored for processing small shrimp, training on product standardization, and continuous guidance to ensure effective use of the technology. The implementation of this technological solution has proven effective in increasing production capacity and ensuring higher consistency and quality of the shrimp paste. These improvements enable Kelompok Usaha Lestari to compete more effectively in the market and contribute to their long-term economic sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out "Financial Performance Analysis for Credit Granting Decisions at BankMandiri KCP Belawan". This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative research is an approach used toinvestigate the situation of natural objects, where the researcher plays the role of the main instrument, using a combination ofdata collection techniques (Sugiyono, 2009). In this context, the study aims to analyze financial performance for the decision toprovide credit to a bank. The data collected from respondents' responses can be used as research information. The source of datawas obtained from the debtor and Bank Mandiri KCP Belawan with the completeness of the required documents. Two types ofdata were collected in this study: primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviewsand documentation. This study aims to determine the influence of Financial Performance Analysis on Credit Granting Decisionsat Bank Mandiri KCP Belawan. The results of this study are the factors that can make credit applications accepted by the bankare (1) the debtor already has an official business license and NPWP, (2) the debtor must have 50% capital before applying forcredit and the business is managed directly by the debtor himself, (3) the debtor must be cooperative and open when asked abouthis business for credit management, (4) The debtor has never had a history of arrears of payment. (5) The debtor has never beeninvolved in legal problems, (6) The value of the collateral given by the debtor must be in accordance with the market price whenapplying for credit, (7) The business that has been established has been running for approximately 1 year, (8) The location ofthe business is easy to reach by local residents. If a business has no debt (current debt = 0), both the current ratio and the quickratio cannot be calculated in the usual way and are considered undefined or infinity, then this shows that the business has a verystrong liquidity condition because there are no short-term obligations that need to be fulfilled.

Abstract

Menulis dalam bahasa Inggris masih merupakan hal yang ditakuti oleh sebagian besar siswa di sekolah dariTingkat sekolah dasar (SD) hingga sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Hal ini karena masih rendahnya pemahaman parasiswa di sekolah terhadap pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Kali ini, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat UNINDRAmengadakan kegiatan untuk pendampingan anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Mahabbatul Yatim Kabupaten BogorJawa Barat. Sebanyak 16 (enam belas) orang mengikuti pelaksanaan PKM ini. Peserta dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalahanak-anak panti asuhan yang sudah duduk di bangku sekolah pertama (SMP) dan sekolah menengah atas (SMA).Pada kegiatan ini, tim melakukan pendampingan dalam melatih para peserta untuk menulis esai deskriptif dalambahasa Inggris. Tiga tahapan pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian MasyarakatPKM ini adalah: presentasi, yaitu tahap penjelasan, praktik, yaitu tahap latihan, dan pemberian tes berupa penulisandeskriptif. Pendampingan ini juga diharapkan dapat membawa dampak positif bagi peserta sehingga mereka mampumenyusun paragraf bahasa Inggris dengan cara yang mudah dan menyenangkan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah parapeserta pelatihan memperoleh kepercayaan diri dan meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris mereka. Umpan balikpositif lainnya juga didapat terhadap materi tim pengajar. Agar peserta dapat memberikan pengaruh positif kepadamitra sasaran kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menanamkan dalam diri mereka rasa tanggungjawab atas bagaimana mereka menerapkan pengetahuan mereka

Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether situational leadership style partially has apositive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Fourpoints By SheratonMedan Hotel. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on the workperformance of Fourpoints By Sheraton Medan Hotel employees? Does partial work experiencehave a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Fourpoints By Sheraton MedanHotel employees. Whether situational leadership style, work discipline and work experiencesimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Fourpoints BySheraton Medan Hotel employees. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative researchmethod with the help of the SPSS program. This study uses multiple linear regression. The samplein this study was 42 respondents. Primary data collection uses questionnaires. The results of thestudy show that situational leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on the workperformance of employees of the Fourpoints By Sheraton Hotel Medan. Work discipline partiallyhas a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Fourpoints By Sheraton MedanHotel employees. Work experience partially has a positive and significant effect on the workperformance of Fourpoints By Sheraton Medan Hotel employees. Abstract

This research aims to improve digital marketing capabilities for the IR & IR - Melayu Craft Joint Business Group (KUB) in Bandar Khalipah Village, Deli Serdang Regency, through training in the use of podcast media. This community service program is designed to overcome these obstacles by utilizing podcast technology as a marketing tool. The research method involves several stages: submission of proposals, preparation of training materials,implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The training lasted for six months, with lecture sessions, questionsand answers, and practice regarding podcast creation and promotion. Participants are trained to create interestingpodcast content, manage and promote it effectively. The research results show significant improvements in severalaspects. Sales of songket products increased by 30% after implementing podcasts in marketing strategies, indicatingthe effectiveness of this method in expanding market reach and increasing consumer awareness. Additionally, therewas a 40% increase in KUB members' digital marketing skills, reflected in better podcast quality. Members' ability to use data analysis tools also increases, enabling them to understand market dynamics in real-time and make more strategic marketing decisions
