Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence customer satisfaction such as the amount of fees and late fees for gold pawning customers at Pawnshops in the city of Palangka Raya. This research is ex post facto in which this study looks at the direct influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The research population was all 705 gold pawning customers with a sample of 225 customers, the sample was determined using the Slovin technique with a tolerance of 5%. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with t, F and R Square tests. The results showed that the amount of ujrah and late fines had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of Pawn Pawn customers in Palangka Raya. This is evidenced that the calculated t value is much greater than t table (variables X 1 11.590> 1.969 and X 2 7.783> 1.969) and the calculated F value is greater than F table (98.255> 3.031). Then the contribution value of R Square is 0.438, where it can be seen that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 43.8%.

Abstract

The economic transformation towards e-commerce has significantly impacted traditional merchants. This study examines the effects of this phenomenon on the family economy of clothing traders in Pasar Besar, Palangka Raya City, Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes data from 20 respondents through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The framework uses Karl Max’s economic theory. Results indicate that e-commerce impacts: (1) a decrease in sales turnover by up to 40%, (2) changes in traders' work patterns, and (3) adaptation of marketing strategies to digital platforms. While e-commerce offers better prospects, it also creates economic difficulties for traditional traders' families. These findings provide crucial insights for traders and policymakers in designing effective adaptation strategies and regulations. The study recommends a balanced economic approach, considering social and environmental aspects, in line with the people's economy principle in the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrated Artificial intelligence (AI) model to enhance literacy and public understanding of Sharia bank product contracts in Indonesia. Adopting a qualitative methodology with secondary data, the study explores AI models as tools to improve societal comprehension and decision-making processes. The findings outline a comprehensive AI integration framework that can be implemented across various sectors, including the Fatwa Council, government, Sharia banks, MSMEs, and the general public. The proposed framework comprises eight key stages: the formulation of fatwas and regulations for Sharia contracts, the adjustment of contracts based on data and real-world application, recommendations for refining the execution of Sharia contracts, the implementation of these contracts in financial products, dissemination of relevant contract information, identification of challenges in contract implementation, public education and simulation of Sharia contracts, and addressing public misunderstandings. It is crucial that all stakeholders, including governments, MSMEs, and the public, actively participate in this process, ensuring governmental facilitation and increased public awareness of the positive impact of AI utilization in this context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of istihsan as a source of law in online buying and selling practices and its impact on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data collected through literature studies obtained from books, journals, and the internet which are then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. This study found that online buying and selling practices use the salam and istishna contracts in their implementation. In general, both contracts are invalid because the goods are intangible. However, these two contracts are still valid based on istihsan bin nash and istihsan bi al-'urf. The permissibility of online buying and selling is reinforced by the DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 146 / DSN-MUI / XXI / 2021 Concerning Online Shops Based on Sharia Principles. The contribution of online buying and selling to economic growth in Indonesia occurs through the circulation of money, the provision of goods and services, and the absorption of labor. The number of businesses in this sector grew by 4.46% in 2022 with an estimated number of businesses of 2.99 million, having diverse incomes, even reaching IDR 50 billion per business, and being able to absorb 8.08% of workers from the entire working population. Without a clear legal source, the phenomenon of economic growth, one of which is caused by online buying and selling activities, is impossible.

Abstract

The development of productive waqf in educational institutions has now extended to higher education institutions, including Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). IPB’s waqf agency, known as the Business, Investment, and Waqf Management Body, has successfully developed, collected, and distributed waqf funds to educational institutions and their students. Therefore, as an effort to replicate this success, this study aims to analyze the level of cash waqf literacy among the academic community of State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research design with proportional random sampling as the sampling technique. This technique ensures that all members have an equal chance of being selected as samples according to their proportion, resulting in a total of 80 samples. The arrangement of indicators follows the Zakat Literacy Index concept developed by Puskas BAZNAS. A Likert scale questionnaire is used as the research instrument, while the Chen and Volp literacy level scale is applied to categorize cash waqf literacy levels. The results of this study indicate that the cash waqf literacy index among the academic community of Banjarmasin State Polytechnic, which includes lecturers, education administrators, and lab assistants, is 80.00%, placing it in the intermediate category.

The T test shows the value of the effectiveness (2,697), and digital qris technology (7,610) greater than t table (1,984) with significance <0.05. F Test Reats F count (623.453)> F table (,09) with a significance of 0.000. CoefficitationPinasi (R2) The amount of 0.928 shows that 92.8% of the development of MSME development can be explained by the effectiveness and use of QRIS digital technology.
