Abstract

Human resources are an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used the associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 36 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling using saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis of competence does not affect employee performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by competence and job satisfaction, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and design financial optimization planning strategies at KLINIK MITHA Pre-Marriage Healthcare and Aesthetic. Healthcare and aesthetic clinics, such as KLINIK MITHA, have an important role in providing quality healthcare and aesthetic treatments to the community. Therefore, effective financial management is key to support their growth and operational continuity. The research method we applied in this study involved a thorough analysis of the clinic's financial structure. We focused on the management of financial resources, which includes aspects of cash management, proper budget allocation, as well as smart investment strategies. We analyzed KLINIK MITHA's financial data over the past few years quantitatively and qualitatively to understand their dynamics and challenges. The results of this study show that effective financial optimization planning is crucial in the context of health and aesthetic clinics. Efficient cash management ensures clinics can meet their operational needs and remain sustainable. Proper budget allocation helps maximize the use of financial resources, while smart investment strategies can provide significant returns on investment. The conclusions of this study strongly emphasize the importance of careful financial planning in achieving operational success and long-term growth in the healthcare and aesthetic services sector. Our findings provide valuable insights for the management of similar clinics that are looking for ways to improve their financial efficiency and achieve sustainable business goals. This research can provide a solid foundation for better financial planning strategies in the future.

Abstract

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become locomotors who contribute to the organization's success sustainably. Of course, only employees with optimal performance can achieve such success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to improve it. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 50 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling and saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by employee job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher employee performance. The second hypothesis states that workload shows no influence on employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by employee job satisfaction and workload, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.
