Abstract

The health and beauty services industry in Indonesia, particularly PT Shadeka Cipta Gemilang (Slimmingfique), is experiencing rapid growth and complex challenges. This research uncovers the company's financial and operational planning strategies, including cost budget management, development capital, and profit projections. The analysis involves revenue, marketing cost allocation, human resource management, and risk management, illustrating the company's adaptation to market dynamics. The research explored the impact of regulatory changes on PT Shadeka Cipta Gemilang's planning, demonstrating the company's flexibility and resilience. Best practices, such as information technology integration, improved operational efficiency, and risk management, are identified. On Financial Analysis, projected income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial ratio analysis showed increased profit and asset growth. The research highlighted the feasibility of the investment with increased ROI, short Payback Period, and positive NPV. The findings provide valuable insights for similar companies looking to improve their financial and operational performance in a dynamic industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build an innovation strategy focused on commercial development for Berawal Coffee & Dimsum through the creation of opportunity-generating tactics. In this research, a case study was used along with a qualitative approach. The owner and management team of Berawal Coffee, who play an important role as key informants and are directly involved in the company's operations or part of the core management, are considered to have the best understanding of the business situation there. The researcher conducted interviews with these people. The researcher used the IFE, EFE, and QSPM matrices to find a number of opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses that became important elements in business development when creating a business plan for Berawal Coffee & Dimsum. Berawal Coffee's evaluation of the Internal and External (IE) Matrix shows that Berawal Coffee is in cell V position. To prevent a decline in sales and loss of profits, the next stage is product development. Berawal Coffee & Dimsum can expand its facilities and geographical reach while maximizing the use of technology for marketing purposes. This could be the first step to growing the company if the strategy is well formulated

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing and lifestyle on purchase decisions, with brand awareness as a mediating variable. The methodology used is a causal research design. 225 respondents who are Indonesian consumers of Fore Coffee were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data. The measurement model and structural model of the research construct being constructed are evaluated and analyzed in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the aid of the statistical tool AMOS 24. In this research, the independent variables are social media marketing and lifestyle, the dependent variable is purchase decision, with brand awareness as the mediating variable. Variables are measured using 5-point Likert scale, where respondents are asked to rate their agreement with statements related to each variable. This study shows that social media marketing, lifestyle and brand awareness significantly influence purchase decisions directly and indirectly through brand awareness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to delve into the dynamics of consumer behaviour and its relationship with brand image, product quality, brand trust, and repurchase intention, focusing on the Eiger brand. The study employs a causal method, collecting data through questionnaires from 227 Eiger product users in Indonesia, utilizing purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS 24, with measurements of brand image, product quality, brand trust, and repurchase intention variables. The findings indicate that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention, with brand trust acting as a mediator that strengthens this relationship. This research provides valuable insights into understanding the contributions of brand image, product quality, and brand trust in influencing consumer repurchase intentions. Marketing and brand development strategies are recommended to maintain the competitive edge of Eiger in the outdoor equipment market. Research limitations include restricted variables and study subjects, suggesting that future research could expand analyses to external factors and comparisons with key competitors to enhance the understanding of consumer dynamics.

Abstract

The beauty industry is currently growing very rapidly, with many new products competing for consumer attention. The objective of this study was to ascertain and examine the impact of TikTok social media marketing, beauty influencers, and brand awareness as mediating variables on the form of Skintific product purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative research with explanatory research design. The population of this study consists of all consumers of Skintific brand products. This research uses purposive sampling. Data for this study will be collected through a questionnaire distributed through various social media platforms to people over 17 years old and Skintific products are used and purchased by TikTok social media users in Indonesia. To examine the correlation between factors, this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 24. The findings of this study indicate that social media marketing and beauty influencers significantly and positively impact purchasing decisions. Brand awareness positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions through social media marketing and beauty influencers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the direct effect of product quality variables and perceived suitability on repurchase intention and indirect effects through customer satisfaction as a mediator on Indonesian skincare product users. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and used Indonesian skincare products at least twice in the last 3 months with a minimum age of 17 years and domiciled in Indonesia. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire, and a sample of 210 respondents was obtained through a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 26 statistical tool. This research shows a significantly positive relationship between product quality, perceived suitability, and consumer satisfaction with the repurchase intention of Indonesian skincare consumers. The perceived suitability felt by consumers is crucial in deciding to continue using a product, so companies need to continue to innovate according to consumer needs.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and the use of social media on the marketing capabilities and marketing performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Borneo. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing ability and marketing performance, while the use of social media has a positive impact on marketing ability. However, the use of social media does not have a significant effect on marketing performance. This research uses a five-point Likert scale and applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 statistical tool. These findings provide insight for business owners and stakeholders in improving their marketing performance in the current digital era.

Abstract

Scarlett faces the challenge of reconciling its top rank in body lotion sales with a secondary position in overall product sales. This problem underscores the crucial need for Scarlett to apply effective marketing strategies to enhance public awareness and promote its diverse product range amid escalating competition in the market. This study aims to analyze the variables influencing brand awareness of Scarlett in Indonesia's highly competitive beauty industry. This research introduces a novel paradigm by incorporating event marketing as a variable mediating content marketing, influencer marketing, and product innovation for Scarlett. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS statistical tool. Data is collected through a questionnaire, with 228 respondents from Scarlett's audience. Findings demonstrate the significant influence of content marketing, influencer marketing, product innovation, and event marketing on Scarlett's brand awareness. The research also shows that event marketing can effectively serve as a mediating variable. The study's implication is to guide businesses in formulating effective marketing strategies and enhancing market positions in the dynamic digital landscape, emphasizing that brand awareness can be improved by strategically integrating event marketing with other promotional efforts, thereby contributing to a more comprehensive marketing approach.

Abstract

Smartphones are a technology that is developing very rapidly in Indonesia. Smartphones were once considered a luxury item, but as time goes by, smartphones have become an inseparable part of modern society's lifestyle which is very helpful in working. With various types of smartphones available, the iPhone is the choice of Indonesian people. The large number of second-hand iPhone users in Indonesia is caused by the behavior of consumers who want to use luxury goods at low prices. This research aims to determine the influence of price fairness and hedonic lifestyle on purchasing decisions and brand image as mediating variables on second-hand iPhones in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative descriptive research using a sample of 200 respondents who use second-hand iPhones in Indonesia who distributed questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method, with the criteria being that respondents are aged 17 years and over and people who use second-hand iPhones. In this research, analysis and measurement used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the statistical tool AMOS 24. The findings in this research show that price fairness and hedonic lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for second-hand iPhones in Indonesia. Brand image as a mediating variable in price fairness and hedonic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a second-hand iPhone in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop a design-oriented innovation strategy for the Potato Farmers Group through the formulation of strategies aimed at opportunity generation. This study employs a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. The researchers interviewed key informants who met the following criteria: they had to be the potato farmer group's core manager, still actively involved in the group's management, have potato farmland, and be directly involved in the cultivation of potato crops. These individuals were thought to be the most knowledgeable about the business situation of the potato farmer group. In order to create business plans that recognize various possibilities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses as crucial elements in business development, the IFE matrix design, the EFE matrix, and the QSPM matrix are utilized. The Potato Farmers Group is in cell V position and has the ability to increase market share, improve production methods, and leverage technology for marketing, according to the findings of the Internal and External Matrix (IE) assessment. Finding the appropriate strategy formula is the first step in starting a firm.
