Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract

Abstract This article aimed to explaining student's motivation infollowing dancing activities as their self-development activities in SD Negeri 09 Surau Gadang Nanggalo Padang. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative research. The data ware collected from observation, interviews, and literature review.  The data were analyzed byusing the phenomenology. The findings indicated that the students weremotivated enoughi following the dancing activiti as their self-development activities. It was seenfromstudents’ enthuseiastic and earnest responseabout theactivities. Most studentsexpressedtheir excitementandwillingness tofollowthe activities.It could be councluded that the students following the dancing activities were those who cared for the dance art itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the composition analysis recuerdos de la Alhambra works of Francisco Tarrega. This research uses a qualitative approach through analysis study (content analysis). Data collection through literature studies and laboratory work. Analysis of the composition Recuerdos de la Alhambra examines the form of songs that includes motifs, phrases, periods and cultivation techniques that include the technique of playing the right hand and left hand playing techniques. The theory used prier theory, Banoe and Poerwadarmita. That said point a is a collection of motifs, phrases, periods and cultivation techniques. The composition of the research results Recerdos de la Alhambra works of Francisco Tarrega consists of a 55-bar using ¾ time signature by using the basic tone C major and modulated to the basic tone of A major. Song form consists of a form that is A (a a '), consists of two motives in the phrase antecedents and motives in the phrase concequens 3. In the arable techniques there are two, namely the technique of the game in the right hand and left hand technique in the game. On the right hand playing techniques there is one bar that uses apoyando and and tirando which include: there are two bars which uses techniques tirando on chords, arpeggios and a 1-bar at 52 bars in tremolo. Abstract

Abstract This article aimed to describe the Performing Arts Management at Tuah Sakato Studio.This research was qualitative research with descriptive type. This research was conducted at Tuah Sakato Studio in Padang City. The object of the study was the studio of Tuah Sakato in Padang City. The techniques of data collection were interviews, documentation and direct observation in the field. Meanwhile, the analysis of the data used in this study was interpretation technique. The results of the study showed that the management of Tuah Sakato Studio had a planning by making programs that would be carried out and implemented, with preparation of equipment and training. The organizing of the studio had been organized by making the management structure in the form of lines. The organizing also determined the duties and authorities of the board. The movement was done by carrying out the provision of motivation, guidance and mobilizing on the stated goals. Internal supervision was carried out directly or indirectly. In the other hand, external supervision was done with evaluation of activities. Tuah Sakato studio also had a production house consisting of dance, music, Malam Bainai, and babako. Marketing management of Tuah Sakato studio also followed the current development of times. Tuah Sakato studio was already registered in tourism office and cooperated with the office. Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the choreography of Piring Hoyak Badarai dance at Sarai Sarumpun Studio in Padang city. This is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The object of research was the Piring Hoyak Badarai dance. The instrument in this study was the researcher it self and was assisted by a voice recorder and several videos, a cell phone camera, and writing instruments. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data were got through collecting data, selecting important data, compiling data selected, and analyzing data using interpretation technique with careful consideration.  The results of this study indicate that Piring Hoyak Badarai dance is a creative dance originating from a traditional pattern movement which is developed into a creative dance shown as entertainment. In addition, this dance emerges from choreographed ideas, but it considers the norms and rules existing in the society. For instance, female dancers do not dance male dance movements because there are ethics in moving as well as ethics in dressing. The Piring Hoyak Badarai dance functions as an entertainment and develops the artistic potential of choreographers.  The Piring Hoyak Badarai dance with a theme manifested from traditional materials whose atmosphere is joyful has 33 kinds of movements and 5 dancers. The body lines contained in the Piring Hoyak Badarai dance are dominant to straight lines, the level is medium, the time is medium and fast, the upper design is angular,the floor pattern is straight and curved lines, andit is in the form of group dance developed by using dance composition knowledge by its choreographers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe results of the analysis of creative Piring Dance at Syofyani's studio in the Case Study of Dance Accompaniment which is viewed from the relationship of the dance movements to the music rhythm. This type of research was qualitative research with using a content analysis approach. The instrument of this research was the researcher and it was assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, camera and laptop. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Techniques of data collection were conducted by doing library research, observation, interviews and documentation. The steps to analyze data were done by collecting data, listening to audio recording, playing music, transcribing and analyzing scores. The result shows that music and Piring dance is made based on "Alam Takambang Takambang jadi Guru", therefore the process that is passed by imagining (visualizing) the movement of the dance , it is like stretching a shade (weaving place) then describing the movement above the shade. Music and Piring Dance are also made based on the nuance of music and dance that are presented and related in rhythmic between music and dance. Based on the rhythmic relationship between music and dance, there are several parts of music and dance that have strong accents so that it support the rhythm that is shown from music and dance from the intro section, core A and B and their variations. B rhythmic which is used in music uses more of a 2/4 with a different tempo from the beginning to the final climax.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research was to describe the use of audio-visual media to improve the students’ independence in learning arts  and cultures subject. This was a qualitative research which used descriptive method. The sources of the data were the teacher and the students. The result of the research showed that the use of audio-visual media made learning process become more effective and made the students felt happy, be serious and focused on the material being explained. These had raised the students’ independence in learning so that they were willing to perform dancing, playing musical instruments and performing a drama in front of the class. Abstract

AbstractThis research is initiated by the lack of creativity of deaf childern in self development activities of dancing classat SLB Negeri 2 Padang at the beginning of the researcher’s observation. It was found that the children only imitated, followed and memorized the movement taught by the teacher.  Therefore, the teacher made some efforts to cultivate the creativity of deaf children. The purpose of this research was to describe the teacher’s way to foster the children’s creativity in self-development activities of dancing class at SLB Negeri 2 Padang. The type of this research was qualitative research using descriptive method. The objects of this research were 5 deaf children in self development activities of dancing art at SLB Negeri 2 Padang. The data were collected through interviews and observations. After that, the data were analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The findings of the research are: 1. Teacher's efforts to foster the creativity of deaf students were as follow: a) to use visual stimuli, b) to guide exploration, and c) to provide reinforcement. 2. The improvement of student creativity had an impact on: a) students’ concentration, b) the emergence of students’ self-confidence, and c) students' dancing abilities. Through the visual stimulation, the children were able to explore the movement guided by the teacher, to adjust the calculation, to memorize the motion and to adjust to the accompaniment. Students are able to create simple movements and able to develop them into several movements. Students were able to demonstrate the dance with a variety of movements in accordance with the level of their motor skills as well as to build a good concentration in receiving the dance materials. Students were more confident and enthusiastic because of the reinforcement given by the teacher. Students showed high enthusiasm in creating movements according to the creative imagination through guidance from the teacher. Keywords: Creativity, Deaf, Dance Self Development.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to describe the Implementation of Singing Learning in Cultural Arts subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Solok. Type of the research was qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The object of research was teachers and 11th grade students of MIA 2. The main instrument in the research was the researcher and researcher was assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and photo cameras. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, documentation and literature review. The steps taken in analyzing data were collecting data, identifying data, classifying data and describing data. The results showed that singing learning activities at SMA Negeri 3 Kota Solok ran smoothly but had not yet reached the KKM standard. It is caused by there were still many students who had not mastered intonation, articulation, frequency, breathing, posture, and expression. Thus, it could be concluded that students’s singing ability at SMA Negeri 3 Solok especially clss XI MIA 2 was not significantly improved since the students’ participation was not yet maximal. Keywords: Learning, Singing, Art and Culture

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the values of local wisdom of Ronggeng Sakabek Arek Art in the Simpang Timbo Abu Preparatory Kenagarian, Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency, by using the theory of local wisdom values and the theory of performing arts. This research employed qualitative research using descriptive analytical methods. The main instrument is the researcher himself with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques are library reviews, observation, interviews and documentation. The object of research is the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek Art in the Kenagarian Preparation of “Simpang Timbo Abu”, Talamau District, West Pasaman. It found that the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek Art was performed at three events, namely (a) the values of local wisdom contained in the Ronggeng Arts Youth Event, (1) the religious values in which the time of Ronggeng art was held after Isya Prayers, ( 2) the moral value of love for Ronggeng art by teaching Ronggeng art to the community even though it is not part of the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek art group, (3) ethical and moral values, before the implementation of Ronggeng art first ask permission from Niniak Mamak and other traditional leaders. (b) The values of local wisdom found in the Ronggeng Art Show at the mamasak night, (1) the religious values at which the Ronggeng art is held after the Isya prayer, (2) the social values to entertain and accompany tired working mothers in the kitchen preparing food for the wedding the next day and feeling love for Ronggeng art by means of the Ronggeng players giving opportunities to children and people who are not members of the Ronggeng Sakabek Arek art group to appear on stage. (c) The values of local wisdom contained in the Ronggeng performance at Aghak-aghak or marapulai processions in the Baralek event are social values, namely the number of families participating in delivering marapulai to the house of the dagho child or bride, as well as for the Ronggeng players. They are willing to take the time to accompany “marapulai” to the house of dagho children.

Abstract

Abstract The Article is aimed to describe the effort done to keep the existence of Podang dance in Napar, Koto Nan Gadang, Payakumbuh utara regency, Payakumbuh town. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The techniques of collecting the data are references from the library, observation, interview and documentation. The results are in the form of training carried out toward the youth people in Napar based on the promised and allocated time. It is  also found that there is an increasing number of the people joining the training everytime it is carried out : 10 people in the first training, 11 people in the second training and 14 people in the third training.   Kata kunci : Pengembangan, Jumlah, Pelaku, Tari, Podang
