Abstract

The education system has various supporting components. One of them is teaching materials. Based on the results of observations made by observing students' learning behavior, it is known that many students are confused about choosing the right source. So far, lecturers have only used PPT learning resources. Thus, the aim of the research is to find out what teaching materials need to be developed for macroeconomic theory courses at the FKIP Pamulang University economics education study program according to student needs. The research method used is descriptive research with a survey method. Participants in the research were obtained using a non-probability sampling method, namely active students of the economics education study program FKIP UNPAM who were taking macroeconomic theory lectures, namely students taking semester 5, 27 students who participated in filling out a questionnaire via the Google Form link. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. research results regarding analysis of student needs for teaching materials in macroeconomic theory courses. It is hoped that future researchers will develop teaching materials that can meet student needs according to the learning objectives set and can overcome student difficulties in learning.

Abstract

This study specifically targets the individuals who utilize the Shopee marketplace platform inside the city of Yogyakarta. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of customer reviews and online influencer marketing on online purchasing decisions, with customer trust playing a mediating role. The data collection instrument employed was a questionnaire created using Google Forms, and a total of 120 participants were chosen by purposive selection approaches. Afterwards, the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 25 software. This analysis incorporates the utilization of Sobel testing, R2 or coefficient of determination assessment, t-test examination, F-test examination, verification of traditional assumptions, and evaluation of Multiple Linear Regression. The study's findings suggest that influencer marketing positively influences consumer trust. Additionally, online customer reviews have a key role in shaping consumer trust, while consumer confidence has a favorable and substantial impact on online purchase decisions. Nevertheless, neither influencer marketing nor online customer evaluations have a direct influence on consumers' decisions to make online purchases

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar (The independent Learning Curriculum) has been implemented at SMAN 1 Lenek, SMAN 1 Pringgasela, and SMAN 1 Masbagik, although this is not without the existing problems. The implementation is still being carried out in stages for SMAN 1 Lenek and SMAN 1 Pringgasela, only for tenth and eleventh grades. Meanwhile SMAN 1 Masbagik has implemented it for all classed this year, the implementation of which is not free as well from problems in terms of planning, implementation and assesment. Therefore, this researchaims to (1) To find out the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar in driving schools in East Lombok; (2) To find out the problems of teachers in implementing Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar in schools with penggerak concept in East Lombok; (3) To find out the efforts made bay teachers to overcom problems in imlementing the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar in East Lombok. Methodes: qualitative research with a deskripstive type. Research subjects were the principal, deputy head of curriculum, tenth grade teachers, and tenth grade students. Results: First, at SMAN 1 Lenek, SMAN 1 Pringgasela and SMAN 1 Masbagik schools had implemented the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar with project-based implementation, diagnostic assesments, formative assesments, and summative assesments, ATP and Teaching Modules, CP, TP. Second, teacher problems in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar were focused in plenning, implementing and assesing learning with the difficulty of creating teaching modules, the difficulty of implementing the learning goal flow, the teachers lack of ability to use tecnology, the limited number of student textbooks, the teachers ability to allocate time during learning, teachers have difficulity giving grades to students who rarely come in. Abstract

Consumption is the most basic human need. This is clearly  proven  in  the  people  of  Jero  Gunung  Village  where irrational and excessive consumption behaviour has been operating due to a hedonic lifestyle pattern. In fact, in Islamic economics, needs must be oriented towards rational and positive needs in accordance with the Islamic law. This research aims to determine the influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumer behaviour from an Islamic economic perspective in the people of Jero Gunung Village. This type of research was quantitative correlational. The population of this research was the people of Jero Gunung Village who are indicated to have consumptive behaviour. The total research sample was 42 people using Simple Random Sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research was simple regression analysis. The results of the research hypothesis test show that T count  >  T  table  with  scores  3.202  >  2.021.  Therefore,  the hypothesis which states "There was a significant influence between hedonic lifestyle and consumer behavior in the people of Jero Gunung Village" was accepted. The coefficient of determination or R2 shows a value of 0.204, which means that the hedonic lifestyle variable has an influence of 20.4% on the consumptive behaviour variable.   In   general,   the   hedonic   lifestyle   and   consumptive behaviour of the people of Jero Gunung Village are in the moderate category

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and improve work discipline and salesperson performance management at PT Sun Mega Motor Hyundai Yogyakarta. The research method employed is qualitative research using primary data obtained through observation and interviews. Narrative analysis is utilized for data analysis. The results of this research indicate several implementations and improvements in discipline and performance management at PT Sun Mega Motor Hyundai Yogyakarta. These include creative ideas and repeated approaches needed for consumer search strategies to obtain marketing area permits in elite housing. Complaint management is carried out through coordination and collaboration to address all customer complaints. Effective collaboration can be achieved through discussions and mutual support. The relevance of cleanliness to psychological aspects can enhance motivation and a sense of ownership in the job. Activity plan responsibilities can be fulfilled by adhering to rules and directives from supervisors. Competence achievement through training enhances knowledge and insights in salesperson, thereby improving soft skills in marketing activities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the relationship between brand experience, brand authenticity, brand equity, brand trust, and customer satisfaction in Generation Y and Z shoe footwear. This study uses a quantitative approach method using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 177 samples supported by structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and analyzed through AMOS Graphics 24 software. The results of the analysis show that brand authenticity has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. Brand experience on brand authenticity has a significant positive impact. Brand experience and relationships have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The relationship between brand experience has a significant positive effect on brand equity. The impact of brand authenticity on brand trust has a significant positive effect. The relationship between brand authenticity and customer satisfaction directly impacts customer satisfaction because it has a significant negative effect, meaning that brand authenticity can have a positive and negative impact based on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The phenomenon of gender inequality is one of the causes of a country's economic growth problems. Developed countries are characterized by high levels of economic growth or economic complexity. One of the efforts made by developed countries is to increase investment in education equally for men and women. However, developing countries have not been able to achieve this because of limited opportunities for women in terms of education and employment. The level of education is a sign that there are differences in literacy according to the level of education. There is research that states that economic growth through women's empowerment is supported by education and literacy levels, but there is research that says education has no effect on gender equality. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic literacy on perceptions of gender equality among students majoring in Economic Education at UHAMKA using quantitative research methods. The research population was students majoring in economics education at UHAMKA. Data collection methods are questionnaires and interviews. The research results show that economic literacy influences perceptions of gender equality. The magnitude of the influence of economic literacy on perceptions of gender equality is 21.40%.

Abstract

Times are growing and so are the generations, there are so many changes in the current generation. In 2023, the term work-life balance became popular again, which has actually been around since 1986. To support this kind of lifestyle, it also requires optimal management of the aspects of life, especially the financial aspects. Discussing finances is very crucial, because many people change their life priorities because of this. This study will further analyze a person's financial management behavior and some aspects that influence it such as a person's income and their knowledge of finance. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence financial management behavior which include Income, Financial Knowledge, and Lifestyle conducted on the Echo Boomers Generation or the millennial generation which will be specialized in the Bekasi area which has a female gender. The data source of this study uses primary data originating from original data by data collectors using a questionnaire as a data collection technique for 100 respondents. The sampling technique used Accidental sampling on millennials in the Bekasi area. The research method uses a quantitative approach with statistical methods. The study conducted by researchers is to measure the positive influence of several indicators on each variable in it by using statistical test tools with PLS.

Abstract

In Indonesia, investment is now commonplace for Indonesian people, plus the increasingly rapid development of technology and digitalization, makes it easier for people to invest. We cannot necessarily invest for the reason of keeping up with the times, if this is not taken into consideration when making investment decisions it could be detrimental, while the aim of investment is for profit. When making investment decisions, we must consider how investors have risk tolerance and overconfidence. The aim of this research is so that the decisions we take in determining investment success on the Stock Exchange can be carried out optimally. The main data used in this research comes from interviews and data collection methods for 100 respondents using Accidental Sampling in the millennial population of the Bekasi area. The study methodology takes a quantitative tack. Using SmartPLS software, the Partial Least Square statistical test tool was used to evaluate the indicators for each variable. According to the study's findings, overconfidence affects investment decisions made on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while risk tolerance has no bearing on such decisions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants of accounting fraud tendencies consisting of suitability of compensation, information asymmetry, organizational commitment and individual morality in cooperatives throughout Selong District. This research was conducted at cooperatives in Selong District, totaling 25 cooperatives. This research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique and used a questionnaire method which was distributed to 75 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 24 application. The results of the research show that individual morality has a negative effect on the tendency to cheat. Meanwhile, suitability of compensation, information asymmetry and organizational commitment have no effect on the tendency to cheat. This research can be a reference for cooperatives in efforts to prevent fraud.
