Abstract

Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Kepemimpinan memegang peranan yang sangat dominan dan krusial dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Untuk Itu Pemimpin Harus Memiliki Gaya Kepemimpinan Yang Merupakan Instrumen Yang Sangat Penting Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawainya. Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Pelayanan Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Biak Numfor Masih Kurang Optimal. Pimpinan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Biak Numfor ini masih mempunyai kelemahan dalam kemampuannya berkomunikasi dengan pegawainya. Gaya Kepemimpinan Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Biak Numfor Menggunakan Gaya Kepemimpinan Paternalistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Biak Numfordan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumen resmi untuk menggambarkan realitas empiris di balik fenomena yang diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Kartu Keluarga pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupten Biak Numfor dapat di nilai cukup baik tetapi belum menyeluruh. Dilihat dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu, Tangibles ( bukti langsung), Raliability (kehandalan), Responsiveness ( Daya Tanggap ), Assurance (Jaminan), Emphaty (empati). Itu dapat diketahui baik dari wawancara dengan sebagian masyarakat yang berkepentingan dengan masalah pelayanan Kartu Keluarga selain dengan mengadakan wawancarajuga dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi dan juga dokumentasinnya.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and analyze the socio-economic changes of the Morella Country Community in Tourism Development. This research method is carried out with a qualitative approach with the State paradigm of Post-Positivism. informants as many as 22 people. Data collection using in-depth interviews, observations and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that tourism development in Morella Country focuses on the economy, job creation, and preservation of culture and natural beauty. However, it is necessary to strengthen policies in the use and preservation of tourism objects in Morella Country to achieve this goal. The positive economic and social impact of tourism is seen in the ability of local people to save and improve their living conditions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study unique cultural forms, dominant models and forms of integration, as well as factors that encourage and inhibit integration between the Buton and Iwan tribes in Koja Doi Village. Social and cultural integration means that everyone in society works together, whether individuals, families, institutions, or society as a whole. Thus producing unity, which means that everyone agrees on the same values. Qualitative ethnographic research is used to obtain data naturally through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the culture of mutual cooperation or what is called "padarane" is a characteristic of the Buton and Iwan tribes, which is manifested in traditional religious ceremonies and social development. One of the dominant models and forms of integration of the Buton and Iwan tribes is community integration on the basis of togetherness in the social development of life. Factors that encourage integration between the Buton tribe and the Iwan tribe are inter-tribal marriages and economic dependence. However, the tribal factors of the two tribes are a barrier to integration.

Abstract

This study explores the social interaction between leaders and employees at the Biak Marine and Fisheries Resources Monitoring Station Office. This topic was chosen because of the importance of social interaction in forming a productive work culture and an inclusive work environment, especially in the context of leadership changes and employee cultural diversity. The purpose of this study is to understand how associative social interaction affects work motivation and team dynamics in the office. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with leaders and employees, and relevant literature studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively qualitatively and interpretively, involving data reduction, grouping, and interpretation. The findings of the study indicate that effective social interaction between leaders and employees plays an important role in creating a positive and productive work culture. Recognition and appreciation from leaders contribute significantly to employee work motivation. The implication of these findings is that leaders need to understand their role in motivating and supporting employees to improve overall team performance. Recommendations for organizational practice include developing policies that support constructive social interaction and increasing initiatives to maintain team spirit. This study provides valuable insights for improving the interaction system and work motivation in the Biak PSDKP environment and opens up opportunities for further research in this field.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the vertical communication between leaders and employees and its impact on the quality of service at Wisma Bhima Cakti Kopo. A qualitative approach is used through in-depth interviews with key informants and supporters. Based on the theory of vertical communication, the results of the study show that downward communication has a more significant influence on employee readiness in carrying out tasks, through work instructions, task explanations, regulatory notices, and work motivation. Meanwhile, upward communication functions as a feedback tool, although its effectiveness is still limited. These two types of communication complement each other and affect service quality indicators, such as reliability, competence, accessibility, communication, and security. To improve the quality of service, improvements are needed in the delivery of more structured downward communication and more responsive and transparent upward communication. The combination of the two can create a productive work environment and increase guest satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between special autonomy funds (independent variable) and the poverty rate. (variabel dependen). The results show that special autonomy funds do not significantly affect the poverty rate in Biak, Papua. The results also indicate that this study has a significant impact on the study's outcomes, suggesting that this study may be useful in understanding other factors influencing poverty in Biak. These findings suggest that special autonomy funds may not be a significant factor in influencing poverty in Biak, Papua. The special autonomy funds used in Papua often face implementation challenges on the ground, especially in the context of Papua. Biak also emphasizes that special autonomy funds often encounter implementation challenges in the field, particularly in the context of Papua, where structural issues such as economic and geographical disparities remain dominant. The R² value of 0.039 indicates that only 3.9% of the variation in poverty levels can be explained by the variation in special autonomy funds. Special autonomy funds often depend on various multidimensional factors, which include access to education, healthcare services, economic infrastructure, and local capacity development. The special autonomy funds used in Papua may not have been optimally focused.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN). The research methods used were quantitative descriptive and verifiable with a saturated sample of 76 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, and F test and t test. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to supervise work discipline more intensively and provide more work motivation, so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

This study explores the use of the MiChat application as a platform for establishing temporary relationships, particularly in the context of searching for one-night stand partners. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of active MiChat users. The findings reveal that this application functions as a digital space that allows individuals to express emotional and sexual needs without being bound by conventional social norms. MiChat users often create personal justifications for this practice, even though it is considered contrary to prevailing moral values. This study highlights how modern communication technology is transforming social interaction patterns, creating new dynamics that blur the boundaries between public and private spaces. The results of this study contribute significantly to understanding the impact of digital media on social behavior and identity construction in contemporary society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using Shopee e-commerce on consumer behavior in Penagan Village, West Mendo District, Bangka Regency. The development of digital technology and increasingly widespread internet access has encouraged rural communities to utilize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee in meeting their daily needs. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results showed that the use of Shopee has changed consumer behavior in terms of shopping habits, product preferences, and purchasing decision-making patterns. Consumers tend to prioritize convenience, competitive prices, and the variety of products offered through the platform. This study concludes that Shopee has a significant impact on consumer behavior in Penagan Village, with positive implications in increasing product accessibility, but also raises new challenges that need to be overcome. The findings are expected to be taken into consideration by businesses and the government in optimizing the benefits of e-commerce for rural communities.
