Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS materi jenis-jenis usaha dan kegiatan ekonomi dalam bentuk permainan monopoli berbasis kontekstual untuk siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar, serta mengetahui kualitas produk ini yang telah dihasilkan sehingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D dengan empat tahap yaitu: 1) define (pendefinisian), 2) design (perancangan), 3) develop (pengembangan), 4) disseminate (penyebarluasan). Media ini di uji cobakan kepada 30 siswa kelas V SDN Mustikasari 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media monopoli yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan ahli media mendapatkan skor persentase sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat valid, selanjutnya hasil validasi oleh ahli materi mendapatkan skor persentase sebesar 92% dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji pengembangan yang dilakukan pada 4 orang siswa kelas V mendapatkan skor persentase sebesar 84% dan uji yang dilakukan kepada 30 siswa kelas V di SDN Mustikasari 2 sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat baik karena peserta didik sangat tertarik pada media Monopoly Smart Games. Berdasarkan hasil perolehan data menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media monopoli berbasis kontekstual materi jenis-jenis usaha dan kegiatan ekonomi layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas V Sekolah Dasar pada mata pelajaran IPS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of organizing a culture-based school and efforts to grow cultural values at Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation. The technique of analysis data uses reduction data, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the use of the school-based cultural arts model in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Elementary School Yogyakarta Indonesia was motivated by arts education which was prioritized to build human character, cultivate self-reliant spirit and fertilize behaviour on the foundation of cultural values. The implementation of arts and culture-based schools is done by making culture a content that is packaged in local content subjects, namely dance, music, music and song, and Javanese language. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low character of the students of SDN 4 Pule and the lack of use of learning media in the teaching and learning process so that it does not attract the attention of students in the learning process at SDN 4 Pule. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of learning media explee interactive video-based as strengthening character education. This research process uses quantitative methods using a one group pretest posttest design. The population of fifth grade students at SDN 4 Pule is 40 students. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The sample in this study were all fifth grade students at SDN 4 Pule. The instruments used by researchers in data collection are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used Paired Sample T-Test with the help of SPSS 25.0 Software. The results of the different test showed that the significance value was 0.00 (< 0.05). So, there are differences before and after the use of learning media explee interactive video-based. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that media is explee interactive video-based effective as a strengthening of character education for SDN 4 Pule students.

Abstract

The concept of communication is not only related to the problem of how to speak effectively but also the ethics of speaking. Since entering the reform era, the Indonesian people have been in an atmosphere of euphoria, free to talk about anything, to anyone, in any way. Al-Qur'an mentions communication as one of human nature, hence, it is importance to understand how important to communicate in good manner, especially toward children, as we know that children learn a lot from what they see, hear and imitate. To find out how humans should communicate, Qur'an provides keywords related to this. The researchers conducted literature review from some related research articles discussing the importance of this issue. The commandment stated in Quran and hadith are indication of the obligation for Muslims to apply the nature of honesty and correct speech in which it is known as qaulansadidan. A person's success is not determined by intelligence only but also emotion. To accomplish, communication ethics are really important to be sophisticated toward children. Educate the children with good daily communication ethics affects their life and facilitate them to achieve genuine success.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper implementation of the tahfiz program in MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi Cileunyi district for the 2020/2021 academic year; Inhibitor and backups of the tahfiz program in MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi Cileunyi district  for the 2020/2021 academic year; Tahfiz program effectiveness in improving rote at the MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi Cileunyi district for the 2020/2021 academic year. The study involves a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data is obtained from observation, interview and documentation and then analyzed by data reductin, data display and conclusions drawing nad verification. Studies have found that include the tahfiz program goals, teachers tahfiz, tahfiz materials, tahfiz methods, memorizing the Qur’an color block, talaqqi and muraja’ah, an evaluation of daily, weekly and semester assessments and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tahfiz program at the MI Terpadu Ar-Rifqi. Of the increased aspects of surah that memorized by learners, the effectiveness of tahfiz programs falls into highly effective categories. According to the tahfiz materials, the effectiveness of tahfiz programs is highly ineffective.

Abstract

The learning system is the most important role in education. MIN Toweren Aceh Tengah has a problem in the thematic learning system. Students have poor learning motivation in class. Analysis of the learning system at MIN Toweren was carried out to find its weaknesses. With the PISCES analysis method, the current performance of the learning system is the main source of problems. The results of the analysis are the basis for consideration for improvements in the learning system. The results of this study provide a solution for the development of a digital-based learning system in grade 1 mathematics thematic lessons at MIN Toweren. From the evaluation carried out on the implementation of this digital learning system, students are considered to be more motivated in learning.

Abstract

Setiap anak yang lahir di dunia ini memiliki “bekal” dari Yang Maha Kuasa untuk kelangsungan hidupnya, serta megemban tugas untuk menjadi Khalifah di muka bumi ini. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu bentuk kasih sayang Tuhan kepada hambanya. “Bekal” yang diberikan oleh Tuhan yang berupa fitrah manusia tentunya menjadi salah satu potensi untuk bisa menjadi seorang Khalifah disamping faktor-faktor penentu yang lain. Fitrah manusia ini apabila ditinjau dari sudut pandang pendidikan, maka akan menjadi arah, bentuk, dan metode dalam hal mendidik seorang anak.  Hal tersebut dilakukan agar anak bisa memaksimalkan apa yang menjadi kekuatan yang ada dalam dirinya. Jangan sampai seorang anak menjalani pendidikan tetapi bukan memaksimalkan potensinya, tetapi malah menghilangkan potensinya. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini dirasa sangat penting sebagai tambahan khazanah keilmuan dari sisi pengembangan potensi anak sesuai fitrahnya. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode studi literasi, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, dan mencatat, serta mengelola bahan penelitian.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology makes the world of education evolve to be more flexible. Social media was chosen as one of the efforts of educational institutions to carry out online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine the use of social media in learning at the elementary school level, the potential of social media in learning and the advantages and disadvantages of social media in learning. The results of the research show that social media in learning are Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp, YouTube and Instagram which have the potential to increase students' interest and motivation to more respect about assignments. In its implementation, there are advantages and disadvantages to social media when used in learning, therefore the assistance of teachers and parents is very necessary.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of teaching materials in the textbook Senang Belajar Matematika 4 with the ability of students' mathematical understanding which is the reference in this analysis is an indicator of mathematical understanding ability. This research is a descriptive analysis type of research by taking the object of textbook Senang Belajar Matematika 4 as the data source. The data collection technique uses observation by filling out the observation sheet. Data analysis using content analysis and documentation analysis. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the teaching materials contained in the textbook Senang Belajar Matematika 4 are compatible with indicators of mathematical understanding, namely: 1) re-conveying the concepts that have been learned, 2) classifying objects based on the requirements that must be met to form a concept, 3) applying the concept in a systematic form, 4) presenting the concept in mathematical form, and 5) connecting a concept with other concepts. The textbook Senang Belajar Matematika 4 also refers to the 5M in the 2013 curriculum scientific approach.

Abstract

The current era of globalization affects various sectors of life which are massively marked by the use of technology. As a result of globalization, many individuals who are capable of knowledge and insight are born, and produce individuals with the term digital native, namely where the internet is an integral part of the lives of generations living in the digital era. Within the setting of instruction, the advancement of innovation and the web ought to have had a positive affect on the learning handle as well as from the viewpoint of educator proficient development. Conditions at SDN 1 Karawang Wetan, SDN 1 Palubonsari, and SDIT MTA Karawang, where the culture of reading or digital-based literacy needs to be improved. The solution to overcome these problems is the reading movement program through the Literate School Ecosystem program, which is defined as a movement to motivate, mobilize, and cultivate reading digitally, which is carried out with a participatory persuasive approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources in the form of interviews, literature review, field notes and observations. This activity consists of three treatments in the form of training, assistance with digital information retrieval strategies, and application of fun reading to children. This activity program has succeeded in increasing digital literacy, where the evaluation results show teachers are able to search for digital information, and apply fun reading to students.
