Abstract

This research aims to : 1) know the influence of simultaneous (shared) between the variable of customer satisfaction toward the purchasing decisions, 2) know whether the customer satisfaction are the variables that influence the purchase decision of partially, 3) know the variable of customer satisfaction dominated of the rice purchases labeled. This research was conducted in Toko Dua departement store for five months, from May to September 2013. Analysis used are Linear Regression Multiple, accidental sampling method based on the total sample are 66 respondents.The results showed that the results of the test simultaneous (F) indicating that Fcount (2,824) > Ftable (2,37); so it is concluded the variable of costumer satisfaction simultaneously and significant to affect of the decision to buy. Partial assay results test (t) indicating that variable, among five namely the quality of the product the prices of emotional factors and charges; that significantly affect customers in a decision to buy rice labeled is variable fee; it showed that t count (2,698) > t table (1,669). The results of the test determinan (R) indicating that variable of customer satisfaction having value domination 19,1 % of the decision of the purchase, the remaining 80,9 % influenced by other factors outside of a operation variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of sweet potato farming in Bersehati Village, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out by purposive sampling with the consideration that the area was a sweet potato producing area with a business duration of more than 5 years. The number of respondents in this study were 15 people. Analysis of the data used is the financial analysis of the R/C ratio. The results of this study indicate that the farming profits obtained from these 3 types of sweet potatoes are different, where the sweet potato with red skin and white content with a total revenue of Rp. 50,000,000 able to get a profit of Rp. 30,250,000 with an R/C ratio of 2.5. This amount is greater than the profit of red sweet potato filled with purple content with a total revenue of Rp. 42,000,000 with a profit of Rp. 20,550,000 and R/C ratio 1.96. While the white sweet potato with purplish white content with a total revenue of Rp. 43,200,000 can get a business profit of Rp. 21,850,000 with an R/C ratio of 2.02, which is below the business profit of white filled red skin sweet potatoes and higher than purple filled red skin sweet potatoes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between agricultural extension workers and farmers' rice production in Marga Mulya Village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency. This research is a descriptive survey research using Likert scale analysis. then analyzed using Pearson Product Moment (PPM) analysis with a total sample of 83 respondents from a total population of 493 people. The results of this study indicate that agricultural extension provides a significant /noticeable to increased the farmers rice production in Marga Mulya Village, it can be seen from the calculation results analysis shows that the value of t = 8.949 is greater than the value of t table = 1.989, while the contribution of the agriculture instructor relationship to increase rice production by 49.7% as determined by HR and the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the model of Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis such as climatic conditions, capital farm management.

Abstract

Cork salted fish farming is one of the leading commodities in Sota Village. The development of this business is still traditional and on a household scale. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of salted cork fish farming using Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C ratio) in Kampung Sota District, the study was conducted for one month, starting from April 2015 intil May 2015. Withdrawal of samples is made using total sampling defined deliberately and qualitative and quantitative methods do data analysis, this technique is used to high cost income levels and analyze business feasibility, such as the R/C ratio. The results showed that the average income of salted snakehead fish cultivation per season was 13,259,187.00. Cultivation of salted snakehead fish is worthy of a match in Kampung Sota District, the results from analysis of the feasibility analysis of salted snakehead fish cultivation obtain an R/C ratio value of 1.23.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to formulate appropriate strategies that can be used for marketingIFAD fish balls using the SWOT matrix, IE matrix and QSPM matrix. The researchwas carried out in 4 processing groups assisted by IFAD located in Maro Village andSamkai Village, Merauke District, Merauke Regency.The results obtained from this study are market penetration with strategy specifications based on the QSPM matrix, namely maximizing the number ofproducts marketed by utilizing existing facilities and infrastructure such asoptimizing commercial houses, packaging houses, vegetable stalls, stalls, shops andsupermarkets as marketing place, with a total alternative score of 12.82

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the Capacity to Increase the Population of Bali Cattle in Mowila District, South Konawe Regency. The data used in this study is divided into two, namely, primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from surveys and direct interviews with respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from related agencies such as the Livestock Service Office, Agriculture Service Office and BPS Konawe Selatan Regency. The variable measured is the Capacity for Increasing the Population of Ruminant Livestock which is analyzed using the calculation of the Capacity for Increasing the Population of Ruminant Livestock. Respondents are Balinese cattle breeders who have 2 or more cattle. The sample was selected from the population by a simple random method, from 10 determined villages/kelurahan, respondents were selected using the Slovin formula with the number of farmer households (RTP) 1,009 and the results obtained were 91 people which were then adjusted by the researchers to 100 people. The results of the research that have been carried out show that Mowila District, Konawe Selatan Regency has the potential to add Bali cattle. This is supported by the availability of human resources, the experience of farmers, the scale of ownership that can be increased, the average farmer already has education and the availability of land.

Abstract

Gu Sereen is a brand of sugar products made from coconut water which is cooked into granules. Gu Sereen products were launched by Noniludo Group in September 2019. Gu Sereen products are still relatively new and not widely known to the public, requiring a strategy in marketing. Efforts to get the right marketing strategy obtained from the identification of internal and external factors. This study aims to describe and analyze the marketing strategy of Gu Sereen Noniludo Group. The study was carried out from April to May 2020. Determination of the sample was purposive. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The main advantage of the product is a quality product without preservatives. Gu Sereen has a major market opportunity, namely consumers who prioritize a healthy lifestyle. The most appropriate strategy to be applied is the market penetration strategy by maximizing promotion and market expansion. The results of the SWOT analysis produce 10 alternative strategies that can be chosen by the company. An alternative strategy that is prioritized by the company is collaborating with minimarkets and herbal stores that are strategically located to be able to reach potential consumers with a TAS score of 6.486. Abstract

Dried fish producers at Mukomuko Regency manage their business traditionally and rally on individual skills. Furthermore, the sustainability of this business is also very reliant on the availability of capital from each one of them. Therefore this research aims to analyze the determining factors of dried fish production in Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province. The study conducted in Mukomuko Province involves 67 dry fish producers as respondents. This study used descriptive quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis with ordinary least square (OLS) method. The research results show that the value of R2 is 0,8773. The results of the F-test show that the raw materials, labor, and capital are affected to the production of dried fish simultaneously. The T-test result indicated that the production of dried fish is subject to independent variables intermediates. Keywords: Dried fish, Production, Raw Materials, Labor, Capital

Abstract

Cardamom is one of Indonesia's biopharmaceutical commodities that is increasingly in demand by the export market, as indicated by the increasing demand from other countries. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of cardamom farming. The data processing method in this study was analyzed by farming analysis, namely by using financial analysis of the R/C ratio. The results of cardamom farming with local varieties are Rp. 186,900,000 with an average production per 1 hectare of 890 kg with a high price of Rp 210,000. The income received by cardamom farmers is Rp. 13,720,500 and the profit obtained by cardamom farmers is Rp. 102,945 000. Based on the results of the calculations in the discussion, it can be concluded that cardamom farming is profitable, it means that cardamom farming is feasible to be developed because the results of the R/C calculation are more than 1, namely 2.2 which means the business is feasible. Abstract

This distribution chain of Sumbawa forest honey has several problems such as the long-distance of the forest from settlements, the fluctuated price of forest honey, which is depended on the quality and the distance to get the honey. The next problem is the high shipping cost to customers, and the packaging must be hygienic and safe. Sumbawa forest honey delivery to consumers must be in good. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing chain of Sumbawa forest honey in Sumbawa District, West Nusa Tenggara Indonesia. The method of determining location is done by purposive sampling, considering Sumbawa district is the center of Sumbawa forest honey. Respondent's sample determination was done by snowball sampling. The study was conducted by surveying the field by using a questionnaire with relevant institutions and carrying out documentation. The results showed that there were three types of distribution channels from Sumbawa forest honey. The first distribution channel is the honey hunter – the consumer. The second distribution channel is the honey hunter–honey enterprises-consumer. The third distribution chain is the honey hunter–honey enterprises–supermarket –the consumer. The price of honey received by consumers is not the same, depending on the length of the marketing chain. The marketing margin of the first distribution channel was Rp. 0,00. The second distribution were Rp. 60,000.00 and the third distribution were Rp. 50,000.00. Keywords: marketing, distribution chain, Sumbawa forest honey
