Abstract

This research is entitled Student motivation can increase student activity through a process skills approach in science learning in class III students at SD Negeri 2 Sumber, Trucuk sub-district, Klaten Regency. Research time Dates 6, 8, 10 and 13 June 2021. In this research, the objects were students at SD Negeri 2 Sumber class III, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency with a sample population of 17 students. Both partial and simultaneous analysis models are used to test hypotheses using models Inquiry learning. The aim of learning using the inquiry model is: Helping students to develop intellectual discipline and thinking skills by asking questions and getting answers based on their curiosity. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research which aims to improve student learning achievement in learning Natural Sciences. Thus, it can be concluded that the results of research carried out at SD Negeri 2 Sumber on science subjects with the application of the inquiry learning model can improve learning achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the learning outcomes of students in the Indonesian language lesson, Suggestion Sentence Material in grade III elementary schools with the guided discovery learning model. The research conducted was Classroom Action Research (PTK).  The sequence of  research activities includes  4  stages  including: (1)  planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The learning outcomes of students in the first  cycle  after  carrying  out  the  post  test  were  25%.  In  the  second  cycle  students  who completed after carrying out the post test were 83%. In the third cycle students who completed after carrying out the post test were 92%. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the application of the guided discovery learning model is in accordance with the material, where the steps of the guided discovery learning model include: a) introduction, b) repetition, c) overview, d) investigation, e) representation, f ) discussion, g) findings, h) application, i) conclusions, and j) assessment. (2) learning through the guided discovery learning model has increased in each cycle.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the lack of maximum student learning outcomes at SDN 5 Bondo. There are 15 student from 18 student who score bellow KKM below 70 with an average score of 56,5. There were 15 students from 18 students who got grades below the KKM which were under 70 with an average score of 56.5. The existence of these problems, then held an effort to improve learning so that student learning outcomes can improve through classroom action research. The type of research that will be used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Technique of collecting data using observation and test result of learning Result of research have increased percentage of learning result and student learning activity reaching KKM at cycle I and II increase. Teachers should use Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models to improve student learning outcomes. Improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Guru disekolah tidak pernah menganalisis faktor penyebab miskonsepsi siswa, karena guru tidak tahu seberapa besar siswa yang mengalami miskonsepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penyebab miskonsepsi siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini faktor penyebab miskonsepsi yang terbesar adalah faktor yang berasal dari siswa sebesar 41,4%. Siswa menjadi penyebab utama terjadinyaa miskonsepsi dikarenakan siswa kurang tertarik  dalam pembelajaran kimia. Faktor penyebab miskonsepsi kedua yaitu kesalahan konteks mengajar sebesar 25,7%. Penyebab berikutnya adalah buku teks sebesar 25,2%. Hal ini dibuktikan ternyata dalam buku teks terdapat  multitafsir yang membuat siswa tidak dapat memahami penjelasan suatu materi. Penyebab keempat adalah metode sebesar 21%. Faktor penyebab miskonsepsi terkecil yaitu guru sebesar 10,5%, Hal ini berarti guru sudah baik dalam menyampaikan materi serta hubungan relasi antara siswa dan guru yang cukup baik.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Nanggulan through the implementation of the cooperative learning model TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) in the academic year 2022/2023. The research method employed is classroom action research, consisting of two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research are fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Nanggulan. The results of the research indicate that the application of the cooperative learning model TGT effectively improves students' mathematics learning outcomes. There is a significant improvement in the understanding of concepts, problem-solving abilities, and active involvement of students in the learning process. Therefore, the TGT cooperative learning model can be an effective alternative to enhance the mathematics learning outcomes of students at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Industri kerajinan tenun ikat menghasilkan limbah cair yang mengandung zat warna dan langsung dibuang ke aliran sungai yang menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan air sungai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran berbasis PBL berorientasi SETS pada materi asam basa dan mengetahui kualitas modul yang dikembangkan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil validasi oleh validator ahli materi dan ahli media memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 86,8% termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kelayakan pengguna yang dilakukan dengan uji coba skala kecil oleh peserta didik memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 87,40% termasuk kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji keterbacaan oleh peserta didik terhadap modul yang dikembangkan memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 92,9% tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penilaian, modul berbasis PBL berorientasi SETS yang dikembangkan ini memiliki kategori sangat layak untuk diuji cobakan dalam kelas besar.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations carried out at SD Negeri 1 Daleman, it turns out that teachers tend to teach in an informative way or only transfer knowledge from teacher to student so that students are not actively involved in the learning process. Students also do not fully like the subject (science) which is caused by a lack of interest in learning. This has an impact on the low results of daily tests, most of which are still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) that have been set, namely 62, of the 17 students who have met the minimum completeness standards, there are only 2 children or only 11.7%. Meanwhile, 15 other children or 88.3% have not reached the specified KKM. Conclusion: The application of the demonstration method can improve student learning achievement in science subjects regarding forces (push and pull) that can change shape. This is shown by the increase in the average student learning outcomes and the percentage of learning completion in each cycle, namely in the pre-cycle from 3 students or 11.7% who completed, to 9 students or 52.9% in cycle 1 and increasing to 14 students or 82.3% at the end of Cycle 2. While the average value was from 56.8 in the pre-cycle to 62.2 in Cycle 1 and increased to 68.7 at the end of Learning Cycle 2.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran PjBL merupakan model pembelajaran yang  memusatkan mahasiswa pada suatu proyek. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mengkaji literatur mengenai model pembelajaran PjBL dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kajian literatur. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini ada empat tahapan dalam membuat literatur review, yaitu (1) memilih topik yang akan direview, (2) melacak dan memilih artikel yang cocok/relevan, (3) melakukan analisis dan sintesis literatur dan (4) mengorganisasi penulisan review. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur mengenai model PjBL. Langkah-langkah model PjBL adalah sebagai berikut: (1) penentuan pertanyaan mendasar (start with the essential question), (2) mendesain perencanaan proyek (design a plan for the project), (3) menyusun jadwal (create a schedule), (4) memonitor siswa dan kemajuan proyek (monitor the students and the progress of the project), (5) menguji hasil (assess the outcome) dan (6) mengevaluasi pengalaman (evaluate the experience). Hasil belajar mahasiswa dinilai dari proyek yang mereka kerjakan. Dengan diterapkan model PjBL pada perkuliahan pengembangan pembelajaran tematik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model PjBL sangat relevan diterapkan pada mata kuliah pengembangan pembelajaran tematik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether using the demonstration method can improve student achievement in learning science lessons in class IV of SD Negeri 2 Jetiswetan Semester II of the 2015/2016 academic year. The research location was in class IV of SD Negeri 2 Jetiswetan, Pedan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. This research was carried out for 2 months from April to May 2016, in effective teaching activities. The subjects of this classroom action research were students of class IV of SD Negeri 2 Jetiswetan Klaten, in the second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year. Data collection techniques are through observation and through tests to obtain data about activities, researchers use observation format sheets and learning outcomes scores. So the author concludes that learning science using the demonstration method can improve science learning achievement for class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Jetiswetan in Semester II of the 2015/2016 school year.

Abstract

Baitul maal Umat Sejahtera Mulia (USM) Kebumen merupakan lembaga nirlaba (lembaga non profit yang konsern dalam seosial keagamaan), juga memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap pendidikan agama islam bagi 8 asnaf. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah agar mereka yang berprofesi sebagai juru parkir dan tukang becak tidak melupakan kewajibannya sebagai seorang muslim, karena kebanyakan dari mereka sibuk mencari rizki dan lupa dengan amalan agamanya.  Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan CBPR (Community Based Parsipatory Research), dimana penulis memposisikan sebagai jembatan antara USM dengan komunitas orang yang berprofesi juru parkir dan tukang becak. Sedangkan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan berbasis metode pembelajaran di pondok pesantren yaitu sorogan, bandongan dan menghafal. Melalui metode tersebut, peserta pelatihan diharapkan bisa membaca Al - Quran dengan baik dan benar. Hasil pelatihan bahwa 80 % para peserta sangat mudah memahami, mudah mempraktikkan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an secara benar sesuai kaidah tajwid.  Sehingga penulis menyimpulkan bahwa metode pengadbdian CBPR dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren sangat membantu para juru parkir dan tukang becak dalam membaca Al – Qur’an dengan benar sesuai kaidah tajwid.
