Abstract

Penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran ini dilatar belakangi adanya masalah berupa rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar matematika dikarenakan penggunaan metode konvensional yang tidak menarik bagi siswa. Dari  studi pendahuluan didapatkan data bahwa  siswa yang menjadi objek penelitian memiliki  minat belajar matematika dengan kriteria rendah atau dengan persentase 49,6% dan  ketuntasan hasil belajar matematika 64,29% belum mencapai KKM. Nilai rata-rata kelas mencapai 61,67. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar matematika dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI A SD Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta dengan jumlah 28 siswa yang terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Pelaksanaan penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran ini terdiri dari 2 siklus dengan 4 tahap berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi di tiap siklus. Pada siklus 1 didapatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa meningkat dengan ketuntasan siswa 53,57% dan nilai rata-rata kelas 68,57. Persentase minat belajar siswa juga meningkat menjadi 60,7% atau kriteria sedang. Setelah dilakukan refleksi dan perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus 2 didapatkan hasil ketuntasan siswa 92,85% dan nilai rata-rata kelas 78,21.Persentase minat belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan menjadi 71,1% atau kriteria minat belajar yang tinggi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi mampu meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi lingkaran.

Abstract

Era normal baru dapat ditandai dengan keterbukaan atau globalisasi yang mengakibatkan seseorang dituntut untuk memiliki berbagai jenis keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa. Media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu solusi menarik dalam pembelajaran. Media Flashcard menjadi salah satu pilihan dalam pembelajaran IPA.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan Media Flashcard dalam pembelajaran IPA Materi Daur Hidup Hewan Kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model ADDIE yang dimulai dari tahap Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan respon siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah perhitungan analisis dari angket yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor ahli materi 3,81; ahli media 3,66; dan respon siswa 24,6 dari seluruh angket yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa media flashcard pembelajaran IPA materi daur hidup hewan kelas V sekolah dasar dapat dikategorikan layak dan praktis digunakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity in group discussions in class IV students of SD Negeri 04 Seloromo in science subjects, especially material about changes in the shape of objects. Based on the results obtained during the implementation of class action research it is known that the discovery learning method can increase student activity in group discussions and improve student learning outcomes. In the initial study, only 3 students or 25% completed the KKM in learning. In cycle I it increased to 6 students or 50% who completed KKM. In cycle II, above the KKM 11 students or 92% and 1 student or 8% according to KKM. Thus, it can be concluded that the discovery learning method can increase student activity in group discussions and increase student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar materi faktor dan kelipatan menggunakan pembelajaran aktif Metode peer lesson peserta didik kelas IVB SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan (action Research) yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari: Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pengamatan, dan refleksi. Berdasarakan hasil analisis data menunjukkan pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan. Pada kondisi awal menunjukkan rata-rata 71,67 dengan presentasi ketuntasan klasikal 55%. Pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 73,94 dengan persentasi ketuntasan klasikal 72,2%. Data siklus II rata-rata sebesar 81 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 94%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran aktif Metode peer lesson dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi faktor dan kelipatan peserta didik kelas IVB SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan teori kualitas pemimpin masa depan, dan implikasinya pada mutu Pendidikan sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan sebagai responden riset para guru sekolah dasar di kota Cilegon. Riset ini mengembangkan model mediasi sebagai predictor yaitu komitmen kerja dan reward manajemen terhadap modifikasi manajerial.  Teknik pengumpulan data melalui sebaran kuesioner pada guru ASN, dan terkumpul 175 responden. Metode Analisis data Pendekatan analisis kuantitatif bagian adopsi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian antara lain menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh total quality manajemen terhadap komitmen kerja; (2) ada pengaruh total quality manajemen terhadap reward manajemen; (3) ada pengaruh total quality manajemen terhadap modifikasi manajerial; (4) tidak ada pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap modifikasi manajerial; (5) ada pengaruh reward manajemen  terhadap modifikasi manajerial; serta (6) uji mediasi menghasilkan variabel komitmen kerja dapat dipergunakan untuk menghubungkan variabel independent dan dependen. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu modifikasi manajerial dapat dipengaruhi oleh factor total quality manajemen, dan reward manajemen.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  describe  the  improvement  of  learning  outcomes  through  the application of concrete object learning media in mathematics subjects of grade IV students.  The type of research used in is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects  of  the  study  were  grade  I  students  at  sdn  sapen  manisrenggo klaten for  the 2023/2024  academic  year  as  many  as  20  students  as  recipients  of  action,  while those who provided action were researchers and homeroom teachers of class I. The data   collection   methods   used   were   observation,   tests   every   cycle   and documentation. This class action research is carried out in two cycles where each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results stated that cognitive learning outcomes were seen from the first cycle of mathematics subjects from  20  students  who  completed  12  students  and  incomplete  8  students  with  a percentage of 60% did not meet the minimum limit of classical completeness, then in cycle II students who completed 17 out of 20 students and who.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effect of rewards and ice breakers together on students' Thematic learning interest. The population and sample in this study were 5th grade students at SD Negeri Weru. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, relative contribution and effective contribution which were previously carried out by prerequisite analysis tests using normality tests and linearity tests. The results of data analysis with a significant level of 5% obtained: (1) Rewards have a significant effect on students' learning interest. This is based on the results of the t test known that tcount>ttable, namely 2.155> 2.042 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.039 with a relative contribution of 45.3% and an effective contribution of 27.77%. (2) Ice breaker has a significant effect on students' Thematic learning interest. Based on this, the results of the t test show that tcount > ttable, which is 2.547> 2.042 and a significance value of <0.05, which is 0.016 with a relative contribution of 54.7% and an effective contribution of 33.53%. (3) Rewards and ice breakers have a significant effect on students' learning interest. This is based on the results of the F test known that the value of Fcount> Ftable, namely 23.806> 3.32 and a significance value <0.05, which is 0.00. From the results of the data analysis it can be concluded that rewards and ice breakers have a significant effect on students' learning interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran, perubahan perilaku aktivitas belajar, dan peningkatan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learnimg pada mata pelajaran kelas I SD Negeri 02 Malangjiwan tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik mulai dari aktivitas belajar, aspek kerja sama dan disiplin dari kategori mulai terlihat meningkat menjadi kategori mulai berkembang dan membudaya serta hasil belajar peserta didik kelas I SD Negeri 02 Malangjiwan tahun pelajaran 2023/2024, baik dari aspek ketuntasan belajar maupun dari aspek rata-rata kelas hasil belajar yang dicapai peserta didik. Nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat dari sebelum siklus 59 menjadi 71 pada siklus 1, dan meningkat menjadi 83 pada siklus 2. Tingkat ketuntasan minimal dari 9 peserta didik sebelum siklus 1, pada siklus 1 menjadi 17 peserta didik, dan siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 27 peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Ethnoscience learning in Science and Social Learning to elementary students, including the obstacles and the solutions as well as student learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data used is the result of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis was carried out by applying a descriptive qualitative interactive model approach. The research results show that 1) Implementation of Ethnoscience learning in Science and Social Learning is carried out by observing, identifying, preparing questions, discussing, completing assignments, and submitting assignment results. The learning process takes place in a way that students understand the lesson material in a real way and in accordance with everyday life; 2) The obstacle faced by teachers in learning is that the learning process takes a relatively long time or requires a lot of time. 3) To overcome these obstacles, teachers carry out supervisory and guidance functions during the learning process; and 4) The results of implementing Ethnoscience learning in Science and Social Learning are that student learning outcomes increase. The results of the research concluded that Ethnoscience learning is very appropriate to apply to Science and Social Learning because it is interrelated in terms of using the environment as learning resources.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low mathematics learning outcomes of VA class at SD Negeri 01 Karangpandan. The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of VA grade students at SD Negeri 01 Karangpandan through the Problem Based Learning model. This research is a classroom action research carried out in two cycles, four stages in each cycle, with VA class subjects. Based on the results of the study it can be said that the application of the PBL model was able to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of VA class. Judging from the increase in the percentage of completeness and the average value of students in fractional material, from 25% completed in pre-cycle learning, 70% in cycle I and increased to 86% in cycle II. The average value of 60.52 in pre-cycle, 77.93 in cycle I and increased to 87.24 in cycle II. So it can be concluded that the application of the PBL learning model was able to improve the learning outcomes of VA class students in the Mathematics lesson on fraction material at SD Negeri 01 Karangpandan in the 2021/2022 academic year
