Labuan Bajo sebagai destinasi wisata super prioritas Indonesia. Pengembangan pariwisata meliputi atraksi, aksesibilitas, amenitas dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya. Labuan Bajo saat ini masih dalam proses pengembangan dan mengalami kendala terkait pengembangan keempat komponen produk pariwisata tersebut, sehingga potensi pariwisata tidak dapat dikembangkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi pariwisata di Labuan Bajo, dan kendala pariwisata menurut empat komponen produk pariwisata. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan analisis yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi daya tarik wisata. Semua potensi tersebut didukung oleh fasilitas yang baik dan branding Labuan Bajo sebagai destinasi pariwisata kelas dunia. Namun, terdapat permasalahan mendasar dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Labuan Bajo. Permasalahan tersebut adalah sumber daya manusia yang belum mampu membentuk atraksi wisata, kondisi geografis yang membutuhkan biaya besar dalam pengembangan aksesibilitas, tata ruang yang kurang mendukung pengembangan amenitas, dan ketidaksesuaian antara industri pariwisata dengan industri pariwisata.

This research describes the implementation of a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P-5) at SD Geger sub-district. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of P-5 in elementary schools in Geger sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is P-5 activities. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis using the interactive model from Miles and Haberman. The results of the research are the implementation of holistic, contextual, student-centered education, and a new exploration of 12 elementary schools.

Tanah merah semboja mempunyai enam kelompok komunitas yang diantaranya dua komunitas Pokdakan yaitu Pokdakan tanah merah abadi dan Pokdakan berkah tanah merah dan tiga komunitas Poklahsar yaitu Poklahsar akar sari laut, Poklahsar mawar melati, dan Poklahsar cemara mawar mandiri yang merupakan pembudidaya, pengolah dan pemasaran rumput laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis value yang digunakan dalam operasional organisasi, simbol karakteristik kelompok, potensi kedepanya dalam organisasi, dan kebiasaan yang diterapkan dalam organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi pada kelompok Pokdakan dan Poklahsar serta observasi partisipatif untuk memahami norma dan praktik yang mempengaruhi budaya organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor perubahan iklim dan pasar merupakan tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh kelompok Pokdakan dan Poklahsar. Namun, peluang pengembangan untuk pertumbuhan dan inovasi tetap ada melalui pengembangan teknologi budidaya, diservikasi produk, dan kemitraan yang strategis. Temuan penelitian ini juga menunjukan adanya variasi kolaborasi kerja sama antara komunitas Pokdakan dan Poklahsar dengan demikian implikasi dalam budaya organisasi komunitas kelompok Pokdakan dan Poklahsar yaitu mengambil keputusan keja sama kinerja pertumbuhan, atau keberlanjutan mereka dalam budidaya, pengolah dan pemasaran.

This research aims to: (1) determine the effect of Project Based Learning (PjBL) on students' experimentation skills; (2) determine the influence of creative thinking skills on students' experimentation skills; (3) knowing the interaction between Project Based Learning (PjBL) and creative thinking skills on students' experimentation skills. The subjects of this research were all fourth grade elementary school students. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a quasi-experimental research design that provides pretests and posttests to the control class and experimental class groups. The research instruments used were performance to measure students' experimentation skills and written tests to measure students' creative thinking skills. Data analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests, homogeneity tests, and balance. Hypothesis testing uses a two-way ANOVA test with different cells. The results of this research show that (1) Project Based Learning (PjBL) influences students' experimentation skills; (2) Creative thinking skills influence students' experimentation skills; (3) The application of Project Based Learning (PjBL) has an effect on students who have high creative thinking skills. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of Project Based Learning on experimentation skills in science learning in terms of creative thinking skills

Low student learning motivation can hinder the achievement of learning objectives and must be handled appropriately. Things that can be developed by the teacher to overcome the problem of learning motivation in students by applying an innovative learning model that emphasizes student activity. The purpose of this study was to increase students' learning motivation in Mathematics in grade IV Elementary Schools with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The research conducted was Classroom Action Research (PTK) in two cycles. The instrument used was an observation sheet of students' learning motivation with 4th grade subjects totaling 20 students. Based on the results of the study there was an increase in learning motivation from the pre-cycle of 40% then increased in each cycle, the first cycle was 73% and the second cycle was 87%. These results indicate that using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is proven to be able to increase students' learning motivation.

Manajerial kepala sekolah merupakan kemampuan kepala sekolah mendorong komitmen guru dan kesehatan guru ke arah yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendesain ulang manajerial kepala sekolah dengan teori agensi. Desain penelitian adalah positivime kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar kota Cilegon. Teknik sampling menggunakan Teknik random (acak) sebanyak 157 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner digital yang disebar melalui grup PGRI kota Cilegon. Alat analisis menggunakan alat statistic Structural equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: komitmen guru (p-value 0.000 < 0.05) dan kesehatan guru memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap manajerial kepala sekolah (p-Value 0.010 < 0.05), dan komitmen guru memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesehatan (p-Value 0.000 < 0.05). simpulan penelitian ini yaitu manajerial menggambarkan kompetensi, kinerja yang dapat diukur dengan komitmen guru dan kesehatan guru.

Learning is a change in the behavior of someone who has learned from knowledge (don't know to know), skills (can't become able) and attitude (don't care to care). The circulatory system or what is usually called the circulatory system is an organ system that functions to move substances and nutrients from cells. Project Based Learning is a learning method that uses projects/activities as a medium. Students carry out exploration, assessment, interpretation, synthesis and information to produce various forms of learning outcomes. Project-based learning (PjBl) with the support of Power Point (PPT) media in this class not only inspires creativity but also prepares students to face real world challenges. They not only learn concepts but also solve problems and apply knowledge in real world contexts. Interesting learning such as project-based learning stimulates students' creativity and critical thinking abilities. This research aims to improve academic achievements or student outcomes by implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in the 5th grade Human Blood System subject at Jenggrik 3 Kedawung State Elementary School, Sragen.

Student learning outcomes are influenced by the learning model chosen by the teacher in learning. The teacher is the dominant factor in the learning process so that it is a factor that influences the process and learning outcomes. Media, methods, and learning models carried out by teachers are liked or liked by students, so student learning interest will increase. So that students will easily master the subject matter. The problem discussed in this study is how to improve learning outcomes through the Discover Learning model. Learning Discovery Learning is more complex, requires a lot of thinking activities and not infrequently even requires a number of physical activities. Discovery Learning Learning Model is a learning model where students understand their own concepts, meanings, and relationships through an intuitive process. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of grade I students. In this study the authors want to improve the condition of students so that students' activeness using the Discovery Learning model can be better, so that learning completeness will be more successful. So far, in teaching and learning activities, teachers still use old methods such as lectures, this method will make students passive or not. Conclusions using the Discovery Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class I.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Matematika pada siswa kelas V semester 2 SD Al Islam 3 Gebang Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 pada materi pokok Menentukan Jaring- Jaring Kubus dan Balok melalui pendekatan Kontekstual. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil apabila sekurang-kurangnya 85% siswa memperoleh nilai ≥70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Untuk siswa tuntas belajar pada tes awal 39,88%, akhir siklus I 48,71% dan akhir siklus II 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menentukan jaring-jaring kubus dan balok pada siswa kelas V SD Al Islam 3 Gebang Surakarta tahun 2021/2022.

This research aims to provide a description of the results of good practice in implementing project based learning to increase the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile, critical and creative thinking skills in grade 2 elementary school students. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation and survey methods during the learning process. The research results from this good practice have a positive impact on student learning outcomes, especially in each project based learning learning syntax and provide an increase in students' critical and creative thinking skills. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the percentage increase in students' critical thinking skills increased from 60% to 80% and students' creative thinking skills increased from 65% to 85%. So it can be concluded that project based learning is a reference learning model that can be used by teachers to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, especially in the elements of critical and creative thinking skills for grade 2 elementary school students.
