Abstract

Salah satu usaha peternakan sapi yang berpotensi untuk menghasilkan teknologi biogas dan pupuk organik adalah peternakan Kareem Farm yang berlokasi di Jalan Reformasi Dusun Tangnga, Desa Purnakarya, Kecamatan Tanralili, Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Peternakan tersebut telah memiliki kandang sapi dengan kapasitas 40 ekor sapi, namun yang ada sekarang terdapat 28 ekor dengan jenis yang berbeda. Permasalahan utama pada usaha peternakan sapi Kareem Farm adalah menumpuknya limbah/kotoran sapi disekitar kandang. Kondisi sekarang, satu ekor sapi menghasilkan 8 kg kotoran perhari. Dalam satu hari dapat menghasilkan sekitar 224 kg limbah/kotoran. Kotoran tersebut hanya dibuang disekitar kandang dan belum dapat diolah dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik karena keterbatasan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang potensi ekonomi/bisnis dan pengolahan limbah ternak sapi menjadi nilai tambah ekonomi.  Banyaknya limbah kotoran sapi yang mencapai 224 kg per hari membuat limbah kotoran tersebut setiap harinya semakin menumpuk di sekitar kandang, hal ini membuat lingkungan kandang sapi menjadi semakin kotor, kuantitas kotoran yang semakin hari semakin banyak, sehingga menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap dan menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan disekitar masyarakat. Timbulnya bau tersebut dapat memicu terjadinya konflik sosial, karena mengganggu masyarakat yang bermukim disekitarnya. Permasalahan tersebut dieselesaikan dengan Masukanya PKM pengolahan kotoran ternak sapi menjadi suatu produk yakni Biogas dan Pupuk Organik. Intalasi biogas dan pelatihan biogas dan pupuk organik dari ternak sapi telah dilakukan pada peternakan Kareem Farm dan masyarakat sekitarnya peternakan tersebut. Disamping itu terbentuk kelompok tani “Tangnga Jaya”. Disamping itu masyarakat lebih tertarik dengan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan menggunakan cacing yang lebih mudah, murah dan bahan bakunya dapat diperoleh dari lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

PKM partners are SMEs engaged in the smoked fish business, production and marketing having their address in Penatarsewu Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. An environmentally friendly smoker is a modern smoker which is expected to be a solution to problems in the production of smoked fish which has not been optimal so far. In the process, smoking using an environmentally friendly smoker is more hygienic than traditional smoking. The results of smoking in an environmentally friendly manner produce better and more delicious colors, aromas, tastes and textures. Problems in the production aspect: (1) The production location is narrow and limited, (2) There are more buyers and product orders, while there is no labor (3) The smoking is still manual, so the smoke pollutes the environment, the smoking time is long (4) The results are uneven , some are too ripe, some are still undercooked, (5) There is no nutrition and expiration test, (5) There is no environmentally friendly smoking device, (6) There is no large capacity storage space (7) Capital. The impact is (1) the order is increasing, the place of production is limited, (2) the need for workers is increasing, recruiting workers requires a large budget. (3) Smoke causes pollution to the community around MSMEs, (4) Manual processing hinders the production process, (5) Products go stale quickly if not put in a cooler, there is no expiration date, difficulties when there are large-scale orders, (6) Water content is still high cause the product does not dry quickly, (7) There is no PIRT and the Ministry of Health permit.Problems in the management aspect: (1) Difficulty in finding permanent employees, because many are not interested, (2) Business processes and business SOPs have not been well documented, (3) Capital constraints for business development with sharia concept, and (4) Do not have an integrated information system ordering, raw materials, production and sales. The impact: (1) Business management is still traditional, controlled by the owner/family, (2) Constraints in processing information related to the stock of materials and products that have been ordered (3) Limited sharia-based business development, (4) Availability of raw materials depends on the season. Problems in marketing aspects Partners do not have adequate display space. As a result, smoked fish are allowed to accumulate, not properly arranged. During the rainy season, demand decreases.The results of the activities that have been carried out: (1) Training, practice, and assistance in making quality Smoked Fish, the same level of maturity, nutrition testing and natural preservation (2) Training, practice, and mentoring of business process management materials and ISO 9001: 2015 regarding quality management standards, (3) Training, practice, and assistance for sharia-based business management (4) Design and layout of new product display rooms, production rooms, product storage rooms, (5) Design of environmentally friendly fumigation machines. Outcome targets: (1) Smoked fish products with the same maturity quality, not easily spoiled and do not smell fishy, (2) Quality management based on ISO 9001:2015, (3) Able to get sharia capital, (4) Design and layout of the display room for smoked fish products (5) New innovations of environmentally friendly smoking machine TTG (6) Publications in the Journal of Community Service (ABDIDAS), (7) Publications in the international journal IJMRA, (8) Articles in mass media/online at www.radarjatim .com, (9) videos of PKM activities uploaded on Youtube, (10) Student Involvement of the MBKM program is equivalent to 6 credits of Entrepreneurship courses [1]

Abstract

PKM is purposed to help the Mekas Sari II farmer group, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency to be able to maintain the quality of their land by using biochar which is processed from coconut harvest waste, which in turn is expected to have an impact on increasing production. The specific targets achieved are: 1) increasing the knowledge and skills of partner farmers in the manufacture of biochar from coconut waste. 2) increasing knowledge and skills of partner farmers in applying harvested waste biochar as a soil amandemen. The method of PKM activities for the Mekar Sari II Group, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict, are: 1) counseling on the use of harvested waste biochar as a soil improvement agent. 2) training in the production of biochar from coconut harvest waste using a simple method. 3) make demonstration plots for coconut harvesting applications. The results of the PKM activity show that the use of biochar from coconut harvest waste as a soil improvement material has the potential to be developed. This is because the potential of coconut waste has not been utilized optimally. After carrying out Community Service activities, the Mekar Sari II Farmer's Group, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency, there was an increase in both affective (knowledge), cognitive (attitude) and skills in the use of harvested waste as soil improvement material to increase the production of plants.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not only had an impact on health problems, but has penetrated the economic and business sectors. One of those affected by this outbreak is UKM "Dermayu Catering Jogja". This condition caused problems including (1) Orders decreased because events involving crowds of residents were prohibited and employees were unable to pay. (2) Not yet optimal marketing by utilizing information technology, managerial production processes that have not been stable after the vacuum due to Covid-19, have not been able to keep production and sales bookkeeping. The solutions offered are through mentoring and training on market mapping and targeting, production and marketing managerial, financial accounting, as well as digitalization and standardization of product quality. Through mentoring and training for partners, the realization of Entrepreneurs is formed in the UKM "Dermayu Catering Jogja" which has risen, is able to compete, and produces better products than before. Entrepreneurs rise and recover more quickly after the pandemic situation that hit Indonesia. This can be seen in post-training, mentoring and monitoring of Dermayu catering Yogyakarta, acceptance of catering orders has increased. Another indicator of the increase in the number of turnover of catering orders, partners have opened kiosk outlets displaying products produced by Dermayu Catering.   Keywords : Catering, Pandemic, SMEs, Rising Entrepreneurs.

Abstract

ABSTRAKStunting menurut WHO adalah gangguan tumbuh kembang yang dialami anak akibat gizi buruk, infeksi berulang, dan stimulasi psikososial yang tidak memadai. Kurang gizi kronis  ditandai dengan tubuh pendek pada anak BALITA, terdapat juga faktor lingkungan yang berperan dalam menyebabkan perawakan pendek antara lain status gizi ibu, pola pemberian makan kepada anak, kebersihan lingkungan, dan angka kejadian infeksi pada anak. Selain disebabkan oleh lingkungan, stunting dapat disebabkan oleh faktor genetik dan hormonal.  Menurut Kemenkes, terdapat balita stunting 27,7 persen pada tahun 2019 dan menurun menjadi 24,4 persen pada tahun 2021. Salah satu tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menunjang 10 kegiatan pemerintah dalam rangka menurunkan stunting. Berdasarkan data stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukorame, tim mendapatkan 5 anak BALITA stunting    tim pengabdian pada masyarakat Poltekkes Kemenkes Kampus IV Kediri, memberikan pendampingan kepada ibu yang memiliki BALITA stunting dengan implementasi deteksi stunting. Kegiatan pendampingan ibu balita diawali dengan antropometri terhadap anak BALITA dengan hasil wasted dan stunted. Kegiatan berikutnya adalah penyuluhan dan mempraktikkan pijat anti stunting kepada anak BALITA. Pijat anti stunting dilakukan minimal 3 kali sehari dalam waktu 5-10 menit secara rutin. Setelah 1 minggu didapatkan hasil dari 5 balita yang dilakukan pijat hanya 1 balita (20%) yang memberikan dampak lebih tenang dan bugar. Sedangkan 4 balita (80%) belum memberikan dampak yang signifikan.  Pada akhir kegiatan penabdian pada  masyarakat , ibu balita tetap diberikan motivasi untuk melanjutkan melakukan stimulasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, pijat anti stunting, memberikan nutrisi cukup, menerapkan pola asuh yang sesuai dan mengikuti kegiatan di posyandu secara rutin.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Rangkasbitung yang memiliki tim futsal dan sering turun dalam pertandingan antar sekolah. Futsal merupakan olahraga yang dimainkan secara tim dengan ukuran lapangan serta jumlah pemain lebih kecil dari sepak bola. Intensitas gerakan dalam pertandingan futsal yang tinggi menyebabkan rentan terjadinya cedera. Selain itu dalam mempersiapkan kondisi pemain juga serangkaian latihan yang dilakukan dapat menimbilkan cedera.  Cedera olahraga dapat terjadi karena berbagai faktor dan memiliki banyak bentuk ataupun grade. Oleh karena itu penting untuk diberikan edukasi terkait pencegahan dan penanganan awal cedera pada tim futsal SMAN 1 Rangkasbitung. Program edukasi yang diberikan meliputi promotif dan preventif cedera berupa persiapan latihan maupun pertandingan agar terhindar dari cedera. Selain itu juga pengenalan upaya pertolongan pertama jika terjadi cedera dan program rehabilitatifnya. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyampaian secara online dan secara langsung dibantu media leaflet maupun presentasi serta simulasi tindakan program penanganan cedera berupa teknik PRICE (Protection, Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation). Hasil dari kegiatan ini diukur menggunakan kuesioner pre dan post-test dimana terdapat perubahan tingkat pemahaman para peserta penyuluhan. Sebanyak 57% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dari sebelumnya yaitu 33% menjadi 90% setelah diberikan materi dan demonstrasi tentang penanganan pertama saat terjadi cedera. Dapat disimpulkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pada para peserta kegiatan edukasi terkait cara menghindari cedera dalam olahraga dan pertolongan pertama yang baik dan benar pada kondisi cedera. Pihak sekolah maupun tim futsal SMAN 1 Rangkasbitung sangat antusias dalam kegiatan dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam program latihan maupun pertandingan selanjutnya.

Abstract

A maintained environment with good waste management will make the environment healthier. Utilization of waste can be an economical item to be a current trend that is good to follow and support. Kenagari Sunur is an area that will receive organic waste in the form of corn husks. However, this waste has not been optimally processed and utilized. Only a small portion has been used to support the people's economy, but it is still traditional in nature and does not show significant development and progress both in terms of product and economic value. Therefore, this training activity aims to 1) provide training to PKK Nagari Sunur Timur group women to take advantage of local superior potential, 2) provide guidance to existing business actors to develop and increase creativity. This service was carried out at the Sereh Wangi Korong PKK Secretariat, Kabun Sunur, Nan Sabaris District, with 20 training participants. The charity activities carried out were very beneficial for PKK Nagari Sunur mothers. Community service activities were also attended by participants with enthusiasm and enthusiasm and almost all participants understood and were fluent in practicing the manufacture of products that had been trained.

Abstract

Digital developments require the learning process to shift from conventional face-to-face learning in class towards the use of information technology. The current use of information technology is able to shift the paradigm from the use of printed books to the use of digital format books with good quality content, a more attractive, interactive and cost-effective appearance/packaging. The importance of digital books to support the learning process is currently felt in all lines of education. One application that can be used to create attractive, interactive, and cost-effective digital books is Kvisoft Flipbook Maker. However, the phenomenon in the field shows that most teachers do not know and have not been able to create teaching modules using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve teachers' ability to create teaching modules using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application. The service was carried out at the Tarbiyah Islamiyah Pasia Islamic Boarding School. A total of 15 teachers were involved in this training. The results of the training show that the training conducted can improve the ability of teachers to make teaching modules using the kvisoft flipbook maker application. The training was carried out very well where the students were enthusiastic and focused on participating in the training. The average percentage of training effectiveness is 95.33%..

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization, understanding, and provision of knowledge and actual information related to the problems of underage marriage both in theoretical and practical terms. The main problem faced by partners is that partner communities (both educators and students) don’t really understand the problems of underage marriage, because the information obtained are still makes them confused, besides schools are one of the effective and closest forums to the community to be able to "create or bring out” humans with certain characters in social and national life. The solution offered in this community service are first provide legal counseling on the basis of marriage law arrangements in Indonesia, especially those related to the age limit for performing a marriage. Second, providing information related to knowledge about underage marriage in Islamic concepts and third explaining general knowledge related to technical problems in the implementation of underage marriage that have a positive and negative impact on the life of a couple, both personally and in social life. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out in several stages. The core stage of this activity is to provide legal counseling by presenting material and ending with a discussion session. The result of this activity is that, with the implementation of community service activities, in addition to the participants being very enthusiastic about participating in the activity, partner communities (both educators and students) have gained actual insights and additional knowledge of marriage law in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve halal literacy and assictance in the halal certification process for street vendors in Kudus regency, Central Java in the form of socialization and focused discussion. The socialization was attended by halal officers from the district ministry of religious affairs, the head of the Kudus street vendors association, the head of regional street vendors association, and graduate students. The approach used is a participatory action approach. The results of the program include: first, the transfer of knowledge about halal, the importance of halal, and the ratification of halal through halal certification to audience. Second, participants understand the law on guaranteeing halal products to provide protection for citizens who are Muslim in consuming food and beverages, medicines, cosmetics, and others. Third, the government and universities understand the problem of steet vendors regarding obstacles in applying for halal certificates. Fourth, street vendors are directed to submit a self-declare, namely a statement letter from the business actor itself regarding the halal status of the traded product
