Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the role of women in building a healthy and independent community by providing material on cancer prevention and family financial literacy. The target audience for this program is members of the PIKK (Persatuan Istri Karyawan Karyawati) PT. PLN Nusantara Power Pulang Pisau. The activities utilize digital technology integration through interactive webinars via Zoom using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Evaluation was conducted through several approaches, including: Pre-Test and Post-Test, Participant Satisfaction Questionnaire, In-Depth Interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The education provided not only impacts individuals but is also expected to spread to families and surrounding communities, thereby forming a more resilient community capable of facing future health and economic challenges.

Abstract

Efforts to increase the added value of fresh mushroom products by turning them into crispy mushrooms carried out by Kebon Jamur partners face obstacles related to meeting market standards and marketing. In this digital era, the community service team sees a great opportunity to help increase product sales and effective and efficient marketing, while also helping the surrounding community's economy. Through a participatory approach from the planning stage with FGD, it was decided to conduct training on the 4P digital marketing strategy. The training consisted of material and practice sessions attended by 50 participants. The training results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, skills, and attitudes, with an average score of 79%. This means that the training successfully improved the capacity of the 4P digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

Abstract: Stunting remains a priority issue for maternal and child health. Stunting issues, from district, provincial, and national levels, are always a major topic of discussion, including in Wonorejo Village, Kediri Regency. One of the community service partners is a Wonorejo village resident who is also a pilot project for stunting management. Providing information on stunting, training in raising laying hens with a mini-layer farm, training in making processed foods from chicken eggs, training in packaging and marketing processed food products can be alternatives to addressing stunting. The method applied starts from preparation including licensing and coordination, purchasing materials, and then the implementation stage which is divided into three activities. After that, monitoring and evaluation of the implemented program are carried out. The results of this community service activity are an increase in knowledge to good by 93% and partners are able to raise chickens with a mini-layer farm, make processed foods from eggs, and are able to package and market processed food products. Furthermore, it is hoped that the sustainability of the program will continue to be monitored.

Abstract

Peningkatan pemahaman hukum dan etika dalam interaksi di lingkungan merupakan kebutuhan mendesak mengingat masih maraknya perundungan, diskriminasi, penyalahgunaan media sosial, serta rendahnya kesadaran terhadap konsekuensi hukum di kalangan pelajar. Kesadaran hukum dan etika sejak dini penting untuk mewujudkan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif, aman, dan harmonis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMA negeri 1 Luwuk dengan sasaran 30 siswa yang bertujuan memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya hukum dan etika dalam interaksi sosial di sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan ceramah dan diskusi yang diawali pemaparan materi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam mengikuti materi dan mampu mengidentifikasi bentuk pelanggaran hukum serta etika yang lazim terjadi di sekolah. Dengan begitu, dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa mengenai pentingnya perilaku yang patuh dan menghargai orang lain. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang lebih disiplin dan harmonis serta menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan program pembinaan hukum dan etika berkelanjutan di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

The village of Pandean in Nganjuk Regency faced significant river pollution along a 1.8 km stretch due to waste accumulation, stemming from low public awareness and a lack of proper waste facilities. This community service program was implemented to address this by increasing environmental awareness and establishing a sustainable waste management system. The program involved three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Key outputs included the creation and strategic placement of five one-part geopolymer trash bins, five plastic bottle separators, and one portable trash bin. Educational activities targeting housewives and students successfully increased environmental knowledge, with test scores improving from 54 to 84. A one-month follow-up showed positive results: 85% of residents reported better waste discipline, and 74% felt motivated to separate waste, demonstrating the program's effectiveness in integrating eco-friendly technology with community education.

Abstract

Serangan Village, as a coastal area, generates a large amount of shell waste that has the potential to be processed into products with economic value. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Ayu & Bagus Collection MSMEs in Serangan Village through eco-craft innovations based on marine shell waste. The implementation methods include needs assessment, training, mentoring, and the provision of supporting facilities. The training covers product design based on local wisdom, business management, digital marketing strategies, and the use of technology in production and promotion. In addition, the community service team provided various supporting tools, such as production and finishing equipment, funded by a grant from the Directorate of Research, Technology, and Community Service, Directorate General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, in the 2025 Fiscal Year. The results indicate an increase in product quantity, improved skills of partners in producing more creative eco-craft designs, more structured business management, and better utilization of digital media for marketing. The provision of equipment also supports business sustainability by accelerating production and improving product quality. This program contributes directly to the empowerment of MSMEs and environmental preservation through the utilization of shell waste. Thus, the collaboration of training and facility provision demonstrates a potential model of community empowerment through eco-craft that is competitive, sustainable, and rooted in local potential.

Abstract

Adolescence is a vulnerable period in which curiosity about sexuality often arises but is not always accompanied by accurate information, especially among students in Islamic boarding schools. This community service focused on providing son for students at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Kencong Jember as an effort to prevent sexual violence and deviant sexual behavior. The objectives were to improve knowledge and awareness of reproductive health, strengthen skills in refusing unhealthy sexual behavior, and foster the courage to report incidents within a safe pesantren environment. The program employed a participatory approach through interactive lectures, educational videos, group discussions, and pre–posttests. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge, with participants in the “Good” category rising from 4% to 77%, while those in the “Poor” category decreased from 65% to 8%. These findings indicate that contextual and value-based sexuality education is effective and can be replicated in similar pesantren settings

Abstract

The Women’s Joint Business Group in Guraping, Tidore Islands, faces low production capacity (5–10 kg/week), weak management without records or legality, and limited marketing confined to local networks without digital technology. This study implements an inclusive business model based on science, technology, and arts to enhance business capacity, strengthen governance, and expand market access for coastal women. Using a participatory method, the program proceeded through five stages: socialization, training in business management and digital marketing, application of appropriate technology (fish smoking and sago grating machines), implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous mentoring with pre- and post-tests. Results show notable progress: evaluation scores rose by 85.8 percent, production increased up to 300 percent, 75 percent of participants actively adopted digital marketing, and average income grew by 80 percent. The program transformed traditional business practices into modern, sustainable patterns through strengthened management, technology adoption, and wider market access.

Abstract

The failure of governance and business ethics can have detrimental effects on companies and stakeholders. As such, a strong grasp of governance and business ethics is crucial for organizations to achieve sustainable success and to better withstand crises, thus boosting their competitiveness. The Corporate Governance and Business Ethics webinar, part of the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi initiative for lecturers at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Trisakti and Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Jayakarta, was organized in partnership with KJA Surya Dinamika Global Makmur. Its goal was to provide participants with a thorough understanding of corporate governance and business ethics concepts, along with practical insights based on the latest regulations. Held on June 19th, 2025, the three-hour session attracted 205 participants from both domestic and international backgrounds. Out of 97 respondents who completed an evaluation form, 95% praised the speakers' quality, 89.7% found the content relevant, and 84,5% considered the webinar highly beneficial.

Abstract

Yayasan Peduli Kemanusiaan (YPK) Bali menyediakan layanan rehabilitasi dan edukasi bagi anak dengan cerebral palsy (CP), kondisi neurologis non-progresif yang berdampak pada kemampuan motorik, postur, dan fungsi sensorik. Anak dengan CP di Bali masih menghadapi keterbatasan akses pendidikan inklusif dan layanan rehabilitasi, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan inovatif seperti intervensi dini berbasis keluarga dan pemanfaatan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan melalui survei awal dan diskusi dengan pengajar serta terapis YPK; pengembangan konten VR meliputi narasi, aset 3D, mekanika interaksi, dan optimasi teknis; pelatihan penggunaan VR bagi tenaga pendidik dan terapis; serta evaluasi efektivitas melalui uji coba dan penyusunan model bisnis keberlanjutan. Proses perancangan dilakukan dengan metode co-design untuk memastikan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan bagi anak CP. Hasil kegiatan mencakup lahirnya prototipe game edukatif “ZooVR: Feed & Explore” yang memungkinkan anak mengeksplorasi kebun binatang virtual, memberi makan hewan, dan membaca informasi sederhana sebagai bentuk stimulasi atensi, koordinasi mata–tangan, dan pembelajaran faktual. Pengembangan game design document, daftar aset, vertical slice, serta mekanisme implementasi turut memperkuat kesiapan program. Uji awal menunjukkan bahwa VR meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar, membantu guru melalui konten siap pakai, dan memperluas potensi rehabilitasi berbasis teknologi. Kesimpulannya, ZooVR berpotensi menjadi media edukasi inklusif yang aman dan adaptif, sekaligus dapat direplikasi ke sekolah dan komunitas melalui model bisnis berkelanjutan. Dengan pengembangan lanjutan, integrasi budaya lokal, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor, ZooVR diharapkan menjadi gerakan pembelajaran inklusif yang memberi dampak nyata bagi anak, keluarga, dan pendidik di Bali.
