Abstract

This study aims to determine the limitations of developing country human resources and direct competition for digital companies from developed countries in the digital economy in the G20 presidency in 2022. The population and sample in this study were all 50 employees of CV WS Teknologi. Data analysis was carried out using the research instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The variable of limited human resources has a negative effect on the digital economy with a t-count value of -2.591 and a significance of 0.013. The digital company competition variable has a positive and significant effect on the digital economy with a t-count value of 6.631 and a significance of 0.000. The variable of limited human resources has a negative effect on the G20 presidency with a t-count value of -3.930 and a significance of 0.000. the digital company competition variable has a positive and significant effect on the G20 presidency with a t-count value of 2.674 and a significance of 0.049. It can be concluded that the variables of limited human resources, digital company competition and the digital economy have a positive and significant effect on the G20 presidency with an F-count value of 32.782 and a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

Repurchase interest is a reflection of customer satisfaction. In creating repurchase interest, several determining variables includes product prices and product diversity. The purpose of the study is to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of product price and product diversity on repurchase interest at Dhutamart Minimarket Pura Demak Denpasar Barat. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling method as many as 60 consumers of Dhutamart Minimarket. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed that there was a simultaneous positive and significant effect of product price and product diversity on repurchase interest at the Dhutamart Minimarket Pura Demak, Denpasar Barat. While partially the product price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at the Dhutamart Minimarket Pura Demak, Denpasar Barat. Partially, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at the Dhutamart Minimarket, Pura Demak, Denpasar Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and want to know the magnitude of the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for French Fries products, besides that it also wants to know the price comparison of other products, namely Bee Kris snack. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The method of data collection in this study uses a questionnaire. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Abstract

This study aims to describe critically about University management, higher education quality and good university governance in Mahendradatta University-Bali in order to find answers to the problems concerning: (1) How is the description of Mahendradatta University-Bali? (2) How are the efforts implemented in order to improve the higher education quality? (3) What are the principles of Good University Governance for improving the quality of education? (4) What are the barriers and challenges of Mahendradatta University-Bali in order to improve the quality of education? This research is a field research and using a qualitative approach, with the object of research in Mahendradatta University-Bali. Data collecting in this study was conducted through interview, observation, and documentation studies while the validity test of the data is using triangulation sources. The results showed that the University management, in the control of institution governance, refers to the management functions of planning, organizing, and monitoring as well as the principles of good university governance that include: (1) Transparency; (2) Accountability; (3) Responsibility; (4) Independency; and (5) Justice. In general, the implementation of University management has been accomplished in accordance with the rules set by the University. The successes that have been achieved by Mahendradatta University-Bali in the efforts of developing higher education quality as well as the implementation principles of University management are these following: (1)The implementation of the three duties of higher education; (2) Creating an effective good management; (3) Upgrading the competence of lecturers; (4) Improving the quality of learning; (5) Increasing the academic atmosphere; and (6) Embodiment of academic purposes. There are also sever all factors inhibiting Mahendradatta University-Bali in the implementation. These are internal and external barriers.

Abstract

The development of human resource management (HR) is driven by the progress of civilization, scientific education and the demands of society to compete, survive and develop in producing goods or services. Experts in the 20th century developed HRM into a field of study that specifically studies the role of human development in achieving organizational or company goals. The three approaches used to understand human resource management are: a) conventional or mechanical approaches; b) paternalistic approach; c) social or contemporary systems approach. Human resource management challenges are relatively tougher to face in countries where corporate culture is more dependent on top managers or company owners. Identified challenges faced by HRM that need to be overcome in the face of an open business, full of competition in a free trade system including: external challenges and internal or organizational challenges.

Abstract

The emergence of Instagram greatly influenced the community in doing online learning. With photos promoted in the Instagram application by online shops, it has a lot of impact on the consumption level of society. This doesn't only happen to women, many men also respond well to the existence of online shops that market their products through Instagram. Instagram has a lot of positive impacts on the business world, especially online shops, because it really helps them in marketing their products widely to all corners of the world, only by updating photos of their products continuously, all followers on Instagram accounts can see them, and this is can influence followers/followers on Instagram accounts to shop online. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the Instagram application and describe the consumptive behavior of buyers in Surabaya, the second objective is to determine the extent to which men and women in Surabaya have consumptive behavior in shopping online. The third objective is to find out the differences in consumptive behavior that occur between men and women in Surabaya. To test differences in consumptive behavior between men and women in shopping online through Instagram, an independent t test was used. The results of this study are that in general there are differences in consumptive behavior between men and women, but here it is women who have shopaholic tendencies, which results in a higher consumptive lifestyle impact.

Abstract

Tanah Lot tourist attraction is a popular tourist attraction among local and foreign tourists. Especially in the new normal era, Tanah Lot is preparing to be reopened as a major tourist destination for tourists visiting the island of Bali. This study develops a model with several hypotheses regarding tourist visits to the Tanah Lot tourist attraction. The method used is the PLS-SEM method. Structural model analysis or inner model is carried out to determine the relationship between latent variables that influence (exogenous) and latent variables that are affected (endogenous). This study uses 100 respondents, who are tourists visiting Tanah Lot. There are five latent variables, namely the quality of tourist objects, the attractiveness of tourist objects, visiting experience, tourist satisfaction and interest in visiting. The five latent variables are measured by a Likert scale. The description of this variable is an illustration to find out and increase the tourist attraction of Tanah Lot.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Inpatient Medical Installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. The types of data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the inpatient medical installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar.

Abstract

Shopee is a mobile application-based online buying and selling e-commerce that is developing in Indonesia as the first consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplace. This study aims to find out how much Shopee's service quality is to determine customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research, by measuring the level of conformity between customer expectations and company performance. The population in this study are Shopee application users throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study were Shopee application users who had purchased a product at least once within three months. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who filled out the survey was 86 respondents. Data analysis techniques use the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in which this method shows the relationship between the level of importance and performance. The level of importance and performance is measured based on the average value given by each respondent on each indicator. The correlation of each item to the total score of each statement for the variables/attributes of Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, Contact. All of them produce rtables above 0.361 with a significance value of 0.060 (6%). Thus, the entire statement of research variable items is valid and reliable. This means that overall all the indicators that are considered important are in accordance with consumer expectations so that there is no need to prioritize a particular indicator.

Abstract

This study discusses the Analysis of Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability Ratios to assess the Financial Performance of PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the financial performance at PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. using the liquidity, solvency and profitability ratio method for the 2018-2022 period. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative through measurement of financial performance measured by 3 ratio analysis, namely: 1) Liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), 2) Solvability ratios (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio), and 3 ) Profitability Ratios (Return On Assets and Return On Equity). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the assessment of the financial performance of PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. In terms of the liquidity ratio in terms of the Current Ratio from 2018-2022 is quite good and in terms of the Quick Ratio from 2018- 2022 the company's condition is not good. Assessment of financial performance in terms of solvency ratios in terms of the Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio from 2018- 2022 The company's condition is not good because it is above the company's industry standards. And the assessment of financial performance in terms of profitability ratios in terms of Return On Assets and Return On Equity from 2018-2022 is very poor.
