Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan menemukan strategi yang tepat diterapkan dalam inovasi pendidikan di Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. Pendekatan yang digunakan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisisnya menggunakan interaktif 3 model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung dilakukan oleh pimpinan melalui beberapa kegiatan yaitu: melakukan perencanaan pegwai yang tepat melalui rekrutmen dan seleksi sekaligus penempatan sesuai bidang keahlian, pembinaan pada pegawai baru untuk mengenalkan budaya organisasi dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pekerjaan, pelatihan sesuai bidang keahlian pegawai untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya serta pelatihan di luar bidang keahliannya untuk memberdayakan pegawai, merekomendasikan studi lanjut untuk peningkatan mutu sumber daya pegawai yang berlaku kepada seluruh pegawai. Sedangkan strategi yang digunakan dalam inovasi pendidikan adalah melakukan sertifikasi kelembaagaan pendidikan diniyah yang menjadi kekhasannya untuk membangun public trust, mencapai peringkat akreditasi unggul sebagai branding pendidikan, menyelenggarakan transformasi kelembagaan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the problems of implementing a sustainable professional development program for PAI teachers in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. This research is a descriptive type of qualitative research with a field study approach. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research are that sustainable professional development for PAI teachers will not be optimal if teachers cannot develop creativity within themselves. Creativity is an element of PAI teachers' independence. This program requires quite a long time and involves various quality improvement stakeholders so that it runs well. Lack of creativity creates its own problems for the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui strategi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur'an peserta didik SDIT Al Fikri kampung pajak Labuhanbatu Utara Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 (2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat strategi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur'an peserta didik SDIT Al Fikri kampung pajak Labuhanbatu Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan; (1) strategi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur'an peserta didik yaitu menggunakan metode tiqror, metode talaqqi dan metode tasmi '. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan strategi guru tahfidz terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal berasal dari diri peserta didik itu sendiri berupa minat, bakat dan kecerdasan dalam menghafal Al Qur'an. Faktor eksternal berasal dari luar diri peserta didik yaitu lingkungan sosial di sekitar peserta didik, motivasi guru, dorongan dari orang tua dan tempat menghafal. Faktor penghambat dalam penerapan strategi guru tahfidz adalah kurangnya minat peserta didik dalam menghafal Al Qur'an, peserta didik yang belum bisa membaca Al Qur'an, dan pengaruh teman atau kelompok dalam menghafal Al Qur'an.

Abstract

This study wants to analyze and reveal how the supremacy pattern is based on strengthening and internalizing the values of religious moderation in madrasas. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by exploring relevant information through interviews, observations, and documentation through the selection of informants who are considered capable and understand the case, in order to reveal in depth the existing curriculum development patterns. The results of this study show that the pattern carried out in strengthening the values of religious moderation in madrasah tsanawiyah miftahul ulum Jember is pursued in several aspects. First, the internalization of a tolerant attitude, second, the internalization of an attitude of anti-violence, third, the internalization of an accommodating attitude towards local wisdom, and fourth, the internalization of an attitude of militancy in the nation, which in all aspects is carried out based on an attitude of responsibility and continuity with collaboration between the madrasah starting from educators and educators with student guardians and the surrounding community.

Abstract

The debate regarding religion and science is something that is interesting to continue to study. The conflict between religion and science is getting hotter when scientists consider themselves rational with the hope that they will uncover the fundamental laws that govern behavior, matter and style. On the other hand, religionists with views that are irrational and obedient to religious dogmas claim to contain truths that cannot be changed and modified. Interestingly, there are Muslim scientists who try to respond to the development of modern science from a different point of view, namely Nidhal Guessoum. The presence of Nidhal Guessoum in the discourse arena to integrate religion and science has enriched thinking in the Islamic world. This study aims to determine the construction of religion and science as well as the relationship between religion and science in Nidhal Guessoum's quantum theory. Using a qualitative research method, the literature examines the contents of the book, the substance of the discussion, and the focus of the studies and thoughts of the figures. The objects are books and research journals that contain Nidhal Guessoum's thoughts on religion and science. And finally the findings in this study that Nidhal guessoum specifically constructs how Islam views scientific theories including: Islam and Cosmology, Islam and Design Arguments, Islam and Anthropic Principles, Islam and Evolution in addition to constructing religion and science Nidhal Guessoum also offers theories quantum which is based on three principles, namely the principle of not contradicting, layered interpretation, and theistic falsification.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the construction of the Arab Hadrami community's identity at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation, focusing on the rituals practiced and their impact on shaping students' character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection instruments including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicate that the efforts made by the Islamic Education Foundation in instilling the values and character that are characteristic of the Arab Hadrami community involve constructing several Alawiyyin rituals. Therefore, the Arab Hadrami community at the Islamic Education Foundation constructs its identity through three processes: externalization, objectification, and internalization. Externalization, as a form of transmitting Alawiyyin ancestral culture at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation, is realized through the implementation of several rituals related to the Alawiyyin order, such as the recitation of wirid, poetry, shalawat, and other practices that are an integral part of the institution. These rituals are objectified, containing values such as knowledge, practice, wirid, and morality, which are internalized into the daily learning activities that strengthen students' identity as part of the Arab Hadrami community and shape their character based on the Islamic and moral values taught by the traditions of the Arab Hadrami community at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of extracurricular programs in improving students' non-academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Situbondo. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that extracurricular program management includes planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating. Planning is carried out through work meetings that discuss the types of extracurriculars, the selection of coaches, and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The organization is aimed at dividing tasks according to the competence of each coach and scheduling extracurricular activities. The implementation of the program is carried out consistently in accordance with the plan that has been prepared.In addition, supervision is carried out by the head of the madrasah and the supervisor to ensure that each activity runs according to the schedule and achieves the expected goals. Evaluations are conducted at the end of each semester to assess the effectiveness of the program, including the analysis of facilities and infrastructure, the number of meetings, and the achievement of student achievement in various non-academic competitions. The study concluded that effective management in extracurricular programs contributes significantly to the improvement of students' non-academic achievement, which in turn improves the reputation of the madrasah. Recommendations for continuous improvement in extracurricular management are recommended so that students' potential can be maximized and broader educational goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX Di SMP Budi Satria Medan Pendekatan yang digunakan alam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, karena data yang diperoleh akari diwujudkan dalam bentuk angka dan dianalisis berdasarkan statistic Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif kasual yanng bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dua variabel bebas atau lebih terhadap variabel terkait, Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Smp Swasta Budisatrya yang beralamat di Jl. Letda Sujono No. 166, Bandar Selamat, Kec. Medan Tembung, Kota Medan Prov. Sumatrea Utara, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 orang yang diambil dari 2 kelas yakni IX-1 dan IX-2, Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, dimana semua populasi yang berjumlah 63 orang di jadikan sampel, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regressi linier berganda, adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah  Dalam ini Motivasi Belajar bepengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar sebab nilai t hitung > t tabel (2.148>2.000) dan taraf signifikan 0.036 < 0.05. Dalam penelitian ini Lingkungan Belajar bepengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar sebab nilai t hitung > t tabel (2.139>2.000) dan taraf signifikan 0.029 < 0.05. Dalam penelitian ini secara simultan Lingkungan Belajar, Motivasi Belajar  berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar sebab nilai f hitung > f tabel 12.330 > 3.15) dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.006 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the Acceptance of the E-Learning Platform by High School Teachers using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) Model. This research uses explanatory quantitative methods. The population that has been determined in this research is all high school teachers in City X. The sample in this research consisted of 100 respondents. Researchers used accidental sampling technique, the type of data used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that 1) Performance Expectancy has no effect on Use Behavior. 2) Performance Expectancy has no effect on Behavioral Intention. 3) Effort Expectancy has no effect on Use Behavior. 4) Effort Expectancy has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention. 5) Social Influence has no effect on Use Behavior. 6) Social Influence has no effect on Behavioral Intention. 7) Facilitating Conditions have a significant effect on Use Behavior. 8) Facilitating Conditions have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention. 9) Hedonic Motivation has no effect on Use Behavior. 10) Hedonic Motivation has no effect on Behavioral Intention. 11) Price Value has no effect on Use Behavior. 12) Price Value has no effect on Behavioral Intention. 13) Habit has a significant effect on Use Behavior. 14) Habit has no effect on Behavioral Intention. 15) Behavioral Intention has a significant effect on Use Behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami strategi pengelolaan keuangan pesantren di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data menggunakan primer dari wawancara dan observasi, serta menggunakan data sekunder berbentuk dokumentasi, foto, gambar dan laporan keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi digunakan sebagai teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang terdiri dari triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Adapun analisis datanya menggunakan interaktif tiga model yaitu reduksi data, penyajian datanya dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan resiliensi pesantren pimpinan dan pengelola Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi mengimplementasikan manajemen keuangan terpadu, kebijakan syahriyah non tunai berupa e-money atau penggunaan uang elektronik untuk setiap transaksi keuangan termasuk pembayaran syahriyah/SPP santri maupun uang saku santri, pemanfaatan aplikasi SIS (Sistem Informasi Santri) dan penguatan jaringan dengan perbankan yang punya perlindungan OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan),  hingga meningkat suplai kopontren pada dana operasional pendidikan. Dengan beberapa upaya tersebut pesantren ini berhasil survive di tengah kompetisi pendidikan global dan menjadi pesantren terbesar bukan lagi di tingkat kabupaten Banyuwangi tetapi 10 besar pesantren di Provinsi Jawa Timur.
