Abstract

Gross motor is a body movement that uses large muscles, most or all members of the body, which are influenced by the child's age, body weight, and physical development. For example, the ability to sit, kick, run, or go up and downstairs. The purpose of this study is to improve children's gross motor skills through traditional leng-kaleleng games. This research is of classroom action research/CAR. The subjects in this study were group B4 with a total of 14 children. The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle having three meetings. The technique used in collecting data is observation and documentation as well as research results that are processed using percentage techniques. The results showed in the first cycle of three meetings with a percentage of 43%. In cycle II there were three meetings with a percentage of 86%. It was concluded that traditional leng-kaleleng games can improve children's gross motor skills in the kindergarten Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah V Padang.

Abstract

The activity learns and teaching in the school, of course, involve evaluation activity, this activity does for measure how far student understands and know the learning done, until the teacher and school component finds out deficiency the learn system. Evaluation divided into 2 types, that is the test and the non-test. The test usually uses in school as the test, and non-test in the 2013 curriculum do to measure student attitude, through observation, questionnaire, and any more. Of course, there is the resistance in evaluation non-test, like teacher unpreparedness to do and make non-test instruments although students do not understand how to do this scoring. So we do this research to see how far the application of this evaluation in the school.

Abstract

In this article, the aim is to examine in-depth about describing competency in describing competencies. Teacher in preparing learning plans, implementing learning, and evaluating learning in SD Sudimara 12 Ciledug, Tangerang. Types of qualitative research conducted at SD Sudimara 12 Ciledug. Data sources were obtained from one of the teachers and one of the students' interviews. Data analysis in accordance with the objectives of this study is 1). Teachers of SD N 12 Ciledug already have good competence in the learning planning, 2). Teachers of SD N 12 Ciledug already have good competence in the implementation of learning, 3). Teachers of SD N 12 Ciledug already have competency good in carrying out learning evaluations so that learning outcomes achieved at this elementary school also increases.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of attendance that students have in carrying out a sewing training at the Anarvani Community Learning Center in Padang. This study aims to look at the picture of students' learning motivation in carrying out sewing activities in PKBM Anarvani, see the picture of students' discipline in carrying out sewing activities at PKBM Anarvani, and can see the relationship between students' discipline and learning motivation of students. in carrying out sewing training at PKBM Anarvani. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research population was 24 people, 6 people were chosen as respondents. The type of research data is about the existence of a relationship of learning discipline with the motivation that students have in carrying out sewing training at PKBM Anarvani. A questionnaire is a technique in using data coagulation. As well as the questionnaire used as a tool used. Rank order is an analysis technique in this research. The findings in this study explain if the description of learning motivation in sewing training in PKBM Anarvani is classified as very bad, as well as the low discipline that students have when carrying out sewing training activities in PKBM Anarvani and have a link between learning motivation and student discipline when implementing sewing activities at PKBM Anarvani.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe children's creativity through decorating bread. The writer used a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study from various written sources such as articles, journals, and documents that are relevant to the research. Based on the results of a review of several study journals, decorating activities using bread can stimulate children's creativity. It is concluded that the activity of decorating bread can stimulate children's creativity.

Abstract

This research is a literature study that aims to find a picture of the stimulation of the ability to recognize pre-mathematical concepts of children through traditional genggong games. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study. In the study of this literature, study researchers used various written sources such as articles, journals, and documents that are relevant to the research. The results of the review of several traditional genggong study journals can improve the ability of children to recognize pre-mathematical concepts of children. In the study of literature studies, it was concluded that the Traditional Genggong Game can improve the ability to recognize children's pre-mathematical concepts in the learning process.

Abstract

This study studies to learn whether there are learning models and pictures for English. This research was conducted on students in grade III of SD Negeri Periuk 3. The method used in the study was. The method was chosen because the main purpose of this research is to study the facts arising from aid from a treatment. The hypothesis proposed about the effect of drawing and drawing models is very impactful for students in doing vocabulary learning. However, based on data obtained from the results of research models, images and drawings very much refer to the English vocabulary.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of the thematics learning approach in curriculum 2013 on its planning, implementation, and evaluation aspects. Actually the thematic learning approach gives a complete opportunity for participation and involvement of the student in their learning activity. Hence, several elementary schools (SD) have an effort to implement it, including SDN Kampung Melayu III, Kab. Tangerang, as a focus of this research project. But we don’t know-how about the implementation indeed. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to seek out the implementation of the thematic learning approach, its effectiveness on enhancing learning quality, and also its problems and learning results. Trough the quantitative research approach this research shown that the thematic learning process is effective based on the indicators coming from the CIPP procedure. But on the other side the problems coming from the limited learning facilities and infrastructures in school, including classroom arrangement and learning resources & media utilization by the teacher. The learning result from the final exams is good enough, moreover, it is also indicated that the learning process also rising up the student courage and self-confidence, they are so proactive in the learning process. The research conclusion are: the implementation of the thematic learning approach is effective, but the infrastructure is still needed for improvement to facilitate the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the 2013 curriculum learning evaluation. Types of qualitative research. Research site at SDIT Gunung Jati. Teacher research subjects and fourth-grade students at SDIT Gunung Jati. Interview data collection techniques. Research subjects are teachers who teach the curriculum. Data collection is done through interviews. The steps of data analysis are recording and collecting, reducing, presenting, and verifying. The results of this study indicate those positive teacher perceptions because teachers carry out evaluations well as evidenced by teachers applying authentic assessments in learning which include assessments of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teacher perceptions of the evaluation of thematic learning in the 2013 curriculum at SDN Paku Jaya 02 South Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative method. Research subjects are teachers who teach thematic learning. Data collection is done through interviews. The data validity checking technique is triangulation. The steps of data analysis are recording and collecting, reducing, presenting, and verifying. The results of this study indicate that teacher perceptions are positive because teachers carry out evaluations well as evidenced by teachers applying authentic assessments in learning which include assessments of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects.
