Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kepedulian sekelompok masyarakat memberikan bimbingan belajar secara gratis kepada anak-anak SD dari keluarga kurang mampu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peningkatan belajar anak oleh KBSI melalui materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari subyek penelitian dan informan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini, yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa memperpanjang keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa materi yang diajarkan di KBSI adalah Matematika, Bahasa Inggris, Budaya Alam Minang Kabau (BAM), Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA), dan Bahasa Indonesia. metode yang digunakan oleh KBSI, yaitu metode ceramah, praktek, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Media yang digunakan pada pembelajaran di KBSI adalah media papan tulis, infokus, dan media untuk praktek. Evaluasi pada pembelajaran di KBSI yaitu melalui pengamatan kepada peserta didik untuk melihat kemampuan daya tanggapnya ketika proses belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the curriculum has been implemented in schools, teaching materials used in supporting the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, assessments, facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, and find out curriculum implementation factors. The studies used a qualitative exploratory approach, data collection was done by observation and interviews. The results of this study that there are many factors that affect the curriculum and the role of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SDN Sukasari 4, Tangerang City.

Abstract

This paper is part of a report on community empowerment activities by a team from Padang State University with the focus of the activity being the empowerment of poor housewives through optimizing the function of the plot of land with economically valuable plants, located in Nagari Sungai Buluh Timur, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman District. The purpose of the empowerment program is to improve the behavior of poor housewives in order to be able to optimize the utilization of the potential of family resources including specifically the plots of land so that they can increase family income. This dedication activity took the form of counseling with lectures and discussions about the family and its problems, counseling, and workshops on the cultivation of garden plants. Overall Empowerment activities can go well according to plan. Participants were enthusiastic about optimizing the use of the yard, and there was support from the wider community and the village government for the sustainability of the program in the future.

Abstract

Padang Old Town area is one of the assets of cultural and historical tourism that must be developed. In the framework of developing the Old Town area along with the economic prospects, it is necessary to initiate a creative economic program that raises local values. For this reason, the campus community needs to take initiative and build synergies with the community in the Old Town area for the development of the creative economy. Through the partnership program that carries out screen printing training activities for souvenirs, it is hoped that products will emerge as new attractions for visitors to the Old Town area and entrepreneurs from the UNP students and the community will emerge.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high participation of foster children in applying the discipline applied by caregivers at Budi Utama Orphanage, Lubuk Alung. This is caused by the application of good disciplinary guidance by caregivers. This study aims to describe the child's response to disciplinary development at the Budi Utama Orphanage, seen from the aspects of loyalty, regularity, commitment, and consistency. The approach used in this study uses quantitative descriptive techniques. The population of this research is adolescents who are in the Budi Utama Lubuk Alung Orphanage and the sample is taken using a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with data collection tools using a questionnaire and data analyzed using percentage techniques. The results of this study indicate that based on aspects of overall disciplinary guidance looks good. This is evidenced by the many foster children who provide alternative answers always and often. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that caregivers and parents can maintain and improve discipline guidance for children so that children can grow and develop in accordance with applicable norms.

Abstract

This study is motivated by high teenage learning results addicted to play online games in Kuranji Hilir, Sungai Limau Sub-district of Padang Pariaman Regency. This is due to the attention given by parents to teenagers. This study aims to describe the attention of parents in teenagers who are addicted to playing online games in Kuranji Hilir, Sungai Limau Sub-district of Padang Pariaman Regency seen from the aspects of guidance and advice, supervision, punishment, and award, communicating, and regulate playtime. The approach used in this study uses quantitative descriptive techniques. The population of this research is a teenager who is addicted to play online games in Kuranji Hilir, Sungai Limau Sub-district of Padang Pariaman Regency as many as 60 people, and samples taken by using Stativeed Random Sampling technique as much as 36 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires with data collection tools to use questionnaires and data analyzed by percentage techniques. The results of this study indicate that based on aspects of the overall parent's attention look very well. This is evidenced by the many teenagers who provide alternative answers always and often. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to parents to maintain and increase attention to children to grow and development of children can be awake according to the desired, and expected to children to control itself in playing online games so as not to interfere with other activities such as learning, rest and so on.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning discipline of the learning citizens, this is related to the high intensity of playing online games for the learning citizens of the Mandiri Racing Team. This study discusses, 1) to see the complexity of playing online games, 2) to see the discipline of learning competence, 3) to see the relationship between the intensity of playing online games with the discipline of learning at the Independent Racing Team Course Institute. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The study population was learning citizens registered with the Institute of Independent Racing Team Courses, totaling 75 learning residents. Samples were taken as much as 40%. The number of samples is 30 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The technique of collecting data through a questionnaire, the data collection tool consists of agreed lists. This research data analysis technique uses percentages and product moments. The results of this study can be seen (1) the higher intensity of playing online games for learning citizens at the Institute of Independent Team Racing Course, (2) the low discipline of citizens learning the learning process, and (3) requires a significant relationship between online play games with the learning discipline of the Race Team Independent Course. Suggestions in this study are 1) for citizens to learn in order to improve discipline in learning at the Independent Course Team Race Course, 2) for instructors to be able to increase knowledge about learning discipline for citizens to learn the Independent Course Team Race Course, 3) for parents of learning citizens in order to be a reference and knowledge about disciplining children's activities.

Abstract

The research aims to increase the ability to count in early childhood at kindergarten Aisyiyah 5 Andalas Padang. The type of research is the action class research, which is the observation of an intentional activity in class. The qualitative and quantitative data analysis technique performed on students uses the percentage approach. On the first cycle of the three meetings, the counting development of children reaches fifty-two percents and it does not fulfill the criteria of the minimum exhaustiveness yet. On the second one, there is an increase in counting and it developed very well to be eighty-eight percent so that the result fulfills the criteria of the minimum exhaustiveness. The result shows that the smart clothesline game is able to increase the ability to count in early childhood at kindergarten Aisyiyah 5 Andalas Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the numeracy skill in playground Mutiara Ibu Pasir Tiku Agam. The type of this research is an action class research, that's is the observation of an intentional activity in the classroom. The qualitative and quantitative data analysis technique user percentage approach in order to get the result of the research. On the first cycle of the three meetings, the development of the numeracy skills research fifty-two percent and it does not fulfill the criteria of the minimal exhaustiveness yet. On the second cycle in the research implementation, there is a very well improvement in the numeracy skill, which is eighty-seven percent and it has fulfilled the criteria of minimal exhaustiveness. The result shows that the marble box game is able to increase the numeracy skill in playground Mutiara Ibu Pasir Tiku Agam.

Abstract

Geometry is one branch of mathematics that aims to develop the conjugative aspects of children. In accordance with Permendikbud Number 146 that children are able to convey about what and how objects around them are known (names, colors, shapes, sizes, patterns, properties, sounds, textures, functions, and other features) through various works. The purpose of this study is to improve children's ability to recognize geometric shapes through “Balok Media”. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were group A with 10 people. The study was conducted in two cycles in collecting data is observation and documentation and research results are processed by percentage techniques. The results showed that in cycle I there were three meetings with a percentage of 36%. In cycle II there were as many as three meetings with a percentage of 84%. It was concluded that recognizing geometric shapes can improve children's abilities in Taman Kanak-kanak Ar Raudah Padang.
