Abstract

AbstractThis article explains about Islamic education based on Nationalism. Islamic education is not only taught in formal teachings in schools, but also in non-formal education. This fact must be recognized and received attention, because if not then Islamic education is felt to be lame. Therefore, when talking about Islamic education, what is considered is the whole aspects which are also included in it reviewing nationalism. Therefore, it can be concluded that the depletion of national ties due to religion did occur, this is indicated by the emergence of separatist movements in Indonesia. However, this is not because of religious teachings (especially Islam) which do not support nationalism, but because of the followers of the religion experience silence in understanding religious texts. This is where the importance of Islamic education is. That is as a media for inclusive and contextual Islamic understanding. Because until now education is believed to be the most powerful means for the process of transforming values, including the values of nationalism in Islam. Keywords: Islamic Education; Nationalism. AbstrakArtikel ini memaparkan tentang pendidikan agama Islam berbasis Nasionalisme. Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya diajarkan dalam ajaran-ajaran formal di sekolah semata, melainkan pendidikan non formal. Kenyataan ini harus diakui dan mendapat perhatian, karena jika tidak maka pendidikan Islam dirasa pincang. Karena itu, ketika berbicara mengenai pendidikan Agama Islam, maka yang dipikirkan adalah keseluruhan aspek yang juga tercakup di dalamnya megnkaji tentang nasionalisme. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa menipisnya ikatan kebangsaan karena agama memang terjadi, hal ini dindikasikan oleh munculnya gerakan-gerakan separatis di Indonesia. Akan tetapi hal itu bukan karena ajaran agama (khususnya Islam) yang tidak mendukung nasionalisme akan tetapi karena para pemeluk agama mengalami pendangkalan pemahaman teks-teks keagamaan. Disinilah arti penting pendidikan Islam. Yaitu sebagai media transfer pemahaman keIslaman yang inklusif dan kontekstual. Karena sampai sekarang pendidikan dipercaya sebagai sarana paling ampuh untuk proses transformasi nilai, termasuk nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam Agama Islam. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Agama Islam; Nasionalisme.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out 1) To find out the understanding of Islam towards the ethics of dressing class XI students in MAN 1 Bogor Regency 2) To find out the ethics of dressing class XI students in MAN 1 Bogor Regency 3) To find out the effect of understanding the religion of Islam on the ethics of dressing class girls XI at MAN 1 Bogor Regency. The method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire and sample 60 students. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by analyzing the validity, reliability, normality and homogeneity tests after calculating the Product Moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that: from the hypothesis test related to the influence of understanding of Islam on dress ethics in class XI in MAN 1 Bogor District, shows that: according to calculations using the Product Moment formula the rxy value of 0.707 was obtained and consulted with the value of r table at a significant level of 5% of 0.254. Because rxy tabel r table is at a significant level of 5%, the results are significant. At index 0.70-0.90 which means there is a strong or high correlation between variable X and variable Y so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that there is a significant strong or high relationship between the understanding of Islam and the ethics of dressing in MAN 1, Bogor Regency. Keywords: Understanding Religion; Dressed Ethics. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Untuk mengetahui pemahaman agama Islam terhadap etika berpakaian siswi kelas XI  di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor 2) Untuk mengetahui etika berpakaian siswi kelas XI di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman agama Islam terhadap etika berpakaian siswi kelas XI di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan sempel siswi sebanyak 60 orang. Data yang telah diperoleh lalu dianalisis dengan analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan homogenitas setelah menghitung dengan rumus korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: dari uji hipotesis berkaitan dengan adanya pengaruh pemahaman agama Islam terhadap etika berpakaian pada kelas XI di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Menunjukan bahwa: sesuai perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment di peroleh nilai rxy sebesar 0.707 dan dikonsultasikan dengan nilai r tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0.254. Karena rxy ≥ r tabel  pada taraf signifikan 5% maka hasilnya signifikan. Pada indeks 0,70-0,90 yang berarti terdapat korelasi yang kuat atau tinggi antara variabel X dan variabel Y sehingga hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak hipotesis (Ha) diterima. Hal ini berarti ada hubungan  kuat atau tinggi yang signifikan antara pemahaman agama Islam terhadap etika berpakaian di MAN 1 Kabupaten Bogor. Keywords: Pemahaman Agama; Etika Berpakaian.

Abstract

AbstractThe concept of Aminah Wadud in interpreting the Koran is an idea inspired by Fazlur Rahman which has a neo-modernist orientation in order to find a hermeneutic-based theory. The concept of gender is a theory developed by Amina Wadud so that women's equal rights run in a balanced way with men's rights. The main consideration in hermeneutic-based interpretation, Amina Wadud places more emphasis on the aspect of objectivity rather than the aspect of subjectivity so as to facilitate the interpretation of Qur'anic verses. Amina Wadud is more inclined to general principles in contextualizing the understanding of the Koran because it can be more easily understood than textualization because the urgency of the Koran was revealed not based on the text of the verse but seeing the conditions that occur in the field by looking at the character of society. Keywords: Methodology; Commentary; Amina Wadud.  AbstrakKonsep Amina Wadud dalam menafsirkan Al-Qur’an merupakan gagasan yang diinspirasi dari fazlu Rahman yang berhaluan neo modernis dalam rangka menemukan teori berbasis hermenuetika. Konsep gender merupakan teori yang dikembangkan Amina Wadud supaya hak persamaan perempuan  berjalan secara berimbang dengan hak laki-laki. Yang menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam interpretasi berbasis hermenuetika, Amina Wadud lebih menekankan pada aspek obyektivitas bukan aspek  subyektivitas sehingga memudahkan dalam interpretasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Amina Wadud lebih cendrung kepada prinsip umum dalam mengkontekstualisasi pemahaman Al-Qur’an karena dapat lebih mudah dipahami dibanding tekstualis karena urgensi diturunkannya Al-Qur’an bukan berdasarkan teks ayat akan tetapi melihat kondisi yang terjadi dilapangan dengan melihat karakter masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Metodologi; Tafsir; Amina Wadud.

Abstract

AbstractIslamic boarding schools teach students their self-reliance values, which can shape their personalities in being independent so that they are in accordance with one of the goals of Indonesian education, which is to become independent human beings. For this reason, it is necessary to study the actualization in shaping the character of the independence of their students. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The source of data comes from the primary and secondary as well as collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of his research can be seen from the factors of awareness, regulation, and habits of being a supporter in shaping independent character, while age and psychology become obstacles in shaping independence in students. The ability to manage finances, time, social life is a reflection of the impact of positive values in the actualization of independence in the independent character of students.  Keywords: Actualization; Independence; Character. AbstrakPondok pesantren mengajarkan kepada siswanya nilai-nilai kemandirian, yang dapat membentuk kepribadiannya dalam bersikap mandiri, sehinga sesuai dengan salah satu tujuan pendidikan Indonesia yaitu menjadi insan mandiri. Untuk itu dibutuhkan perlu dikaji tentang aktualisasinya dalam membentuk karakter kemandirian siswanya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data bersumber dari primer dan skunder serta pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya dapat dilihat dari faktor kesadaran, suritauladan dan kebiasaan menjadi pendukung dalam membentuk karakter mandiri, sementara usia dan spikologi menjadi penghambat dalam membentuk kemandirian dalam diri siswa. Adanya kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan, waktu, hidup sosial merupakan cerminan akan adanya dampak nilai positif dalam aktualisasi kemandirian dalam karakter mandiri siswa. Kata Kunci: Aktualisasi; Kemandirian; Karakter.

Abstract

Discussing today's Islamic education in Indonesia can be seen from an optic of politics of curriculum and policy in the politics of education. As we know that the reality of replacing the minister is always followed by replacing policy. Here, indeed, many people do not mean allergy or anti-change as long as the changes are still in the context of continuity and toward the better or the best. So, maybe no worries for all. In this paper, the focus of discussion is focused on important and interesting questions about how is the portrait of Islamic education in Indonesia? How the goals and the Quo Vadis of curriculum policy of Islamic education in Indonesia? How idealism education policy widely in Indonesia? How are the challenges and solutions for Islamic education problems in Indonesia? The paper is written by using qualitative data which is based on references and books literature, newsletters, journals and opinions in the mass media and other sources that are relevant in the study of Islamic education in Indonesia, particularly related to curriculum and education policy. The results showed that: first, a portrait of Islamic education in Indonesia from pre-independence to the independence of Indonesia continues to date indicating a paradox, besides the significant development and progress. Second, the goals of the policy of the Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia are always influenced by government policies at the same general education policy. How idealism education policy widely in Indonesia is the mainstreaming of education as a commander (education is king). Moreover, education policy is not merely to discuss the practice of education and learning, more than that is also concerned with the development of education in the competition at the same time the international synergies. Fourth, the challenges and solutions of Islamic education problems in Indonesia can be seen in terms of internal and external context. The solutions are about the culture of competitiveness balanced with the cooperation with all stakeholders need to be done for the goodness and the nation's welfare.Keywords: Islamic Education, Politics of Curriculum and Policy in Educational PoliticsAbstrakMembahas pendidikan Islam saat ini di Indonesia dapat dilihat dari optik politik kurikulum dan kebijakan dalam politik pendidikan. Seperti kita ketahui bahwa realitas penggantian menteri selalu diikuti dengan penggantian kebijakan. Di sini, memang, banyak orang tidak bermaksud alergi atau anti-perubahan asalkan perubahan masih dalam konteks kontinuitas dan menuju yang lebih baik atau yang terbaik. Dalam tulisan ini, fokus diskusi difokuskan pada pertanyaan-pertanyaan penting dan menarik tentang bagaimana potret paradoks pendidikan Islam di Indonesia? Bagaimana tujuan dan Quo Vadis tentang kebijakan kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Indonesia? Bagaimana idealisme kebijakan pendidikan secara luas di Indonesia? Bagaimana tantangan dan solusi untuk masalah pendidikan Islam di Indonesia? Makalah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan data kualitatif yang didasarkan pada referensi dan buku literatur, buletin, jurnal dan opini di media massa dan sumber-sumber lain yang relevan dalam studi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, terutama yang berkaitan dengan paradoks pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, potret pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dari pra-kemerdekaan hingga kemerdekaan Indonesia hingga saat ini menunjukkan paradoks, di samping perkembangan dan kemajuan yang signifikan. Kedua, tujuan kebijakan kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Indonesia selalu dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pemerintah pada kebijakan pendidikan umum yang sama. Bagaimana idealisme kebijakan pendidikan secara luas di Indonesia adalah pengarusutamaan pendidikan sebagai panglima. Selain itu, kebijakan pendidikan tidak hanya membahas praktik pendidikan dan pembelajaran, lebih dari itu juga berkaitan dengan perkembangan pendidikan dalam kompetisi sekaligus sinergi internasional. Keempat, tantangan dan solusi masalah pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dapat dilihat dari segi konteks internal dan eksternal. Solusinya adalah tentang budaya daya saing yang seimbang dengan kerja sama dengan semua pemangku kepentingan yang perlu dilakukan untuk kebaikan dan kesejahteraan bangsa.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Politik Kurikulum dan Kebijakan dalam Politik Pendidikan

Abstract

AbstractThe spiritual attitude competence, which is developed and applied on the subject of Islamic Education, has great influences on the changes and developments of spiritual attitudes among students, the attitudes expected likely to happen after they learn the material subjects, taught by their teacher, with various components stated in the content standard of Curriculum 2013. The components are: 1) integration in the instructional activity, 2) prayer before and after the instructional activity in the classroom, 3) good manners in the speaking behaving, 4) wearing heat and respectful dress, 5) greeting when entering the classroom, 6) implementing the service of the religion, 7) thank god for comforts acquired, 8) respecting differences, 9) helpfulness among peers and 10) standing in line when using school facilities.  Keywords: Spiritual Attitude Competencies; 2013 Curriculum.  AbstrakKompetensi sikap spiritual yang dikembangkan dan diterapkan pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap perubahan dan peningkatan tingkah laku di kalangan peserta didik. Tingkah laku yang diharapkan tersebut memungkinkan terjadi setelah mereka mempelajari bahan ajar yang disampaikan oleh guru yang bersangkutan dengan berbagai komponen yang tercantum dalam Standar Isi Kurikulum 2013. Komponen-komponen tersebut diantaranya: 1) integrasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, 2) berdoa saat memulai dan mengakhiri kegiatan, 3) santun dalam berbicara dan berperilaku, 4) berpakaian yang rapi dan sopan, 5) mengucapkan salam saat masuk ke dalam kelas, 6) melaksanakan ibadah, 7) mensyukuri nikmat yang diperoleh, 8) menghormati perbedaan, 9) sikap saling menolong diantara sesama dan 10) antri saat memakai fasilitas sekolah ataupun madrasah.  Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sikap Spiritual; Kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

AbstractBefore Western experts introduced the method of learning to the world, in fact Islam already had its own method of learning for students. The learning method was written by a medieval Muslim intellectual named Imam al-Al-zarnuji in the book Alala. This paper aims at knowing the biography of Imam al-Al-zarnuji, the book of Alala and the learning methods offered. The writing method in this research uses library research by taking a variety of literature in accordance with the study. It produced three findings: First al-Al-zarnuji was one of the medieval Muslim intellectuals who had written systematic learning methods before Western experts introduced modern learning methods. Second, the Book of Alala is one of books that contains 37 nadhom, explains about learning methods which are entirely based on religious morals in order to be the good character people. Third, in al-Al-zarnuji’s opinion, if students want to be successful in getting the benefits of science, there are two things that must be done: (1) it should do the method correctly in taking knowledge; (2) should carry out the requirements in taking knowledge. By doing both of these things, students will get knowledge and get the benefits of the science that they wish.Keywords: Learning Method; Imam al-Zarnuji; Alala Book.   Abstrak Sebelum para pakar Barat memperkenalkan metode belajar kepada dunia secara luas, sebenarnya Islam sudah memiliki metode belajar sendiri untuk para pelajar. Metode belajar tersebut telah ditulis oleh salah satu intelektual Muslim abad pertengahan yang bernama Imam al-Al-zarnuji dalam kitab Alala Tanalul ‘Ilma. Tulisan ini bertujuan menelaah biografi Imam al-Al-zarnuji, kitab Alala dan metode belajar yang ditawarkan. Adapun metode penulisan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan riset perpustakaan dengan mengambil berbagai literatur yang sesuai dengan kajian. Tulisan ini menghasilkan tiga temuan, yaitu: Pertama, Imam al-Al-zarnuji merupakan salah satu intelektual Muslim abad pertengahan yang telah menulis metode belajar secara sistematis sebelum para pakar Barat memperkenalkan metode belajar modern. Kedua, Kitab Alala merupakan salah satu kitab yang berisi 37 nadhom, membicarakan tentang metode belajar yang secara keseluruhannya didasarkan pada moral religius agar menjadi manusia yang berkarakter baik. Ketiga, dalam pandangan Imam al-Al-zarnuji, apabila para pelajar ingin sukses mendapatkan manfaat dari ilmu pengetahuan, maka ada dua hal yang harus dilaksanakan, yaitu: (1) hendaknya melakukan dengan benar metode dalam menempuh ilmu pengetahuan; (2) hendaknya melaksanakan syarat-syarat dalam menempuh ilmu pengetahuan. Dengan melaksanakan kedua hal tersebut, maka para pelajar akan mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan serta mendapatkan manfaat ilmu pengetahuan yang dicita-citakan. Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini mambahas tentang Globalisasi Dalam Pendidikan Islam (Strategi Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal dalam Pendidikan Islam Di Era Globalisasi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai kearifan lokal dalam pendidikan Islam. Adapun pendektan Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan penelitian adalah analisis teks dan informasi yang terkait dengan kajian. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bagaimana proses internalisasi nilai kearifan lokal dalam pendidikan Islam. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa kearifan merupakan salah satu alternatif yang berupaya mempertahankan dan melestarikan nilai-nilai luhur budaya bangsa di dalamnya termasuk memperkuat pendidikan Islam. Strategi internalisasi kearifan lokal Indonesia dapat dilaksanakan melalui proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Hal tersebut dapat dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah mengintegrasikannya dengan pembelajaran pendidikan Islam. Dalam praktinya memerlukan sinergi dari tiga unsur utama dalam pendidikan. Unsur tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui tiga pilar pendidikan yakni pendidik an in formal, pendidikan formal, dan pendidikan non formal. Perlu juga dilakukan pemberdayaan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat, tokoh agama, tokoh pemuda serta para pembuat kebihjakan keteladanan dalam mempertahankan dan melestarikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Globalisasi; Pendidikan; Strategi; Internalisasi; Nilai. Abstract This article is about Globalization in Islamic Education (Internalization of Local Wisdom Values Strategies in Islamic Education in the Era of Globalization). This study aims to describe the internalization of the value of local wisdom in Islamic education. The research approach uses this type of library research. The research approach is the analysis of text and information related to the study. This research is focused on how the process of internalizing the value of local wisdom in Islamic education. The results of the analysis concluded that wisdom is an alternative that seeks to maintain and preserve the noble values of the nation's culture in it including strengthening Islamic education. The strategy of internalizing Indonesian local wisdom can be implemented through the learning process at school. This can be implemented through learning activities. One of them is integrating it with Islamic education learning. In practice, it requires the synergy of three main elements in education. This element can be carried out through the three pillars of education namely in formal education, formal education, and non-formal education. It is also necessary to empower community leaders, traditional leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders as well as models of exemplary behavior in maintaining and preserving the values of local wisdom in daily life. Keywords: Globalization; Education; Strategy; Internalization; Values.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the role of internal initiative driven by pesantren leaders and external development provided by the government in building pesantren entrepreneurship. This research was conducted by utilizing a descriptive qualitative method, with a sample of 5 pesantrens in Garut Regency, Indonesia. The data obtained in this research was collected through focus group discussion (FGD) with a number of stakeholdrs as informant namely leaders of the 5 pesantrens taken as sample along with a couple of their students. Based on field study, we discovered that the success of pesantren in building entrepreneurship activities are dominantly determined by internal initiative and creativity driven by entrepreneurs/managers/ initiators of pesantren, supported by their students. Other pesantrens that have succeeded to build their economic independencies have also received assistance from the government through one pesantren one product (OPOP) program as external development driving factor, which motivated these pesantrens to contribute and to help the government to achieve the goals of this program.

Abstract

People currently live in a modern and technological era, as a result, the local wisdom of an area is starting to erode. Even though there are many values   contained in local wisdom that can be adopted and applied in an educational process. This article aims to describe comprehensively the results of the analysis of pamali soy sauce in the perspective of the people of Kampung Naga. In addition, this article discusses the ecological value contained in kecap pamali and the possibility of its culture in elementary school education. The method used is literature review and field study in the form of interviews and observations. The observations were made to see the behavior of the people of Kampung Naga related to kecap pamali.
