Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential in supporting national and regional economic growth, especially as a driving force for the local economy that contributes significantly to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Badung Regency, Bali. However, the development of MSMEs still faces various obstacles, such as limited access to capital, low-quality human resources, and inadequate infrastructure. This study aims to evaluate MSME development policies in Badung Regency using qualitative methods and a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, government officials, and related supporting institutions, as well as field observations and documentation. The study results indicate that existing government policies have not effectively overcome MSMEs' challenges, especially regarding access to capital and marketing. The recommendations include the need for policy innovation, increasing access to technology, developing human resource skills, and strengthening supporting infrastructure to encourage the competitiveness of MSMEs in Badung Regency

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the public relations strategies employed by PT Kefa Dadali Sinergindo (KDS), a nascent company in the food and renewable energy industry, to enhance its brand visibility. Established in late 2020, the company specializes in the production and distribution of coconut shell briquettes and banana snacks. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this research delves into the company's public relations strategies. This methodology enables an in-depth exploration of the underlying meanings and nuances within the collected data. Through direct observation and in-depth interviews, the researcher aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's public relations tactics. The findings of this research reveal that KDS predominantly utilizes a soft selling or indirect sales approach to foster brand awareness. Key strategies employed by the company include: 1) Press Releases: The company actively disseminates information about its products, services, and corporate activities through various media channels, including print and online publications; 2) Press Conferences: These events are convened to announce significant company developments, such as product launches or major milestones; 3) Launching Events: These events are designed to introduce new products to target consumers and media representatives. By effectively implementing these public relations strategies, KDS has successfully cultivated a positive brand image and garnered significant public attention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana harga, promosi, dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam transportasi online, khususnya pelanggan Grab di Kota Cirebon. Studi asosiatif ini dapat menciptakan topik penelitian untuk menentukan hubungan variabel dan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel independen dan dependen. Kuesioner diberikan kepada pengguna Grab di Kota Cirebon dengan 100 tanggapan untuk penyelidikan kuantitatif ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas (validitas konvergen, validitas diskriminan (Uji HTMT, Kriteria Fornell-Larcker, dan Cross Loading), Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalisasi, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Regresi Parsial (Uji T), Uji Kelayakan Model (Uji F) maupun uji Koefisien Determinasi. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah harga (X1), promosi (X2) maupun kualitas layanan (X3), dan variabel dependennya adalah kepuasan pelanggan (Y). dan kualitas layanan memiliki efek positif dan substansial. Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa harga, promosi maupun kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen secara bersamaan.

Abstract

This study seeks to research the effect of financial knowledge and financial attitude on financial behaviour among e-wallet users in MSMEs in Madura. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 100 respondents through Google Form questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1–5. Instrument validity and reliability tests were carried out to guarantee data accuracy, and classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were applied to meet regression requirements. The F-test results imply that financial knowledge and financial attitude have a significant and simultaneous impact on financial behaviour. A coefficient of determination (R²) of 30.7% demonstrates that these variables explain part of the variation in financial behaviour, implying that 30.7% of financial behaviour among MSME e-wallet users can be related to financial knowledge and attitude. The remaining 69.3% is impacted by various factors external to the model, suggesting that additional variables may play a crucial role. The findings confirm that financial knowledge and financial attitude substantially shape financial behaviour among e-wallet users in MSMEs in Pamekasan, Madura, underscoring their importance in financial behaviour improvement efforts within this context.

Abstract

Tingkat pengangguran adalah salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai keadaan sosial ekonomi suatu daerah. Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) seperti daerah lainnya di Indonesia, mengalami dinamika perubahan tingkat pegangguran dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP), Angkatan Kerja, Rasio Gini dan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tahun 2017-2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi NTB. Metode analisis yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data time series dengan model Ordinary Least Square (OLS) menggunakan software Eviews-10. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, variabel UMP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, variabel angkatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, variabel rasio gini berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan variabel indeks harga konsumen menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan. Selanjutnya, secara simultan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi, UMP, angkatan kerja, rasio gini dan IHK memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat pada tahun 2017-2023. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi yang penting bagi pemerintah, sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam usaha menurunkan tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat.

Abstract

Dinamika bisnis yang berkembang secara terus-menerus di berbagai sektor industri. Pada era transformasi seperti sekarang ini, banyak sekali pilihan berbagai produk yang beredar di pasaran dan meningkatkan intensitas dalam persaingan bisnis. Konsumen kini memiliki kebebasan untuk memilih produk yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi pribadi. Bauran pemasaran terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran di Usaha Perabot Risky di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dari Usaha Perabot Risky. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Perabot Risky berfokus menyediakan layanan custom furniture yang sesuai kebutuhan dan selera mereka, menawarkan harga yang kompetitif dengan tetap menjaga kualitas produk dan masih menggunakan metode personal selling untuk promosi. Strategi bauran pemasaran Perabot Risky dari produk yang ditawarkan adalah furniture custom dengan kualitas bahan yang baik, harga yang kompetitif, fleksibilitas desain, lokasinya strategis, promosi masih terbatas, meskipun proses produksi sudah efisien, penekanan kualitas dan manajemen komunikasi dengan konsumen perlu ditingkatkan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku wisatawan dalam mengunjungi objek wisata Wai Tiddo, Desa Bukit Harapan, Kecamatan Bua, Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang datang ke objek wisata Wai Tiddo. Hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa dalam memahami perilaku wisatawan dapat dilihat dari segi pendapatan, kepuasan dan preferensi. Dimana rata-rata informan memiliki pendapatan yang tinggi dan tentunya pengeluaran mereka juga tinggi, mereka tidak segan-segan untuk menyisihkan pendapatannya untuk berwisata. Selain itu, mereka merasa puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan dari pengelola objek wisata Wai Tiddo sehingga mereka berkunjung berkali-kali dan menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama disana, bahkan mereka merekomendasikan wisata ini kepada kerabat dan ke media sosial mereka. Akan tetapi perlu adanya peningkatan kenyamanan wisatawan seperti disediakannya shuttle dan baju renang. Keindahan alam wisata Wai Tiddo menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan yang memang ingin sekedar berekreasi. Aksesibilitas yang mudah, fasilitas yang baik, wahana yang lengkap juga cenderung menjadi alasan utama mereka lebih memilih wisata Wai Tiddo dibandingkan wisata lainnya. Temuan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan bagi pengelola objek wisata dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan ke Wai Tiddo.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine how profitability, capital intensity, and sales growth impact tax avoidance practices. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study centres on companies within the food and beverage subsector that are publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020 to 2023. The sample consisted of 76 companies, which were selected by the purposive sampling method over four years, covering 19 companies. The data was analysed with SPSS version 29 software through a descriptive statistical approach, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The multiple linear regression technique is applied to the secondary data collected. The results of the analysis revealed that profitability (ROA), had a significant impact on tax avoidance with a significance level of less than 0.05. In contrast, the variables of sales growth and capital intensity showed insignificant results (significance value of more than 0.05), indicating that they did not have an impact on tax avoidance individually. However, simultaneously, profitability, capital intensity, and sales growth together have a significant impact on tax avoidance, with a significance value below 0.05.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and information system quality (ICT) on the mental health of Generation Z employees in West Kalimantan, with a specific focus on technostress as a mediating factor. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach, employing a partial least squares-based structural equation model (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4 software. The sample consists of 200 Generation Z employees, selected through purposive sampling based on age (18-27 years) and experience using AI and ICT for at least one year. The study reveals that AI positively and significantly affects employee mental health, while ICT has a negative and insignificant impact on employee mental health. Furthermore, technostress positively and significantly mediates the relationship between AI, ICT, and mental health. This research provides evidence that the effective use of AI and ICT, combined with proper technostress management, can enhance employee well-being and productivity, fostering innovation and efficiency in West Kalimantan’s workforce, ultimately positioning the region to leverage Generation Z’s digital skills to drive economic growth and attract investment in emerging tech sectors.

Abstract

  The shift in video consumption from TV to online platforms is increasingly evident, especially among younger demographics who prefer streaming services such as Viu. The Viu platform's success is impacted by users' behavioural intention and perceived price value, which in turn influences user satisfaction and behavioural intention two essential characteristics Viu aims to attain and are critical to a technology's success. This research examines the impact of price value and performance expectancy on the behavioural intention and level of satisfaction of Viu users in Indonesia. This study employs quantitative data as its data type. This research is a causal associative study or cause and effect relationship. The data analysis approach used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Using quantitative methods and questionnaires as a medium for data collection, this study involved 206 respondents who are Viu users in Indonesia. The study's findings demonstrate the strong effect of price value and performance expectancy on satisfaction and favourable behavioural intentions. Satisfaction is a crucial mediator in strengthening the impact of price value and performance expectancy on favourable behavioural intentions.
