Abstract

The role of the Principal as Supervisor is to provide guidance, assistance and direction to educators and education staff to facilitate the implementation of the educational process that encourages educational progress. The provision of education requires quality assurance to ensure compliance with or exceed national education standards. The school provides students with high-quality learning services through the use of various technologies. There needs to be teachers who have professionalism, and qualifications and meet the required competency standards. The implementation of educational supervision is expected to improve the quality of education in schools. This research uses a qualitative methodology that examines the state of natural entities. The results of qualitative research prioritize interests above generality. The findings of this research establish that supervision is specifically intended to grow and improve teacher professionalism, thereby facilitating teacher career growth. The aim is to increase the effectiveness and productivity of the educational process. Supervision provides support to instructors in improving the teaching and learning environment. The findings of this study indicate that educational supervision has several roles, including coordination, consultation, and evaluation. The process of implementing supervision is separated into three distinct steps: planning, implementation, and assessment.

Abstract

The library is one of the important facilities in the school. The library itself provides reading resources and other information that can be utilized by teachers and students. The livelihood of libraries that have not been used for a long time is a form of strengthening literacy in schools. Good use of libraries in schools will improve students' literacy skills as well, such as by making activities that can be carried out in the library. With good library facilities, students' needs for reading and information materials will also be fulfilled properly. This study used a qualitative approach to description. This study explains what activities can be carried out in the library after revival is carried out as a form of strengthening the literacy movement in schools.

Abstract

This article discusses the Analysis of the Merdeka Curriculum Policy and Its Implications on the Quality of Indonesian Education. This policy is a response to global developments and the demands of the times, necessitating a more inclusive, adaptive, and relevant education. The research method employed is library research, which involves examining relevant sources or references to address research problems and find solutions. The research findings indicate that the Merdeka Belajar Policy has significantly and critically impacted the quality of education in Indonesia. It not only makes education more relevant but also aligns Indonesian education with the demands of the times, balancing global and local perspectives to ensure a better quality of education for future generations. The importance of the Merdeka Curriculum in the 4.0 era is emphasized, with a primary focus on enhancing literacy, numeracy, and character development. Concrete findings from this research show that emphasis on these three aspects forms the fundamental basis for improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Pesantren-based universities still need assistance in implementing the MBKM curriculum. Limited human resources, financial facilities, and infrastructure are often found. This study aims to determine the dynamics of pesantren-based universities in implementing the curriculum, especially in the implementation of the right to study three semesters outside the study program. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a data collection method through library research with primary data sources derived from articles that support the title study. The results of this study provide a general overview of pesantren-based universities that have been able to implement the program, including something that must be prepared in the implementation of MBKM related to the right to study three semesters outside the study program, collaborative PKM models between universities as joint bearers of MBKM-based activities. Opportunities to increase university cooperation with partners include student delegation as part of community service and teaching assistance as an effort to improve teaching skills and the introduction of new work environments that will be faced

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Understand how STAI Hasan Jufri improves the quality of education through SWOT analysis, 2) Identify the follow-up position of STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean in the SWOT Analysis. The research in this study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects being the leadership and heads of departments. The research goes through four stages, with the first stage involving data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation to gather data on internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) as data acquisition. The second stage involves data reduction using EFE and IFE matrices. The third stage presents the data, and the final stage involves concluding. The results of the research indicate that: 1) STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean has not fully utilized SWOT Analysis theory in its strategic analysis, 2). STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean is positioned in Quadrant I with a strength of 0,07 and a threat of 0,03, and the strategy implemented is an aggressive strategy, which results in an appropriate reference for improving the quality of education at STAI Hasan Jufri Bawean.

Abstract

The quality of education is determined by the application of the curriculum used and supported by qualified resources in all fields, therefore realizing the quality/quality of education requires mutually supportive cooperation between programs used together with resources that have integrity. This study aims to discuss more deeply how the implementation of quality management improves the quality of graduates, with details: 1) How does learning planning improve the quality of graduates? 2) How to implement learning quality management to improve the quality of graduates 3) How to evaluate and improve learning quality management. Type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. In their research, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques that researchers use are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, or verification. As for checking the validity using source triangulation and method triangulation. Research results: 1) Learning planning to improve the quality of graduates includes determining techniques, strategies, and learning media. 2) Implementation of learning quality management to improve the quality of graduates through internal programs including regular madrasah programs, skills madrasah programs, research madrasah programs, and extracurricular activities. Media used in delivering material using cellphones, whiteboards, and notebooks. 3) Evaluation and efforts to improve learning quality management with test instruments, including by providing daily, semester, and year-end test questions, and assessments every three months. And non-test evaluations are carried out Evaluation of which syllabus should be established and which is not appropriate

Abstract

Accreditation of the study program is necessary to make sure it never expires. Because it will affect the outcomes of the study program's continued existence as decided by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). Accreditation preparation is a difficult process that demands collaboration and support from all stakeholders to get a respectable accreditation result. The issue is that many parties—especially the school—do not sincerely support the accrediting process. As a result, effective communication is necessary for everyone to show their seriousness and unity. To raise the value of accreditation, this essay explores how infrastructure management may enhance accreditation. This study employs a qualitative descriptive analytical methodology. Min 2 Sawalunto City is the research location. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that, from planning to implementation to evaluation, the majority of Sawalunto City's Min 2 teachers believe that the facilities and infrastructure management with accreditation achievement in the area is high. As an educator, manager, supervisor, administrator, leader, and motivator, the school principal has demonstrated good facility and infrastructure management. This has allowed him to create a high-achieving educational institution that meets standards for infrastructure.

Abstract

A curriculum is a prearranged set of educational resources that can be used in conjunction with learning activities. Curriculum is a way to gauge a person's daily capacity to carry out the learning process. The research methodology used in this study is a literature review. A literature review is a type of research project that involves gathering data and information from publications and national journals, along with related references. The study's findings and analysis show that the curriculum has goals, forms, procedures, challenges, and stages intending to enhance students' growth and development in line with academic objectives. One curriculum type that is used in the learning process is the independent curriculum, which is based on my research. The procedures that are followed include trying learning outside of the classroom if it is typically done in one, as well as putting strategies in place to help teachers and students effectively communicate through teaching and learning activities. with a technique for conducting discussions that keeps pupils from experiencing psychological fear. Nonetheless, challenges exist, including inadequate human resources and the immaturity of educational institutions and staff. Because it sheds light on the mechanics of learning using the Independent Learning Curriculum, this research is highly significant.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum policy based on Permendikbud number 3 of 2020 at State Elementary School 03 Lubang Panjang, Sawahlunto City. The research method used is library research (library study) with qualitative methods. Secondary data sources come from 33 national journal articles as well as observations at the school. Data collection methods are observation and documentation methods. The data analysis technique consists of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results of several researchers found that the independent learning curriculum has been implemented at SD Negeri 03 Lubang Panjang, Sawahlunto City, and the independent learning curriculum policy has been implemented even though it requires several improvements and developments. However, the implementation of the Independent Campus Learning policy encourages the learning process at the school to become more autonomous and flexible. Education always strives to create students who always make updates all the time. Not only great in the knowledge department, but also able to become students who are innovative, creative and productive, and can carry out the resulting innovations which can make a maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know; 1) School Financing Management in increasing sources of education financing through entrepreneurship in Muhammadiyah Bekonang Elementary Schools in 2023 (2) the Results of the strategy to increase sources of education financing through entrepreneurship in Muhammadiyah Bekonang Elementary Schools in 2023. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Bekonang Elementary School, in July-August 2023. Subject of study: Principal. Informants: (1) employees (2) committees (3) guardians (4) students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of data uses triangulation with sources. Data analysis techniques using interactive methods include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study; 1) School Financing Management in increasing sources of education financing through entrepreneurship in Muhammadiyah Bekonang Elementary Schools (SD) in 2023 is carried out through: a) Planning for the empowerment of existing resources, namely traders, teachers and employees as managers of entrepreneurs under school management. b) The implementation of the strategy of increasing sources of education financing through entrepreneurship is carried out under school management where sellers are officers and catering suppliers, Teachers and employees as officers and suppliers of healthy canteens, and event organizers targeting other school teachers and the community. c) Evaluation of strategies to increase sources of education financing through entrepreneurship, namely improving communication with parents regarding the order of catering payments, controlling the nominal number of student snacks, and planning event organizers more mature and administrative.2) The results of the strategy to increase sources of education financing through entrepreneurship can increase sources of education financing, especially from catering entrepreneurs, provide healthy consumption for the school community, and improve the quality of schools.
