Abstract

Student learning motivation is influenced by the state of the classroom climate. This journal will discuss the meta-analysis of the effect of classroom climate on student learning motivation by comparing the correlation coefficient (r) values in existing research. This study aims to analyze the relationship between classroom climate and student learning motivation based on the grouping of correlation coefficient values consisting of very low, low, medium, strong, and very strong categories based on existing studies. The research carried out starts from the formulation of the topic of the problem, after which it compares the results of relevant research to be analyzed. Meanwhile, the method used is meta-analysis, which is a method that involves the use of secondary data from previous research results by searching journals through Research Gate and Google Scholar. Then proceed with analyzing the product-moment correlation category of the research results found based on the percentage presented in the form of a statistical diagram. From the search results, 12 journals were obtained, consisting of 3 international journals and 9 national journals. Based on the results of the meta-analysis, 34% of the journals showed a strong mutual influence relationship between classroom climate and student learning motivation. Building a conducive learning atmosphere is the responsibility of the teacher. With careful lesson planning, a comfortable physical classroom setting, and the creation of a positive socio-emotional climate, teachers can help students learn effectively and increase their motivation to learn so they can reach their full potential.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment is one of the problems that has not yet been resolved. The open unemployment rate for high school graduates is 8.15%, second only to vocational school graduates. Entrepreneurship programs implemented in high schools are one option to reduce unemployment rates. Through the entrepreneurship program, students are taught how to become entrepreneurs so that entrepreneurial characters are also instilled. The hope is that students will be able to become creative, independent individuals and be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. Entrepreneurship programs need to be evaluated to measure their achievements. The research uses an evaluative model with the SLR approach. Evaluation using the CIPP model is a comprehensive evaluation model. The CIPP model evaluation includes 4 components, namely, context, input, process, and product. Based on the results of research using the SLR approach, the entrepreneurship program in high school is quite good. Entrepreneurship programs in high schools need to be continued with improvement and development.

Abstract

The main areas of focus for this qualitative study on the managerial skills of Madrasah heads are planning, implementation, supervision, and barriers to raising the standard of instruction at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Boyolali. using a method of description. Data were gathered by observation, interview, and documentation approaches; they were then reduced, and presented, and conclusions were drawn from the analysis. The results demonstrate that the vision, mission, goals, and needs of the madrasah are taken into consideration when planning the managerial competency of the madrasah leaders. The head of the madrasah plans the development and enhancement of the madrasah with input from the entire academic community. In work meetings, plans to enhance teacher professionalism are discussed and outlined in the Madrasah's operational and strategic plans. The assessment components of educational supervision include student development, learning goals, syllabus, teacher attendance, and teacher performance in madrasas. The challenge is being able to stay current with technology. As such, this paper advances our understanding of managerialism and managerial competency.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to apply the problem-solving method to increase activity and learning outcomes for the jurisprudence knowledge aspect in Class VIII C MTs Negeri 9 Boyolali Semester I 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is classroom action research to increase student activity and learning outcomes. The research results show that the learning process using the problem-solving method is as follows: Stage 1: There is a clear problem to be solved 2: Search for data or information, Stage 3: Determine a temporary answer, Stage 4: Test the correctness of the answer, Stage: 5 Conclude. The implementation from cycle I to cycle II has improved. This research shows that the activity of pre-cycle conditions, cycle I and cycle II has increased. In the initial conditions of cycle I and cycle II, the percentage of active students increased from 59.4% - to 87.5% - 93.8% so that this also affected learning outcomes that had not yet reached the KKM, which continued to decline from pre-cycle to cycle I (46, 9% - 18.7%) from cycle I to cycle II (18.7% to - 0%). This research shows that student learning outcomes have improved after taking action. The percentage of students who have experienced an increase from pre-cycle to cycle I (53.1% to 81.3%) from cycle I to cycle II (81.3 to 100%). The indicator of the success of CAR (Classroom Action Research) is that the CAR is said to be successful if the learning outcome score reaches 90%. The table shows that the percentage of students whose grades have been completed has reached 100%, so PTK has been successful.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1). Increasing Learning Achievement in Al Qur'an Hadith Subjects in Learning Hadith About Taqwa Using the Demonstration Method 2). Factors that support and hinder the implementation of the Demonstration Method in Hadith Learning about Piety in the Al Qur'an Hadith Subject class IV Semester I at MI Muhammadiyah Cekelan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is a type of classroom action research using descriptive methods. The subjects in this research were teachers of the Al-Quran Hadith subject, and supporting informants namely students. The results of this research are as follows: (1). Preparation for the Application of the Demonstration Method in Learning Hadiths About Taqwa Subjects of the Qur'an Hadith For students, namely preparing learning materials, formulating goals to be achieved, preparing the tools or media needed, arranging the place and estimating the time that will be used in learning using demonstration method. (2). Supporting factors are adequate facilities, sufficient time for learning, enthusiasm from the children, and an interesting and non-monotonous learning process. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for implementing the Demonstration Method in Learning Hadith about Piety in the Qur'an Hadith Subject class IV Semester I at MI Muhamadiyah Cekelan are differences in students' ability levels, some children like to talk to themselves and play alone, children lack self-confidence

Abstract

Knowledge of curriculum management is crucial in determining the direction of education. Managing the pesantren curriculum is one of the key foundations for improving students' Arabic language skills. Therefore, research on pesantren-based curriculum management should be conducted. This study aims to understand the general concepts, characteristics, and scope of curriculum management in general and pesantren-based curriculum management. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with field research. The primary data for this study was obtained from Madrasah Aliyah Attanwir Bojonegoro, while secondary data was sourced from relevant literature. The purpose of this research is to identify the concepts, characteristics, and implementation of pesantren-based curriculum management in enhancing students' Arabic language skills. After conducting an in-depth analysis, this study found that the concept of pesantren curriculum management still adheres to the basic principles of general curriculum management, but there are differences in the objectives, which focus more on the curriculum of Arabic language learning, and Islamic studies. In its implementation, the pesantren curriculum management at Madrasah Aliyah Attanwir Bojonegoro adopts a semi-modern pesantren curriculum, thus positively impacting students' Arabic language learning. Moreover, the semi-modern pesantren curriculum also enhances students' Arabic language skills both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a new policy in the field of Indonesian education from Nadiem Makarim as Minister of Education of the Republic of Indonesia, namely the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, this policy was also applied to madrasas, integrating the curriculum policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology with the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of the independent learning curriculum in madrasahs, including how to plan the independent learning curriculum in madrasahs, how to implement the independent learning curriculum in madrasahs, how to evaluate the independent learning curriculum in independent learning in madrasas. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive with a case study method. The objects in this study are the KOM Team, Facilitators, and MTsN 1 Kediri Coordinator. The data collection techniques in this study are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are, 1) The planning process of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum consists of socialization, training, and preparation of KOM (Madrasah Operational Curriculum), 2) The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum begins with intracurricular learning and co-curricular learning through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and the profile of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin, and 3) Evaluation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, namely an evaluation consisting of meetings and assessments (diagnostic, formative, summative). The results of Merdeka Belajar's curriculum management research in MTsN 1 Kediri are good, with the Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM) as a curriculum developer in MTsN 1 Kediri.

Abstract

Sexual deviance among students is a serious challenge in today's world of Education. This study aims to evaluate and detail the implementation of the book "Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam" in SMK Al-Ikhlas as an effort to deal with sexual perversion among students. The research method used is a qualitative approach by observing, interviewing, and analyzing documents related to the implementation of the book in schools. The results obtained are (1) deviant behavior of adolescents in SMK Al-Ikhlas of particular concern is the deviation of sexual behavior in the form of excessive courtship, verbal-nonverbal sexual harassment, viewing and storing pornographic videos that affect one of the students who are pregnant out of wedlock. (2) the development process of learning the book of Tarbiyatul Aulad at SMK Al-Ikhlas began in 2018, with the flow of the school formulating problem-solving, determining the books used, determining the methods used, determining the lessons to be made collaboration, ensuring the contents of the book can be applied effectively, involving parents in the process, seeing the challenges and obstacles in the process, involving all teachers and staff employees as effective facilitators, and periodic evaluation and review. (3) the implications of the implementation of the book of Tarbiyatul Aulad in deciding deviant behavior among adolescents SMK Al-Ikhlas very successful and got a lot of positive responses from various parties and will be evaluated and defended as an alternative character education material in practical, theoretical, philosophical and academic for students SMK Al-Ikhlas and other teenagers in general

Abstract

To improve the discipline of teachers, a brave head of school and forward-thinking is very important to motivate teachers so that teachers in educational institutions are more disciplined. Then a teacher must be cylindrical so that the student can follow the teacher's example. In some cases, researchers observed that the researchers wanted to research how the head of the school's strategy in motivating teachers to improve the discipline of teachers at SMAN 3 Bukittinggi. This study describes the head of the school's approach to motivating teachers to improve teacher discipline. This research was done at SMAN 3 Bukittinggi. This research uses qualitative descriptive methodology with a case study approach. The data collection methods used in this study involve the use of observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Activities involved in data analysis include data minimization, data display, and conclusion/verification. The research is located in SMAN 3 Bukitinghigh. Research findings show that the head of school uses six ways to motivate teachers to improve teacher discipline. These strategies include inspiring techniques, leading by example, setting orders, giving supervision, issuing warnings or punishments, and offering incentives.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to investigate the impact of the word prediction game technique on the growth of English vocabulary in MI NU Assalaam Class 2. The problems studied in this study are 1) How is the influence of the word guessing game method in increasing vocabulary in English subjects in class II MI NU Assalaam Kampungbaru Kepung 2) How do students respond or respond to the application of the word guessing game method in increasing vocabulary in English subjects in class II MI NU Assalaam Kampungbaru Kepung. The sample size of this study was 15 students using the sampling method, namely the total sample. This research uses experimental research methods. Data collection methods include observations, tests, questionnaires, and documents. The results of the study, 1) the average before and after students increased from 66% to 85.33%. The results of the hypothesis test use the t test, and the calculation results are T count and gt; Table T is 10.640 and gt. 2,145 with a significance level of 5%. The results of the analysis showed that the effect of learning using the word game prediction method was significant. 2) According to 75.2% of research results, the use of word guessing games has a significant effect on increasing students' English vocabulary.
