Abstract

HR analytics is a methodology that allows someone to carry out analysis by looking at patterns from available data so that they can drive change and provide more value to the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of the impacts and challenges in implementing HR Analytics to improve company performance. The method used is selected data obtained via Google Scholar which is entered into a table in CSV format. Furthermore, the database was used as a basis for conducting theoretical studies and literature reviews which were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the research found that HR analytics has a positive impact on organizational or company performance. Applying HR analytics and evidence-based decision making can improve organizational performance because company managers succeed in making the right decisions according to conditions in the field, improving organizational performance in recruiting employees according to job positions. Not all companies are ready to implement HR analytics, because it takes time to carry out the process and to implement it, not as fast as the theory proposed by academics.

Abstract

The main problem in housing complexes is the lack of awareness of mutual cooperation. The aim of this research is to analyze mutual cooperation actions in the Banjar Wijaya residential area in managing the environment. The method used is qualitative analysis, conducting in-depth literature studies and in-depth interviews (purposive sampling) involving the ketua RW, local residents and tourists. The results of this research are the characteristics of residents in the Banjar Wijaya housing cluster, Cluster Italy, Tangerang City, that local residents in these housing complexes tend to be passive, then become active because they receive an example from the RW chairman who raises high awareness of environmental conditions. This is a driving factor for the creativity of Lake Kalpataru tourism economic activities such as improving infrastructure, managing the environment, urban farming and developing tourist destinations for Lake Kalpataru and other events

Abstract

Religious moderation is a component of character education, and religious moderation is a government strategy that is beneficial for reconciling religious differences. Religious moderation is used to mitigate disparities between religious groups. The aim of this research is to find out how the millennial generation religious moderation pusian youth organization based on the 1945 constitution post amendment to article 28E paragraph 1. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and taking documentation. The data analysis used in this research is in the form of data reduction, then how the data is presented, until then the data is drawn to a conclusion. This research can be concluded as, collaboration between youth organizations of different religions, increasing internal and external social awareness of youth organization, increasing the worship activities of youth organization, and youth organization community service work with the surrounding community.

Abstract

This research discusses the error analysis of French local tour guides in desa wisata Candirejo Borobudur. This research aims to identify and explain French language errors and the factors that cause them. This research is a qualitative descriptive study in which data collection was obtained by observation, documentation and interviews. Various forms of errors were found which included four types of language errors; omissions, additions, misformations and misorders. The two factors that cause language errors are interlingual and intralingual errors. This research is expected to contribute in improving the quality of French local tour guides in desa wisata Candirejo Borobudur.

Abstract

The decline in morals forces every institution to develop new solutions and ideas to overcome this problem. This research aims to explain how the process, values and results of internalization of moral education occur in the "Brascho Nyantrik" program at SMA Brawijaya Malang. The research method applied is qualitative-descriptive using interviews, observation and documentation. Research findings include the internalization process through a series of activities in the program, which is supported by the learning process in the classroom. Internalized moral values include courtesy, sincerity, gratitude, work ethic, patience, discipline, obedience, manners in dress, honesty, respect for others, and a spirit of mutual cooperation. This program has an impact on improving individual attitudes and social relationships.

Abstract

The implementation of management information systems based on the Dapodik Application System at the Malinau District Education Office is a challenge considering that it is located in a border area and there are still many schools that are not reached by the internet or electricity. This research discusses the implementation of the management information system based on the dapodik application system in the education office of Malinau district (teacher certification study) and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the system. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The inhibiting factors of the implementation are limited internet network in some schools, delays in data inputting or updating school data and/or teachers who make changes to certification data, electricity is still limited to some education units, schools and teachers still have difficulties in using the dapodik application, and changes in school dapodik operators so that they must be re-socialiser.

Abstract

The use of AI (artificial intelligence) has penetrated the hospitality sector, thereby requiring ethical guidelines. Research to explain ethical challenges in the hospitality sector. The research was carried out using the literature study method. The research results show that ethical challenges are fairness, reliability, security, privacy, security, inclusiveness, transparency and accountability. Ethics in non-technical fields such as employee reduction issues, employee dedication. The hotel industry needs to understand ethics in both technical and non-technical fields. Criteria for leaders needed in the AI era in the hospitality sector who have ACKEH (Agile, Communication, Knowledge, Ethics, Empathy, and Hospitality) skills. This research provides solutions to face AI ethical challenges and enriches literacy in the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the preaching rhetorical style that Fuadh The most popular social networking app in Indonesia is YouTube. According to Google, 127 million YouTube viewers will log in every month by 2022. Indonesia has 205 million internet users. YouTube's huge user base makes it ideal for preaching. The use of the internet can improve fraternal relationships and provide quick information. The purpose of this study is to investigate the rhetorical style of preaching that Fuadh Naim uses on the YouTube channel known as “Fuadh Naim Official” to target Hallyu supporters. For information gathering purposes, non-participant observation of Fuadh Naim's da'wah films was used along with Aristotle's rhetorical framework. This approach is descriptive qualitative in nature. As a consequence of the findings, it was determined that Fuadh Naim is able to effectively use the components of ethos, pathos, and logos in his da'wah to establish credibility, manipulate emotions, and communicate logical reasoning. The findings are not only a source of knowledge and entertainment for Hallyu lovers, but also an effective platform for da'wah transmission by utilizing strong rhetorical principles and the relevance of the material provided

Abstract

Nowadays, there are various communities in all parts of Indonesia. Likewise, Pontianak City, known as the Equator City, also has an ontel bicycle community. In the era of globalization with the offer of modern lifestyles, this community chooses the classic mode of transportation. The aim of the study is to analyze the emergence of the ontel cycling community, its conservation activities and the importance of ontel bicycles in this community. Data were collected through observation, interviews, document studies and analyzed qualitatively. The results found that the community is very active in participating in ontel bicycle culture preservation activities at the local, national and international levels as well as in other fields. Members of the community are diverse and have different views on the meaning of the bicycle as a symbol.

Abstract

Although Madurese women in this village are relatively small, they often carry out various economic activities, especially in the informal sector, which go unnoticed by others. The purpose of the research is to find out the work ethic, and motivation of Madurese women to trade. The results of observations, interviews, and document studies were processed descriptively with a qualitative approach. The results showed that Madurese women choose to work as traders because they do not have special skills, making it difficult to find other jobs. Madurese women have diverse work ethics, including hard work, responsibility, simple living, as well as tenacity and persistence in running their business.
