Abstract

Cataract is a condition in which the lens inside the eye becomes cloudy, resulting in blurred or hazy vision. RSAW treats around 800 cataract patients every month, served by seven cataract ophthalmologists. The limited number of doctors and different levels of expertise can affect the duration of the initial screening time. Therefore, a system is needed that can support doctors in the cataract diagnosis process. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a type of neural network specifically designed to process image or video data. CNN is a type of deep learning model that can train systems using large amounts of data and integrate the feature extraction process with classification. This study aims to develop and evaluate the performance of a CNN-based cataract detection system as a tool for early diagnosis in cataract patients at RSAW. The CNN model was trained using an eye image dataset consisting of 1120 images of cataract and non-cataract patients. The CNN architecture used was VGG16, chosen for its ability to extract relevant features. The evaluation results show that the system is able to detect cataracts with an accuracy of 96.43%, This system has the potential to increase the efficiency of the screening process and reduce the workload of doctors, thereby improving the quality of eye health services.

Abstract

Lung diseases, including COPD, lung cancer, and asthma, are serious global health issues, causing over seven million deaths annually. Advanced technologies, such as deep learning and the Random Forest algorithm, have been effectively utilized to detect and classify lung diseases from imaging data with high accuracy. This study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of Random Forest in predicting lung diseases. The dataset used consists of 30,000 records with 11 attributes, collected from Kaggle and processed using Orange software version 3.36.2. The implementation of the Random Forest algorithm was conducted with 10 decision trees and six attributes considered at each split. The model was tested using Cross Validation with 10 folds. The testing results showed an AUC value of 0.993, indicating a very high level of accuracy. A confusion matrix was used to measure the model's performance through various metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC. This model achieved high accuracy, with ROC AUC values of 0.453 for predicting the presence of lung disease and 0.547 for predicting its absence. These results confirm that the Random Forest algorithm is an effective predictive tool for identifying lung diseases. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of more accurate and efficient diagnostic techniques, assisting medical professionals in identifying lung diseases in patients. With a deeper understanding of how this algorithm operates in the healthcare domain, it is expected to significantly enhance the quality of patient diagnosis and care.

Abstract

Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative or abbreviated as Kopsyah BMI. Kopsyah BMI is a sharia microfinance institution that is committed to improving community welfare through various sharia financial products and services. One of the services offered by Kopsyah BMI is the management of ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Alms and Waqf) funds. The use of a website to promote a service available at ZISWAF is considered ineffective, because the website has not been able to reach first place in the search engine results page or SERP. In fact, it is difficult for searchengines to find it because there are so many competing websites that already exist. So it affects the number of visitors to the website. The researchmethod that will be used in this research is the SDLC (system Development Life Cycle) method. This SDLC method is a method used to develop asystem or technique which consists of stages including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, evaluating (maintenance) stages. This research produces and increases SERP traffic on the Ziswaf website which has been optimized using SEO technique and has been tested. Thisresearch aims to implement SEO techniques on the Ziswaf website, Benteng Mikro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative. In implementing SEO techniques, the main focus is on On Page SEO and Off Page SEO techniques.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has increased concerns about data security, especially in document storage and transmission. PT. Adiarta Muzizat, a logistics company, has experienced multiple data breaches, highlighting the need for a more secure encryption method. This study focuses on implementing the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128-bit with Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) mode to enhance document security. The research follows the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology, comprising four phases: inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. The encryption and decryption processes were tested on various document formats, evaluating performance in terms of speed, file size differences, and resistance to brute-force attacks. The results indicate that AES-128-CBC successfully prevents unauthorized access, as encrypted documents remain unreadable without the correct decryption key. Additionally, security tests using Crackstation revealed that AES-128-CBC is significantly more resilient compared to MD5 and SHA-256. The study concludes that implementing AES-128-CBC enhances document confidentiality, ensuring data integrity and security. Future research could explore AES-256 or blockchain integration for improved security and efficiency.

Abstract

In the digital era, efficient management of academic data has become a primary need for higher education institutions. Bani Saleh University faces challenges in managing student information which is still manual and less integrated, thus affecting the effectiveness of academic services. This research aims to develop and implement a Student Information System to increase the efficiency of academic administration, data accessibility, and speed in the service process.The methods used in this research include needs analysis, system design, development and testing of web-based systems. The system implemented includes main features such as student registration, academic data management, lecture schedules, and grade reporting. The research results show that the implementation of this information system can increase efficiency in data management, minimize errors in recording student information, and speed up the academic administration process.With this information system, Bani Saleh University can provide more optimal academic services for students and education staff. It is hoped that the implementation of this system can be a sustainable solution in supporting digital transformation in the higher education environment..

Abstract

Education is crucial in a civilization because through education humans humanize humans. In Bloom's taxonomy there are three domains that are used as the progress of students, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Technology has developed in the education sector, many learning methods can support students' abilities, especially in the cognitive domain. The emergence of LMS makes it possible to make the learning process more flexible. Given that the teaching resources used are now almost non-physical, it is necessary to integrate the distribution of teaching materials that are easily accessible. Several platforms are competing in perfecting digital-based learning media with the aim of optimizing learning. Pertiwi University uses Sevima Edlink as an LMS for both offline and online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of learning by using Edlink in the learning process at Pertiwi University, especially in the Technology Department using descriptive qualitative methods. Edlink is an LMS platform that is engaged in education. Many features support the flipped classroom learning model so that it will support students' cognitive levels quickly. In addition, the virtual class has complete features ranging from attendance, learning materials that are easily integrated into various formats, collection and assessment of assignments, group sharing and interaction in discussions in each session. Thus Edlink LMS can optimize the learning process through flipped classroom learning.

Abstract

AdsIdea is a business engaged in the sale of women's clothing. Currently, the sales system used is still manual. Transaction records are kept in a basic logbook, which often leads to issues such as input errors, lost or damaged data, and even duplicate entries due to human error during the recording process. This research aims to design a web-based clothing sales system (E-Commerce) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales activities at AdsIdea Fashion. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and literature review. The system development methodology applied in this study is the Waterfall model. The system design is supported by the use of UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools, such as Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Sequence Diagram. The system is implemented using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with MySQL as the database management system. The outcome of this research is a web-based E-Commerce information system that enables AdsIdea Fashion to streamline product information access for customers, accelerate centralized data processing through an integrated database, and support online marketing and promotional activities more effectively.

Abstract

The creation of institutional email accounts such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is often manually handled by administrators, resulting in inefficiencies and potential data errors. This study aims to design and develop a secure and integrated web-based email registration application. The application is built using Laravel 12 for the backend and React (TypeScript) with Inertia.js and radix-ui for the frontend. The system integrates with the Microsoft Graph API and Google Admin SDK for automated account creation, and with the WhatsApp API for user notifications. In terms of security, the system employs middleware for access control, conditional validation based on user roles (NIM for students, NIDN for lecturers), temporary password encryption using Laravel Crypt, form protection via reCAPTCHA, and rate limiting to prevent abuse. Testing results show that the system improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in the institutional email registration process at Politeknik Piksi Input Serang.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has made it easier for people to conduct transactions online. PT Integrasi Produktivitas Indonesia is a newly established startup operating in the manufacturing and service sectors, specifically in organizing seminars and bootcamp training programs aimed at equipping students with skills aligned with industry standards. Within the company, the purchasing staff is responsible for procuring office supplies (ATK), and the process involves using a Purchase Order (PO) as a proof of transaction. However, the current PO system is not yet computerized, leading to inefficient document storage, time-consuming data retrieval, and increased risk of permanent data loss. This study aims to facilitate the PO creation process for purchasing staff and streamline item requests by the General Affairs (GA) department through the development of a Web-based information system. The system is developed using the Waterfall methodology, which includes analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance phases. The design tools used include flowcharts, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), normalization, table relationships, file structures, and user interface design. The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. Based on black-box testing, all system functions, particularly button features, operate as expected.

Abstract

PT. PLN Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Jakarta Raya merupakan salah satu unit induk distribusi dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara yang berada di Jakarta Pusat, selain menjalankan tugas pokoknya PT. PLN UID Jakarta Raya juga menjalankan berbagai tugas lainnya seperti menyediakan gedung dan aset propertinya untuk dipinjamkan kepada unit induk distribusi lainnya. Sistem monitoring peminjaman gedung yang ada di PT. PLN UID Jakarta Raya saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Selain itu, untuk pengelolaan data-datanya masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga hal tersebut dapat kurang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat aplikasi monitoring peminjaman gedung dan aset properti berbasis web, sehingga dapat mempermudah peminjam dalam melakukan pengajuan peminjaman dengan menampilkan informasi jadwal gedung yang tersedia dan juga petugas pengelola gedung dapat melakukan monitoring peminjaman gedung dimanapun dan kapanpun. Metode penulisan yang dipakai adalah metode waterfall yang bersifat klasik dan mudah digunakan sehingga cocok dengan perancangan sistem yang dibuat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem informasi yang dapat menampilkan informasi gedung dan aset properti pada PT. PLN UID Jakarta Raya secara visual, karena dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi monitoring peminjaman gedung dan aset properti pada PT. PLN UID Jakarta Raya diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan monitoring peminjaman gedung dan aset propertinya.
