Abstract

The C4 Consumer Helpdesk Service is one of the business units at PT Infomedia Nusantara, responsible for managing customer complaints and ticketing processes through various communication channels. In response to challenges such as suboptimal responsiveness and a significant percentage of unresolved complaints, this study aims to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the helpdesk service. The research adopts the Waterfall software development methodology, encompassing requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL and is designed to support two user roles: admin and agent. The process begins when customer complaints are received via Telkom's frontliners—Plasa Telkom, Contact Center 147, IndihomeCare social media, or the MyIndihome application—and are then entered into the ticketing system by agents. The system generates a service ticket number, improving on the previous manual process. The research findings demonstrate that the implementation of a web-based information system contributes to a more efficient and structured ticket handling process. It is expected that this system will enhance response times, support real-time service monitoring, and improve overall service quality and agent productivity in alignment with customer expectations.

Abstract

Currently, the food industry or culinary world is increasingly developing, marked by the proliferation of various fast food restaurants in big cities. Many consumers are not served well, they still use ballpoint pens and sales reports still use ledger books. This MSME sales data management information system uses the waterfall method with tools in the planning stage and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system modeling tool. As a goal of designing this system, it is designed to make it easier to record and manage data efficiently and to design applications to make ordering easier during the process. To overcome the problems above, a web-based information system for managing culinary food sales data using language was created. PHP and MySQL programming as a database. As a result of this research, there is a web-based culinary food sales data management information system. It is hoped that the management of culinary food sales data at the Pujasera Walet Mas Pujasera Walet Mas MSMEs in terms of sales and payment services can be served efficiently.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, the need for computerized information systems has become essential for improving operational efficiency within companies. PT Mojopahit Mandiri Jaya Sentosa, a sales-oriented company based in Tangerang City, currently manages its payroll processes manually—including attendance tracking, salary calculations, and report generation. This manual approach often leads to data entry errors, delays in information retrieval, and inaccurate administrative reports. This study aims to design and develop a computerized payroll information system to address these challenges. The project development process is guided by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) framework, which comprises five key phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. By implementing the PMBOK methodology, the system development is carried out in a structured and measurable manner to ensure that the final product meets user needs, improves payroll accuracy, and streamlines administrative workflows. The resulting system is expected to provide the Administration Division and Accounting Manager with a more efficient, accurate, and transparent tool for managing employee data and payroll processes, ultimately enhancing the quality of the company’s financial reporting.

Abstract

Universitas Faletehan faces challenges in managing student financial data due to the lack of integration between the BNI e-collection system and the university’s internal academic information system. This study aims to design a web-based student financial dashboard model utilizing REST API technology to automate data exchange between the bank’s server and the academic system. The development process adopts the ADDIE model, combined with a prototyping approach and User-Centered Design (UCD) principles. The resulting dashboard provides real-time and integrated financial transaction data, improving reporting efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making by university leaders. Additionally, it enhances transparency, accountability, and contributes to the digital transformation of financial management in higher education institutions.The main result indicates that access to financial data improved significantly, reducing reporting delays from batch-based (24+ hours) to under 5 seconds, with 85% of users reporting high satisfaction.

Abstract

This research employs the Apriori algorithm to examine gold sales data at EOA Gold Bandung, with the objective of identifying association patterns in sales transactions that can enhance marketing strategies and optimise inventory management. The dataset employed comprises sales transactions from July 2023 to July 2024, encompassing purchase date, customer information, invoice number, and the type of gold purchased, with a weight ranging from 0.025 grams to 10 grams. The application of the Apriori algorithm with a minimum support value of 10% and a minimum confidence of 30% revealed a significant purchase pattern: namely, that 1-gram and 2-gram gold bars are often purchased together in a single transaction. The findings provide valuable insights for EOA Gold Bandung in designing a product bundling offering strategy, which can improve customer satisfaction, increase sales volume and enhance stock management efficiency. It is anticipated that the results of this analysis will contribute to the optimisation of data-driven business strategies in the gold sales sector.

Abstract

To support and improve community welfare, the government has launched various social assistance programs such as JAMSOSRATU, the Family Hope Program (PKH), Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), Cash Social Assistance (BST), and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT). The distribution of these programs is expected to be well-targeted, organized, and transparent. However, in practice, issues such as subjective assessments, invalid data, and lack of accuracy in beneficiary selection are still frequently encountered. To address these issues, this study proposes the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This method supports decision-making processes that are fast, objective, and efficient. The criteria used in the assessment include occupation, income, number of household members, and housing status. This research includes the stages of system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of system implementation show that the TOPSIS method provides more accurate and accountable outcomes in selecting social assistance recipients. This system is expected to assist the committee in determining BLT beneficiaries in Kampung Cisiram in a fair and appropriate manner.

Abstract

Every governmental organization needs a data and information source, and one such source is an archive. The Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP) functions as a technical implementation unit under the Directorate General of Vocational and Productivity Training Development within the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. During activities at the Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP), information sources in archives were utilized; however, issues arise regarding the management of borrowed archives that have not been effectively organized. This mismanagement increases the risk of archives being lost as they are not returned after borrowing, particularly for older archives, which are also at risk of damage due to improper storage locations in the documents. Storage or because of calamities like floods and fires. The methodology employed in the data processing system involves methods of data collection, including literature review, observation, and interviews. This application is developed utilizing UML modeling, or Unified Modeling Language. The approach adopted in creating this application is the waterfall model, which follows a series of phases beginning with requirements analysis, followed by system design, implementation, integration and testing, and finally operation and maintenance.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has driven efficiency in data and information processing in various sectors, including the infrastructure industry. PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (KSI), as a company engaged in infrastructure management, faces challenges in managing data on land assets that have been acquired effectively. The complexity of operational activities and the geographical distribution of assets require an information system that is able to facilitate land management in an integrated and accurate manner.This study aims to design a land information system to optimize land asset management at PT KSI. The system development method used is the waterfall method, which allows system development to be carried out in a structured and systematic manner. System design is carried out by utilizing tools such as flowmaps, Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of this study are in the form of a prototype information system that can present land data accurately and can be accessed by various related divisions at an optimal time. This system is expected to be able to increase the efficiency of information searches, reduce dependency between divisions, and support faster and more precise decision making in land asset management

Abstract

Serangan Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) telah menjadi ancaman yang terus berlanjut terhadap infrastruktur digital, yang membutuhkan strategi deteksi dan mitigasi yang efisien. Studi ini menyajikan analisis komparatif dari tiga jenis serangan DDoS, yaitu UDPLag, LDAP, dan Portmap, menggunakan dataset CIC-DDoS2019 dari Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa pola dan dampak dari setiap serangan berdasarkan distribusi ukuran paket, karakteristik temporal, dan tingkat risiko industri berdasarkan klasifikasi CVE. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi statistik deskriptif, visualisasi (histogram, boxplot, heatmap, pairplot), serta teknik reduksi dimensi t-SNE. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa serangan LDAP memiliki ukuran dan volume paket terbesar, sementara Portmap memiliki tingkat risiko teknis tertinggi berdasarkan pemetaan CVE. UDPLag menunjukkan intensitas sedang dengan frekuensi tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi mitigasi DDoS harus disesuaikan dengan karakteristik teknis dan risiko spesifik dari tiap jenis serangan. Pendekatan analitik visual yang dikombinasikan dengan referensi CVE memberikan wawasan penting dalam menetapkan prioritas mitigasi secara kontekstual.

Abstract

direct use of raw water has serious health risks. Therefore, various water treatment processes are needed to make the raw water safe for use in domestic purposes. One important stage in such processing processes is coagulation and flocculation, where chemicals (coagulants) are used to remove colloidal particles and form larger floc that can be easily precipitated through sedimentation and filtration. Determination of the optimal coagulant dosage is essential to achieve the desired water quality. However, jer-test problems, the non-linear nature of water, and the complexity of coagulation theory can make it difficult to determine the optimal dose. Therefore, in this study, a system is proposed that uses a data-based fuzzy approach and fuzzy set determination using z-score to study data patterns and relationships between parameters in the coagulation process. The proposed method utilizes a fuzzy approach to address the non-linear nature of water and the complexity of coagulation theory. The system uses the collected data patterns to develop fuzzy models that can predict optimal coagulant doses based on specific conditions. This approach allows the system to learn from existing data and identify patterns of relationships that may be hidden between relevant parameters. The results showed that the proposed system achieved an RMSE value of 0.7639589866827494, while the MSE value was 0.5836333333333333333. This suggests that the system can provide a fairly accurate prediction of the dose of coagulant required in the coagulation process.
