Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of stock splits on stock trading volume and stock returns. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The sample selection technique was purposive sampling and obtained 19 companies that did Stock split during the 2021-2023 period. The analysis method of this research uses simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Stock split has a negative impact on stock trading volume. This can be seen in the results of the value (tcount) -0,430 > 2,120 (ttable) and sig value 0,673 < 0,05. (2) Stock split has a positive impact on stock returns. This can be seen in the results of the value (tcount) 2,567 > 2,120 (ttable) and sig value 0,041 < 0,05.

Abstract

The tourism industry, especially in Umrah travel services, has experienced significant development in recent decades. One of the companies that plays an important role in this industry is UGTMAS Tour and Travel. As an Umrah service provider that aims to continue to increase the number of Umrah pilgrims using its services. In this context, the marketing mix becomes crucial to study and optimize in order to achieve this goal. At this time, tourism growth is very rapid, as in Umrah travel tourism, it is necessary to know, while for Umrah, 2019 (Himpuh, 2023) This study uses a qualitative approach using the case study method to examine information on the marketing mix strategy of PT UGTMAS tour and travel. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Informants such as the President Director, Operational Director, and Marketing and Equipment Staff. In addition, Field Observations and analysis of program documents were also carried out to obtain a comprehensive picture. Data were analyzed using Cresswell's Theory, Organizing and preparing data to be analyzed, Reading and viewing all data, Coding/marking all data, Using coding as material for creating descriptions, Connecting between themes, presenting and visualizing data. 3.1. Pilgrims' Decision in Choosing UGTMAS Tour and Travel Based on the results of the survey and interviews with pilgrims, there are several main factors that are considered in choosing UGTMAS Tour and Travel as an umrah service provider, namely: a) Affordable Prices The umrah package prices offered by UGTMAS are quite competitive compared to other travel agencies, with good service quality. In addition to offering a variety of products, UGTMAS is also known for setting umrah package prices that are quite affordable compared to other umrah travel agencies, but still maintaining good service quality. This competitive pricing strategy is one of the important factors that attracts prospective pilgrims. 3.2 Internal and External Factors that Influence the Implementation of Marketing Mix Strategy. Several internal factors that influence the implementation of UGTMAS' marketing mix strategy include: a) Human Resources (Quality and Quantity of Marketing Staff) Human resources are the main asset for service companies such as UGTMAS in implementing marketing strategies. The quality and quantity of marketing staff greatly influence the success of the implementation of the marketing mix. 3.3 Implementation of Current Marketing Mix Strategy at UGTMAS Tour and Travel Currently, UGTMAS has implemented the 7P marketing mix strategy quite comprehensively, although there is still room for improvement. The right service marketing mix strategy is very important for UGTMAS Tour and Travel in attracting potential Umrah pilgrims. The company needs to consider internal factors such as human resources and marketing budget, as well as external factors such as competition and technological developments. The implementation of 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) consistently and sustainably can increase the number of pilgrims using UGTMAS services. However, continuous improvement is also needed to face the ever-changing market dynamics.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the obstacles that are factors in the lack of profit sharing financing at BMT UGT Nusantara. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to examine the process of determining financing schemes, implementing profit sharing financing and identifying the causes of the lack of profit sharing financing at BMT UGT Nusantara. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with informants such as financial managers, business managers, branch heads, account officers and members of BMT UGT Nusantara. Apart from that, field observations and analysis of financing documents were also carried out to obtain a comprehensive picture.  Data analysis was carried out using three analytical steps suggested by Miles and Huberman (2007), namely data reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this research indicate that determining the financing scheme is the internal authority of BMT UGT Nusantara with the knowledge and approval of members. Financing with a profit sharing scheme is only used for companies that are already established, while small businesses use non-profit sharing financing. The lack of financing with a profit sharing scheme is due to several obstacles such as high risk, quality of human resources, asymmetric information, moral hazard, minimal understanding of members and member preferences.

Abstract

Students with special needs need help understanding English vocabulary due to limited hearing and communication skills. Therefore, the proposer provides an alternative solution to improve learning through e-flipbooks based on local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to (1) Describe the mapping of the needs of students with disabilities regarding English learning materials for students with disabilities at Sahid University Surakarta and (2) Describe the development of e-flipbooks based on local wisdom for teaching English vocabulary to students with disabilities at Sahid University Surakarta. This model development research begins with a need analysis mapping the needs of students with disabilities in learning English, especially regarding vocabulary. Furthermore, the 4D development model (define, design, develop and disseminate). With the convenience of e-flipbook teaching media based on local wisdom, learners with disabilities can use this teaching media to understand English vocabulary more quickly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti secara empiris mengenai pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai pemoderasi pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2018-2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penentuan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 9 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan pengamatan selama 5 (lima) tahun, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 45 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan eviews versi 9. Berdasarkan analisa data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa secara parsial kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji MRA menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan memperlemah pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The port sector in Indonesia has experienced significant development in supporting the national economy, but it also has a high risk of work accidents, particularly related to unsafe actions and unsafe conditions that contribute to the increasing accident rate. This research explores risk mitigation through the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) approach and public service management theory, with the aim of identifying and managing safety risks in the port sector. Data shows a 25% increase in workplace accidents over the past five years, with 60% caused by unsafe actions and working conditions. This research emphasizes the importance of safety training, strict supervision, and equipment maintenance to create a safe working environment. It was found that the structured implementation of Job Safety Analysis can reduce accidents by up to 30%, although its application in Indonesia is still limited, especially in small companies. Moreover, the role of the government as a regulator and facilitator is crucial in enhancing compliance with safety standards. By integrating Job Safety Analysis and public service management, this research offers a comprehensive approach that is expected to enhance workplace safety and support the operational sustainability of the logistics sector. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for the formulation of more effective and sustainable occupational safety policies in the port sector.

Abstract

Quizizz is a media in the form of a webtool that is believed to motivate students in learning activities with an attractive menu. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of quizizz media on learning outcomes in Arabic subjects, The method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach. The sample in this study is 60 people, namely all students in classes XI A and XI H. Data collection techniques with tests. The results of this study are in the effective category. This can be seen from the test results of the N-gain score of 77.16%, the minimum N-gain score of 41.83%, and the maximum N-gain score of 100.00%. So it can be concluded that quizizz learning media is effective in improving student outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Lemintang Sari di Desa Ayunan. Lingkungan perusahaan yang kompetitif sangat bergantung pada kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Gaji yang sesuai seharusnya dapat meningkatkan hasil dan semangat kerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan pengamatan langsung dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk pengumpulan data. Sampel dipilih secara sengaja, yang terdiri dari manajemen dan staf koperasi. Model analisis data Miles dan Huberman digunakan untuk memeriksa data yang terkumpul termasuk reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaji yang adil dan sesuai dengan kontribusi karyawan meningkatkan kinerja dan motivasi kerja mereka. Pekerja yang merasa dihargai dengan gaji yang cukup sering kali menunjukkan lebih banyak kepuasan kerja, yang mendorong lebih banyak produksi dan loyalitas organisasi. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh elemen-elemen lain seperti tempat kerja, hubungan di antara rekan kerja, dan kesempatan untuk pengembangan diri. Oleh karena itu, manajemen Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Lemintang Sari didorong untuk membuat kebijakan remunerasi yang lebih menyeluruh termasuk elemen-elemen tambahan ini untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan ide dan saran kepada manajemen koperasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui rencana kompensasi yang masuk akal.

Abstract

The rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has indeed changed the interaction between businesses and customers, forcing the Febyola Shoes Store at Beteng Trade Center Surakarta to change its marketing pattern from conventional offline marketing to online marketing. This research was conducted in order to help optimize the digital marketing strategy implemented to be more efficient and targeted. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the External and Internal Environmental Analysis Method and SWOT. It is known that the use of online shopping services shows that before the pandemic, 60.3% of young people stated that they had never shopped online or only around 39.7% had shopped online. However, after the pandemic hit, survey data showed that 100% of young people had shopped online. The survey results show that Whatsapp is the favorite social media for internet users worldwide with a percentage of 24.1% of respondents liking Whatsapp compared to other platforms, beating Facebook with 21.8%, Instagram 18.4%, and other media that are far behind the three most popular media at this time. The company uses Instagram social media as a Digital Marketing Media but is not optimal. There are obstacles in the Company's Digital Marketing activities, namely the promotion carried out is not right on target and the promotional strategy is still inconsistent. There is a great opportunity for a wider market potential than before at a low cost using Digital Marketing. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, komitmen organisasi memoderasi partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada BLUD RSUD Dr M Haulussy, dan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial dan Untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh komitmen organisasi memoderasi partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada BLUD RSUD Dr M Haulussy. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan SmartPLS sebagai alat untuk pengujian.Hasil yang diperoleh dari Partisipasi Anggaran memiliki nilai Tstatistik lebih besar dari 1,96 yaitu sebesar 2,936 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 0,05 dengan pengaruh 0,242 yang berarti bahwa Partisipasi Anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, efek moderasi antara Komitmen organisasi dengan Partisipasi angaran terhadap kinerja manajerial memiliki nilai Tstatistik lebih besar dari 1,96 yaitu sebesar 2,333 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,023 0,05 dengan pengaruh 0,156 yang berarti bahwa komitmen organisasi mampu Memoderasi Partisipasi angaran terhadap kinerja manajerial.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variable moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden sebanyak 80 responden yang merupakan pegawai BLUD RSUD Dr M. Haulussy
