Abstract

The problem in this research is that the teaching and learning process is less effective, resulting in the failure to achieve the desired memory. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of puzzle media on the memory abilities of class VII students at SMP Negeri Air Lesing, Musi Rawas Regency. The research design took the form of a pre-test-post-test control group design. The results of this research show that classes that use puzzle media get higher learning outcomes than classes that do not use puzzle media. The average student learning outcomes during the post-test experimental class > control class (81.4 > 74.7). Based on the t-test analysis using the SPSS application in the final test with an error level of 5%, a significance value > 0.05 (0.001 > 0.05) was obtained, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of puzzle media on the memory abilities of class VII students at SMP Negeri Air Lesing, Musi Rawas Regency. Abstract

This thesis discusses the Pedagogical Competencies of Islamic Religious Education Teachers which relate to the moral and spiritual aspects of students. Students who still lack enthusiasm for learning are due to poor learning management and a lack of teaching staff. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out what the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at Lubuk Rumbai State Elementary School is and what efforts PAI teachers have made to improve pedagogical competence at Lubuk Rumbai State Elementary School. This type of research uses field research, with a qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods. This data was collected from various information found, results that were relevant to the problem under study were analyzed qualitatively through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Elements in pedagogical competence have five roles, namely the ability to understand the character of students, the ability to create learning designs, develop a curriculum, the ability to carry out educational learning and the ability to evaluate learning outcomes. In improving the quality of learning, many efforts are made by teachers, one of which is taking part in lesson studies and seminars, mastering theory and learning, developing curriculum, following actual news from learning media. Abstract

This research aims to (1) identify the difficulties students face in the Islamic jurisprudence (fikih) subject; (2) present the teaching materials used in fikih learning; (3) assess the effectiveness of the teaching materials used by teachers in helping students understand the subject; (4) identify the topics that students find challenging in the fikih subject; (5) describe the needs analysis for the development of an e-module teaching material in the fikih subject at a secondary Islamic school (MA). In this study, the researcher applied the research and development (R&D) method using the 3D research method (define, design, develop), with a focus on the define stage. To collect information and data, the researcher used an online questionnaire distributed to tenth-grade students at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. The analysis technique employed was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the survey responses, the researcher concluded that (1) the majority of students do not find the fikih subject difficult; (2) the teaching materials used in fikih include textbooks and worksheets (LKS); (3) the teaching materials used by fikih teachers have assisted students in understanding the material; (4) out of the nine fikih topics in the tenth-grade curriculum, two topics, namely the burial of the deceased (pemulasaran jenazah) and purification (taharah), are considered challenging by students; (5) 71.9% of students are interested in using an e-module for fikih learning.

Abstract

This study looks at risk management as a concept and how it is used, especially in education (schools). The examination directed talks about the utilization of hazard the executives in further developing understudies' IT abilities at SMPN 1 Baleendah. The research method taken is qualitative because the data collection process is made using interviews, observation, and data analysis. This plans to decide the viability of the execution in the educating and growing experience in the homeroom utilizing data innovation, likewise to figure out the supporting and hindering elements over learning, and to figure out the effect that could happen on the educational experience, so later an assessment will be completed so the educational experience is better continue. Because in improving the quality of education in this modern era, it is very important to pay attention to the use of technology that makes learning programs and the school development process easier. and it is hoped that this research can become an illustration and direction for other schools in general to improve the quality of their education. The results of this study are in order to calculate and assess how effective the use of IT in SMPN 1 Baleendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to know and understand the contextual approach as a teaching method that supports success in the PAI learning process. The method used in this research is a literacy study method where data collection uses various reading sources such as journals, books and articles to support the success of this writing. From the results of this writing, it can be concluded that the definition of a contextual approach is a way of teaching carried out by teachers by linking learning material to students' daily lives in the real world, so that students are able to draw meaning or conclusions from the learning material. The aim of this contextual approach is to build students' understanding of new experiences based on initial knowledge. Learning becomes a process of building knowledge rather than receiving knowledge.

Abstract

Pembelajaran saat ini mengharuskan seorang pendidik untuk beradaptasi teknologi baru, terkhusus guru pendidikan agama Islam. Untuk mengetahui peningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan pedagogik menciptakan pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam beradaptasi teknologi digital berbasis canva terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 28 Lubuklinggau dengan menggunakan metode penelitian mixed methode. Menentukan ukuran sampel degree of variability, populasi 25 dan sampling error 5%, maka jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 20 orang. hasil menunjukkan media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru yaitu media papan tulis interaktif sebanyak 80 %, media power point sebanyak 30%, penggunaan buku dan materi bacaan agama islam sebanyak 70% sedangkan penggunaan media canva adalah sebanyak 15 %. Sedangkan respon guru menggunakan media canva terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil sebanyak 55 % kategori cukup berkompeten dalam menggunaan media pembelajaran lainnya. sedangkan kategori rendah sebanyak 25% guru menggunakan canva. media pembelajaran canva sebagai alat peraga mempermudah menyampaikan materi pembelajaran secara efektif, inovatif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa, mendukung guru mengelola modul ajar dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami strategi evaluasi pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta didasarkan pada tugas harian, kuis harian, penilaian tengah semester, dan penilaian akhir semester. Pengelolaan evaluasi meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan organisasi, dan penilaian. Penilaian pendidikan agama Islam menitik beratkan pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotorik. Teknik evaluasi yang diterapkan di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta meliputi metode tes dan non tes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan konflik organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Penelitian dilakukan pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kota Lhokseumawe. Dalam hal ini sampel diambil dari MAS dengan akreditasi A. Argumentasi penentuan sampel berdasarkan MAS terakreditasi A mewakili madrasah swasta lain di kota Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi manajerial dan konflik organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MAS di Kota Lhokseumawe. Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial terhadap kinerja dengan p value 0,000 < 0.005. Terkait dengan keterlibatan konflik organisasi dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di antara subskala kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah. Namun, menurut analisis data, hambatan kritis terhadap praktik konflik organisasi dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial dan kinerja guru madrasah. Penelitian ini memiliki arti penting bagi pertumbuhan model pengelolaan konflik organisasi sebagai stimulus peningkatan kinerja guru madrasah. Identifikasi terhadap variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru selain variabel kompetensi manajerial dan konflik organisasi diantaranya standar kompetensi kepemimpinan, budaya madrasah, kebijakan pemerintah. Penelitian berimplikasi secara akademik sebagai referensi teori konflik organisasi. Sedangkan penelitian berimplikasi secara social bahwa konflik organisasi terjadi pada setiap madrasah yang harus disikapi secara positif agar bersifat konstruktif terhadap kemajuan madrasah.

Abstract

Education is something that must be taken by every human being. In teaching and learning, there must be a phase where the teacher explains to the students then the students are given tasks according to the lessons given by the teacher. This is certainly a reference to how students understand about the lesson. In this study, the authors used a quantitative method, method used is simple linear regression using the assignment variable (X) and the dependent variable, namely learning outcomes (Y). The next stage, the questionnaire was analyzed with a simple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and assumption test are processed to produce the following regression: Y : 0.876 X : 0.648 Testing the hypothesis using the T test shows that variable X (assignment) has a positive but significant effect on variable Y (learning outcomes). The R Square number is 0.21, so the results of the termination are 0.21% which explains that giving assignments (X) results in learning (Y). That is 021 and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays a central role in shaping individuals' character and morality. In this context, teachers not only act as educators but also as role models who provide real-life examples for students. This article explores the urgency of being a role model in Islamic religious education, focusing on the role of teachers as role models. Through a qualitative approach, this research examines the concept and implications of being a role model in the context of Islamic religious education. In this context, the teacher's role extends beyond imparting religious knowledge to demonstrating consistent religious practices aligned with Islamic values. Teachers' role modeling can influence students' character formation, helping them understand and apply Islamic teachings in their daily lives. The article also discusses the challenges and strategies in being an effective role model, as well as its practical implications in the context of Islamic religious education in the modern era. By strengthening the teacher's role as a good role model, Islamic religious education can significantly contribute to shaping a generation with high morality and noble character.
