Abstract

In this research, how to control the supply of RBDPS raw materials in the fatty acid process used the economical order Quantity (EOQ) method at PT X. The stages for producing fatty acid splitting, the glycerine pre-treatment stage, the glycerine evaporation stage, the glycerine distillation stage, the hydrogenation stage and fatty acid distillation stages. The EOQ method provides benefits to companies with savings in inventory costs. A significant influence lies in storage costs, there is a very drastic change from Rp. 127,545,434.03 to Rp. 64,419,560.90 with a difference of Rp. 63,125,873.13. From the total inventory cost, it can also be seen that the company's inventory cost is Rp. 163,856,234.03, while using the EOQ method the inventory cost is Rp. 128,839,077.79 resulting in a savings of Rp. 35,019,165.24.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the creativity of teachers in the development of learning media at SD Negeri 2 Bambapun. This type of research was qualitative research conducted at SD Negeri 2 Bambapun.The subject of this study was the principal, teachers and students of class V. Data collection techniques in this study, namely using observation sheet interview guidelines and documentation. Data analysis in this study was conducted by reducing, presentation, conclusion and validity of data. The results of this study are about the Teacher's creativity in the development of student learning media in SD Negeri 2 bambapun are seen from the creativity of the teacher in the SD Negeri 2 Bambapun in developing teacher learning media has been creative, it can be seen in person, process, products and also the development of learning media and factors - factors found by the teacher in developing media with the results of supporting factor research, namely the positive support of the principal and the inhibitory factor is the lack of human resources facilitators or speakers guide teachers in the development of learning media.

Abstract

This article is the result of research that aims to find out how management aspects are carried out in SMKN 43 Jakarta schools. This study used qualitative research with the case study method and the data collection techniques used were: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. These management aspects consist 1) Curriculum Management 2) Student Management 3) management of educators and teaching staff 4) Public relations management 5) administrative management 6) facilities and infrastructure management. With this research, it explains that 1) In curriculum management the independent curriculum is carried out with this in mind, it is hoped that students will have creative and innovative talents 2) In this PPDB it is already good providing services every year the number of students increases 3) Management makes staff professional and responsible education 4) The community provides services and carries out good cooperative relations 5) In administrative management it is found that administrative management and regarding training for educators are good 6) In the management of facilities and infrastructure all facilities are fulfilled capable of making learning run comfortable. However, it is still necessary to make improvements in several aspects of planning so that everything is by existing targets and management.

Abstract

Acid mine water refers to water resulted from the oxidation of sulphide mineral from a mining process and exposed to water, and it has high acid level which is indicated by the low value of pH that is below 6. Therefore, acid mine water must be treated so that is does not cause pollution in the area around the mine. In this research, the acid mine water treatment applied active method by using jar test with neutralizer media in from of powerbase. This research only calculated the dosage necessity and cost of powerbase with laboratory scale as well as field scale. The need of powerbase for laboratory scale was 80 kg with the powerbase cost of Rp 752,000.00 for once neutralization/hour. With the cost of Rp 7,520,000.00 the powerbase application with 0.6 gram/1000 ml dosage could increase the pH from 4.3 to 7.62.

Abstract

Dalam rangka proses peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis kompetensi diperlukan guru, baik secara individual maupun kolaboratif, untuk melakukan sesuatu, mengubah agar pendidikan dan pembelajaran menjadi lebih berkualitas. Model pendekatan kurikulum tersebut berlaku dan ditetapkan di seluruh tingkat serta jenjang pendidikan sejak Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini hingga pendidikan menengah. Keajegan model pendekatan disemua jenjang ditujukan untuk membentuk sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta didik yang lebih konsisten sejak awal, sehingga diharapkan peserta didik mampu berkembang menjadi sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang keatif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing dalam lingkup yang lebih luas. Disiplin dapat dikatakan sebagai alat pendidikan bagi anak, sebab dengan disiplin anak dapat membentuk sikap teratur dan mentaati norma yang ada. Untuk itu disiplin sudah dibiasakan dalam kehidupan anak sejak usia dini. Pembiasaan hidup disiplin pada diri anak, baik di rumah maupun di sekolah akan berpengaruh positif bagi anak dalam perkembangannya. Untuk itu peran orang tua maupun guru berperan penting dalam menanamkan pembiasaan disiplin pada anak. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah, digunakan beberapa strategi yaitu hadir tepat waktu, berbaris dengan rapi sebelum masuk ke kelas, berpakaian rapih, menyimpan sepatu pada rak sepatu , merapikan kembali mainan setelah dipakai

Abstract

The research aims to see how ideas of ten Indonesian prominent poets in their poems that were categorized as poems with current technology topic by www.sepenuhnya.com, function as social criticism of the negative impacts of technology. The method used is descriptive qualitative in a sociology of literature approach that regards literary work as social document or the expression of its society. The result of the research shows that all the poems did their function as conveying social criticism towards technology. The social criticism comprises all aspects of the negative impacts of technology, namely physical, psychological, social and environmental. These poems of technological topic are also categorized as obvious and prosaic poems of which ideas are easy to comprehend and do not open the potential of multi-interpretation

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the work enviroment and individual characteritis on employees job satisfaction. This skripsi contributes to the working environment and employees’ individual characteristic to increase employees job satisfaction. In carrying out the work or character of an individual must be able to put themselves and their work environment so well that it will affect the individual can achieve the expected job satisfaction. In the world of work, usually relate to a person's attitude to his work. Linkage attitude with this work will pave the way positive or negative evaluative held by employees about aspects of their work environment. This means that every person on the job reflects the experience pleasant and unpleasant in his work and hopes for the future. The working environment is meant here is the physical work environment and non-physical, such as acceptable behavior management and workplace environment itself (workplace), among others working facilities and security. If the work environment possible, then the employees will make the workplace a fun in performing activities works, so as to reduce fatigue, which in turn can lead to satisfaction with the job. As such, working environment and individual characteritic relationship does have the potential to create an employes job satisfaction.

Abstract

Apple Company is an American multinational corporation headquartered in Cupertino, California that designs, develops, and sells personal computers, computer software and consumer electronics, such as iMac, iPhone and iPad with the brand name “Apple”. In this research, the problem observed is Apple Company failed to get a good portion of market share in Indonesia despite their success worldwide. And the customers in Indonesia tend to feel that the Apple Company charged the price too high for their products. As the result, it influences the purchase decision of customers which tend to switch their choice to another brand. In conducting the research, the writer uses interview, observation and questionnaire in analyzing data. In getting data, the writer distributed the questionnaire to 33 respondents at IB IT&B Campus Medan that are using iPhone by using purposive sampling method. The questions in the questionnaire consists of 12 questions that include brand awareness, brand perceived quality and purchase decision variables. The result of the calculation and its analysis show that brand awareness and brand perceived quality has impact toward the purchase decision as the tcount(t0) > ttable. The use of F-test shows that

Abstract

Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dikenakan terhadap barang dan jasa yang mengalami pertambahan nilai dan dikenakan pada konsumen akhir. Wajib Pajak yang telah dikukuhkan sebagai PKP bukan konsumen akhir, oleh karena wajib menghitung, memungut dan melaporkan PPN dengan mekanisme PM dan PK. Jika PM lebih besar dari PK maka ada kelebihan Pajak atau sebaliknya maka kurang bayar. Apabila lebih bayar pada akhir tahun bisa restitusi atau untuk Wajib Pajak tetrtentu dapat mengajukan pengembalian pendahuluan. Tugas Akhir ini membahas proses restitusi PPN di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Pluit Jakarta. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui apakah prosedur pengembalian pajak atau restitusi sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, jumlah PKP yang mengajukan kelebihan bayar , jangka waktu proses, kendala dalam proses tersebut serta upaya yang telah dilakukan. Dasar Hukum UU HPP No 7 Tahun 2021 atas perubahan terakhir UU PPN no 8 Tahun 1983. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tanya langsung dengan ppegawai, mengumpulkan informasi berupa observasi dan wawancara. Proses Restitusi Pajak Pertambahan Nilai yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Pelayanan Pratama Jakarta Pluit sudah sesuai dengan prosedur standar tata cara penyelesaian permohonan pengembalian Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) untuk Wajib Pajak yang dikeluarkan oleh Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Hambatannya adalah adanya Wajib Pajak yang terlambat menyampaikan SPT Masa PPN, kurang lengkapnya dokumen pendukung, dan pajak keluaran terkadang tidak melaporkan. Upaya Kantor Pelayanan Pratama (KPP) Jakarta Pluit menghimbau kepada Wajib Pajak untuk segera melaporkan SPT Masa PPN dan mengupayakan agar tidak terjadi kecurangan yang dapat dilakukan Wajib Pajak

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas bebas, komite audit dan leverage terhadap manajemen laba pada Perusahaan Perusahaan LQ-45 Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas, dan Sub Sektor Transportasi Periode 2018-2020 dengan jumlah perusahaan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 perusahaan dan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa arus kas bebas berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba artinya dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba, sedangkan variabel komite ausit tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba
