Abstract

This research purposelly to established the impact of product quality and price on repurchase interest in Wardah mascara products in the city of Bandung. By paying attention to the level of marketing within the company, it is hoped that it can make a big contribution in increasing repurchase interest. This research using quantitative methods also using a Likert scale as measurement. The population this research was using female consumers who has used Wardah mascara products in the last 1 year, a sample of 90 research respondents. Primary data was estblish by distributing questionnaires via G-form to 90 respondents. The data analysis technique using classic assumption test also multiple regression test with the SPSS version 26 stone tool. The yields of the T test provide that product quality on repurchase interest is obtained by Tcount of -1.090 < Ttable 1.66256 with a significance of 0.279 > 0.05 which means Product quality has negative also partially insignificant impact towards repurchase interest. Price on repurchase interest Tcount 8.750 > Ttable 1.66256 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that the price influence on repurchase interest has positive significant impact. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 40.528 > Ftable 3.10 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be interpreted that product quality and price have a simultaneous influence on repurchase interest. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the financial services institution FIFGROUP in the Dhoho Kediri Airport area and its potential in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The approach chosen in this research is a qualitative approach. The results indicate that FIFGROUP's role in supporting the local economy, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), is still not optimal and requires stronger branding and outreach. While the impact on poverty reduction and inequality has not been significant, FIFGROUP's programs hold great potential if loans are used for entrepreneurial activities. Moreover, there are positive indications in supporting gender equality, as women are able to actively participate in the family economy through business loans. Recommendations are made for FIFGROUP to expand its reach, provide assistance to customers, and strengthen partnerships with the government and local institutions to maximize its contribution to achieving the SDGs

Abstract

The restaurant industry in Indonesia, especially in big cities like Jakarta, experiences intense competition. Visitors not only pay attention to the quality of the food, but also the experience they get while at the restaurant. One of the factors that influences this experience is physical evidence such as cleanliness, interior design and restaurant facilities. This research aims to examine the influence of physical evidence on interest in visiting the Veteran Payakumbuh Bintaro Restaurant, with visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The research results show that physical evidence has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, which in turn has a positive effect on interest in visiting. Visitor satisfaction acts as a mediator in the relationship between physical evidence and visiting interest. Therefore, it is recommended that restaurant managers continue to improve the quality of physical elements to increase satisfaction and attract more visitors. This research provides insight for restaurant managers in creating enjoyable experiences and increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract The development of the beauty business today is growing rapidly in line with changes in people's lifestyles which pay more attention to appearance. Good quality beauty products can influence purchasing decisions. This research aims to see how product innovation and product quality influence consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions for MS Glow skincare products. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were users of Ms Glow Skincare products who live in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research results show (1) Product innovation has a positive effect on MS Glow Skincare consumer satisfaction. (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (3) Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. (4) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. (5) Purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (6) Purchasing decisions significantly mediate product innovation on Ms Glow consumer satisfaction in Yogyakarta. (7) Purchasing decisions significantly mediate product quality on Ms Glow consumer satisfaction in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This paper investigates CV. ifastore consumer purchase decisions in relation to digital marketing, service quality, and product quality. The study approach is quantitative; data collected via a questionnaire comprising 89 respondents is followed by data analysis employing multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. With a t value of 7.551, which exceeds the t table value of 1.988 and a significance of 0.000, the study shows that digital marketing greatly influences buying decisions. Service quality also clearly influences the t value of 6.285 above the t table and the significance of 0.000. Product quality also significantly affects the t-value of 6.446 above the t-table, with a significance of 0.000. The computed F value 26.364 exceeds the F table. With a value of 0.000, it reveals that concurrently, digital marketing elements, service quality, and product quality significantly influence purchase decisions. This study concludes that customer purchase decisions are driven significantly by integrated marketing techniques. These results give CV. I fast strategic direction to enhance the quality of marketing strategies, products, and services to preserve competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of discipline, the team work and cooperation on performance in ( e-kinerja ) Ngantru Police Tulungagung District. This study using descriptive quantitative methods. With a population and those members of the Police Ngantru District Tulungagung totaling 28 respondents. A method of collecting the data using a questionnaire, literature and methods of observation field. While the data analysis using analysis linear regression. The results of this study show that discipline, work motivation and teamwork against performance (e-kinerja). It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (KD ) shows 83.8 % so interpreted if variable X1 (work discipline ), X2 (work motivations) and X3 (team cooperation ) have a contribution of 83.8 % to variable Y the performance (e-kinerja ) and 16.2% others are influenced by other factors besides variable X. In addition, in the f count 18,077 receive is worth of 0,000 sig. Thus showing that the f count greater than f table or 18,077 > 2,99 with the sig 0,000< 0,05 Thus received hypothesis, while on the outcome of the t known for partial that discipline, the team work and cooperation on performance ( e-kinerja ) Ngantru Police Officer At Tulungagung District.

Abstract

This research purposely to analysis the impact of product quality, brand image also brand trust towards brand loyalty in Honda motorbike products in the city of Bandung. The research has been tested using multiple regression, descriptive analysis, classical assumption, validity also reliability methods. This instrument were to ultilized as an information assortment device from respondents matured something like 17->31 years who utilizedHonda brand motorbikes. The softwareversion 25 of SPSS was using as the analytical tool to test the data instrument. This research was using secondary data from the Top Brand Index and AISI data for 2022 and 2023, as well as primary data from online questionnaire distribution to 120 respondents. Of the four proposed research hypotheses, the yield this research shown that the variables of brand quality, brand image, also brand trust has a positive impact towards brand loyalty. It was hoping that the yields of this research would be provide benefits for further research also benefits for the Honda Company

Abstract

The government's internal oversight apparatus has a strategic role in supporting and strengthening the effectiveness of the internal control system in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accountable governance. Blitar District Inspectorate, in its role as Quality Assurance, is able to bring the Government of Blitar to the Warrant Opinion Without Exclusion (WTP) for 13 consecutive times from BPK RI on inspection of the Financial Report of the Regional Government (LKPD). However, in the implementation of the duties and maintenance of the government, there are still findings and recommendations of the results of inspection from BPC RI as well as BPKP and other APIPs that are included in the Examination Results Report. This descriptive qualitative research was conducted aimed at studying the implementation of enterprise risk management in the Blitar District Inspectorate and conducting an analysis of the factors that are inhibiting the supervision of the inspectorate as an APIP in order to strengthen the control of the risk of fraud on strategic projects in Blitar City. The results of the research showed that the Inspectorates of Blitar Region Inspection have implemented Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in the supervision of the strategic project of the City of Blitar in five (5) aspects of the ERM. Nevertheless, based on the observation data, interviews, and documentation, there are still challenges faced by the Blutar District Inspection in its task of supervising and managing the risk of the strategic projects of the city of Blitar.

Abstract

Technological developments have brought significant changes to consumption patterns, especially among Generation Z who are known to be very technology savvy. One of the important consumption decisions for them is choosing a smartphone. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence smartphone purchasing decisions among Generation Z students at the Trisakti Tourism Institute, with a focus on four main variables, namely price, quality, features and brand. The approach used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 student respondents, which were analyzed using classical assumption tests, validity and reliability tests, and multiple regression. The research results show that price, quality, features and brand have a significant influence on smartphone purchasing decisions, with brand having the greatest influence. Generation Z tends to choose smartphones that offer a combination of affordable prices, good quality and advanced features, and prefers well-known brands. In conclusion, smartphone manufacturers need to consider these four factors when designing marketing strategies. Advice for students to be wiser in choosing products that suit their needs and budget. For manufacturers, it is important to continue to innovate and strengthen their brand image. Lecturers are expected to be able to use these findings in teaching related to consumer behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and leadership on the performance of Coffee Shop employees in Batam City. Employee performance is very much needed by a coffee shop to improve operational efficiency so that it can maximize profits. The research method used is quantitative, the technique in data collection uses sampling techniques by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 250 respondents. Data analysis techniques use SPSS. 25 with several tests. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and a significant effect of leadership on employee performance.
