Abstract

The research aims to test perceived value, purchase attitude, purchase intention, and word of mouth in McDonald's products that carry out humanitarian programs or so-called Palestine Wasing. The study involved 322 respondents who consumed McDonald's products, and used a questionnaire through google from for data collection. This study uses a quantitative method and the analysis technique uses WarpPLS software. The results of the study showed that perceived value had a significant positive effect on purchase attitude, purchase attitude had a significant positive effect on purchase word of mouth, and word of mouth had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, then purchase attitude had a significant positive effect on purchase intention and then mediated with word of mouth.

Abstract

Batik businesses in Indonesia show quite tight competition, including batik businesses in Kediri. This condition creates business opportunities in increasing competitive advantage in the same product but has more value that can increase competitive advantage in business. Rumah Batik Lochatara Business is committed to continuing to raise the cultural values ​​and natural wealth in Kediri through its unique motifs. This study aims to analyze differentiation and innovation strategies to increase competitive advantage in business at Rumah Batik Lochatara Kediri. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis using Porter's value chain model to identify competitive advantages. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and related documentation. The results of the study show that the differentiation strategy of Lochatara batik can be seen from two dimensions of differentiation, namely personnel and image. And from the marketing innovation side. These two strategies are obtained from competitive advantages. Differentiation strategy by optimizing HR competencies and strengthening the image towards the international market. Product innovation is increasingly diverse, as well as the expansion of marketing and improvement of marketing technology used.

Abstract

This study focuses on investigating whether perceived manager support, Employee relation climate, and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction levels. The research sample was taken from the Dewapatih Tourism Organization at Goa Cemara, Bantul. A census method was employed for data collection. Data were obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents via the information desk of the Dewapatih Tourism Organization, ensuring data collection quality. A total of 70 questionnaires were processed for data analysis. The data were analyzed using regression methods. The findings highlight that perceived manager support and Employee relation climate do not significantly impact job satisfaction. However, the study indicates that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing perceived organizational support to enhance employee job satisfaction effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and provide a deeper understanding of the influence of corporate governance elements on the capital structure of non-cyclicals consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative research using secondary data obtained from of company financial statements and company annual reports. This research uses a sample of companies listed on the IDX qith the non-cyclicals consumer sector for thr 2019 – 2023 period. The sample of these was 61 of companies. This results of this research indicate that board size, board meetings, firm size, tangibility, depreciation, and profitability have a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, board committee and age have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. In addition, there is no significant influence between board gender and capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, public relations, and service quality on the institutional image of BP2MI (Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency) through user satisfaction. Institutional image refers to public perception of an organization’s performance, which is crucial in building public trust and enhancing BP2MI's ability to carry out its duties and functions. In recent years, the number of complaints from migrant workers has increased, indicating persistent issues in protection and services provided by BP2MI. Therefore, this research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method targeting BP2MI service users to examine the extent to which the independent variables (social media, public relations, and service quality) affect the dependent variable (institutional image) mediated by satisfaction. The findings reveal that social media, public relations, and service quality significantly influence user satisfaction, which in turn shapes a positive institutional image. This study recommends enhancing public communication strategies and developing more adaptive digital services to increase user satisfaction and strengthen the agency’s image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Efficacy and Locus of Control on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Management Study Program Students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Analysis of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, self-efficacy, and locus of control on entrepreneurial intensity, it can be concluded that Entrepreneurial Knowledge has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of management study program students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, with the results that the higher the knowledge possessed, the higher the intensity of students to become entrepreneurs. This study uses a quantitative method of descriptive research with a population of management students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo who have taken the entrepreneurship journey course. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling involving 196 respondents. This study uses data collection techniques using the help of statistical tests Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 25) to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurial Knowledge self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, there is a significant influence on the Entrepreneurial Intention of management students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of advertisements broadcast on Radar TV Lampung by PT. Marionsam on consumer purchasing decisions. In the digital era, marketing through advertising has become very important, especially for Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who have to compete with local and imported products. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, using a questionnaire, the data management tool in this research uses SPSS. The research results show that effective advertising can increase consumer buying interest, with an average purchasing decision value reaching 10.67 and a standard deviation of 2.83. In addition, online advertising and media variables also show a significant contribution to purchasing decisions, with average values of 10.48 and 8.83 respectively. This research confirms that the right advertising strategy can increase consumer satisfaction and encourage purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this research is the importance of utilizing technology and digital platforms as well as TV advertising in marketing strategies to reach a wider market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the realization of Indonesian batik exports during the period 2010-2023 by considering an Islamic economic perspective. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model. Data analysis includes stationarity test using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) method, cointegration test to see the long-term relationship between variables, and estimation of the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) model if a cointegration relationship is found. In addition, Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (FEVD) analysis are used to understand the response and contribution of each variable to batik exports. The results show that in the long run, inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on batik exports, while interest rates have a positive effect. IRF analysis reveals that batik exports take about seven months to return to equilibrium after experiencing an external shock. FEVD shows that inflation has the largest contribution in affecting batik exports compared to other variables. In conclusion, macroeconomic factors such as inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates have an important role in determining the performance of Indonesian batik exports. By considering the perspective of Islamic economics, stable and welfare-based policies can be proposed to improve the competitiveness of batik exports in the global market.

Abstract

This research is titled "Job Satisfaction towards Turnover Intention Mediated by Quiet Quitting of Generation Z Employees in East Java Companies". The main focus of this research is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction, quiet quitting, and turnover intention among Generation Z employees. Generation Z, known for having unique characteristics and a demand for work-life balance, tends to engage in quiet quitting, which is reducing involvement in work without formally resigning. Through interviews and data analysis, this study found that job satisfaction has a significant negative influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, quiet quitting acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. This research provides insights for companies to understand the dynamics of Generation Z employees and emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work environment to increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for companies in formulating more effective human resource management strategies. Abstract

The banking industry plays an important role in the stability of the Indonesian financial system. This study examines the effect of capital adequacy, bank efficiency, credit growth, and liquidity on credit risk in commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model approach on secondary data for the period 2019 to 2023, with samples obtained through saturated sampling techniques. The results showed that only liquidity has a significant positive effect on credit risk, which indicates that a high liquidity ratio can increase credit risk if not managed properly. Capital adequacy, bank efficiency, and loan growth did not have a significant effect, which means capital adequacy and operational efficiency may not be directly related to credit risk.
