<![CDATA[Banten as a province, is also known as an area with the nickname " Seribu Kyai Sejuta Santri". The nickname is inseparable from the reality of the existence of Islamic boarding schools that are growing in large numbers in the province of Banten. Starting from traditional boarding schools to modern boarding schools. Pesantren is an institution that provides religious education services. On the Pondok Pesantren Database page released by the Directorate of Islamic Boarding School Education (DITPDPONTREN), the Ministry of Religion, R.I. it is stated that the total number of pesantren in Banten province is 4,579 pesantren. Pesantren not only teach religious education but also life education so that students are able to become independent individuals when they leave the pesantren. As mentioned earlier, the existence of many Islamic boarding schools and the activeness of these institutions in providing religious education services has a linear line with the religious pattern of the people who are known to be religious fanatics. Even so, this linear line does not apply to literacy and writing cultures. Therefore, community service activities through strengthening literacy culture among students need to be carried out. Modern Islamic Boarding School El Karim Cibuah Warunggunung Lebak Banten was chosen as the location of the activity by looking at the availability of programs to be implemented which are in line with the program to strengthen literacy culture in Islamic boarding schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Health problems in Indonesian society are still a challenge to control. In addition to infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases still have a high number in the community. Efforts to improve and maintain health in the community are carried out through medical therapy and complementary traditional therapies. One of the complementary therapies that have been widely researched and safe to do is acupressure massage therapy. Several studies have proven the effectiveness of acupressure massage therapy in overcoming health problems in body system disorders. The S1 Nursing Study Program and the Nursing Profession of FITKES UNJANI in its curriculum include acupressure complementary nursing. As an application and contribution in overcoming health problems in the community, community service is carried out in collaboration with Public Health Centers throughout the Cimahi City Region to increase knowledge about acupressure massage for Nurses and Health Cadres. The results of this community service show there is a significant influence in increasing the knowledge of Nurses and Health Cadres after being given material about acupressure massage therapy. <![CDATA[This Thematic Real Work Lecture aims to improve the financial performance of BUMDes through the preparation of financial reports with Pivotables. This activity was carried out at BUMDes Bahtera located on Jalan Sudiro, Mertoyudan, Magelang. Problems that arise include limited human resources, the preparation of BUMDes financial reports is still done manually, the cost of goods sold calculation system is not in accordance with SAK, the business subunits owned by BUMDes are still limited. In order to overcome these problems, the Thematic KKN team conducted socialization, training, and assistance in making financial reports using pivotables to BUMDes management, especially treasurers and sales staff. The results achieved in this Thematic KKN activity are the increased knowledge and skills of BUMDes Bahtera management regarding the preparation of pivotable-based financial reports. From the results of these activities, it is expected that the preparation of pivotable financial reports will be carried out consistently so that it will improve the quality of financial reports.]]>

<![CDATA[At this time the existence of a pioneer library is an important thing that must be improved in quality and quantity for the purposes of scientific development. Especially during the pandemic, school children tend to prefer playing games using gadgets or cellphones rather than reading books. Therefore, it is necessary to increase reading interest and literacy development for school students, including PAUD students. The lack of availability of books and other supports is the main reason for the lack of interest in reading and the development of literacy. Community service begins with conducting interviews with PAUD leaders and identifying the situation in PAUD, then continuing with providing motivation, assistance in improving literacy and donating reading books and other supports in order to form a pioneer library for students. The creation of a library is intended for students with the guidance of teachers and parents of students. Currently there are 4 teachers and 25 students. Before the service at PAUD there was no library with adequate books and supports. After the implementation of the program, teachers and students became increasingly enthusiastic about increasing book reading activities and improving overall literacy. In the future, it is hoped that the library will continue to grow through the cooperation of universities, government and local government officials.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently ravaging Indonesia, especially in Bali, has caused Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises who had not previously used digital platforms as an alternate method of payment to do so. The existing lack of understanding among MSMEsplayers in Padangsambian village regarding the usage of digital payment systems would almost surely reduce customer interest in transacting with the items on sale. As a result of the issues, there will be educational outreach on the benefits of digital payment platforms for MSMEs through the usage of an e-wallet. The purpose of this socialization is to increase the knowledge of MSMEs owners so that they can take advantage of the e-wallet platform as an alternative digital payment tool in the midst of a pandemic, so as to increase the effectiveness and attractiveness of consumers in making transactions. The method used is to implement a communication strategy to the owners of Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The results of this socialization will help MSMEs in Padangsambian village to increase sales and become more competitive in the digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The case of Dengue Fever in East Kalimantan has significantly increased especially in Samarinda for the last two years. Educational programs are essential to create awareness in disease prevention and improvement of community health. The main purpose of this community educational program is to give basic knowledge and understanding for the residents of RT 27 Kelurahan Air Hitam Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu on the preventive measures for Dengue Fever that are simple and effective. Methods used to deliver this program are in the form of presentations, discussions as well as Q&A sessions. Based on the results on using the Wilcoxon Analysis, it showed significant differences in meaningful a score pretest and posttest knowledge of dengue fever (p= 0,01<0,05), and paired t-test shows differences meaningful a score pretest and posttest education PSN (p=0,00<0,05). The expected outcomes of counselling and educational programs is to increase public awareness and understanding of preventative measures of Dengue Fever in their household and community. Keyword :]]>

<![CDATA[Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Garden is managed by the Medokan Ayu Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Pokdarwis has 54 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The management of the Pokdarwis organization and the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Gardens is still in manual way. Pokdarwis management `s views they need information systems and technology to overcome them. This condition was increasingly needed when the Medokan Ayu Pokdarwis had to temporarily close the Medokan Ayu Mangrove Botanical Gardens due to restrictions on community activities to stop the spread of Covid-19. Perbanas Hayam Wuruk University (UHW) partnership team provides a solution by presenting the Pokdarwis website with an online network. The website is socialized on how to operate, equipped with features that are integrated with MSMEs. The results of the socialization based on the evaluation provided benefits for a number of participants, so the PKM team was still providing assistance for the operation of the website. Pokdarwis Medokan Ayu also hopes that the socialization will continue in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada umumnya, setiap rumah memiliki pekarangan, khususnya rumah yang berada di Desa Huta Durian, Kecamatan Bintang Bayu, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Pekarangan rumah dapata dimanfaatkan sebagai apotek hidup terutama sebagai penyedia tanaman obat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah untuk penanaman apotek hidup sebagai penyedia obat-obatan herbal. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terjun langsung ke lapangan berbaur dengan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan berupa pembuatan apotek hidup, kegiatan pembagian BLT di Desa Huta Durian, gotong royong bersama masyarakat Desa Huta Durian dan sosialisai ODF yang bekerjasama dengan Tim verifikasi dari Puskesmas Bintang Bayu sehingga masyarakat menetahi manfaat dan pentingnya keberadaan Water Closet (WC) yang layak di dalam rumah. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membuat masyarakat, di Desa Huta Durian mengetahui manfaat apotek hidup dan termotivasi untuk membuat sendiri di pekarangan rumah masing-masing. Selain itu, terjalinnya hubungan yang lebih erat dan baik antar sesama masyarakat di Desa Huta Durian.]]>

<![CDATA[Fostering distinguished human resources need to be done since early stages. Grade 4-6 elementary students are in prepuberty group and are filled with storm and stress. Should this phase is handled properly, it would bring impact for the children’s future. This community empowerment is done with focus on grade 4-6 students at Baptis elementary school Surabaya, with target of increasing knowledge, skills for nutrition and teachers’ knowledge on sexual education in pre-puberty children. Uplifting teachers and parents’ knowledge is done by seminar and discussion, followed by practicing preparing healthy menu by parents. Results: data gathered showed increased of knowledge and skill regarding healthy nutrition and children sexual education. The community empowerment process itself is a new learning experience for the teachers in using online method as teaching delivery method.]]>

<![CDATA[The stunting prevalence rate decreased in Kampar Regency from 2017 by 23% of the number of children under five in Kampar until 2019, it was able to be reduced to 11.88% which exceeded the national target of 14%, but the downward trend must still be monitored. Rimbo Panjang Village has a human empowerment cadre (KPM) which has been formed for approximately 1 year and is part of the village cadre that has special duties related to the stunting prevention convergence program. The work pattern of KPM has not been implemented optimally, especially in terms of targets and monitoring of health and nutrition services. Community service activities aim to optimize the role of KPM for stunting prevention in Rimbo Panjang Village. The activity was conducted from April until May 2021 and was attended by 14 cadres. The activity is divided into several stages, namely (1) the preparation, (2) the implementation, (3) the reflection, and (4) the evaluation. The implementation method is conducted through counseling, training or practice, and simulation. The result of this PKM activity is the transfer of knowledge through the various methods presented. It is hoped that in the future, by increasing the knowledge and skills of cadres, it can be implemented in the activities of Posyandu for toddlers so that they can participate in preventing stunting. This activity can be continued regarding training on an e-ppgbm application which is an electronic-based community-based nutrition recording and reporting.]]>
