Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the damage to nature illustrated in the story entitled Stranded in the Plastic World by Sukini. This research uses a literary ecology approach based on ecocritical theory. The method used is qualitative descriptive by analyzing the issue of environmental damage in the story Stranded in the Plastic World by Sukini. The result of his research is how environmental damage is described in the book. The damage includes damage to marine ecosystems, forests, and human life due to plastic waste which is already very troubling and dangerous. The implication of this research is the selection of teaching materials that respond to environmental damage for environmentally responsive Indonesian learning. The use of teaching materials containing environmental damage content to make students more involved in solving environmental damage that can be reached by students. This is a form of care, concern, and concern for the natural environment, which is also an educator to convey the dangers of plastic waste and the importance of protecting the environment and invites readers to become reliable change specialists in protecting the climate by reducing the use of single-use plastics such as straws, plastic sacks, and drinking water bottles. It also teaches children about the importance of protecting the environment and being responsible for our earth

Abstract

The characters in every literary work have a conflict that makes the character experience anxiety and try to cover up his anxiety through self-defense. Self-defense mechanisms aim to protect a character or individual from external threats or impulses arising from internal anxiety. This form of self-defense is depicted through the character Hasan in the drama script "Sarapan Terakhir". This research aims to describe the self-defense mechanism of the main character Hasan in the drama script “Sarapan Terakhir” by Andrian Eka Saputra. This research uses a qualitative approach with literary psychology methods. The data collection technique used was reading and note-taking techniques. The data source in this research is a drama script in the drama script anthology "Sarapan Terakhir" by Andrian Eka Saputra. The results of this research show that there are four classifications of self-defense mechanisms in Hasan's character, including sublimation, rationalization, reaction formation, and projection.

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini mengenai pembinaan kemampuan menulis teks naratif singkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan memaknai secara mendalam terkait model sinektik yang berorientasi pada pembelajaran menulis teks cerita pendek inspiratif melalui pengalaman. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan dan memproses data penelitian yaitu kajian pustaka dari buku cetak, buku elektronik, dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman terkait: rasional; tujuan; prinsip; tahapan; dan dampak dari model sinektik berorientasi pengalaman dalam pembelajaran menulis teks cerita pendek inspiratif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, yaitu: model sinektik berorientasi pengalaman dalam pembelajaran menulis teks cerita pendek inspiratif bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai instrumen yang efektif pada lingkup pembelajaran bermakna melalui proses edukasi secara terstruktur, sehingga peserta didik mampu menghasilkan cerita pendek inspiratif melalui pengalaman yang dapat membangkitkan motivasi pribadi dan khalayak penikmat, serta berpotensi menjadi mahakarya terintegrasi jika dilibatkan dalam ajang cipta cerita pendek Nasional dengan karya terpublikasi.

Abstract

Keterampilan menulis salah satu keterampilan yang paling sukar dilakukan. Diperlukan suatu perubahan guna menstimulus siswa agar tertarik menulis. Animasi diharap dapat menjadi solusi dalam mempermudah rangsangan berpikir siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menentukan kebutuhan terhadap produk bahan ajar menulis eksplanasi berbasis kontekstual dengan menggunakan animasi dengan memanfaatkan web animaker, 2) mendesain model bahan ajar menulis eksplanasi berbasis kontekstual dengan menggunakan animasi web animaker, 3) mengimplementasikan bahan ajar menulis eksplanasi berbasis kontekstual dengan menggunakan animasi web animaker, 4) menganalisis hasil validasi ahli dan uji kelayakan bahan ajar menulis eksplanasi berbasis kontekstual dengan menggunakan animasi web animaker. Metode penelitian menggunakan R&D. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data selama di lapangan dan menganlisisnya secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan animasi dapat meningkatkan nilai siswa dan minat siswa, ditujukkan berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan bahan ajar mendapat rata-rata 3,8 dengan presentase 95% berkategori “Sangat Layak” dan skor rata-rata dari ahli media 3,76 atau presentase 94% dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil umpan balik Guru Bahasa Indonesia di MA Annajah Petukang Jakarta Selatan diperoleh rata-rata 3,6 dengan presentase 90% dengan demikian dapat dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”. Uji coba skala kecil kepada 38 siswa memperoleh rata-rata 3,89 dan presentase 97,4%. Dengan demikian berdasarkan skala likert 3,21 sampai 4 dapat dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan alur perjalanan tokoh utama hingga menjadi transpuan sebagai identitas gendernya dalam novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari dan Anak Gembala yang Tertidur Panjang di Akhir Zaman karya A. Mustafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian sastra bandingan. Teori yang digunakan yakni konsep performativitas gender dari Judith Butler. Teknik baca-catat dan studi pustaka menjadi teknik pengumpulan data sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam novel Pasung Jiwa, tokoh utama dikisahkan menjadi transpuan karena kungkungan dalam melakoni kegemarannya, yakni menyanyi dangdut, dsb. Pengalaman transfobia secara langsung dan tidak langsung, serta kekerasan seksual juga dialami oleh tokoh utama, yakni perkosaan, ujaran kebencian, dan penghakiman. Sedangkan dalam Anak Gembala yang Tertidur Panjang di Akhir Zaman, mendapatkan pengaruh buruk dari pengasuhnya, dan karena mengidolakan ibunya yang cantik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a differentiated learning approach in creative poetry writing lectures as a strategy to improve learning achievement based on the creative economy and technology. Using quantitative descriptive methods, with percentage data analysis. The subjects of the study were 40 students of the 2022 intake who were programmers of the Creative Writing course. The research data were in the form of initial formative assessment results at the beginning of the lecture and final summative assessment at the end of the lecture which had the same assessment focus on knowledge and skills with the same instrument. Formative assessments in learning, RPS, and RPP were used as secondary data. Data collection techniques with objective tests on initial formative assessments of learning and non-objective on final summative assessments of learning. The results of the study, in the initial formative assessment of learning focused on knowledge and skills showed scores with a low category of 5%, medium 60%, and high 35% increased in the final summative assessment of learning with a low score category of 0%, medium 15%, and high 85%. The differentiated learning method when applied in the integration of the MBKM and OBE curriculum, offers a holistic and adaptive approach to learning. Differentiated learning by adjusting the process to individual learning achievements, needs, interests, and learning styles, not only improves learning achievements in writing poetry but also improves technology usage skills and is able to produce derivative poetry products that have economic value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompleksitas kalimat dasar dan transformasi pada karya siswa di sekolah inklusi berdasarkan strukturnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian pemerolehan bahasa cross sectional. Data penelitian ini adalah kalimat bahasa Indonesia dalam karangan siswa sekolah dasar inklusi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah karya tulis berupa karangan siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6 SD Immersion Ponorogo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) siswa normal dan ABK telah menguasai struktur kalimat paling sederhana, yaitu S-P dan membuatnya lebih kompleks dengan cara menambahkan unsur di belakang P, berupa O, Pel, Ket, atau gabungan dari ketiganya, serta (2) siswa normal kelas 4, 5, dan 6 telah mampu menyusun kalimat transformasi tunggal, sematan, rapatan dan siswa ABK menyusun kalimat transformasi rapatan saja dengan jumlah sedikit.

Abstract

This study examines grammar material in Indonesian language textbooks for grade VIII junior high school, specifically within the Merdeka Curriculum framework. The research aims to describe and analyze grammar content in the textbooks, focusing on word structures and the alignment of grammar competencies with learning objectives in each chapter. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a document study approach. Data were collected from official textbooks published by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) in 2021. Data collection was conducted through document analysis, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument, assisted by an analytical table. Data analysis followed three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the grammar material in the textbooks includes word structures such as affixation and reduplication, as well as sentence structures categorized by the presence or absence of clauses, the sequence of subjects and predicates, and the roles of functional elements. The analysis identified two chapters in the grade VIII textbook that contain grammar material and four chapters that do not explicitly include grammar material but align with the stated learning objectives. The study concludes that grammar material in textbooks is essential for enhancing students’ language skills, in line with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasize independence and creativity in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to see language change in the form of meaning expansion between Indonesian speakers on social media X in the period January to July 2024. This qualitative research uses the method of listening and recording to collect data from the interaction of Indonesian speakers. The results of this study show that there are 11 data found to have experienced changes in the meaning of language in the expansion of meaning. The most frequently found causal factors are social and cultural change factors, then previous meaning associations and differences in areas of use. The three causal factors for the expansion of meaning with each data are as follows: 1) association factors totaling 3 data, namely in the words "goreng", "sampah", and "binatang"; 2) factors of differences in areas of use totaling 3 data, namely in the words or lexemes "najis", "receh/recehan", and "matang"; 3) social and cultural changes totaling 5 data, namely in the words "sepuh", "aman", "garing", "jompo", and "drama".The most common causative factors found are social and cultural change factors, then previous meaning associations and differences in fields of use.

Abstract

The focus of this research to analyzing patterns of the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the patterns of assonance and alliteration in Q.S. At-Takwir, to understand how these phonological elements contribute to the aesthetic beauty and strengthen the meaning of the theological message contained in the surah. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. The data in this study are in the form of the text of Q.S. At-Takwir from the Qur'an. The stages of data analysis include data collection, identification and categorization, phonological analysis, data interpretation, drawing conclusions, and data validation. The results show that assonance creates a deep emotional atmosphere and strengthens the message, while alliteration adds rhythm, deepening the dramatic effect. Assonance and alliteration in Q.S. At-Takwir play an important role in beautifying the text, building rhythm, and strengthening the theology of the message, indicating that these phonological elements function more than just aesthetics, but as a means of conveying a deep spiritual message.
