Abstract

Kompost post is an organic fertilizer derived from plant residues and animal waste. This fertilizer is environmentally friendly, increases soil fertility, and can increase the income of farmers. The people of Ngreco Village are farmers' villages. Planting vegetables and secondary crops are a solution during the Covid-19 pandemic. The majority of the population raises goats. To improve the quality of creativity and good planting results, namely by providing education, counseling, and training. Making compost from goat manure is very important and needed by plants because it contains nutrients such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) as well as micronutrients including calcium, magnesium, sulfur, sodium, iron, and copper. relatively high plant requirements and soil fertility. Technology transfer through facilitation increases public knowledge and awareness about the importance of compost fertilizers for plants. However, the implementation is still lacking due to limited materials. So people only rely on assistance from the government or apply without the composting process. Kompos merupakan pupuk organik yang berasal dari sisa tanaman dan kotoran hewan. Pupuk merupakan media tanam yang ramah lingkungan, menambah kesuburan tanah, dan mampu menambah pendapatan peternak. Desa Ngreco merupakan desa petani. Menanam sayuran dan palawija menjadi solusi di masa pandemi Covid-19 bagi masyarakat Desa Ngreco. Mayoritas penduduknya juga memelihara kambing. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas, kreativitas, dan hasil penanaman yang baik adalah dengan memberikan edukasi, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan. Membuat pupuk kompos dari kotoran kambing merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting dan dibutuhkan oleh tanaman karena mengandung zat hara seperti nitrogen (N), fosfor (P), dan kalium (K) serta unsur hara mikro di antaranya kalsium, magnesium, belerang, natrium, besi, dan tembaga relatif tinggi yang dibutuhkan tanaman untuk kesuburan tanah. Transfer teknologi dapat dilakukan melalui fasilitasi menambah pengetahuan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya pupuk kompos pada tanaman. Keterbatasan bahan menjadi pemicu rendahnya tingkat kesadaran dalam pengimplementasian, sehingga masyarakat hanya mengandalkan bantuan dari pemerintah atau mengaplikasikan tanpa proses pengomposan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Orang dengan gangguan jiwa atau biasa disebut sebagai ODGJ adalah istilah yang dipakai untuk orang yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental. Doho adalah salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun dengan jumlah ODGJ yang relatif besar. Jumlah ODGJ di desa tersebut sebanyak 27 orang. ODGJ di Desa Doho memperoleh diskriminasi baik dari anggota keluarga maupun masyarakat sekitar. Kurangnya pemahaman membuat masyarakat menganggap bahwa ODGJ tidak dapat diberdayakan sehingga tidak diberikan kesempatan untuk hidup layak manusia meskipun kondisinya dinyatakan stabil (eks-ODGJ). Kegiatan pertanian sehari-hari dipilih sebagai sarana untuk memberdayakan eks- ODGJ ekonomi. Adapun uraian kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah: (1) Survei awal (2) Identifikasi masalah (3) Analisis kebutuhan (4) Penetapan target sasaran (5) Pelaksanaan (6) Pemantauan dan Evaluasi. Hasil yang dicapai setelah penerapan program farming daily activities yaitu munculnya rasa tanggung jawab eks-ODGJ untuk menyelesaikan seluruh tanggung jawab harian untuk merawat hewan ternak hingga siap untuk dipanen dan dipasarkan, selain itu kondisi jiwa eks-ODGJ relatif stabil. Abstract: People with mental disorders, commonly called ODGJ, are a term for people who experience mental health disorders. This community service activity was motivated by the large number of people in Doho Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency who experienced mental disorders (27 people) with mild, moderate, and severe conditions who still received discrimination and negative stigma both from their families and from the local community because they were considered no longer able to live everyday life. And productive. These Daily Farming Activities aim to empower the economy of ex-ODGJ so that they can return to living productively like humans in general. The sequence of activities carried out in this community service activity is as follows: (1) initial survey at the location of the activity, namely Doho Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency; (2) identify problems; (3) conduct a needs analysis of partners; (4) determine the target audience for community service; (5) implementation of community service activities; (6) monitoring and evaluation. The results that can be achieved after the farming daily activities program are the emergence of a sense of responsibility for ex-ODGJ to care for livestock until they are ready to be harvested and marketed. During the day-to-day farming activities service program, ex-ODGJ was relatively stable. This activity has a positive impact on rebuilding the productivity of ODGJ.

Abstract

Student Entrepreneurship Assistance at the Highland Roastery and Jayapura Coffee House is an effort of the UOGP Development Economics Study Program to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students and foster student entrepreneurship interest as a skill to create jobs when they graduate. The method in student mentoring activities is the first stage of preparing student entrepreneurship activities, secondly implementing student entrepreneurship activities, assisting in making reports on student entrepreneurship activities, and fourth evaluating student entrepreneurship mentoring activities. This student entrepreneurship activity was carried out during the Covid-19 period so that students could find out about the problems and efforts made by Business Partners to overcome the impact of Covid-19 Pendampingan kewirausahaan mahasiswa di Highland Roastery dan Rumah Kopi Jayapura sebagai upaya Program Studi Ekonomi Pembangunan UOGP untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan setelah mereka lulus. Metode dalam kegiatan pendampingan mahasiswa dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan. Pertama, persiapan kegiatan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Kedua, pelaksanaan kegiatan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Ketiga, pendampingan pembuatan laporan kegiatan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Keempat. evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Kegiatan kewirausahaan mahasiswa ini dilakukan pada masa Covid-19 sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengetahui masalah dan upaya yang dilakukan mitra bisnis untuk mengatasi dampak Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of money waqf education activities (productive) activities through community service programs in the East Watukebo Village, Ambulu Jember District was carried out as an effort to provide understanding to the local community about productive, professional, and modern waqf management models. This service activity was carried out with the Muhammadiyah Youth of the East Watukebo Branch Banyuwangi East Java. The implementation method for this activity is through lectures and direct conducted at the An-Nur Mosque. In order to measure the success of the target, in this activity the researcher provided pre-test and post- test instruments taken from the material provided. From the results of the pre-test and post- test that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this activity can increase public understanding regarding productive waqf and its management.

Abstract

This study focuses on discussing empowerment activities carried out in eastern Indonesia, West Papua to be exact. Researchers found a problem that occurred, namely the lack of strength of human resources which then became the focus in carrying out empowerment activities in this study. This is inversely proportional to the state of natural resources which are very rich and abundant which should be one of the forces to improve the welfare of the people of Kampung Mumes. The researcher uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) methodology as a research method. The systematics of PAR are to know, to understand, to plan and to action. The PAR methodology is oriented towards community empowerment, namely efforts to create community independence. Through the research approach used, it is known that the root of the problem is the lack of community competence in processing natural resources in the form of fish obtained from the sea around them. Through this empowerment activity, capacity building has been carried out by conducting fish processing training, making noken and making meatballs and nuggets to improve the welfare of the community in Mumes Village. Keywords: community empowerment, economic improvement, fisherman. Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus membahas tentang kegiatan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan di Indonesia bagian timur, tepatnya Papua Barat. Peneliti menemukan masalah yang terjadi yakni kurangnya kekuatan sumber daya manusia yang kemudian menjadi fokus dalam melakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan pada penelitian ini. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan keadaan sumber daya alam yang sangat kaya dan melimpah ruah yang seharusnya dapat menjadi salah satu kekuatan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kampung Mumes. Peneliti menggunakan metodologi PAR (Participatory Action Research) sebagai metode penelitian. Sistematika dari PAR adalah to know, to understand, to plan dan to action. Metodologi PAR berorientasi untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yakni upaya untuk menciptakan kemandirian masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan diketahui akar permasalahannya adalah kurangnya kompetensi masyarakat dalam mengolah sumber daya alam berupa ikan yang didapatkan dari laut yang berada di sekitaran mereka. Melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan ini telah dilakukan peningkatan kemampuan dengan melakukan pelatihan pengolahan ikan, melakukan pembuatan noken dan pembuatan bakso serta nugget untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kampung Mumes.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide training to teachers and students at SMKN 2 Madiun regarding the use of a multi-platform-based e-learning information system, where previously at the school implementing e-Learning was only limited to web-based development, not multi-platform based. The method used in this service is the mentoring method or PAR (Participatory Action Research), the training is through lectures and questions and answers as well as the waterfall method in preparation for the service. As A result of the training, the principal invites all teachers to be able to take advantage of this new knowledge and insight in fulfilling the school's expectations of running a multi platform-based e-Learning program as an alternative to a more modern, creative, innovative, and varied learning model in accordance with current developments. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pada guru dan siswa di SMKN 2 Madiun mengenai pemanfaatan sistem informasi e-learning berbasis multi-platform, dimana sebelumnya di sekolah tersebut dalam mengimplementasikan e-Learning baru sebatas pada pengembangan berbasis web saja, belum berbasis multi platform. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dengan metode pendampingan atau PAR (Participatory Action Research), pelatihannya melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab serta dengan metode waterfal dalam persiapan pengabdiannya. Hasil akhir dari pelatihan, Kepala Sekolah mengajak seluruh guru untuk dapat memanfaatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan barunya ini dalam memenuhi harapan sekolah menjalankan program e-Learning berbasis multi platform sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran yang lebih modern, kreatif, inovatif serta variatif sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This mentoring aims to discuss empowerment activities carried out on the Widodaren hill, Sendang Ijo Village, Selogiri District, Wonogiri Regency. The mentoring method uses an asset-based community development (ABCD) approach. Based on the results of the first stage of assistance is to identify individual assets and institutional associations that make up the community. The second stage is to equate the interests or needs of these advantages. The third stage in the development of Widodaren hill tourism is to form associations and organizations that actively manage Widodaren hill to become tourism. The results of the assistance found that the empowerment of the Widodaren Hill tourist attraction was carried out in stages because it required coordination of interested parties in the community so that it became a superior tour. This means that the construction of the Widodaren hill has an impact on economic development for the community. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk membahas kegiatan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan di bukit Widodaren Desa Sendang Ijo Kecamatan Selogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode pendampingan menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan masyarakat berbasis aset (ABCD). Berdasarkan hasil pendampingan tahap pertama adalah mengidentifikasi aset individu dan asosiasi institusional yang membentuk komunitas. Tahap kedua adalah dicocokkan menyamakan kepentingan atau kebutuhan akan kelebihan tersebut. Tahap ketiga dalam pengembangan wisata bukit Widodaren dibentuk paguyuban dan organisasi yang secara aktif mengelola bukit Widodaren menjadi wisata. Hasil pendampingan didapatkan bahwa pemberdayaan objek wisata Bukit Widodaren dilakukan secara bertahap karena membutuhkan koordinasi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam masyarakat agar menjadi wisata yang unggul. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan bukit Widodaren memberikan dampak pengembangan ekonomi bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Generation Z as active internet users has the potential to be exposed to radicalism issues which then have an impact on intolerance, especially in this era of disruption. Tolerance agent training for Generation Z which is carried out aims to increase understanding of religious tolerance, so that Generation Z can become agents of change in society in order to create a tolerant Indonesian society. Specifically, the delivery of material in this PkM activity was carried out by means of lectures, questions and answers, games, and individual exercises. The results of the PkM activities showed that 96.4% of participants understood the material presented, 98.8% of participants' satisfaction with the implementation of the activities, and 83% of participants' readiness to become tolerance agents. Based on these data, it can be concluded that there is an increase in participants' understanding of religious tolerance and the readiness of participants to become agents of religious tolerance.

Abstract

This article contains the results of teacher mentoring by PTIQ Jakarta Postgraduate lecturers. The implementation of this activity was motivated by the low understanding of teachers about innovative teachers, especially in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This service activity is expected to increase the capacity of innovative teachers which in turn improves the quality of educational institutions. The implementation method used is participatory action research (PAR). The selection of this method is considered in accordance with the target and assisted object. Participants in this training consisted of all teachers at SD Character Genius Islamic School Depok City. The results of the implementation of this mentoring show that teachers experience a poor understanding of innovative teachers which has an impact on the low quality of the learning carried out. From the results of the implementation of mentoring carried out by all teachers, they can understand well about: 1) the meaning of innovative teachers, the scope, and urgency of being an innovative teacher during the Covid-19 pandemic; 2) the teacher succeeded in creating innovative online-based learning models and media such as animated videos, contextual teaching-learning (CTL), Quizizz, and Kahoot to support the normality of online learning. The conclusion of this activity has a positive impact on teachers and institutions because they are given encouragement as well as facilities to become innovative teachers in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this PKM activity is to provide understanding and knowledge about productive BUMDes management, due to the phenomenon that occurred in Tanjung Siput BUMDes Ohoi Lairngangas in Southeast Maluku Regency and to encourage the creation of competitive BUMDes governance in accordance with the nature of its presence, namely to improve the economic welfare of rural communities. Through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method to the Management and Members of BUMDes, the process of sharing knowledge and skills is carried out, among others regarding the bookkeeping system and its application to BUMDes, Financial Management Implementation, strategies for handling non-performing loans through credit analysis training and strengthening organizational governance through organizational training. The conclusion of this PKM activity is that the understanding of BUMDes members in the field of production management and marketing can increase and there is a change in the mindset of BUMDES members to be more professional and able to run BUMDes.
