Abstract

Digital transformation has changed household consumption patterns, especially among housewives who are now increasingly active in online shopping activities. This phenomenon cannot be separated from the ease of e-commerce access, aggressive promotions, and various digital financial features such as paylater and e-wallets. On the one hand, these advances provide convenience and efficiency, but on the other hand it also encourages the emergence of excessive consumptive behavior. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of hedonism, financial socialization, and self-control on digital consumptive behavior in housewives. The method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques through online questionnaires. Housewives were selected purposively based on criteria of having experience in online shopping and the use of digital payment methods. The data analysis technique was carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of the study show that hedonism contributes positively to the high tendency of digital consumption, while financial socialization and self-control play a controlling factor that reduces the intensity of consumptive behavior. The implications of these findings not only enrich the study of consumer behavior in the digital age, but also serve as a basis for the development of family financial education strategies that are more contextual and gender-sensitive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Konten Pemasaran dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee produk Skintific. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 46 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konten Pemasaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara Electronic Word of Mouth tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi konten pemasaran dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, khususnya pada produk skincare yang dipasarkan melalui platform digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan pemberian remunerasi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada PNS Rektorat Universitas Pattimura. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 94 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, remunerasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement maupun kinerja pegawai. Work engagement terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sekaligus memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai R² sebesar 0,957 menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja, remunerasi, dan work engagement mampu menjelaskan 95,7% variasi kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menegaskan peran strategis minyak kelapa sawit sebagai komoditas devisa terbesar Indonesia dan pilar utama perdagangan internasional, khususnya dengan India sebagai importir utama, di mana ekspor pada 2023 mencapai 5.406,9 ton (BPS). Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh harga dunia, nilai tukar rupiah–dolar AS, dan jumlah produksi terhadap ekspor crude palm oil (CPO) Indonesia ke India. Metode kuantitatif berbasis positivisme digunakan dengan data sekunder time series 2010–2023 yang diperoleh dari BPS, World Bank, Bank Indonesia, GAPKI, dan UN Comtrade. Analisis regresi linier berganda disertai uji asumsi klasik meliputi normalitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil menunjukkan harga dunia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor CPO ke India, sementara nilai tukar dan produksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini berbeda dengan sebagian studi sebelumnya yang menekankan peran nilai tukar dan produksi, sehingga memberikan kebaruan dari sisi variabel dan fokus wilayah. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi referensi bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pelaku industri dalam merumuskan strategi ekspor minyak sawit Indonesia.

Abstract

Tingkat okupansi hotel kota Bandung mengalami penurunan serta beberapa hotel budget di kota Bandung berdasarkan hasil survei dengan pengunjung masih ada perlu perbaikan dan keluhan yang mengindikasikan masih terdapat pelanggan yang tidak puas dengan memberikan komplen atas jasa yang diberikan hotel budget. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis sejauh mana Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Merek berpengaruh pada Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel budget. Penelitian memakai metode deskriptif verifikatif. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik purposive random sampling sebanyak 200 responden dan pengujian regresi linier berganda, pegujian koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan dipakai dalam menganalisis data. Penelitian memberikan hasil bahwasanya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh pada Kepuasan Pelanggan Hotel budget sebesar 63,5%, begitu pula Citra Merek berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan hotel budget di Kota Bandung sebesar 11,6%. Implikasi manajerial bahwa hotel budget diharapkan senantiasa mengimplementasikan program-program khusus yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen, sehingga mendorong mereka melakukan transaksi maupun kunjungan tidak hanya akhir pekan atau saat liburan dengan memberikan potongan harga pada waktu tertentu agar pelanggan mendapat pengalaman positif dalam transaksinya.

Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor kunci untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan optimal peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja yang merupakan suatu tanggung jawab dari setiap orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Kia Arengka. Sementara responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kia Arengka. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 36 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik kuesioner atau angket. Dari hasil penelitian, secara parsial didapatkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, teamwork dan disiplin berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan serta citra bank syariah terhadap loyalitas nasabah Gen Z dimediasi kepuasan nasabah bank Riau Kepri Syariah di Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang nasabah generasi z dengan metode penetapan sampel purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner penelitian. Sedangkan metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra bank berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan, dan loyalitas. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif loyalitas nasabah Gen Z. Kualitas pelayanan BRK Syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra, kepuasan dan loyalitas. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas dimediasi variabel kepuasan. Citra bank berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas dimediasi kepuasan nasabah. Citra bank mampu memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kualitas pelayananan terhadap loyalitas, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas nasabah generasi z.

Abstract

Higher education plays a crucial role in producing competent human resources and improving workforce skills. To meet these expectations, all aspects of university operations, including administration, must run smoothly. However, there are issues related to the service and discipline of administrative staff, indicating unsatisfactory performance. This could be due to the inappropriate leadership style used. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative (deductive). This study used questionnaires distributed to 34 educational staff in the administrative and student services departments at Kapuas Sintang University. Transformational and transactional leadership styles were measured using the MLQ (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) instrument. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. This study proves that Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Contingent Reward have a positive effect on employee performance. On the other hand, Individual Consideration and Management by Exception have no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of rationality and experience on users' decision to reapply for a digital peer-to-peer (P2P) loan, with behavioral intention as an intermediary factor, in the context of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. As the popularity of digital lending platforms increases, understanding the behavioral factors behind loan reapplication decisions is crucial. This study uses quantitative methods with Structural Equation Models (SEM), with data collected from active P2P users who have previously reapplied for a loan. Findings show that both rationality and experience significantly affect behavioral intention rates, which in turn affect reapplication behavior. Behavioral intention plays a crucial mediating role, linking cognitive and experiential factors to the decision to reapply for a loan. These results highlight the importance of cognitive evaluation and experiential memory in shaping financial behavior in the digital context, providing insights for financial technology providers, regulators, and educators.
