Abstract

Betawi’s taffy made of sticky rice was one of the best economic commodities for sub-district Cibitung’s citizens. Furthermore, this product usually gave success in a yearly exhibition for district Bekasi. For a long time, demand a trust the costumers were longer completed through the serving of nutrient food and the hygiene concept. That became a challenge for the owner and the Sukajaya village’s leader to decrease the resellers. Afterward, the breakthrough way guided selling the product into the food and the gift store in the scale of the home industry, which attached the label below monitoring the Service of Healthy (P-IRT). Achieve that, the initial step has been done that supported the guiding in the Sukajaya village and LPPM Unsika. The next activity for the site work evaluation also has been executed. It is such as providing a base for raw material until product and cover for the roof in around production line, giving the name for each section place, and pin the license certificate. Neat and clean aspects gave an esthetic point. Furthermore, it positively affected the occupation program of Sukaya village in the district Bekasi level.

Abstract

Onion are horticulture commodities that having many benefits, high value and strong market outlook. Onion productivity in Nganjuk has shown high, the dust nor reached 32 tons / hectares. Along with increasing onion production in Nganjuk, the hay onion as a result side also abundant. One solution is to use it to feed alternative to poultry. It is expected that supplementation of hay onion will repair and loosening digestion poultry and nutrient feed can be used more optimal life, the growth and the production. Making poultry feed of onion hay carried out in the farmers group in the Campur village, Gondang, Nganjuk. In doing business, the farmers to compete with other companies, it took an activity was the marketing planning ranging from production to distribution. In the event itself requires a marketing strategies especially with online to face another company market products kind in the consumer market.

Abstract

Career awareness is an important thing to grow during elementary school children, before entering the middle school level through a career guidance program. The objective of Career awareness training is to increase student career awareness that includes aspects of self-understanding, education exploration and employment, and career planning. The training was held in Singajaya Learning Group, 27 students. Successful training is identified from changes in understanding, behaviour and actions demonstrated both before and after training. The results of the training provided significant changes for the trainees. Advice from the results of the training that the teachers or turor need to give a career guidance program for early career awareness can be achieved and able to provide a way of success for the future of children.

Abstract

Food additives or food additives were ingredients that were added intentionally to food in small quantities, with the aimed of improving appearance, taste, texture, flavor and extending shelf life. The students at SDN Purwosari 3 as a whole have the habit of buying snacks at the school gate during school breaks. Snacks sold at the gate include soft drinks, snacks (snacks), and pentol (cilok). Though excessive used of additives could be dangerous to health. So the purpose of this service program was to introduce students at SDN Purwosari 3 regarding food additives. The method used includeed the preliminary, implementation and final stages. Evaluation of the success of the program through a questionnaire. Overall students have gained good knowledge of additives, students have been able sorted and choose snacks, students have reduced the habit of snacks outside of school, and students were diligent in bringing supplies to school. The conclusion of this service program was that Purwosari III Elementary School students were already familiar with food additives.

Abstract

Susu kedelai sekarputih is part of tahu factory in Desa Sekarputih, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Judging from the quality, susu kedelai Sekarputih has an advantage based on delicious and fresh taste compared to another susu kedelai in general. On the other hand, the production process, packaging, and marketing still running traditionally. Susu kedelai was only packaged in an ordinary plastic pouch, less variant, no brand, labels, also information related to product. The product was marketed in limited scope by world of mouth marketing. Unmer Pasuruan’s abdimas team have implemented programs to improve management aspects of marketing, production, finance, and human resources to create attractive susu kedelai product with a higher value that can increase profit and income.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to provide production and marketing assistance to Partners, namely Aricha Batik, which produces contemporary batik types. The problems that exist in the production aspect are the motifs and patterns of batik that are less diverse, whereas for the marketing aspect Partners do not have a nameplate, conventional marketing mechanisms, packaging that is still simple, and do not make financial reports. To solve this problem, the servant provides several solutions, from the aspect of production, the servant offers a solution to the Partner to produce the type of batik that is being sought by potential potential customers; while from the marketing aspect, the servant offers a solution to make a signboard at the production location, make a gift box, a more attractive logo, market through social media. Servants also offer solutions in the form of assistance in preparing simple financial statements. The method used to solve partner problems is to hold discussions, trainings, create signboards, brands, exclusive gift box packaging, and create social media accounts. The results of this community service activity are the increasing diversity of batik motifs, the presence of attractive logos (brands), name boards installed, exclusive gift boxes, paper and plastic bags, marketing training, training in preparing financial statements, and forming social media accounts to market products. . Besides providing production and marketing assistance, the servants also offer products to potential consumers. From these activities several office uniform orders took place, which resulted in an increase in sales revenue.

Abstract

Corona virus or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. This disease caused by a viral infection is called COVID-19. Corona virus can cause disorders of the respiratory system, acute pneumonia, until death. Personal hygiene especially washing hands is the easiest and most effective way to prevent the spread of the covid virus 19. However, people's awareness of getting used to washing hands is still very low, this can be caused by several things including the unavailability of a hand washing area or far from crowds. Covid 19 case monitoring data for Tegal City as of 30 July 2020 ie 270 People in Monitoring (ODP) with all completed monitoring status, for 50 Patients Under Monitoring (PDP) with details of 39 returning and 11 dead, while for confirmed cases Covid 19 for Tegal City residents as many as 4 people. The main target of community service activities is the residents of Tegal City, especially in the West Tegal and Debong Region. The method used in this activity is by providing assistance in the form of a place to do hand washing and basic food provided to the community where in its distribution cooperates with the Debong Health Center and the West Tegal Health Center. Community service activities in a preventive effort to cut the covid 19 distribution chain through the provision of hand washing facilities and distribution of groceries to the community in the Districts of West Tegal and Debong carried out in 2 days namely distribution to the District of Debong on May 8 2020, and for the region West Tegal District on May 9, 2020. The distribution of handwashing and groceries conducted in collaboration with local health centers namely West Tegal Health Center and Debong Health Center, this collaboration activity is intended so that our community service team does not directly face to face and meet with many people in an effort we are to prevent the crowd and in an effort to prevent the spread of the covid virus 19

Abstract

Corona or Covid-19 virus is increasingly prevalent in a number of countries, now everyone is required to start increasing stamina, including pregnant women. Those who are pregnant certainly have to ensure that their nutritional intake can be met so that the body's immune system remains stable, so that dangerous viruses do not easily attack. In an effort to increase immunity in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, taking vitamin C is one of the recommended ways and also an increase in food nutrition. This community service activity was carried out to improve the quality of balanced nutrition intake of pregnant women by providing food assistance and increasing immunity by consuming vitamin C during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Margadana Village, Tegal City. The result of this community service is the distribution of basic food and Vitamin C assistance, especially for pregnant women in the Margadana District of Tegal City during the Covid Pandemic period 19.

Abstract

School age children need a balance nutritions to support their growth and development. The optimal growth and development can be reach only if the balances of nutritions consume well. Adequacy of good nutrition doesn’t only come from the main food but also supported by snacks consumed by shool children, for that the production of healthy snacksalso needs attention. Rumah Kumbang is child care community focuses on character building activities and the development of children’s potential. The aim of this community service aim is to train the member of Rumah Kumbang to be able to produce healthy snacks that consist balance nutrition for school age children. The methode in this community service is to provide material exposure, product manufacturing training and a healthy food creation competition. The result is the participants of this community service gain knowledge and motivation to produce healthy and nutritious snacks. In conclusion, after doing this community service, further assistance is needed in relation to healthy snack production process in Rumah Kumbang Community so it can be marketed in wider community

Abstract

Entreprenuer education is very important to instill from an early age so that students creatively have a courageous spirit and are able to overcome problems. Apart from being an entrepreneur, students need to be equipped with tax awareness and the importance of taxes from an early age so that when students enter the workforce they are able to become entrepreneurs with an awareness of taxes. The purpose on conducting this socialization and assistance for this activity is so that students of SDN Sukorejo, Perak Subdistrict, are able to have an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age and whether students of SDN Sukorejo Perak Subdistrict, have awareness and understand the importance of taxes from an early age. The method of activity is by means of material socialization and assistance with entrepreneurial activities. The results show that students have an interest in becoming entrepreneurs and are aware of the importance of taxes for all Indonesian people.
