Abstract

Stunting is a serious nutritional problem and must be faced by Indonesia and other countries. Stunting itself is a disorder of child growth and development where the height of stunted children is shorter than that of children of the same age. This study was conducted to find out whether the stunting reduction program in Nagrak Village is optimal or not. To find out, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method. In this study, the researcher collected data by documentation, interview, and observation techniques. In an effort to reduce stunting in Nagrak Village, the focus is on three target groups, namely, adolescents, pregnant women and toddlers 0-59 months. The results of the study show that early detection of nutritional problems in Nagrak Village has been carried out with the existence of a youth posyandu program and also the provision of Blood Supplement Tablets (BST) and anemia checks to schools. In addition, in the target group of pregnant women, assistance has been provided regarding the consumption of nutrition and BST or other supplements and additional nutritional intake has been provided for high-risk pregnant women. Stunting treatment for toddlers 0-59 months is carried out with the posyandu program, where the weight and height of toddlers are measured every month so that their growth and development can be monitored, in addition to the provision of supplementary food (PMT) for toddlers who are indicated to be stunted so that they can meet additional nutritional intake. It was concluded that the stunting reduction program in Nagrak Village has been carried out optimally.

Abstract

Training and mentoring in the preparation of project-based learning materials (Project-Based Learning/PjBL) which focuses on strengthening the profile of Pancasila students aims to improve the understanding and skills of teachers at SDN 1 Kaleo in implementing the independence curriculum. This program consists of several stages: socialization, training, application of e-book technology, mentoring, and evaluation involving 21 teachers. The results showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of the Pancasila student profile from 53.8% to 95.2%, understanding of the PjBL model from 51.6% to 97.3%, and teaching materials from 54.3% to 98.3%. The introduction of e-books as an innovation in teaching materials supports independent learning, especially for students with limited school attendance. Although there were challenges in selecting relevant projects and using e-books, the focus group discussion (FGD) approach and intensive mentoring helped overcome these challenges. This training opens up opportunities for SDN 1 Kaleo to become a training model for other schools, thus expanding the positive impact of this program. Thus, this research has succeeded in increasing teachers' capacity to support the independent curriculum and forming a young generation with character according to the profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

Management and utilization of Geoparks as a unity of geological, biological and cultural diversity will be achieved optimally if all stakeholders are involved. This service activity aims to provide Rinjani-Lombok Global Geopark (RLGG) education to Muhammadiyah Mataram Middle School students as an effort to help encourage the implementation of the RLGG educational mission to school-age youth in Mataram City. The methods applied in this service activity include needs analysis and location selection, presentation of material about RLGG to students as well as questions and answers or student responses related to educational material. In educational activities, it was conveyed that the richness/diversity in the geopark area is divided into 3 large elements, namely geological diversity, biodiversity and cultural diversity. Geoparks as a means of public education are carried out to provide an understanding of the unique geology, biology and culture as well as an understanding of the importance of conservation. Education about RLGG for junior high school students is carried out to provide understanding and give birth to a love of nature and its surroundings, a love of natural sciences and a medium for cultivating Tawheed towards Allah SWT. Sites (Geodiversity) in the RLGG Environment are sites that are associated with geological phenomena.

Abstract

Talent identification is important to find potential talented athletes at an early age to be trained to a high level of achievement. This talent identification is intended to estimate the probability of children who are talented in sports to be able to succeed in undergoing a training program so that they are able to achieve their peak achievements. Every child is unique, as is the potential or talent they have. The uniqueness of each child must be fully realized by a teacher/coach in developing children into future athletes. As we know, every child has a certain potential/talent in sports. This potential must be explored with a science and technology approach to be developed to a further level. The identity of Physical Education develops along with the evolution of society and its supporting sciences, including sports science. This evolution provides the identity of physical education as an academic discipline and physical education as a life profession. Almost every school has extracurricular sports. Extracurricular activities are a place for students to channel their interests and talents outside of academic lessons at school so that not a few high-achieving athletes are born from extracurricular activities in schools. For that, the trainer must understand the characteristics of the child and recognize the growth and development of the child's movement which is then used as a reference to recognize the potential of early childhood to be trained. The process of achieving achievement is effective if the athletes being trained are selected athletes who have the potential that matches the demands of the specifications of the sport. The athlete's achievement is not only in their training, but must also build the mentality of the athletes in applying Sports Science.

Abstract

Community-based tourism development in Palama Village, particularly in Doro Leme Valley, holds significant potential for enhancing community welfare through participative and sustainable management. This article discusses the implementation of an empowerment program for the Mada Mbuha Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, which involves training in tourism management, digital marketing strategies, and technology application in tourism promotion. Through PRA, the community actively participates in planning through evaluation, allowing a more adaptive approach to local needs. The program results indicate an increase in the Pokdarwis members' capacity to manage village tourism, optimize technology for promotion, and develop culture-based tourism packages, contributing to the attraction of tourism. However, infrastructure limitations and funding constraints remain challenges for program sustainability. Collaboration with the government and private sector is required to support better infrastructure and accessibility. With a holistic approach, the tourism potential of Palama Village can be realized sustainably, providing positive impacts on the local economy as well as on cultural and environmental preservation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of developing a brain-based learning mathematics module using a crossword puzzle game as seen from the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness. The method used is research and development with the ADDIE research design. This research was conducted at Yapis Ranting 2 Middle School with test subjects of 27 class VIII students. The validity results show that media validation reached a percentage of 83.33% and material validation was 89.98% in the "very valid" category. The module developed is also practical to use with a percentage of teacher response questionnaires of 70.90 with "practical" criteria and student response questionnaires of 81.61% with "very practical" criteria. Furthermore, the effectiveness seen from the results of the posttest with 21 students completing and 6 students not completing received a percentage of 80.76% for the "very effective" criteria. Based on these results, it was concluded that the module developed was suitable for use in learning.
