Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan Islam merupakan subsistem pendidikannasional. Kajian ini mengurai realitas pendidikan pesantren danmadrasah; bagaimana sistem pendidikannya dan bagaimana pulakebijakan pemerintah terhadap dua lembaga pendidikan Islamtersebut. Sistem pendidikan pesantren menunjukkan sifat danbentuk yang berbeda dari pola pendidikan nasional. Makapesantren menghadapi dilema untuk mengintregasikan sistempendidikan yang dimiliki dengan sistem pendidikan nasional.Sementara itu, kelahiran madrasah merupakan upaya strategisuntuk mengintegrasikan pola pendidikan Islam ala pesantrendengan pola pendidikan modern (ala Barat). Intervensikebijakan/politik berpengaruh terhadap eksistensi pesantren danmadrasah. Pesantren dan madrasah diniyah sebagai sumberpendidikan dan pencerdasan masyarakat Indonesia yang sudahberurat-akar sejak sebelum kemerdekaan baru mendapatkanpengakuan secara yuridis pada era reformasi.

Abstract

Maka pesantren menghadapi dilema untuk mengintregasikan sistem pendidikan yang dimiliki dengan sistem pendidikan nasional. Sementara itu, kelahiran madrasah merupakan upaya strategis untuk mengintegrasikan pola pendidikan Islam ala pesantren dengan pola pendidikan modern (ala Barat). Intervensi kebijakan/politik berpengaruh terhadap eksistensi pesantren dan madrasah. Pesantren dan madrasah diniyah sebagai sumber pendidikan dan pencerdasan masyarakat Indonesia yang sudah berurat-akar sejak sebelum kemerdekaan baru mendapatkan pengakuan secara yuridis pada era reformasi.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the use of polite requesting strategy by students of Sasak and Bima in Mataram University. The data were obtained based on a questionnaire of politeness in three socially different situations, the Sasak and Bima people as participants in this study were asked to make requests in the three situations. The situations were classified according to the three politeness systems on the basis of social relationship between speaker and addressee: hierarchy, deference, and solidarity. This study demonstrates that both groups tend to use the query preparatory strategy in making requests. However, due to cultural differences between Sasak and Bima people, the respondents in the two groups behave differently in terms of how they modify the polite strategy and how they use the politeness markers

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a types of sumbawa language shift in Sumbawa, especially in Tatebal village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method which aims to provide an overview of the various types of sumbawa language shift in Sumbawa, especially in Tatebal village. In collecting data, the researcher used direct observation techniques and interviews with Tatebal society. Observation used to know the way of teenagers, adults and old people in Tatebal village during doing a daily conversation. Interviews were conducted with teenagers, adult and old people in the village and interviews with informants,to add information to the research. Based on the research, the sumbawa language shift that occured in Tatebal village very diverse,  for example  the word maming to adress their father became bapak, mambo became sendal, jelaja became jendela etc.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the way of polite language used by Sasak people in Central Lombok. In this research, qualitative descriptive method was employed in analyzing the data. There were three participants that consist of Sasak native speaker from two villages such as Beraim and Dakung village. The data were collected through three techniques that are, observation, interview and documentation. The Results of this research showed that firstly, Sasak language has three levels of polite utterances used by Sasak people such as most polite (Base Alus Utami), more polite (Base Alus Madya), and polite (Base Sasak Biase). When kingdom was exist, Base Alus Utami only used by Perwangse, who was the king or people with high class level in Lombok Island and marked by Raden/Datu, and Dende at the first name. But, when they interacted with the lower class, they used biase language while the lower class of people must use Base Utami then, Base Alus Madya only used by people with the second level in society Baiq and Lalu at the first name, and Base Sasak Biase used by people with the lower class, called Jajar Karang. Secondly, the next generation in Sasak today do not really cosidere the rules when they using the polite language as people used in the past. It can be seen when they are communicating each other. They cannot able to speak with Base Alus Utami even speak with the older people. Only some of old people are still maintenance this language and teach their children but it is so rarely.

Abstract

Background : Lower back pain is one of the musculoskeletal disorders that often occurs and causes a decrease in work productivity and disability . Low back pain is a major cause of disability that affects work and general well-being. One way to reduce lower back pain is by giving cold compresses to cold compresses. Cold compresses can provide changes to the skin, subcutaneous tissue, kular itramus and temperature in the joints. Method : The research design used in this study was the One Group Pre-Test-Post Test Design. The independent variable is cold compress ice therapy while the dependent variable is low back pain. Sampling was done based on inclusion criteria with a sample of 30 people. Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results : After being given cold compress ice therapy, low back pain which was originally severe pain dropped to moderate pain. Conclusion : There is an effect of cold compress ice therapy on changes in low back pain in patients with low back pain in the risa village work area of ​​Woha Puskesmas.

Abstract

AbstractSentencing guidelines start from the main idea that the criminal law system is a unified system with a purpose (purposive system) and punishment is only a tool, a means to achieve goals which are an integral part of the sub-system of the entire criminal system. Regarding the status, position and guidelines for punishment in the substantive criminal system or national criminal law system. That the three main problems of criminal law are criminal acts (strabaarfeit, criminal act, actus reus), mistakes (schuld, guilt, mens rea). Method is the main method used to achieve a goal, to achieve the level of accuracy, quantity and type encountered. The guidelines for imposing criminal penalties in Article 55 paragraph (1) contain matters that the judge must consider before imposing a crime or sanction, namely the fault of the perpetrator of the criminal act, the motive and purpose of committing the criminal act, the inner attitude of the perpetrator of the criminal act, whether the criminal act was committed with planning, method of committing the crime, attitudes and actions of the perpetrator after committing the crime, life history and socio-economic conditions of the perpetrator of the crime. Reconstruction is rebuilding the national criminal law system. This term is very closely related to the issue of law reform and law development, especially related to reform, development of the criminal law system (penal system reform/development) or often referred to briefly as penal reform. The legal system (legal system) which consists of legal substance, legal structure and legal culture, means reform of the criminal law system (penal system reform). Keywords : Sentencing Guidelines, System Reconstruction, National Criminal Law AbstrakPedoman pemidanaan bermula dari pokok pikiran bahwa sistem hukum pidana merupakan satu kesatuan sistem yang bertujuan (purposive system) dan pidana hanya merupakan alat, sarana untuk mencapai tujuan yang merupakan bagian integral sub-sistem dari keseluruhan sistem pemidanaan. Mengenai kedudukan, posisi, dan pedoman pemidanaan dalam sistem pemidanaan substantif atau sistem hukum pidana nasional. Bahwa ketiga masalah pokok hukum pidana yang berupa tindak pidana (strabaarfeit, criminal act, actus reus), kesalahan (schuld, guilt, mens rea). Metode merupakan cara yang utama yang digunakan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, untuk mencapai tingkat ketelitian, jumlah dan jenis yang dihadapi. Pedoman penjatuhan pidana di dalam Pasal 55 ayat (1) memuat mengenai hal-hal yang harus dipertimbangkan hakim sebelum menjatuhkan pidana atau sanksi adalah tentang kesalahan pembuat tindak pidana, motif dan tujuan melakukan tindak pidana, sikap batin pembuat tindak pidana, apakah tindak pidana dilakukan dengan berencana, cara melakukan tindak pidana, sikap dan tindakan pembuat sesudah melakukan tindak pidana, riwayat hidup dan keadaan social ekonomi pembuat tindak pidana. Rekonstruksi adalah menmbangun kembali sistem hukum pidana Nasional. Istilah itu sangan berkaitan erat dengan masalah law reform dan law development, khususnya berkaitan dengan pembaharuan, pembangunan sistem hukum pidana (penal system reform/ development) atau sering disebut secara singkat dengan istilah penal reform. Sistem hukum (legal system) yang terdiri dari legal substance, legal structure dan legal culture, maka pembaharuan sistem hukum pidana (penal system reform). Kata kunci: Pedoman Pemidanaan, Rekonstruksi Sistem, Hukum Pidana Nasional.

Abstract

Standard words are words that follow linguistic rules recognized in Indonesian. Spelling, conventional grammar, and common dictionary words are just some of the linguistic norms that can be found in standard words. This research aims to describe the level of students' ability to differentiate standard vocabulary from non-standard vocabulary in Indonesian. The population in this study were students in semester 1 (one) class F of the Veterinary Medicine Education Study Program, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mandalika Education University totaling 39 people. Data collection was carried out using test techniques, while data analysis was carried out using percentage techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that the level of student ability is adequate. This can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows that 74.36%Sample students who got a score of 6.5 and above, while students who got a score below 6.5 were 25.64%%.On this basis, it is hoped that in the learning process in class, lecturers who teach Indonesian language courses will intensively provide assignments or training to students, especially in terms of the differences between standard and non-standard vocabulary. So that in the end students are able to determine the differences between the two

Abstract

This book provides a comprehensive exploration of the integration of technology in second language (L2) writing instruction. It examines the evolution of technology’s role in L2 learning, particularly in writing, where individual practice is crucial. The book consists of 11 chapters encompassing research and development reports on the application of technology, especially machine translation (MT), in the L2 writing learning process. While 90% of the content focuses on research results, a conceptual review in one chapter highlights the limitations of MT in English as a foreign language (EFL) writing. The book caters to L2 teachers and language learning researchers, offering valuable insights into using MT and wiki writing as effective learning instruments. Additionally, it presents novel strategies, such as using Wikipedia to hone critical thinking skills, and introduces handwriting automation for L2 writing assessment. Despite its merits, the book’s structure, content balance, and limited readership accessibility are areas requiring improvement. Nonetheless, its research findings and practical implications make it a valuable resource for L2 educators seeking to harness technology in writing instruction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) kesalahan huruf kapital, (2) kesalahan penulisan kata depan dan imbuhan, (3) kesalahan penulisan unsur serapan, dan (4) kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca pada skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Untuk memperdalam dan lebih fokus, maka sampel penelitian ini berjumlah tiga skripsi mahasiswa tahun 2020. Penggumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik membaca dan mencacat, sedangkan instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan human instrument, yaitu peneliti sendiri. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan cara intrarater dan interrater. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan ejaan pada skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika sebanyak 247 kesalahan yang terdiri: (1) kesalahan pemakaian huruf kapital sebanyak 8 kesalahan, (2) kesalahan penulisan kata depan di dan ke sebanyak 30 kesalahan, yang meliputi kesalahan penulisan kata depan di sebanyak 28 kesalahan, kesalahan penulisan kata depan ke sebanyak 2 kesalahan, sedangkan imbuhan di-, ke-, dan kata depan dari tidak ditemukan kesalahan pada skripsi mahasiswa, (3) kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca sebanyak 209 kesalahan, yang meliputi kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca titik (.) sebanyak 34 kesalahan, kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca koma (,) sebanyak 163 kesalahan, kesalahan pemakaian tanda hubung (-) sebanyak 1 kesalahan, kesalahan pemakaian tanda tanya (?) sebanyak 4 kesalahan, dan kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca titik dua (:) sebanyak 8 kesalahan, dan (4) kesalahan pemakaian tanda seru (!), kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca titik koma (;), kesalahan pemakaian tanda petik tunggal (‘…’), kesalahan pemakaian tanda petik (“…”), dan kesalahan pemakaian tanda garis miring (/) tidak ditemukan kesalahan.
