Abstract

STKIP Hamzar Real Work Lecture (KKN) in Sambik Bangkol Village, which aims to instill awareness among residents, especially parents, to work together to reduce the stunting rate in Sambik Bangkol Village. Stunting is a child's growth problem which can be seen from the lack of nutrition that the child receives. In this case, we conducted observations and interviews as researchers to obtain information related to this stunting problem with several sources from the health administrators for children under five in the village or what are usually called administrators in the posyandu program. This stunting is usually caused by maternal negligence when pregnant who does not pay attention to diet. In terms of health, it is usually referred to as mothers who experience (keks) or nutritional deficiencies during pregnancy. As for other problems, stunting usually occurs among families who are considered economically disadvantaged. The impact of stunting can be seen from the child's growth, such as weight, height, children's health and thinking patterns.

Abstract

Election Supervision Training for Subdistrict/Village Supervisors in Pemenang District, North Lombok Regency, aims to increase the capacity of election supervisors at the local level in carrying out supervisory duties effectively, efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations. This training was carried out using a participatory-based approach that integrated lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, supervision simulations, and the use of technology in election supervision. A total of 40 sub-district/village supervisors took part in training which lasted for three days, with material covering election regulations, supervision techniques, handling violations, and the use of digital-based monitoring applications. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of election regulations and technical skills in supervision, with an average increase in test scores of 25%. Additionally, 90% of participants reported increased understanding regarding the use of technology in election reporting and monitoring. However, this training also faced several challenges, especially related to limited technological infrastructure in remote areas and differences in participants' levels of understanding. Overall, this training proved effective in strengthening the capacity of election observers at the sub-district/village level, but required strengthening infrastructure and adapting materials to overcome existing challenges.

Abstract

PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory), a producer of premium food and dairy products in Indonesia, was established in 2005. This article emphasizes the importance of brand protection education as a marketing strategy for Cimory. This protection is regulated by Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, which covers registration, exclusive rights, and law enforcement. Trademark registration provides exclusive rights and prevents unauthorized use. The research method involved a direct visit to Cimory Dairy Land On The Valley in Semarang, where the author gathered information about brand identification, production processes, and trademark protection. The research results indicate that brand protection education is crucial for maintaining brand reputation and integrity, as well as reducing the risk of infringement. Companies like Cimory can be more effective in protecting their intellectual assets, preventing unauthorized use, and maintaining consumer trust. Steps such as trademark registration and internal education are key to marketing strategies aimed at strengthening brand positioning in the market and preventing potential infringements that could harm the company.

Abstract

The activity of providing gender education socialization to students of the Hidayatussibyan NW Sengkerang Islamic Boarding School Foundation is a form of community service implementation targeting students of the Hidayatussibyan NW Sengkerang Islamic Boarding School. Community service in the form of socialization is intended to provide knowledge and awareness building about gender issues such as awareness of gender equality and gender violence. This socialization is expected to raise students' awareness of gender concepts and stereotypes that are developing in society. Based on the results of the community service team's analysis, there are still many students who consider the gender inequality they see in everyday life to be something normal and are not critical of it. The internalization of the values they have received since childhood in their families and the surrounding environment, especially about gender inequality, they consider it commonplace and accept it for granted. This community service is carried out using a direct socialization method and added Focus Group Discussion to find the core of the existing problem. The results of the community service activities are measured through several questions in the form of pre-tests and post-tests, the results of which show an increase and awareness that is starting to build from regarding the students' concept of gender, gender equality, and gender violence.

Abstract

Community Service activities carried out by lecturers at the STAKPN Sentani Church Music Department focused on training in creating songs with the theme of religious moderation for junior high school students in Jayapura Regency. Considering the importance of instilling the values of tolerance and harmony among the younger generation, this training teaches basic song creation techniques while emphasizing the role of music as a medium for conveying social messages. Through demonstration and question and answer methods, students are actively involved in the creative process, where they learn to combine technical elements of music with relevant moral messages. The results of this training show an increase in students' awareness of the importance of living in harmony amidst religious diversity. The songs created by students function as a peace campaign tool, conveying messages of peace and tolerance that are easy to understand. Thus, this activity not only improves students' musical skills, but also forms characters who are empathetic and open to differences, making them agents of change in a pluralistic society. Through this initiative, it is hoped that a younger generation will be formed that is more critical and plays an active role in promoting harmony in their environment.
