Jurnal Ilmiah Kanderang Tingang pertama kali terbit tahun 2010 (mulai edisi 30 Juli 2010). Jurnal ini resmi dimulai berdasarkan SK no. 0005.103/JI.3.2/SK.ISSN/2010.07 Tanggal 30 Juli 2010. Penerbit FKIP Universitas Palangka Raya. Frekuensi terbitan 6 bulanan atau 2 kali dalam setahun. Tingang adalah sejenis burung khas Kalimantan Tengah (Borneo). Gambar burung tingang terdapat pada logo Universitas Palangka Raya. Burung Tingang (enggang) melambangkan pencarian/penelitian ilmu dalam kebebasan, kedekatan dengan alam dan lingkungan. Kanderang adalah suara keras dari burung tingang. Jurnal Ilmiah Kanderang Tingang merupakan sarana untuk menyuarakan hasil pencarian/penelitian ilmu pendidikan. Jurnal Ilmiah Kanderang Tingang memuat artikel hasil kajian dan penelitian pendidikan mengenai kurikulum, pendidik dan perbuatan mendidik/mengajar, peserta didik dan perbuatan belajar, lingkungan pendidikan, penilaian dan evaluasi pendidikan, khususnya bidang pendidikan kimia. Abstract

Kesetimbangan Kimia adalah salah satu materi pokok bahasan dalam mata pelajaran kimia kelas XI MIPA pada semester ganjil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dalam memahami konsep kesetimbangan kimia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan 128 siswa dari empat sekolah, yang masing-masing berasal XI MIPA SMAN 1 Pandih Batu Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, XI MIPA SMAN 1 Mentaya Hilir Utara Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur, XI MIPA SMAN 1 Katingan Tengah Kabupaten Katingan, dan XI MIPA SMAN 1 Sepang Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes pemahaman konsep Kesetimbangan Kimia menggunakan instrumen tes uraian 5 butir soal dengan empat konsep yaitu harga Kp berdasarkan harga Kc dan Suhu (oC), derajat disosiasi, harga Kc, dan harga Kp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata kesulitan yang dialami siswa kelas XI MIPA SMAN di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam memahami konsep kesetimbangan kimia sebesar 42,18%. Dengan pola-pola jawaban: suhu yang diketahui tidak diubah/dikonversi ke dalam (K); harga Kp berdasarkan Kc produk dibagi dengan pereaksi; menentukan derajat disosiasi mengubah 40% menjadi pecahan adalah 4 dibagi 10 didapatkan hasil 0,5; derajat disosiasi yang diketahui tetap 40% seperti yang diketahui di dalam soal; rumus menentukan derajat disosiasi dengan menambahkan mol-mol zat yang diketahui; mol setimbang sama halnya dengan nilai konsentrasi tiap senyawa dimana mol mula-mula dikurang mol terurai; volume yang diketahui di kali dengan mol mula-mula lalu dibagi dengan mol setimbang yang diketahui pada soal; menghitung mol setimbang reaktan dengan menambah mol mula-mula dan mol terurai; menghitung ntotal = Ptotal + banyaknya senyawa, harga Kp ditentukan dari mol zat yang diketahui pada reaktan di kali volume dibagi α. Abstract

Character education has become a central theme since the last few years in the development of education in the country. Character education must be implemented from an early age because at an early age children are in the golden age, and at that age the ability to absorb information in religious, moral, cognitive, and social emotional aspects occurs quickly. Therefore, educators and parents have great opportunities to shape children's characteristic for the better. One of the goals of education is to shape one's personality. The personality in question is the character value of an individual, because character values ​​must be instilled from an early age. One of the lessons that is fun and stimulates the character values ​​of early childhood is learning based on local wisdom, namely Dayak Ma'anyan. Many values ​​of Dayak Ma'anyan local wisdom that builds the character of early childhood, including in the local wisdom values ​​of Dayak Ma'anyan, are namely: “Dundung rueh rare, petan sangkuh benet”, “Mira tanjung pikayeman ukur baya rantau pirupakan bayu”, ”Haut wehu, ilahuah iselem”, “Kukui witang ada witus, surung jawu ada pegat”, “Umpe lutek alap tanang”, dan “Nyalah karewau napait hang urung”.

Abstract

Art is developing in today's era, one of its manifestations is mural art. Imaginary House Studio is a mural-making studio. The Imaginer House mural has visual communication, one of which is the mural at the WOW Madiun café. Café WOW Madiun is located at Cokroaminoto street No. 116, Cheese, Taman’s districts, Madiun City, East Java. The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the type of research that will be used is descriptive research. The analysis of the mural art of WOW Madiun café from the point of view of visual communication by the Imaginary House studio. From the results of the research, there are three main parts, namely themes, principles of visual communication, and meaning. The theme in the WOW Madiun café mural is socio-cultural and environmental. The principle of visual communication is using cartoon-style illustrations. In the mural cafe WOW Madiun, warm colors and cool colors are applied. The unity found in the WOW Madiun café mural has the principle of proximity. greater proportion of the object image. Finally, the WOW Madiun café mural has an asymmetrical balance design principle. The WOW Madiun cafe mural has 2 meanings, namely denotative and connotative. In other words, mural art itself is not just a painting on a large area or wall, but has a visual communication point of view, both in terms of themes, design principles, and the meanings contained in the mural.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe how to use voice typing by Permata Merdeka students. (2) describe the PPKSM model by using the voice typing of Permata Merdeka students. (3) Describe the form of literary works produced by the students of the Permata Merdeka program by using voice typing.This research method uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a way to interpret and present data in descriptive form. The existing data are then interpreted and analyzed. This research resulted in: (1) how to use voice typing for Permata Merdeka students. (2) PPKSM model by utilizing voice typing of Permata Merdeka Program students. (3) the form of literary works produced by students of the Permata Merdeka program by utilizing voice typing. This innovative applied research TKT is at level six, namely demonstration of a system/subsystem model or prototype in a relevant environment. This study demonstrates the PPKSM (Accelerated Production of Student Literary Works) model by using voice typing to Permata Merdeka students who programmed the Literary Creative Writing course.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and understand how community participation in the management of fish ponds in the Pahandut Sebrang sub-district, Palangka Raya City and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were local fish pond community members. Methods of collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques, used data reduction, display data and draw conclusions. Triangulation is done to explain the validity of the data. The results of the study show (1) Community participation in the management of fish ponds is quite high and is their main job. (2) The supporting factor for this business is the condition of the Kahayan river which is quite fast, which is very suitable for fish ponds. Besides that, the harvest is not difficult to sell because it is very close to the city center of Palangka Raya. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of public capital, so there is a need for a capital loan or investors to work together in the business.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the relationship between education and law and its position in Indonesian society. The education situation in Indonesia is implemented and must be enforced appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All teachers must understand that the concept or method of education is always evolving in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The point is we have to understand, practice with the present context. Likewise, the law must be applied in the present context. In everyday life, humans must walk, not stop, turn left and right, sometimes backwards, but must continue to advance in achieving what they want by paying attention to their surroundings, one of which is paying attention to related matters. for education and law. Abstract

This research is motivated by the thematic learning outcomes of students in grade IV SDN Dahian Tunggal, most of whom have not reached the KKM, there are still students who find it difficult to understand thematic material. Many students are still less active in participating in learning activities, there is less variety of learning models that teachers apply so that student learning outcomes are less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of examples non examples learning model on student learning outcomes. The type of research used is True Experimental Design using a pre-test post-test control group design model. This research was conducted in class IV-A as an experimental class with a total of 28 students and IV-B as a control class with a total of 22 students. From the results of the data analysis, it was obtained that tcount was 2,509 and ttable was 1,677 with a significant level of 5% and dk (n1+n2-2). This shows that there is an influence of the learning model on the learning outcomes of the "uniqueness of the area where I live" sub-theme.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (i) to find out more about the implementation of the principal managerial competence at SMP Negeri 1 Palangkaraya: (i) planning, (ii) organizing, (iii) implementation, (iv) supervision, (v) to determine the factors supporters and inhibitors of the implementation of principal managerial competence in SMP Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and a type of case study. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation study.The results showed that (i) the principal in planning was in accordance with the planning concept and strategy (ii) the principal had organized the school in accordance with the organizing function which included the arrangement of the organizational structure of the division of labor and the placement of teachers and staff according to their respective areas of expertise. -Each. (iii) the principal in carrying out the implementation function has not been implemented properly where there are three indicators that need to be improved, namely: (a) managing school / madrasah facilities and infrastructure in order to optimize utilization, this is because there are still many facilities and infrastructure has not been fulfilled and the recording of facilities and infrastructure has not been well managed, (b) managing school / madrasah and community relationships in the context of seeking support, ideas, learning resources, and school funding, (c) managing school / madrasah administration in support of achieving goals school. (vi) the principal in carrying out supervision is appropriate, namely through monitoring the planning process, and implementing learning, then conducting evaluation and follow-up. (v) Supporting factors consisting of internal factors, the ability to lead and the personality of the principal. While external factors include the support of school residents, government, supervisors, school committees and alumni, the inhibiting factors consist of internal factors, which affect the limited funds for facilities and infrastructure, lack of administrative staff, external factors are lack of parental participation, especially the problem of funds since the program began. free education.

Abstract

This study is about gammatical errors in student’s writing of the simple present tense. This research was conducted at the University of PGRI Palangka Raya, especially for the first semester students of non-English study programs. The research process begins by making observations among students in applying the basic concepts of the simple present tense in daily activities. Before analyzing the research, the researcher conducted observations and written test on students. In observation, the researcher found that more than 50% of students could not understand the basic concepts of the simple present tense well. They often make some grammatical mistakes. The topic of this research is chosen based on the researcher's experience as an English teacher. Researcher often finds students' grammatical errors, especially in the simple present tense. The research objectives are formulated as follows: (1). To find out the types of grammatical errors made by the students in making simple present tense sentences (2).To find out the causes of grammatical errors made by the students. This study is qualitative research. The data collection technique is by doing written test. To collect the data, students are asked to write down their daily activities in English. After that, the data is analyzed. In this written test, there are 30 out of 40 students (75%) who can write simple present tense sentences correctly, somo other student still make errors gramatically. Errors that are mostly made by students are Omission errors, Addition Errors, Formation Errors, and ordering Errors. The causes of grammatical errors in student’s Writing are the first is Overgeneralization defined as a use of a grammar pattern strategy, available for use in new situations, and the second is Ignorance of rules restrictions include intralingual errors related to analogies.

Abstract

The essence of independent learning is the freedom of teachers and students in the learning process. This freedom has not been experienced by teachers and students so far because teachers are more involved in the administration of education and learning. Teachers also do not understand the concept and its role in the policy of independent learning. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept and meaning of independent learning, the role of teachers in independent learning. The method used is the library method. Content analysis was used to analyze research data. The results of this study are (1) independent learning includes 4 policies, namely national standard school exams carried out by the school, minimum skill assessments and character surveys, simplification of lesson plans, zoning system for new student admissions; (2) the meaning of independent learning includes freedom of thought, freedom to innovate, independent and creative learning, freedom for happiness; (3) the role of teachers varies widely, including facilitators of independent learning, innovative and creative teachers, teachers with the characteristics of teachers, and driving teachers. Based on this explanation, this study concludes that understanding the meaning of independent learning and the role of teachers in independent learning helps teachers and students be more independent in thinking, more innovative and creative, and happy in learning activities. The six aspects of the Pancasila Student Profile must be owned by students and teachers in order to achieve the goal of Independent Learning. This is also the reason for the existence of the Motivating Teacher program because its establishment aims to fulfill these six aspects. The six aspects of the Pancasila Student Profile formulated by the Ministry of Education and Culture are: 1) Faithful, devoted to God Almighty and with Noble Morals, 2) Creative, 3) Mutual Cooperation, 4) Global Diversity, 5) Critical Reasoning, 6) Independent. A good teacher is a teacher with good performance but only in the classroom. They are able to improve student achievement, teach creatively and innovatively, and develop their own competence. Meanwhile, the role of the Motivating Teacher is not only limited to success in managing the class he or she is teaching. In addition to being a good teacher, a Motivating Teacher must also have the will to lead, innovate, and make changes. On this basis, Kejarcita is here to support teachers to become professional driving teachers.
