Abstract

UD Esbas Toys, located in Pandaan, is one of the doll manufacturers that has successfully gone through critical challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. This success can be seen from the relatively stable work productivity of employees to date as a result of the implementation of proper HR management. The main objective of this research is to confirm the strong influence of work stress and communication on employee productivity. A total of 35 employees of UD Sebas Toys Pandaan have been selected as the saturated sample technique. Respondents' perceptions were collected using a questionnaire where each statement in the questionnaire was given a 5-point Likert scale to form quantitative data which was finally analyzed using PLS. The results of the study revealed that work stress has a positive effect on productivity, although not too strong. While the positive effect of communication on productivity proved significant. So, it is important for every employee to control stress so that it continues to have a positive impact on productivity and optimize positive communication. The limitation of this research is the number of respondents which is only 35 people, the results of the research may be different if employees in other branches are considered. In addition, the analysis process has not included the demographics of the respondents as a control variable in the model. However, the results of the research contribute to the development of HRM science in relation to increasing employee productivity in small-medium scale manufacturing companies through controlling employee work stress and effective communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was carried out to see the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior on Employees and Lecturers at faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, Da'wah (FUAD) IAIN Curup. The subjects used in this study were 52 employees and lecturers at FUAD IAIN Curup. In this study a quantitative design was used while the design in data collection carried out a questionnaire with five Likert scales of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The analysis design used in this study is to use a simple linear regression test. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a positive impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of 11.035% for the employees and lecturers of FUAD IAIN Curup. The implication of this study is to increase understanding of the influence of transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the lack of investing intention in the capital market in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Galuh, based on data from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Galuh. Based on information from the Academic section, the number of active students in 2022 is 2000, while according to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery, data for opening a Customer Fund Account are 100 students. Based on this phenomenon, the author aims to analyze this. The research method used a qualitative approach, namely by using a method that involves more data and information through respondents as subjects who can provide answers to this research. Respondents in this study collected data by obtaining journals related to titles, observing and conducting interviews with students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Galuh. Based on the results of the study, there are several things that influence Z Generations investing intention, including technological advances, financial literacy, income, expected return, stock risk and information.

Abstract

Milkfish cultivation has a significant economic impact in Pademawu District. However, milkfish cultivators often encounter many obstacles during the cultivation process to selling it. This study aims to determine the effect of social and economic factors on the income of the milkfish farming community in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 Pademawu people who cultivate milkfish. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses a full sample, meaning that the entire study population is used as a sample. The results showed that social and economic factors had a positive effect on the income of the milkfish farming community in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. Social and economic factors also simultaneously influence the income of the milkfish farming community in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. Economic factors have the most dominant influence on the income of the milkfish farming community in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. The practical implication of the results of this research is that milkfish cultivators must understand very well the importance of economic factors, one of which is capital. Farmers need to have sufficient capital so as not to interfere with the process of milkfish cultivation. The local government can also help find solutions related to capital, for example by establishing a cooperative for milkfish cultivators in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of window displays, architectural displays on the transactional buying interest. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. with a sample of 150 respondents, measuring using a Likert scale with a purposive sampling method, analyzing data using the IBM SPSS application version 2023. The results prove that Windows display has a positive and significant influence on transactional buying interest. Display architecture has a positive and significant influence on the transactional purchase intention. Simultaneously it proves that together that window display and display architecture have a positive and significant influence on the transactional purchase intention The limitations of this study are the use of questionnaires where sometimes the answers from the respondents do not reflect the actual conditions, time constraints and demographic data of respondents and the variables used are few. This research is expected to be useful for outlets selling at Bencoolen Mall Bengkulu, to increase sales through the arrangement of goods such as window displays, architectural displays

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing and Experiential Value on Customer Statistics on Redmi mobile users at SMK Negeri 03 Bengkulu Selatan. This study used a quantitative method with a Likert scale (questionnaire). The number of respondents in this research was 105 people. iMethod of data collection iusing a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis tests, the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypotheses tests, namely the it test and the if test. The results of this study indicate that partially the experiential marketing variable has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable and the experiential value variable has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Simultaneously, it shows that the experiential marketing and experiential value variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The limitations of this study are using data in the form of respondents' answers to the statements submitted on the research questionnaire. Respondents who filled out the questionnaire at random and did not pay close attention to each statement. It is hoped that the indicators described in this study can be used as a reference for Redmi products, especially Redmi product sellers in South Bengkulu, in increasing the experience marketing of their customers and increasing the experience value in in-store transaction life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication and work environment on the performance of the employees of the West Sumatra Province Investment and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP). The population in this study amounted to 60 employees. The sample taken is the entire population, which is 60 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a total sampling technique. Total sampling technique is a sampling technique in which the entire population is sampled. The analysis technique used in this research is validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results showed that organizational communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to prove the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment on satisfaction, then prove the influence of satisfaction on loyalty which is mediated by users' love for mobile banking. The type of research carried out was hypothesis testing which was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) tool with the AMOS program. The research sample taken using a purposive sampling technique with individual analysis units. Primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to 262 respondents. The research results show that there is a positive influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment on brand satisfaction, there is a mediating role of brand love in the influence of brand satisfaction on brand loyalty. This research is limited to customers who use mobile banking from banks in KBMI IV. Future researchers can examine customers who use mobile banking from banks in general. This research contributes to providing input to the top management of banks in Indonesia regarding what factors can help increase and manage customer loyalty, especially when using mobile banking.

Abstract

Organizational culture affects a person's role in carrying out his role. The success of organizational culture is marked by changes in individual behavior that can be emulated by other individuals. This study aims to determine the organizational culture created in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The method used in analyzing organizational culture is Hofstede's method and OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) analysis. The results of the analysis using Hofstede's cultural dimensions state that the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is in an organizational culture that has an even distribution of power, is collectivistic, masculinity has a strong influence within the institution, the institution focuses on things that have certainty value, the institution concentrate more on matters that have a long-term, future-oriented nature, and implement pragmatic values and institutions that control the fulfillment of needs and regulations with strict social norms. Meanwhile, based on the OCAI analysis, the current organizational culture and the expected organizational culture in the future is the Clan organizational culture. This means that there is a match between the desires of the leadership and employees because they are in the same organizational cultural orientation, namely a friendly workplace where people share with each other like a big family.

Abstract

This study focuses on millennials' intentions to buy green products in Indonesia. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was applied in this study. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of environmental awareness, environmental knowledge, attitudes, behavioral control perceptions, and subjective norms on purchase intent. The quantitative research approach was applied, and primary data were gathered using an online questionnaire. This research included 230 respondents who planned to buy ecologically friendly items. The analysis approach used in this work is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). AMOS 20.0 for Windows was utilized as the testing software. The data reveal that the higher the level of environmental concern, attitude, and perceived behavioral control, the greater the desire to buy green items among Indonesian millennials. While there is a negative relationship between environmental knowledge characteristics and subjective standards and the propensity to buy green items. Practical advice in this study is that it is hoped that providers of environmentally friendly products (green products) can provide a more detailed explanation of the benefits of green products to the millennial generation in order to create an attitude of care for the environment and provide information that environmentally friendly products are easily obtained in order to encourage consumers to have the intention to buy environmentally friendly products.
