This research was carried out with the aim of finding the influence of e-commerce, trust and brand image on purchasing decisions. The research procedure involved the application of linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and calculation of determinant coefficients on a sample of 50 students at Muhammadiyah University of Riau. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The findings from the research show that there is a negative impact of e-commerce and trust on purchasing decisions and conversely, brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The t and f tests show that the influence of e-wom, brand trust and brand image on purchasing decisions is significant. In addition, brand image has been shown to have a considerable positive impact on purchasing decisions, with brand standing out as the most influential factor. The limitation of this research lies in the use of data that includes respondents' views on the statements submitted in the research questionnaire, some respondents filled out the questionnaire without taking each statement seriously. However, it is hoped that the indicators presented in this research can serve as guidelines for sellers of The Originote skincare products in Pekanbaru.

The main objective of this research is to examine the influence of the causes of entrepreneurial failure by using two types of causes of entrepreneurial failure (internal causes and external causes) on learning from entrepreneurial failure and its impact on the performance of SMEs in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method using a survey with the analytical tool used, namely Smart PLS version 3.0. which aims to examine the variables that cause internal failure, the causes of external failure, learning from entrepreneurial failure and its impact on business performance variables. The research results show that the variable learning from failure has a significant positive effect on business performance. Likewise, the variables that cause entrepreneurial failure from internal factors have a positive and significant effect on learning from entrepreneurial failure. However, in contrast to the results of testing variables that cause failure from external factors on learning from entrepreneurial failure, it shows that there is no influence on the causes of entrepreneurial failure from external factors on learning from entrepreneurial failure. It is hoped that this research can provide suggestions and input, especially for SMEs, so that they can turn entrepreneurial failures into lessons to improve business performance. This research also has several limitations, including that the SME business sector in this research is still too general, and this research only uses subjective performance measures.

This study analyzes the #BoycottMcDonalds hashtag network on Twitter social media using Social Network Analysis (SNA) method to identify influential actors and the level of interaction that occurs in the network using centrality, density, and modularity metrics. Of the 2,468 tweets obtained through crawling Twitter data using the Twitter API, after the data preparation stage (pre-processing) there are only 810 tweets that are ready to be analyzed in Gephi. Determining influential actors in the #BoycottMcDonalds hashtag network is calculated using centrality metrics, namely degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality, and eigenvector centrality. The analysis results show that the irishpopeye account occupies the highest position in out-degree with a weight of 43 and in closeness centrality with a weight of 1.0. The second influental account is the mcdonalds account with the highest eigenvector centrality weight of 1.0 and the third influential account is the drloupis account with a fairly high eigenvector centrality and degree centrality value. As for the level of the interaction that occurs in the network, based on the modularity metric value obtained of 0.934 and density of 0.001 which indicates that the level of interaction in the #BoycottMcDonalds network is low.

This study explores the performance and popularity of the Free Fire game in Indonesia through a content-based approach using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research aims to evaluate how TAM constructs, such as perceived usefulness and ease of use, influence user reviews and gameplay satisfaction. Secondary data from user reviews on the Google Play Store, collected between April and June 2024, were analyzed using content analysis with NVivo 12. Key findings reveal that server stability and technical performance significantly impact user satisfaction, while competitive gameplay modes enhance engagement. Frequent terms like "help" and "account" highlight ongoing technical challenges, particularly in account management and customer support. This study contributes to understanding player behavior in mobile gaming and offers insights for developers to optimize user experiences and enhance game features. Limitations include reliance on secondary data and a focus on the Indonesian market. Future research could expand to comparative studies across regions.
