Abstract

Kelompok tani yang aktif melalukan kegiatan adalah kelompok Tani Jaya Abadi. Kegiatan kelompok tani yang selama ini dilakukan oleh Kelompok Tani jaya Abadi yaitu dibidang pertanian dan peternakan. Kelompok tani Jaya Abadi belum bisa mengelola limbah peternakan dengan baik.  Tujuan kegiatan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota mitra dalam memproduksi pupuk organik yang berasal dari limbah ternak yaitu kotoran, Isi rumen, dan urine ternak. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan manajemen dalam menangani dan mengelola limbah ternak menjadi pupuk kompos isi rumen dan pupuk organik cair.   Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Sumur Kandang Desa Larangan Dalam Kabupaten Pamekasan pada bulan Agustus sampai bulan November 2025. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 35 orang dan pada pelatihan pembuatan Biourine jumlah peserta sebanyak 25 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi sosialiasasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Setelah pelatihan, Anggota kelompok tani sebanyak 100% tahu cara membuat pupuk kompos. sebesar 100% tahu tentang istilah “isi rumen”. yang membuang Isi Rumen menurun hanya 31.4% karena 100% tahu bahwa isi rumen bisa dijadikan starter kompos. sebanyak 100% tertarik untuk membuat pupuk kompos isi rumen. karena peserta merasa pupuk kompos isi rumen lebih ramah lingkungan 80%, sehingga yang merekomendasikan penggunaan pupuk kompos 80%. Setelah Pelatihan, Anggota kelompok tani Jaya Abadi sebanyak 100% peserta sudah tahu istilah pupuk organik cair, peserta juga 100% tahu istilah Biourine dan 100%peserta tahu bahwa urine ternak bisa jadi pupuk dan merupakan bahan utama dalam pembuatan Biourine. Hanya 20% peserta yang merasa kesulitan dalam mendapatkan Bourine. Sebanyak 100% peserta mau untuk menggunakan Biourine pada tanamannya dan 92% bersedia untuk membuat Biourine secara rutin. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini memberikan hasil yang lebih konkrit setelah adanya pelatihan dan penerapan langsung kepada anggota kelompok tani dibandingkan dengan hanya melakukan sosialisasi saja.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Nelayan (KWN) Fatimah Azzahra menghadapi tantangan kritis berupa: rendahnya literasi pemasaran digital yang membatasi ekspansi pasar dan  teknik pengemasan konvensional (plastik mika non-vakum) yang memperpendek umur simpan produk. Masalah ini menyebabkan produk olahan ikan seperti otak-otak dan bandeng tanpa duri kalah bersaing di pasar modern, meskipun kualitasnya telah diakui konsumen. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mengkombinasikan: 1) Pelatihan digital marketing berbasis prinsip Islam (foto produk, etika promosi di media sosial), dan 2) Pengenalan teknologi pengemasan vakum dengan alat vacuum-sealer dan material LDPE/aluminium foil untuk memperpanjang masa simpan. Metode partisipatif (CBPR) diterapkan melalui tiga tahap: pra-survei, pelatihan langsung, dan evaluasi berbasis indikator prinsip Islam (kejujuran, tanggung jawab, hukum haram, daya tarik). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat: 1) Peningkatan keterampilan digital: 90% peserta mampu memotret produk dengan pencahayaan dan komposisi yang layak promosi 2) 100% peserta berhasil mengoperasikan alat vakum, dengan peningkatan ketahanan produk hingga 2× lipat, 3) Kepatuhan terhadap prinsip Islam ditunjukkan dengan  skor kuesioner  yang menunjukkan penerapan prinsip kejujuran (81%), tanggung jawab (70%), dan penghindaran riba (75%). Namun, 12% peserta masih menggunakan nama produk "unik" yang bertentangan dengan syariat, memerlukan pendampingan lanjutan. Integrasi prinsip syariat dalam pemasaran dan pengemasan tidak hanya meningkatkan daya saing produk tetapi juga membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Keberlanjutan program direkomendasikan melalui pendampingan sertifikasi halal dan kolaborasi dengan platform e-commerce syariah.

Abstract

Angka penderita Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) mengalami peningkatan tiap tahunnya baik di tingkat global, nasional maupun regional, terkhusus di Kota Manado. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mencegah peningkatan angka penderita PTM, salah satunya dengan memberdayakan Kader kesehatan untuk mendukung pencegahan PTM. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan tersebut adalah mengoptimalisasi peran Kader dalam melakukan deteksi dini PTM. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar deteksi dini PTM dapat dilakukan kepada warga dan pencegahan PTM dapat segera dilakukan. Selain deteksi dini PTM, pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) juga dapat menjadi salah satu upaya dalam pencegahan PTM. Karena ketersediaan bahan dan kemudahan mengolah TOGA menjadi alasan mengapa upaya ini dipilih. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada Kader Puskesmas Kombos agar memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular dan pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan melakukan analisa masalah. Kemudian melakukan perumusan solusi dengan mitra. Tahap selanjutnya adalah pelatihan kepada Kader tentang deteksi dini PTM dan pemanfaatan TOGA. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penerapan teknologi berupa aplikasi deteksi dini PTM, buku pedoman mitra, buku TOGA serta TOGA percontohan. Tahap akhir yaitu melakukan pendampingan Kader dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilakukan di Kantor Kelurahan Ternate Tanjung Kecamatan Singkil Kota Manado. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 20 Kader wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kombos. Penerapan teknologi berupa buku panduan mitra, buku TOGA, aplikasi deteksi dini PTM berbasis Android, alat kesehatan untuk skrining penyakit tidak menular (PTM) dan pembuatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) percontohan. Evaluasi menunjukkan 1) Pengetahuan Kader tentang deteksi dini PTM meningkat (skor rerata pre-test adalah 42 poin menjadi 87 poin pada skor rerata post test); 2) Kader mampu melakukan deteksi dini PTM secara mandiri; dan 3) Rumah warga memiliki 2 TOGA. Kegiatan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan Kader dalam deteksi dini PTM dan Pemanfaatan TOGA. Hal tersebut dapat mengoptimalisasi peran Kader dalam deteksi dini PTM dan pemanfaatan TOGA.

Abstract

Shrimp farmers in Pekon Tanjung Jati Kabupaten Pesisir Barat face obstacles in processing shrimp pond waste. This waste has unknowingly become an environmental problem (pollution). To overcome this problem, the Community Service Team offers a solution to process waste into liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and environmentally friendly, cheap solid fertilizer. The technologies to be disseminated are: a) Anti-Microbial Technology, b) Simple fermentation technology, c) Technology for processing waste into solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer (POC). The objectives of this Community Service are 1) transfer of simple fermentation technology; 2) solve partner waste problems by minimizing waste into products with sales value, 3) increase partner income with a new product, namely POC. The achievement methods used are a) lectures and discussions on simple fermentation technology, b) transfer of waste processing technology, c) mentoring in POC processing. Community Service Evaluation is carried out by testing the understanding and mastery of technology, both hard skills and soft skills, the concept of fermentation technology and natural antimicrobials and POC processing techniques at the beginning and at the end of the Community Service. The expected results of the Community Service are: increasing the understanding of 1) Fermentation technology and natural anti-microbials among partners by around 80-100%; 2) POC processing technology by 85%; (3) creating new products with sales value (80%). This entire series of activities also pays attention to Occupational Safety and Health and the Environment (K3L) aspects, by ensuring that the process is safe for partners and does not cause negative impacts on the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan mendasar yang menopang kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Di Padukuhan Gondang, Kalurahan Donokerto, Kecamatan Turi, Sleman, warga menghadapi keterbatasan pasokan air bersih terutama pada musim kemarau. Kondisi ini diperburuk oleh belum adanya sistem distribusi yang efisien sehingga akses terhadap air bersih tidak terjamin. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi berbasis energi terbarukan yang mampu menyediakan layanan air bersih secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menyediakan sistem penyediaan air bersih yang layak dan berkelanjutan melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna berbasis energi surya, sekaligus memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sistem. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei lapangan untuk identifikasi kebutuhan, sosialisasi teknologi kepada warga, instalasi sistem pompa air tenaga surya, serta pendampingan teknis. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemantauan kinerja sistem dan pengumpulan umpan balik masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem pompa air tenaga surya berkapasitas 1500 Wp mampu menyediakan pasokan air bersih secara stabil dengan efisiensi energi yang baik. Debit air yang dihasilkan mencukupi kebutuhan rumah tangga warga sepanjang tahun. Melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan, masyarakat memperoleh peningkatan kapasitas teknis dalam mengoperasikan serta memelihara sistem secara mandiri. Pembentukan kelompok kerja lokal memperkuat kelembagaan pengelolaan air bersih di tingkat komunitas. Program ini berdampak positif terhadap kualitas hidup warga dan mendukung pencapaian SDG 6 dan SDG 7 di wilayah pedesaan. Penerapan sistem pompa air tenaga surya terbukti efektif meningkatkan akses air bersih dan memperkuat kemandirian masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sumber daya.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out in Poboya Village, Palu City, an area known for traditional and modern gold mining activities that generate tailing and laterite waste. These conditions have caused environmental degradation and economic dependence on unsustainable mining. The program aimed to empower traditional miners through training in lightweight brick production using mining waste, providing new technical skills and alternative eco-friendly livelihoods. The activity adopted a participatory-transformative approach consisting of five stages: socialization, technical training, application of appropriate technology, mentoring, and sustainability evaluation. The introduced technology involved a manual press mould operated by a lever system with a material composition of 50% tailing, 30% laterite, and 20% cement. The results showed significant improvement in the partners’ technical and managerial skills, the establishment of the community business group “Batako Poboya,” and increased environmental awareness and social cohesion. The group can now produce up to 100 lightweight bricks per day with an average compressive strength of 30–35 kg/cm² and has begun marketing products through social media and local building stores. This activity successfully transformed the miners’ economic behaviour from extractive to productive and sustainable. Thus, the program achieved its goal of developing a green economy empowerment model based on mining waste utilization for post-mining communities.

Abstract

The limited availability of subsidized fertilizers has become a major challenge for farmers in Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung, Indonesia, as identified through discussions with local authorities. This issue has led to a decline in agricultural productivity. Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) produced from household and market organic waste offers a sustainable alternative. However, the community’s perception of the complex LOF production process remains an obstacle to broader adoption. To address this challenge, this program aimed to educate and implement a bioenergy-based LOF production process from organic waste using Aqua+ and Nano Fit technology in the village. The community service program applied appropriate technology, including shredders and pressing machines, to process organic waste into LOF. The Aqua+ and Nano Fit system enhanced nutrient extraction efficiency and simplified the production process for community use. The program successfully developed and operated one unit of Aqua+ and Nano Fit equipment capable of converting organic waste into liquid fertilizer and solid residue. Approximately four liters of Aqua+ and Nano Fit-based POC were produced, characterized by stable pH, neutral odor, and suitability for agricultural application. The training, attended by 20 participants, improved community understanding and interest in independent waste processing, increasing the average knowledge score from 37.1% to 82.2%. Moreover, initial support from the Village-Owned Enterprise or BUMDes was secured to ensure program sustainability. In conclusion, this community service program effectively implemented POC production using Aqua+ and Nano Fit technology, enhancing community awareness and promoting sustainable organic waste management practices in Hanura Village.

Abstract

Cibodas Jasa MSMEs are a collaboration forum or MSME Outlets in Cibodas District, Tangerang City. One of the main problems of Cibodas Jasa MSMEs is the lack of digital marketing skills with 93% not having Google Maps, WA Business, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Shopee accounts (n=15 participants). This service initiative aims to improve digital capabilities through intensive training in 4 stages. The implementation uses the lecture-demonstration-practice-review method with a mentoring ratio of 1:4 for 8 hours at the Cibodas Jasa MSME Outlet. The results showed a 100% transformation (75 active accounts from 0), visible observation confirmed all participants were ready to sell online tomorrow morning. The establishment of the Cibodas Jasa Digital WA group ensures the sustainability of the 6-month program with the target of replication to other RTs. The direct practice approach is effective in empowering MSME housewives independently.

Abstract

Bocek Village, located in Karangploso District, Malang Regency, has considerable potential in freshwater fisheries, particularly in catfish (Clarias sp.) cultivation. However, most of the harvested fish are still sold in fresh form without any processing, resulting in low economic value. The lack of knowledge and skills among the community in processing fish into value-added products remains a major constraint. Therefore, training activities are needed to enhance the community’s capacity in developing innovative catfish-based food products utilizing local resources. This activity aimed to improve the knowledge, skills, and motivation of the Bocek Village community, particularly members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group, in processing catfish into innovative dimsum products that are economically valuable and consumer-preferred. The training applied the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach, which included pre-test, theoretical instruction, hands-on practice in producing innovative catfish dimsums, hedonic testing, and post-test evaluation. The hedonic test involved 34 untrained panelists who assessed the appearance, aroma, taste, and texture attributes of the product. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding, with the average score rising from 56.8% on the pre-test to 87.3% on the post-test. The innovative catfish dimsum received high acceptance, with mean scores of 6.2 for appearance, 5.9 for aroma, 6.5 for taste, and 6.3 for texture. Participants also demonstrated good application of sanitation principles and local ingredient innovation. This program effectively enhanced fish processing skills and has the potential to support economic independence in Bocek Village through the development of local superior products based on catfish.

Abstract

Balanced nutrition is a crucial factor in supporting the growth and development of elementary school children. However, students’ understanding of animal- and plant-based protein sources remains low due to the lack of engaging and contextual nutrition learning methods. Food literacy plays an important role in shaping nutritional awareness from an early age, especially for Indonesian students abroad who face cross-cultural food environments. This international community service program aimed to enhance the food literacy of students at the Indonesian School of Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) through interactive education on animal and plant-based protein sources. The activity was conducted from August 26–30, 2025, involving 60 elementary school students. The implementation method employed an educational approach based on interactive sticker games that combined visual and kinesthetic elements. Evaluation was carried out by comparing students’ ability to classify food sources before and after the activity using descriptive percentage analysis. The results showed a significant increase in students’ understanding, from 45% to 90% after the activity. Moreover, students demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the learning process, which strengthened both cognitive and social aspects. The visual-kinesthetic approach proved effective in correcting conceptual misunderstandings and improving long-term memory retention. This program also strengthened international academic collaboration and contributed to the achievement of SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG 4 (Quality Education). Therefore, participatory game-based learning can serve as an effective and enjoyable strategy for fostering children’s food literacy in cross-national elementary education settings.
