Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the entire community in various sectors. One of the problems faced is the decline in the level of the economy. It reduces the people's purchasing power for fishery commodities. This will reduce the fulfillment of nutritional needs, especially protein. One of the skills that can be learned as an alternative business as well as to meet nutritional needs, especially protein is Budikdamber (Fish Cultivation in Buckets) which can be done on limited land at low cost. The purpose of this community service activity is to disseminate information about the meaning, method of making, and maintaining fish in buckets (budikdamber). This service is carried out through several stages, namely the preparation stage, the counseling implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. During the webinar preparation stage, the activities carried out include the division of tasks, discussions on the concept of the event, publication of webinar flyers, and rehearsals. The implementation stage is carried out by holding a webinar "Tips for Success of Budikdamber in Limited Land as a Provider of Family Food". In this activity, a video about assembling the budikdamber was also presented to the participants to make it easier to understand and can be applied later. The evaluation stage is carried out by providing an evaluation form to measure the success of the activity. The results of the webinar which was attended by approximately 130 people from various backgrounds showed that all participants were satisfied with the webinar activities carried out. This community service went well and received a positive response from the community. The community has understood the meaning, method of making, and maintaining fish through the Budikdamber method.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the distribution tools in Islam, so if it is optimized properly it can help the regional economy. Based on the survey results, waqf literacy in Indonesia is still in the low category and this correlates with the low collection of cash waqf in Indonesia. The mosque is a place to collect social funds and all mosque activities are coordinated with the mosque takmir and mosque youth. Therefore, youth mosques in the Guwosari area need to be given socialization of cash waqf literacy management so that the collection of cash waqf in the Guwosari regional mosques can increase and help the regional economy. The general purpose of holding this activity is to increase literacy of cash waqf. The specific goal is for mosque youth to know the direct benefits of cash waqf for the people, know the flow of its implementation, the importance of cash waqf and increase awareness of cash waqf. The method used is lectures and socialization of cash waqf literacy management to mosque youth by providing material from several parties who are very understanding about cash waqf literacy management. The result of this activity is that mosque youth have an account to collect cash waqf in the mosque to be deposited into LKS-PWU and there are some who already have experience in collecting. In addition, based on the results of the evaluation, these activities were carried out well, where mosque youths received literacy related to cash waqf as a whole from the basics to the collection process which can be said to have increased in terms of literacy. So that it is hoped that there will be other ongoing activities, namely monitoring the program for collecting cash waqf, so that the collection of cash waqf can run more optimally.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) topic is discussed in a subject in Vocational High Schools. This is certainly useful for prospective SMK graduates to reduce the risk of accidents or health problems during learning activities at school. This activity aims to educate school residents about the risk factors and dangers that can arise as a result of activities at school. This community service was carried out at the SMK Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This activity was carried out with PT. Emcotama as a partner from business/industrial sector. 30 students from SMK Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa were involved in this activity. The results showed that 94% -95% of activity participants agreed that the venue and facilities were pursuant to K3 standards. In addition, all participants stated that the instructor were eligible. In theory/practice session, 90.5% of participants agreed this activity met the K3 standards. 95% of the participants declared that the activity had benefits and added value for them. This activity was successful with the result that more than 89% of participants were satisfied with the criteria for materials, instructors, meals, and facilities during the activity. PKM activities is concluded to be run smoothly. This is shown from more than 90% of participants who understand the basics of K3 and its implementation practices that already meet K3 standards. The aspect that needs attention is the duration of the practicum which needs to be extended to get more optimal results.

Abstract

Since the enactment of Law no. 30 of 2009 regarding electricity, where theft is subject to sanctions, people was increasingly aggressively sabotaging electricity. The regulation cannot be the right solution because there are still many people who do not know that their actions are include in the article on electricity theft, besides the fact that in some place the community has not yet built infrastructure by PLN. The destination of this service is to disseminate knowledge about the dangerous and threats to electricity theft in the household environment. Before carrying out the activity, the Faculty of Engineering with the Dharma Wanita Association of Harbor Masters and Port Authority Class IV Probolinggo regarding the material to be delivered. The implementation is by conveying related material was carried out in a question and answer session of the material presented later. The results of the socialization implementation include: the socialization participants received the activity very openly and enthusiastically. The Chairperson of the Dharma Wanita Union of Harbor Masters and Port Authority Class IV Probolinggo welcomes the offer of cooperation as partners in this community service program and other community service programs that can help develop the insights and abilities of its members. The socialization conditions are conducive for participants. There were no significant obstacles during the implementation of this socialization. Based on observations, participants in the socialization understand the dangers of electricity theft and the legal risks they face. Based on the result of socialization, that activity can increase knowledge regarding the dangers of electricity theft and the legal risks.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 menimbulkan dampak yang besar pada sektor ekonomi, salah satunya kepada para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menegah (UMKM), di Desa Simorejo Kecamatan Kanor Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Krisis ekonomi akibat Covid-19 berdampak pada menurunnya jumlah pelanggan karna jangkauan pemasaran produk yang terbatas. Keterbatasan pemasaran produk ini tak lain adalah akibat dari kesenjangan teknologi dan minimnya pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media online sebagai sarana dalam memasarkan produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan tentang pemasaran produk melalui media online dan pembuatan izin usaha bagi pelaku UMKM khususnya di Desa Simorejo. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode survey, ceramah, tanya jawab, dan tutorial. Ceramah dan tanya jawab yang diberikan mengenai pentingnya pemasaran, pemasaran online dan beragam marketplace, serta cara pembuatan dan pengajuan izin usaha. Sedangkan tutorial mengenai bagamana membuat marketplace sebagai wadah untuk memasarkan produk, dan bagaimana mendesain produk sehingga lebih menarik dan mempunyai nilai jual. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diantaranya adalah peningkatan wawasan, kompetensi, dan ketrampilan. Para pelaku usaha UMKM telah mampu memahami pentingnya izin usaha bagi usaha yang digeluti. Para pelaku usaha UMKM juga mampu menyesuaikan produk yang ditawarkan dengan beragam marketplace yang dijelaskan. Para pelaku usaha UMKM yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat antusias dan partisipatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan kegiatan. Kegiatan ini telah mampu meningkatkan wawasan, kompetensi dan ketrampilan para pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produk melalui media online dengan efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, kegiatan ini telah mampu memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya izin usaha bagi para pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

One of the aquaculture techniques is Culture Based Fisheries (CBF). CBF or Cultivation-Based Capture Fisheries is a capture fishery activity where the caught fish come from cultured fish seeds that are spread into water bodies, and the stocked fish seeds will grow by utilizing available natural food in increasing consumption fish production based on local wisdom. The purpose of this activity is to add insight and information for teachers and students about aquaculture using the CBF technique. The method used is the observation and preparation stage, the coordination stage, the tool and material preparation stage, and finally the implementation stage. The results of PKM activities The target audience in this Community Service activity is the community in general, but specifically it is addressed to the Santri/Students and Teachers at MA Bahrul Ulum Muliasari Tanjung Lago, Banyuasin Regency, which specifically has been attended by 41 people. During the PKL implementation, activities were carried out in 3 activities, the first was a speech from the head of MA Bahrul Ulum and also the PKL Team Leader, in the second session followed by a presentation session of 6 materials and the last was a demonstration activity or practice of measuring water quality as well as socialization of aquaculture study programs. fish. The results of this PKM are used to increase the willingness and knowledge of the community through students/teachers in developing their area to apply CBF technology to develop the fisheries sector in the area which looks quite promising.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah kebutuhan guru untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kualitas proses pembelajaran di kelas. Adanya pandemi covid-19 memberikan peluang bagi guru dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas sehingga pada masa adaptasi pembelajaran daring dapat sekaligus menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas. Berbagai kendala ditemui oleh guru dalam melakukan penelitian dan perbaikan pembelajaran sehingga guru harus memahami cara melakukan kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas mulai dari persiapan sampai dengan pada olah data. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan guru dalam melakukan PTK sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran pada kelas daring. Kegiatan dalam bentuk pelatihan, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan. Materi pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu: 1) PTK untuk guru masa kini; 2) cara menyusun PTK dan instrumen observasi; 3) pengolahan data penelitian PTK, dan selanjutnya pendampingan pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil pengabdian pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas ini yaitu guru dapat mengetahui tahapan-tahapan dalam melakukan kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas, guru dapat menyusun instrumen yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas, guru dapat melakukan olah data hasil penelitian, guru dapat menyimpulkan data perolehan hasil penelitian, guru termotivasi dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas, dan guru dapat mengetahui strategi dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan kondisi pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Selain itu dengan fasilitasi pelatihan berupa kegiatan pendampingan terhadap penelitian tindakan kelas, guru dapat melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan penelitian. Kegiatan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi guru untuk senantiasa melakukan kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas dalam berbagai kondisi pembelajaran.

Abstract

According to the Ministry of Health, the decline in elderly health is a natural process experienced when a person enters the age of 60 years and over. This decline in fitness can occur due to the lack of complete nutrition consumed and the lack of physical activity carried out. This community service activity aims to determine whether the implementation of elderly gymnastics that is applied to the elderly and carried out regularly can improve the fitness of the elderly in PAKMONTI, Poncowati, Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung. The method used in this activity is to provide exercise training for the elderly. This training is carried out according to the PAKMONTI schedule, namely on Sunday mornings. The implementation of the introduction and training of elderly gymnastics is that the lecturer and students provide examples of light and easy elderly gymnastics for the elderly. The results of these community service activities are that the elderly feel more fit with these activities and feel happy to do gymnastics. Physical movements performed during gymnastics are also very light and adapt to the abilities of the elderly who have limitations for physical activity. In this activity, the elderly looked so happy and happy because at the end of the gymnastics activity, the elderly received prizes from coupons that had been provided by the activity implementation committee. Prize coupons provided by the committee were drawn at random, the forms of prizes given to participants were also varied so that the elderly seemed very happy to participate in this activity to the end. This community service activity in the form of implementing elderly gymnastics is very helpful for the community, especially the elderly in PAKMONTI, Poncowati, Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung in improving their physical fitness.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dilihat oleh masyarakat Desa Falabisahaya selama menjadi nelayan adalah mereka mengalami kendala dalam memasarkan ikan dalam jumlah besar pada saat musim panen ikan laut, khususnya ikan tuna. Kondisi seperti ini tentu saja melibatkan kerja sama pasangan nelayan/istri nelayan untuk ikut membantu kewajiban suami setelah mengarungi lautan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu: 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan dan keterampilan/skill, para isteri nelayan dengan memberikan produk berbasis pengolahan ikan misalnya (Abon Ikan), 2) memberikan inspirasi dan persiapan giat agar pasangan nelayan mendapatkan pengaturan untuk memperkuat usaha mandiri, 3) memberikan persiapan rencana bundling dan penandaan barang-barang penanganan ikan, dan memberikan usaha yang disiapkan oleh para pelaksana. Sebagai salah satu hasil perikanan laut, manfaat untuk kesejahteraan dan perawatan pasca pungut serta hipotesis pembuatan barang berbahan dasar ikan laut. Akibat dari tindakan tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kerjasama dari kaki tangan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan dan bantuan Catering, penyiapan di kawasan tepi pantai pengurus pasangan nelayan, serta pengawasan pertukaran Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP). Juga, latihan penjangkauan berarti menjamin keberadaan dan kemajuan bisnis yang akan mereka geluti, mulai dari cara paling umum memberikan komponen mentah, proses pembuatan, dan pengelolaan keuangan. kemudian pada saat itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini membuka pengetahuan bagi pasangan nelayan bahwa ternyata ikan dapat dibuat menjadi makanan ringan, misalnya abon yang memiliki nilai gizi tinggi (Jusniati et al., 2017). Selain mendapatkan pengetahuan membuat abon dari ikan tuna, para peserta juga siap untuk membuat design ikan abon.

Abstract

Sampah rumah tangga adalah jenis sampah organik berupa potongan sisa sayur buah dan bahan alam yang sudah tidak dapat digunakan kembali. Sampah dapur bersifat cepat membusuk, sehingga menjadi sumber kuman dan penyakit. Sampah dapur menjadi sumber mikroorganisme lokal (MOL) yang dapat dikelola secara cermat, sebagai upaya mandiri pengelolaan sampah organik berbasis rumah tangga. Desa Sakra di Kecamatan Sakra, belum maksimal mengelola sampah rumah tangga menjadi MOL, sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan di desa tersebut. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan pembuatan MOL menggunakan sampah nasi, dengan harapan MOL dapat sebagai pupuk cair. Kegiatan diawali dengan inventarisasi jenis sampah rumah tangga. Sosialisasi materi menggunakan metode Forum Discussion Group (FDG) dengan membagi kelompok berdasarkan usia audience. Prosedur pembuatan MOL berbahan nasi dan aplikasi pupuk cair disampaikan dengan teknik demostrasi per kelompok FDG. Akhir kegiatan ditutup dengan evaluasi kegiatan melalui metode wawancara. Diperoleh 9 jenis sampah dapur yang umum dihasilkan, diantaranya sampah nasi, ampas ikan, kulit buah, ampas rebung, ampas terasi, sisa potongan sayur. Materi sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya mengelola sampah organik rumah tangga, pengenalan macam sampah organik sebagai bahan MOL, dan teknik pembuatan MOL berbahan nasi. Dilanjutkan aplikasi pupuk MOL cair pada tanaman sayur. Hasil Evaluasi menunjukkan 82% peserta menilai penggunaan metode FDG sangat efektif. Sebanyak 72% warga sangat antusias dalam bertanya dan mengikuti seluruh kegiatan sampai akhir, serta 70% warga yang mempraktikkan materi secara mandiri dirumah, capaian ini menjadi indikator keberhasilan kegiatan. Peserta telah mampu membuat MOL cair dari sampah dapur, dan telah mampu mengaplikasikannya sebagai pupuk cair pada tanaman.
